As the parents of the bride, my husband and I wanted our daughter's wedding to be an event we were proud to host - and Bella Sera not only delivered, but went above and beyond! The food was very important to us, and everything -- from the passed appetizers and the charcuterie at the cocktail hour, to the salads/rolls served at the table and the three entrees served at the buffet -- was not only delicious, but memorable! People are still telling us months later how much they enjoyed the food, and many went back for seconds. Bella Sera should consider publishing a cookbook! The staff was very kind and accommodating - we had lots of questions leading up to the event and Andrea always responded timely; her calm demeanor and can-do attitude were a breath of fresh air. The day of the wedding, Jocelyn was so well organized with getting decor set up and offering suggestions - she really made everything look spectacular! We had about 220 people at our event, but the reception hall did now feel crowded and everyone could move around between tables freely. Andrea arranged for two separate two-sided buffets to get everyone served quickly to allow more time for dancing. We had three bars, each with its own bartender - there was never a long line and the selection of beverages with the premium package kept everyone refreshed and happy. The waiters and waitresses also gave their all in serving our guests - so polite and willing to help in whatever way was needed throughout the day.The venue itself is just lovely, from the outdoor fountain area where the ceremony was held to the tent for the cocktail party, to the reception hall itself - the rustic Italian decor and attention to detail in every area was impressive. The side room for the bars and the front room, both with their own seating/tables, were welcome places for guests who wanted a quieter place to socialize while the music and dancing were in full swing in the main reception hall.In essence, we are very grateful to the staff at Bella Sera for making our daughter's wedding such a beautiful, fun and perfect day - memorable for all the right reasons!

The Venue:Planning a wedding can be an overwhelming process, but when we stumbled upon Bella Sera, we knew we had found a gem. From start to finish, our experience with this venue was nothing short of exceptional. First and foremost, the venue itself is breathtaking. Nestled amidst in an Italian/Tuscany villa atmosphere, every square inch provided the perfect backdrop for our special day. It is a one of a kind venue. The Staff: The staff at Bella Sera truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day flawless, Especially Andrea our wedding coordinator. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for our needs were evident throughout the entire planning process. She listened attentively to our vision and seamlessly translated it into reality, ensuring that every aspect of our wedding was executed to perfection. She was AWESOME!!!The food:Holy smokes, the culinary team at Bella Sera left us utterly impressed. The menu options were diverse, and the food surpassed all expectations. From the delectable hors d'oeuvres to the mouthwatering main course, every dish was prepared with finesse and delivered with impeccable service.Bella Sera surpassed our expectations and provided us with the wedding of our dreams. Our wedding at Bella Sera was a dream come true! Their all-inclusive package gave us the peace of mind that everything would be handled professionally and it was! Andrea ensured we had everything we wanted and shared valuable advice to help bring our dream to reality. The staff was amazing and attentive leading up to the wedding and through the next morning. The food was DELICIOUS, we are continuing to get compliments from our guests on how great each item we offered was. From the first meeting of our wedding coordinator to our big day, Andrea went above and beyond to make sure we were on track and that our special day would be perfect. The staff exceeded our expectations before, during, and after the wedding, The decorations, the meals, the DJ Kevin, Brad the photographer, and all event staff made sure that the day ran smoothly from start to finish. We had such an amazing experience and would recommend Bella Sera to anyone searching for a wedding venue!

bella sera is one of the most beautiful venues but it is also one of the most professional and extremely easy to work with. they make planning your wedding an absolute breeze which is appreciated given the stress that comes with planning. they are on top of every little detail to make sure that your vision is brought to light and that is something i’ll continuously brag about to anyone in the process of looking for wedding venues. my husband and i went with their all inclusive package that included SO much, lifting an immense about of weight and stress off our shoulders. i couldn’t say enough good things about the staff there but especially Andrea, who answered all of my emails thoroughly and so patiently. if you’re considering booking bella sera for your wedding, let this review be your sign to do so; you will NOT have any regrets. ♥️

Honestly we are happy that we went with Bella Sera as our venue despite some issues the day of the wedding. The venue is beautiful and I loved how our photos ended up!! Bella Sera is perfect for fall outdoor photos if you love fall colors. The food was delicious and our guests were very happy with the food. Most of the servers were nice and attentive to our guests and the multiple dietary restrictions that guests had at our wedding. Our bartenders were amazing! We really liked both of the bartenders we had and were super nice to all of our guests. Up until the day of the event the wedding coordinator and assistants were amazing and helped make sure that we were prepared on the day of the wedding. They were awesome with helping navigate the rain plan since it was raining the day of our wedding. However, there were some issues. Starting with the cocktail tables outside not being set up and my mom/bridesmaid had to decorate the tables outside since the assistant on site was running a rehearsal for a wedding the next day. Day of the wedding we had some issues with the heaters not working for cocktail hour and the fact that most of our guests did not get passed hot o d'oeuvres despite having staff pass them around. My mom had a personal request to get the o d'oeuvres from the staff multiple times to try everything that we ordered for the day of the wedding. Also the day of the wedding they held a rehearsal dinner without letting us know that people would be upstairs near the bridal suite while we were getting ready for the ceremony. We would have appreciated the heads up since people who were there for the rehearsal dinner ended up taking late night food and cookies that were from our wedding and we had to tell them to politely leave. I believe that alot of these issues could have been avoided with more communication between Bella Sera and us. Overall, we enjoyed our wedding day and would most likely pick Bella Sera again as our venue since it fit the vision we were looking for day of. Any brides thinking about booking Bella Sera I would recommend being in more consistent communication the week before the wedding to try to prevent some issues from occurring. On a positive note, the bridal suite was amazing and we had a blast getting ready. The bridal suite bites were delish as well as the mimosa bar. The space was spacious enough for all of my ladies to get ready. Only negative about getting ready is the guys did not have a place to hang out when it was raining before the start of our ceremony besides the coat room. We knew this could be a possibility going in and we made it work since the weather did not corporate. When these issues came up, the wedding coordinator tried to help fix these issues but some of them just could not be fixed and it seemed she was giving my mom and mother in law some attitude that we should not be upset with the issues that came up. As the bride though, Andrea and Jocelyn were amazing to me day of the wedding and they truly do care about each couple. Throughout the day Jocelyn checked in with me about my vision which was so nice. Overall, as a bride, despite these issues I do not regret picking Bella Sera as our venue. My husband and I agree that it was what we wanted our wedding to be.

