Those dreaming of tying the knot in The Beautiful Florida Panhandle, will swoon for Bella Villa Estate, a stunning waterfront mansion and two guest houses that are perfect for weddings. Invite your loved ones to the Perdido Key/Pensacola area, just 25 minutes from Pensacola Airport, and enjoy exclusive access to your very own tropical oasis surrounded by sweeping views and white sandy beaches. This gated mansion is set on one acre of land filled with palm trees and boasts two elegant homes for entertaining located directly on the water! However you celebrate your love, you can look forward to making happy memories with family and friends while enjoying the vacation and event of a lifetime. Bella Villa is a vacation rental, allowing our guests to host an event during their stay! Perfect for a private wedding week/weekend! Facilities and Capacity Bella Villa has a large grassy area along with a private Gulf Inlet beach that is ideal for an elaborate outdoor celebration. If you have a more formal occasion in mind, you're welcome to book wedding tents and invite up to 200 people for a magical evening during the sunset and beneath the stars. More intimate ceremonies or cocktail hours can take place on the adjacent beach. Inside, you'll find many stylish rooms for holding pre-wedding festivities and plenty of space for entertaining. Bella Villa's main house features a grand entrance that is picturesque, elevator, chef's kitchen, travertine floors, brass railings, and an incredible master marble bathroom. The guest house has two separate living quarters, each have full kitchens, plenty of sleeping space, sprawling balconies to view the water, and a workout area. This property can sleep 35 people comfortably. The property of Bella Villa is a photographers dream! Bridal suite, grooms suite, bridesmaids suite, and groomsmen suite are all available on the property. Services Offered Outside vendors for event will need to be hired. Tables, chairs and tents are NOT included. The dedicated team at Bella Villa knows how much careful planning goes into your big day and has thoughtfully provided as much as possible for entertaining. You have the option to dock a boat on the private dock and can take advantage of the property's kayaks, paddle boards, and other beach supplies. All you need to do is arrive, unwind, and savor unforgettable moments with your loved ones. In addition to your big day, Bella Villa can also be a place to host engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, family reunions, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and many more! Pricing: Bella Villa is a VACATION RENTAL therefore; there is a minimum night stay at the property. Pricing per night varies per season. *Peak season Memorial Day-Labor Day is a 5 night minimum. In addition, to the price per night for the rental, there is a $2,995 event fee. Bella Villa is absolutely stunning! Our wedding was a dream come true with the picturesque lawn overlooking the water and beach. The three houses were perfect for the wedding party and family. Our guests had a fantastic time, and we're overjoyed with our choice. Trish, the owner, is a gem – incredibly responsive. We wish we had booked a few extra days to fully savor the beauty of this estate. Highly recommend for a magical wedding experience!

Our stay at Bella Villa exceeded our expectations. Our family enjoyed our stay in the main house and the loft. It was the perfect place to have everyone together with enough room for everyone to have their own space. The property was well maintained and rooms were clean.I enjoyed cooking some meals in the spacious kitchen on the Viking stove while enjoying the view of the water from the kitchen. We enjoyed relaxing on the hammock under the palm tree watching the sunset, my favorite experience of the trip. The kids loved playing in the sand and looking for hermit crabs, fishing off the dock, and kayaking. We rented a boat and explored the waters along the inlet and Johnson beach. The kids loved going to Johnson beach which was a few minutes drive by boat or car. The water was warm, clear, and calm. The sand on the beach was soft and the view was breathtaking. We saw dolphins from the beach. We bonded at night roasting marshmallows and making s'mores around the fire pit. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants and even had dinner outside under the covered patio. An added benefit was that we saw the Blue Angel jets fly near the property. My son is now obsessed with the Blue Angels after seeing them fly and visiting the naval museum Pensacola. It was a short drive to Walmart and Starbucks. We definitely want to come back to Bella Villa again. We loved our stay there!

Great experience! We are so happy we booked Bella Villa for our wedding. The property is beautiful. The houses are very well maintained and have elegance. The best part about renting Bella Villa was we were able to have a stay-cation with family and friends after our big day! No rush to leave after the reception like other venues. Exceptional experience! We will be back

Bella Villa is simply amazing! I had the wedding of a lifetime. It was a dream come true being in such a beautiful place made me feel blessed and beautiful. The homes were comfortable, accommodating and wonderfully decorated. The property was spacious enough for my wedding of 150 guests to enjoy the ceremony and the reception. We could not have asked for a better venue!

Bella Villa was the best decision for my wedding week. The Estate is exceptional and dreamy. From the first initial contact with the owner to the departure, our experience was 5 stars. Beautiful home in a perfect location. Close enough to the beach, restaurants and attractions, but far enough to enjoy the peace and tranquility this home offered. The views were breathtaking as we watched the sunsets each night. Every family member from the oldest to the youngest enjoyed the numerous activities available. Special treats are seeing the blue angels practicing and flying overhead each day, and watching dolphins and manatees as they swam nearby

Bella Villa was an incredible venue, our wedding was beautiful! The lawn area was perfect for the ceremony and reception. We had the ceremony during sunset and the reception under the stars ✨. Everything went perfect! The photographer was thrilled with how many photo opportunities the estate has!

Fairy tale! We love Bella Villa! My husband and I celebrated our anniversary with friends and family at the estate. Everything was perfect. The grounds, mansions and interior were gorgeous!My entire family was able to stay at the property since it sleeps so many. We had a wonderful time at Bella Villa! We recommend this beautiful property to everyone.

Bella Villa is an amazing venue! The Italian inspired architecture of the mansions, lush tropical landscape, and the water made the photo opportunities plentiful. We had our rehearsal, ceremony, and reception all at Bella Villa. Everything turned out better than I could imagine! The local is perfect and the property is beautiful inside and out. The owner of Bella Villa was so responsive, she was very helpful with any question we had. We toured other venues, nothing compares to Bella Villa especially the price.

Beautiful venue. I can not recommend Bella Villa enough. The outside are was perfect for the ceremony and the reception. We rented a tent with a dance floor which was awesome! At Bella Villa we had our rehearsal and dinner the night before the wedding. Everything turned out amazing. The Sunset during the wedding ceremony was breathtaking. The day after the wedding, we rented a boat from the marina 3 doors down and spent the day with family and friends on the water! All of our guests, 145 of them, said this was the most beautiful wedding and venue they have ever attended! I have to agree with them!

BELLA VILLA, I can't recommend it enough! Great location, beautiful inside area, great location, outside gardens, stunning architecture, plenty of space for a large party, awesome view of the water. It was my dream venue and I'm so grateful we spent the most important day of our lives celebrating at Bella Villa. The photo opportunities are plentiful to get amazing shots. My husband and I are already talking about renewing our wedding vows at Bella Villa. The owners were great to work with as well as Luxury Coastal Rentals. LOVE LOVE LOVE

Bella Villa was a dream come true! The property is amazing! The views are spectacular of the Gulf of Mexico! From arriving through the fancy gates, to all the beautiful landscaping, 2 houses on the property that are decorated with elegance, and the million dollar view from the back yard! All of our guests were amazed me could afford such a star studded venue. We felt like royalty at Bella Villa!