Everything went so smoothly on our wedding day, not a single complaint. All of the staff did a great job and all of our guests gave us countless complements on how much they loved the venue. We also booked their preferred photographer and DJ and all together it made the day so perfect. Also the garden is just so beautiful, it really made our ceremony feel extra special. Bella Sera was the place I knew I wanted to get married at from the moment we started planning. It is such a beautiful venue with the more helpful staff you could ask for! The food was amazing, we got so many compliments about the food and the staff. I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding. Truly the best wedding vendor EVER! We couldn’t have been happier with our wedding at Bella Sera. The venue itself is beautiful and everyone RAVES about the food (we are still receiving compliments about how amazing the food was) but that’s just the tip of the iceberg. The team is WONDERFUL —Andrea is so organized and talented; she was everything I could’ve wished for in a wedding coordinator. Jocelyn also was a godsend the days leading up to the wedding and day of. She has a true gift for wedding day decor and making everything come together for a fairytale day. We are constantly hearing about how amazing and wonderful our wedding was and it’s all thanks to the amazing team and venue of Bella Sera!

Andrea and her team at Bella Sera were fantastic! From out initial tour of the venue, we were hooked. Both the indoor and outdoor space are beautiful. You are able to get an outdoor feel with the security of having an indoor space in the case of bad weather. All of our guests raved about the food and the service. The girls who got ready in the bridal suite had such a great time. It is gorgeous and private. The hair and makeup team also loved it because there was plenty of space for them to spread out and work on multiple girls at once. The whole team was so flexible and really wanted everything to be a reflection of us. The team was also so responsive throughout the full planning process. I would highly recommend Bella Sera to anyone!

We would absolutely recommend having your wedding at Bella Sera! We seriously had the wedding of our dreams there 2 weeks ago. I don’t even know where to start! We had about 125 guests and it was incredibly spacious, you could comfortably have as many guests as you want I think up to 275! I didn’t know what to do regarding decorating, but gave them a bunch of pretty stuff I got and they just blew it out of the water decorating the whole venue for us. All the guests gave us so much praise for the wedding, as far as saying it’s the prettiest/best wedding they’ve ever been to. They know what they are doing here and will make your vision come to life. The bridal suite was perfect for the girls to get ready in the morning of! The outside is immaculate if you’re able to get married outside depending on time of year I would HIGHLY recommend doing so. Love love love Bella Sera and more than grateful for what they did for us for our big day.

Having our wedding at Bella Sera was such an amazing experience, and we wish we could do it all over again! The planning was seamless. Andrea was always so quick to answer our questions and helped us develop the perfect timeline for the day. Jocelyn did a wonderful job setting up our decor, helping with the rehearsal, and coordinating the day of. The chance of rain forced our ceremony to be inside, but Jocelyn and Andrea made the process completely stress-free. We were well taken care of from the second I arrived to get ready in the bridal suite to the very end of the reception. Our guests were raving about the amazing food, service, and how beautiful the venue is overall! We cannot say enough about Bella Sera, and our wedding was absolutely perfect. Thank you for making our wedding so special, and we will always recommend Bella Sera!!

We are so happy we chose Bella Sera for our wedding reception on June 10! From the moment we walked into the venue, we knew it fit the bill! The space is beautiful and the bridal suite was soo helpful for getting ready. The outdoor tent for cocktail hour was also a huge selling point! The venue really has it all! Not to mentioned… THE FOOD! Honestly some of the best wedding food ever! All the staff were great, but we want to give a huge shout out to Andrea who answered all my crazy questions over the past two years! She really was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. All in all, Bella Sera really knows how to do weddings. We highly recommend!

Bella Sera was the most amazing venue to work with. Every detail that i had planned out for years came to life through them!! I don't think i could have picked a more perfect place to get married. The morning of getting ready was such a stress-free relaxing experience knowing they had everything covered and kept us on the exact schedule i had wanted for my big day!! From the quality of service to the continuous communication and responsiveness, Bella Sera is top-notch. After touring many venues, none of them beat the team at Bella Sera's genuine thoughtfulness, attention, and understanding. I was blown away by the service up to the wedding and the wedding itself. Andrea in particular was amazing answering all of my questions right away, and providing me with all the information I needed. Not only is the team at Bella Sera superb, but their venue is magnificent as well. They provide a huge area for the bridal party (with food/drinks if ordered) which many of my bridesmaids and hair/makeup people commented on being very helpful. They also set up a separate food/drink spread for the bride/groom and bridal party during cocktail hour to make sure they get time to enjoy it. They were nice enough to offer storing our décor the day before the wedding, and then after the wedding, their team put everything back in boxes for us to make it easy to bring home. Throughout the wedding and after, many engaged friends from other areas who attended the wedding let me know they've been unable to find a venue that handles everything as well as Bella Sera did. I would HIGHLY recommend choosing Bella Sera, not only because it is a gorgeous, spacious, well-designed venue, but the entire team works wonders.

The Bella Sera went above and beyond with helping us to have an amazing wedding that we will never forget. Andrea was so helpful and organized. She made everything go so smoothly and we did not feel nervous at all. The ceremony and reception were both at the Bella Sera. The ceremony was absolutely beautiful in the garden. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all went so smoothly. The venue was just beautiful and the food was OUTSTANDING! Guests had an amazing time and we of course did too! We had so many guests provide compliments saying how amazing the wedding was, how organized it was, and how that was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. We want to thank Andrea and the Bella Sera for providing us with a day that we will never forget. We would definitely suggest this venue to anyone getting married!

Bella Sera was the perfect venue for the perfect wedding day! The outdoor area was gorgeous and the indoor space was phenomenal. We chose the short rib, chicken & vodka penne and all the guests were obsessed! We were able to do fun signature drinks as well. Not to mention the coordinators were incredible! We cannot give enough accolades to Bella Sera and the amazing team of people who work there. We knew within moments of our first tour that it was the perfect place to say “I DO!” Bella Sera allowed us to have the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception within steps of each other yet all 3 spaces have their own personality and vibe. Andrea answered every email promptly and thoroughly plus she spent over 3 hours with us outlining every last detail of our wedding day start to finish at the final detail meeting. Jocelyn was so helpful at the rehearsal, wedding day & beyond making sure all of our decor and leftover cookies were packed up neatly waiting for us. Bella Sera even gave us a wedding gift and packed up our wedding meal so we could share our “first meal” as husband and wife after the craziness of the wedding weekend settled. Bella Sera will hold a special place in our heart forever & we cannot recommend them enough.

Bella Sera turned out to be the perfect wedding venue for us. Not only was it close to our home but their wedding package included multiple vendors so we didn’t have to spend extra time searching for things such as a DJ and wedding cake. The food was also top notch. We had 4 different entrees between our rehearsal dinner and wedding and everything was delicious. Our vegan guests also said it was the best vegan wedding meal they have ever had!! The staff, especially Andrea was organized and helpful throughout the entire process. Start to finish. The day of the wedding was seamless and I was completely stress free which was perfect. I was able to sit back and enjoy the day.

Bella Sera was the perfect place to have my wedding. I knew from my first tour that I needed to have it there. The venue is stunning. Many picture-perfect spots, including the magical staircase and the beautiful pond outside. The entire experience with Bella Sera made me feel so special. The food tasting was such a fun event. It was a great experience to select the perfect menu and find vendors. Bella Sera was instrumental in choosing many extras to make the day even more memorable, including fireworks for a grand finale and a photo booth to capture the day. The food was exceptional. Every steak was cooked to perfection. The chicken was fabulous. All the appetizers were perfect, and the presentation was beautiful. So many of my guests commented on the food's delicious and large portion size. The entire staff was so helpful in making my wedding day perfect. The waitstaff was so polite, attentive, and efficient with time. The bartenders were great. There never was a line for drinks. They made our signature drink perfectly! I can't thank Andrea enough. She went above and beyond to make sure EVERYTHING was perfect. She was so accommodating, flexible, and available. I had so many special requests, and Andrea made everything happen perfectly. She was a pleasure to work with and always had a smile on her face. Bella Sera was a dream come true in wedding venues! I can't recommend them enough. My guests (and even my videographer) said it was the best wedding they had ever attended!

We can’t thank Bella Sera (especially Jacquie and Andrea) enough for making our wedding day truly perfect. They were extremely attentive and professional during the entire planning process. We had multiple guests tell us how beautiful the venue was and how fabulous the food was! We also had multiple compliments about how Jacquie was walking around checking on everyone during the wedding - that went above and beyond our expectations. For anyone (like myself) who is very detail oriented and organized, Andrea & Jacquie are who you want for your big day. We 1000% recommend Bella Sera and wish we could do it all over again!!

This venue is amazing! Not only is it absolutely beautiful, but the people who work there are incredible. They made my special day stress-free and helped me with so much. There are so many food options to pick from. I’m a picky eater, and I still enjoyed this food so much! They have so many add-ons to choose from and they really helped make the wedding. I had so many compliment during and after my wedding. The vendors that this venue works with are also amazing. They all did such an incredible job. The staff at Bella Sera was amazing in helping us prepare for our wedding. I was nervous because I had a lot of handmade centerpieces and decorations that I was not able to set up the day before, but they set up everything how I wanted it and even used some of our extra decorations around the venue and it looked beautiful. They were also incredibly accommodating the day of our wedding; they brought out fresh hors d'oeuvres and drinks for me and my husband while we were busy with photos and talking to guests and they even boxed us up extra meals for us to take home. I was also very impressed with how well they packaged and organized our decorations and leftover desserts to take home the next day. Overall, we enjoyed working with the staff and it is an incredibly beautiful venue.

I cannot speak enough on how well we were treated at this venue for our wedding. Jacquie, Andrea and Lauren from start to finish did an amazing job in communicating, organizing and preparing our day with such attention to detail. In a big life event, with stressful decisions and scenarios, they made it seamless. Along with the staff, the venue itself is beautiful. We got married on 8/6/2022, and so we chose to do the ceremony in the garden/pond behind the building, and it was gorgeous. The grounds are well kept and the flowers, archway, and fountain in the pond make for a perfect place for photos. The food was also a huge talking point afterwards from our guests. They raved about how delicious it was, and some even said it was the best they had ever had at a wedding. The reception inside was also beautifully put together to what I had asked for. If you are looking for a venue that has it all, this is the place to have it. Thank you!!

Bella Sera was exceptional, from the venue, to the food, to their timely responses to my many questions and to every little detail. The entire process was so simple and easy for us because of their professional guidance. Jacquie, Andrea and Lauren are very good at what they do! Our wedding at Bella Sera was truly Magical. The coordinators are amazing, Andrea, Lauren, and Jacquie were so hands on, quick to answer my 100 emails, and ensured our day was absolutely perfect. I can’t say enough about the staff, they were all so kind and hard working. DJ Kevin and the photographer Brad were the best! They made us feel so comfortable and explained what to expect a few days leading up to the wedding and they didn’t miss a beat. The food is delicious and there is SO much of it! Our guests were happy and full. There aren’t enough words to express our gratitude and happiness that Bella Sera provided. The bridal suite was so convenient and spacious, the gardens were so well taken care of and beautiful, and the entire planning process (from what package we want to what food we enjoyed best to the intrigue details) was seamless. We will always remember this day forever so thank you to each and everyone of you that we’re a part of it.

Having our wedding at Bella Sera was an amazing experience! The venue itself was gorgeous and had outdoor and indoor ceremony spaces as well as the indoor reception space. It also has a great dressing room/suite that you can use to get ready. The food was fantastic and they have a lot of options so building our menu was a lot of fun! The staff is familiar with a lot of the local venues so they were able to recommend us a few and their connections made sure everything went smoothly! Working with Bella Sera for our wedding was fantastic! The venue is STUNNING and being able to have our ceremony outside and the reception in the gorgeous ballroom was a dream come true!The food was outstanding; we heard nothing but great things from our guests. We opted for the stations and everything put out was delicious!Having the packaging option was great - I loved that our photographer, videographer, and DJ knew each other as well as the Bella Sera crew because they've worked the venue so much. The layout of what upgrades can/should be booked through Bella Sera and what does/does not count towards the spending minimum could have been a bit clearer, but overall the coordination was great!The only slight snag in the planning was when the lead wedding coordinator left the company; we booked our wedding over a year and a half ahead of time and were planning from Colorado, but other than a couple of minor miscommunications along the way the whole crew (especially our main contact, Andrea) was outstanding!!Thank you to everyone at Bella Sera for making our day perfect!

I cannot say enough good things about Bella Sera. Andrea was an amazing coordinator who ensured that the entire evening went according to plan. From the first time we saw it, everyone there was so kind and helpful. I had my wedding there in February, and we chose the winter wedding package. The vendors that came with that package were amazing. Andrea then coordinated with them everything that I needed, which was so helpful knowing that I had a couple less things to worry about. The food was incredible as well (filet and crab cake). We had many guests with dietary restrictions, and the chef was great with accommodating these guests. I was able to drop my belongings off prior to my wedding day, and the staff there set it all up for me. The staff here made my wedding of my dreams possible!

Bella Sera is such a perfect venue. They have a private bridal suite to get ready in the day of and return to after the ceremony. They even have appetizers set up for when you get back from the ceremony. We had such a great experience with them. The best part was we didn't have to set anything up. You just drop off your decorations with instructions on what items you have and a general idea you'd like and they do the rest! Everything was beautiful, they did a great job. We loved the food and so did our guests! We had all of the additional Christmas decorations up which helped fill the space!

My husband and I got married at Bella Sera December 2021 and to say our day was incredible is an understatement. Bella Sera has weddings down to a science! We chose to use one of Bella Sera's winter wedding packages. The package was spectacular, and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Brad Riggio was a talented photographer, DJ Andy with Redford DJ kept everyone on the dance floor, Signature Desserts made our dream wedding cake, and Bella’s Sera’s food and drinks were unreal. The staff at Bella Sera is very talented. Andrea answered every question in a timely manner with thought and expertise making the wedding planning process a breeze. Our rehearsal and wedding day went so smoothly thanks to Andrea, Lauren, and Jackie. They along with the other staff members and our florist made the room look beyond beautiful. They kept the day organized and stuck to our timeline. Everyone had said to us leading up to the wedding \"something will go wrong.\" I can tell you that nothing went wrong on our wedding day with the help of Bella Sera's -we felt no stress on that day. I would highly recommend anyone to host their wedding at Bella Sera and highly recommend opting into one of their packages in order to work with their preferred vendors.

Bella Sera made our fairytale wedding dreams come true!! Aside from the beautiful space itself, the staff was wonderful to work with, and they worked so hard to ensure every detail was perfect. We loved working with Andrea, Lauren, Jackie, and all of the other day of event staff. The food is absolutely divine from the hors d'oeuvres to the family style pasta and entrees. The grilled cheese shooters are the cutest and the best - it was a must have on our list after we tried them at the menu tasting :).We had our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception here and it was an incredible experience from the first day we visited to the end of the reception. Many of our wedding guests are still commenting that it was one of the best weddings they've ever been to. We will continue to VERY highly recommend Bella Sera for any wedding or event, and we hope to be back for another event or wedding soon!

First and foremost, Bella Sera is a beautiful venue. On top of that, the staff is beyond accommodating and so very sweet! Andrea was an absolute blessing for our wedding planning! She was in constant contact and updated us on any changes or modifications. Jackie was so very nice and super helpful as well. We loved working with these women and wish all our vendors were like them! They made, along with our florist, the venue look absolutely breathtaking!Our guests, a week later, are still raving about the food, drinks, and EXTREMELY attentive bartenders. We have never had food that tasted as amazing as the food at Bella Sera at any other wedding! Bella Sera was a dream for our wedding. The building is stunning and speaks for itself. We had our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception at Bella Sera. Our ceremony was in the garden in the back and it was absolutely perfect, cocktail hour moved to the tent on the back patio and reception moved inside. It truly felt like we were at 3 very different locations - it was the best! The staff at Bella Sera were professional and very nice to our guests. We had multiple compliments from guests on the servers and bartenders. Our wedding would not have been what it was without the help of Andrea and Lauren. Andrea was extremely helpful leading up to the wedding. Her response time to all emails was extremely fast, she was always helpful and reassuring. She really helped form our vision with the wedding. Lauren absolutely crushed it. I met her for the first time at the rehearsal and we ran through all of details of the wedding. I had told her the gist of what I wanted but at the end of the day told her she knows the venue best so I trust her recommendation. And MAN am I glad I did that. She exceeded all of my expectations for what I thought the day would look like. She was patient when we did multiple dry runs for the ceremony to make sure we all had it down. She was kind and answered all of the questions I had and my family had. The food. The food is so yummy - it was hard to select what we wanted for the reception because we loved it all. The cocktail hour was amazing - the meat and cheese display was huge and a big hit as well as the giant fruit table. And you will not regret ordering the bacon wrapped scallops… seriously, a chef’s kiss. All of the portion sizes were perfect for the dinner. From salad, to pasta to the dual plate meal.I could go on and on with how perfect our day was. I highly recommend Bella Sera as your venue for your wedding. They are extremely organized and know what you need before you need it.

Like so many, we had postponed from 2020, and Lauren and Andrea made that as easy as possible for us and are without a doubt the most organized, and reliable people! I have done events for my job in several cities at tons of venues and have never come across a better team. When our big day was finally here, everything was top notch and Andrea saw to it that we could relax and enjoy while they set up everything. Each moment from the week out planning meeting, to getting ready in their bridal suite, the ceremony, reception and every thing in between was 5 stars. Our bridal party was awed by the fact they even set up a private cocktail hour for us after the ceremony, and our guests couldn't stop raving about the food. The bella sera is a great choice. The gardens and building are so well maintained and beautiful. The staff is amazing and the owner is very passionate. I worked with the Bella sera preferred vendors and had an amazing result. My cake was by bethel bakery, dj was Redford entertainment, photography by Brad Riggio, florals by fragile paradise, violin by Steven Vance entertainment. The whole process was so seamless and stress free. We were able to plan a ceremony and reception for 100 guests at the Bella sera within 8 months. Lauren Madison helped us navigate with ease. All of our guests were so impressed with the food.

We initially planned a pretty large wedding reception in a hotel ballroom downtown. However, about three months before the wedding, we weren’t feeling confident that the event would be able to occur so we started to look at other options for hosting a COVID-safe wedding reception that would still fit with our vision for our big day. We ended up finding Bella Sera and we are so so happy that we did! From the first meeting with Lauren throughout the rest of the planning process, she was so incredibly helpful with answering all of our many, many questions and helped us to feel confident that we would be able to pull off a beautiful wedding reception with only three months to plan. Her organization and attention to detail was so appreciated during this really stressful period and I had no concerns that Lauren and her team would execute all of the details that we discussed to perfection!Our reception turned out to be absolutely gorgeous at Bella Sera and we received so many compliments from our guests on the food and the service of the staff. Both my husband and I said it felt like we were meant to hold our wedding there all along! Bella Sera also gifted us with a nice basket of wine glasses, pasta dinner essentials, and a gift certificate to use there in the future, which was a really sweet and unexpected touch. We can’t say thank you enough to Bella Sera for helping us to keep our wedding date and have a beautiful reception amidst a crazy year!

Bella Sera has always been my dream venue and we were luckily able to have our wedding there in the middle of this pandemic. We were due to be married in the fall of 2021 but I had contacted Lauren regarding available 2020 dates due to boredom and she happened to have my dream date/holiday available, Halloween! Needless to say we moved our wedding up an entire year and we had 2.5 months to plan everything. Bell Sera was the perfect venue to handle our special day, the level of professionalism from Lauren and Andrea, along with the rest of the staff, was truly amazing. There was not a single detail overlooked or unaccounted for by one staff member during our entire process. All of the BTS planning for linens, food, desserts, etc was effortless all because of their amazing plans that they offer year round! We were able to host our flash mob rehearsal AND ceremony rehearsal there the day before our wedding which was a huge plus! All of our decor was perfectly arranged when I arrived the next morning; Andrea greeted me at 9:30 AM with the biggest smile (through her mask) and made me feel so comfortable. Wedding day nerves weren’t even in the question because Lauren and Andrea made sure they had everything in order long before our big day. Just before the ceremony Andrea could tell I was getting anxious and rather than telling me to get over it, she comforted me with encouraging words and a, “good luck, he’s waiting for you,” as she fixed the train of my dress seconds before walking down the aisle. Throughout the night Andrea and our DJ kept all of our events on schedule and made sure we took time to eat our food and cake AND talk with each of our guests! By the end of the night we were saying our goodbyes and I turned to ask when we would be able to pick up our decor and the room was almost completely empty with our car packed with all of the items we brought. THE EFFICIENCY!! They tore everything down and replaced it in our boxes/bins the exact way we brought them in! We also received a beautiful gift basket filled with a pasta dinner for two including pasta noodles, a jar of sauce, a bottle of wine, two Bella Sera engraved wine glasses, All Clad metals measuring cups, and a gift certificate to a Bella Sera event! As I said before, the level of professionalism and kindness we received, at one of the most stressful times of everyone’s lives (pandemic) was truly amazing. I cannot say enough about Bella Sera, Lauren and Andrea in a whole.

If one good thing came out of 2020, it was getting married at Bella Sera. We by chance found this venue via a sponsored ad on The Knot, and I'm so happy we did. With the constant uncertainty of everything, it was calming to have Lauren (our day-of coordinator) there every step of the way. She was made things so easy for us throughout the entire process. While I would say the venue was comparatively a *little* pricey, I wouldn't go back and change a thing. We all know 2020 wasn't the year of the bride, but I can say with all honesty that the team at Bella Sera went above and beyond and not because I'm special but because they are truly the most capable, empathetic and professional event specialists in the tri-state area. We cant thank them enough for making our special day one for the record books. Our guests keep telling us how it was the most beautiful and fun wedding they've ever attended and we agree! No detail was lost in the bustle; delicious food, superior vendors and coordinators, a gorgeous and impeccably clean facility with a staff you can trust. Bella sera was nothing short of amazing! Covid bride here and they went above and beyond for us and our guests. They treated us like family. Lauren was amazing. She was so attentive to our needs and worries. Even before the pandemic they went above and beyond for us.

Lauren and the whole team at Bella Sera went above and beyond from our initial meeting to the final event! We went through 3 venue changes, last minute vendor cancellations, and a significantly reduced guest list due to the current state and county restrictions but Lauren made it seem like nothing was ever wrong. We officially booked Bella Sera just 1 month before our wedding and it was a breeze! Lauren made sure our wedding was as ‘normal’ as could be while maintaining appropriate precautions to make sure our guests and her staff remained safe. She valued our opinion and was open to our suggestions/requests. The venue itself was absolutely beautiful but the service from all staff members was the cherry on top. Even requests during the event were taken care of immediately without question. We have had so many guests raving about our wedding and everyone felt safe while having a great time. I can’t thank Lauren and the whole staff at Bella Sera enough for everything!!

I can't say enough good things about Bella Sera and Lauren, Andrea, and the rest of the amazing staff there! For a bit, we were unsure if we'd even be able to have our wedding due to COVID and the constantly changing restrictions, but Lauren stood by us every step of the way and helped us make our wedding exactly what we wanted. We actually changed from the Signature Saturday package to the Intimate Wedding package 3 months before our wedding (as we felt more comfortable hosting a smaller 60 person event rather than our originally planned 150 person wedding) and Lauren was so accommodating and helpful during this switch. From the on-site bridal suite to get ready in, the gorgeous outdoor ceremony by the pond, the cocktail hour under the tent, the delicious dinner (that our guests are still talking about), and our reception under the upper tent, it was an absolute blast and every single detail was perfect. Multiple guests have told us it was the best wedding they've been to!! If you are considering having your wedding at Bella Sera, I would recommend a million times over! Our day was absolutely perfect and I can't wait to hopefully attend another wedding here as a guest in the future!

I cannot say enough about Bella Sera and their staff. There is a reason they have so many awards. After searching for the perfect venue for a little over a year, we booked Bella Sera 7 days after our tour. It was everything I had been looking for: the beautiful garden area for an outdoor ceremony and cocktail area, a reasonably priced package with so much to offer, perfectly located down the street from several hotels, and it did not matter that the venue was 3 hours away from where we lived. It proved to be the best decision especially when COVID hit. They worked with us and were able to make our dream wedding a reality. The wedding coordinator,Lauren, was so responsive, which is so important for a stressed out COVID bride! The wait staff was very professional both during the rehearsal dinner and wedding reception, not to mention the food is out of this world! Our guests are still telling us it was the best wedding they have ever attended. I cannot thank Lauren and her staff enough for everything they did for us.

I wish I could give Bella Sera, Lauren, and Andrea 15 out of 5 Stars! Being a COVID Bride and the level of uncertainty and ever changing rules was stressful but Lauren and team made it less stressful and were so adaptable, responsive, kind, and positive. They were creative in solutions to make it a safe and fun event. The food was a HUGE hit by all (wedding soup, salmon, lemon sorbet and lamb skewer were the top picks that guests are still talking about)- better then any 5 star restaurant. The Bridal Suite to get ready in was perfect and the private cocktail hour for the bridal party was just what we needed. Everyone raved about the outside tents and how elegant and beautiful it was. The layout was top notch and within all regulations to make our guests feel safe. I can not imagine a more perfect day and I truly owe it all to Lauren and the Bella Sera staff who made everything elegant, fun, and took so much stress and worry off of my plate. I would recommend Bella Sera to every single Bride & Groom.

We were very impressed with the guidance from Lauren and Andrea throughout the planning process and especially the day of our wedding. All of our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was and the excellent food/service. We couldn’t have been more happy with how everything went and would highly recommend having your wedding here!

We had a great experience with Bella sera. We had a wedding in December that qualified for the winter wedding package, which was basically an all inclusive package (dj, photographer, photo booth, wedding cake). This package was an amazing value compared to other venues we looked at. The wedding coordinator (Lauren) was so great to work with and very helpful through the entire process. We had our ceremony at the venue as well. The staff was amazing with their assistance on this and does a great job to flip the room in a short time. All of our guests haven’t stopped telling how much they enjoyed the venue, especially the food. Last, the bridal suite was a great addition. It was a nice space to have access throughout the day and an amazing spot for the girls to get ready. We would highly recommend this venue.

Our Wedding at Bella Sera was a dream come true. The venue has a Tuscan theme that makes you feel like you are in Tuscany. The value was good we had the Friday package and this made it so easy to plan. Many of my guests came to me saying it was the best wedding they had ever been to. my wedding ceremony and reception were both held at Bella Sera on November 10th for a Sunday brunch style wedding. Lauren was our coordinator up to the event and Erin took care of us the day of. Lauren was all I could ask for in a coordinator always letting me stop by to look at the venue for inspiration and responding in a timely manner to all my questions no matter how big or small. Erin was also a dream the day of and took care of everything the day of and made our day so stress free so we could really enjoy ourselves. The venue itself is so beautiful that even if you go minimal on your own décor it will turn out gorgeous. I couldn't of asked for anything more and if I had a redo or if my husband and I ever decide to do a vow renewel I would do it at Bella Sera in a heartbeat!

I just got married at Bella Sera on Saturday and I cannot recommend it more as a wedding venue. We had our ceremony and reception on site and every little detail from start to finish was perfect! We worked with Lauren leading up to our wedding day. She was always available and super easy to work with. She always answered my questions in a timely manner. Erin and Abby helped me out day of and they were amazing as well. They continually checked on me while getting ready and throughout the night to see if there was anything I needed. The service staff and bartenders were quick, efficient, and personable. Even the small details like not bussing our table until much later in the night in case we wanted to come back to our food while dancing was a nice touch. Speaking of food, it was AMAZING! And getting a serving to take home the next day was a great touch. If anyone is even considering booking at Bella, they 100% should do it. Nothing is better than walking down a grand staircase on your wedding day!

Choosing to host our wedding at Bella Sera was hands down the best decision my husband and I made throughout our wedding planning process. Our wedding was magical and we are so grateful to Lauren, Erin and the rest of the Bella Sera team who made that happen. Our wedding was on October 12, 2019 and the weather held out for us and we held our ceremony outside in their gardens. It was perfect in every way. Our cocktail hour was held in the outside tent and the reception was inside. We received so many compliments from our guests on the food, the venue, and the whole experience. Multiple people said it was the best wedding they had ever been to, which we owe to Bella Sera. They made everything easy, and we didn’t have to lift a finger on the day of the wedding. The bridal party got ready in the upstairs suite which made our day easy and seamless. We also enjoyed mimosas, a light breakfast and light lunch while there. Every detail is well-planned and expertly executed by the Bella Sera team! We only wish we could relive our day over again! Thank you to Lauren, Erin, and the rest of the Bella Sera team for ensuring our day was perfect!! My husband and I highly recommend them!

Bella Sera was the most AMAZING venue we could have asked for. From the moment we stepped onto their property to tour, we knew that it was the perfect place. We were able to get married outside in the gardens on a beautiful Saturday in October. Not only is the garden stunning, but inside the venue is so romantic. We received so many compliments about Bella Sera, and we were thrilled with how our day turned out. We went with the Signature Saturday package which included the DJ, photographer, and cake in the package. In regards to staff, Lauren Madison is wonderful to work with. She made planning so easy and effortless! Lauren is so quick to reply to e-mails/phone calls, and does her best to accommodate any wish. She sent pictures when I wasn't sure about linen colors and shared ideas without being pushy. Lauren and Erin were present day of to set up and coordinate the wedding, and were available within minutes if I needed anything. They set up everything for us, which was very convenient as I got ready upstairs in their bridal suite. The bridal suite has everything you could ask for and more! My girls and I had the best time hanging out and didn't have to worry about traveling anywhere as our hair/make-up crew came to us. Now to talk about food...seriously DELICIOUS! We had the Chicken Romano and Tuscan Boneless Beef Short Rib with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. The meat melted in your mouth. Also, almost everyone made raving comments about the Savory Chicken Pastry we had available during cocktail hour. If you are considering Bella Sera, do it! We loved every moment of our wedding day because Bella Sera made it so easy and beautiful.

I loved working with Bella Sera! Our wedding was small, under 25 guests, but they never made it feel 'small'. The venue and grounds were great and the food and it's presentation were wonderful. I got ready there, married onsite, and had my dinner reception there. It was a one stop shop, which I really enjoyed! The professional pictures turned out great because of the outdoor scenery there. Lauren and Erin were awesome, and really made me feel calm and handled during a super anxious time.

This venue is by far the best around. The venue includes a list of qualified vendors that work with Bella Sera frequently. We got engaged in January and were married in August. Lauren helped us figure out what we may/may not need, obtain reputable vendors that work well together (photographer, videographer, florist, etc.). The bridal suite upstairs where you get ready for the day is perfect for larger or smaller groups (we had 10 bridesmaids/maids/matrons of honor). The parking lot is big enough for even a large group of guests. We were able to taste everything we could at the mock wedding prior to our big day and I will say make sure you go hungry! The food is incredible and if you don't, you will regret missing out on tasting everything. The salmon is by far my favorite dish. The dill remoulade on it is to die for! Even the owner was helping clear dishes at the mock wedding and visiting with the guests. He is truly an incredible guy and it shows he puts thought into every detail to make sure the venue is continuously improving and being the best venue in the area! He cares about the people that book the venue and it shows. The food during cocktail hour and late night snacks were a huge hit as well. The service of the staff during our wedding was wonderful. They are all very helpful, friendly and do an incredible job at keeping everything cleaned up and on time. Lauren, the event coordinator/planner, is amazing to work with during all of the planning, the rehearsal, and the wedding day. Her smile puts you at ease and the assistance she provides is beyond anything I have experienced. She made things so easy and ensured we would have the best day yet. We even had an intern Andrea work with us a bit and you can tell she learned from the best. She did not miss a beat. Our ceremony was outside and we did not need to add decorations as the outdoors is picture perfect in every way, shape, and form. Some people put flowers on the outdoor arch but the detail within that and the fencing around the pond is beautiful in itself so we did not add anything. The chairs in the reception area are the gorgeous bamboo style chairs that do not require any additional decorations (chair bows/covers, unless you absolutely are set on those). The stairs leading down into the reception area make for a grand entrance (one out of a fairy tale) for the bride and groom. I cannot say enough good things about Bella Sera between their staff, food, venue, etc. We really enjoyed working with Lauren and having this venue for our big day! If we renew our vows, we might just have to book it again! I am already looking for a way to get back there to eat more of that amazing salmon! Thank you for making our wedding day like something out of a fairy tale. It was the best day ever!

Our wedding day could not have been any more perfect! As much as I would like to take credit for the day being a success, the truth is the attention to detail by the wedding planners at Bella Sera is the real reason the day was so successful. Not only did they bring to my attention things that I still needed to take action before the day of the wedding day, but on the day of the wedding, they went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and had what they needed. The entire staff was also great, very polite and very helpful as we cleaned up after the wedding was over. Oh, the food was also excellent!!! We received tons of compliments on the wedding and I know that is a direct result of the professionalism and expertise of the staff at Bella Sera.

Bella Sera was the perfect place for our wedding! We had such a fabulous day, and our guests raved about it!! The garden was the perfect spot for our ceremony; all the trees were so green, and the pond with the fountain was beautiful. The food was delicious!! And we had so much fun dancing the night away. My husband and I chose Bella Sera based on their absolutely beautiful outdoor garden and pond area. The day could of not been more perfect. The venue is all inexclusive, which helps with brides like me who felt overwhelmed trying to coordinate multiple vendors. All of the staff were so friendly, helpful and attentive on our day. Lauren Madison our wedding coordinate was so wonderful. She helped make everything go smoothly and the whole process leading up to the big day less stressful. Erin who set up all our decor was so nice and easy to work with. We would definitely recommend Bella Sera to anyone looking for a beautiful rustic and romantic venue.

Lauren and the staff at Bella Sera were amazing at everything on the day of our wedding! If we needed anything they were right behind us asking if there was things they could do to make our big day go as smooth as possible. We can't say enough about the venue as well...Bella Sera made our wedding everything and more that we could've hoped for and I would recommend it to anyone planning a wedding in the future! The food was all amazing and we got nothing but great feedback from all of our guests.P.S. You have to get the over the dance floor lighting!! It was our favorite part when coming out for our big entrance from upstairs

The staff at Bella Sera did an absolute amazing job with our wedding on 8-9-19. Not to mention their venue is the most beautiful place I’ve ever seen. We had our ceremony in the outside courtyard and reception in their garden tent. They made everything SO easy!! They set up everything, tore everything down, gave us recommendations for cake and flowers, their serving staff was amazing day of and were very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. I recommend them 10/10. Beautiful and wonderful experience we will remember and cherish forever.

We could not have been more pleased from the time we booked the venue until our wedding day!The venue is beautiful inside and out. Inside it gives you the feel of an Italian Tuscan Villa and outside they have a beautifully landscaped garden with a pond and fountain.We can not speak highly enough of the staff and ownership. The owner Jason has paid attention to so many details to insure the venue to the food are superb. We also can’t thank Lauren Madison and her intern Andrea enough either! Lauren is as good as it gets as an event/ wedding coordinator! She was always willing to respond to our emails and calls or even to meet when questions arose along the way. We had both our ceremony (outside in the gardens) and reception at Bella Sera . We couldn’t have asked for a better day and Lauren made sure every last detail was accounted for and taken care of so we could enjoy being in the moment.We also opted for one of their packages which included several preferred vendors. It really saved us time upfront and they only recommended the best. They have it down to a science and again we would highly recommend Bella Sera to any couple searching for a beautiful venue that will go out of their way to not only meet but exceed your wedding day expectations!

We are so happy we chose Bella Sera for our reception. Our wedding was absolutely perfect. Lauren and her team really are a well-oiled machine and they think of everything! Lauren is so easy to work and is really responsive to emails, even when those last-minute things pop up in your mind! The food is delicious, and they do a great job for guests that have allergies. They all really do so much to make sure your day is perfect. We had a fireworks surprise for our guests, and Lauren took care of everything for us, and helped to make sure it stayed a surprise! I can’t say enough good things about Bella Sera. Not only was it the best day ever for my husband and I, but I’ve had so many of our guests tell us how amazing everything was! Their outdoor garden area is stunning and perfect for photos. 100% recommend Bella Sera for any event.

We loved Bella sera! They were a perfect wedding venue for us. We used the outdoor garden space they provide for the ceremony and it was so beautiful. It’s exactly what we had imagined. The venue is Tuscan inspired which we loved so did everyone else! We got many comments about how they amazing they thought it was! We loved working with Lauren. She was so wonderful and helpful! I can’t even begin to say enough good things about Bella Sera. From the moment we walked in for the tour, we knew it was the perfect venue. The wedding planner, Lauren, is fantastic. She is helpful and quick to answer any question that comes her way. The rest of the staff is equally as wonderful. They really went above and beyond to make our day looked beautiful and make sure the bridal party and guests all had a great time. The food at Bella Sera is on a whole new level and far surpasses regular “wedding food.” Many of our guests told us that our wedding was the most beautiful they had ever been to (our ceremony was outside in the garden) and the food was to die for. I’m sad my time at Bella Sera is over and would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for the perfect wedding day!

We loved hosting our (Wedding) formal dinner party at Bella Sera - the food was amazing. It was such a wonderful Italian themed place to hold our wedding - very romantic. Make sure you attend their annual tasting - the tasting was amazing - the grilled cheese mini sandwich &tomato soup shooters were our favorite. We added some items onto our package and it was perfect. The carving station and the veal meatballs were perfect. Thank you Lauren Madison (lauren@bellaserapgh.com) for working with us.
