The most BEAUTIFUL venue in all of Arizona! We rented the whole property for the weekend for our wedding and had the rehearsal dinner on site as well as the ceremony and reception. The best part was almost the entire wedding was able to stay on site with us (almost 50-60 people!!) for the whole weekend making it the most memorable weekend of our lives. The main house, cottages and small house were beyond gorgeous... if you stay here your expectations will be blown out of the water!! I would not have wanted to get married anywhere else... if you’re looking to get married in AZ, do yourself a favor and check this place out... I promise you, you won’t be disappointed!!

RECENT EXPERIENCE 10/7/2023DO NOT BOOK…MUSIC ABOVE NORMAL CONVERSATION LEVELS NOT ALLOWEDI can only speak with sadness, regret and more than a little anger about my experiences with Bellavue Estates. I really wish I had read through all the reviews before spending 14,000 on a venue that tried to ruin my wedding and reception. Diving right into the facts:The contract that we signed was explicit that noise needs to shut off promptly at 9pm. No problem, that’s reasonable enough. No rules about the levels of noise before 9pm or anything of the sort. The contract also did not disclose that anyone else would be living on property during the time that we would be leasing it.The day that we checked in, Jim (the proprietor) told us that there were additional rules that were NOT in the contract we signed. A “surprise” if you will, that the decibel level was not to exceed 50 decibels at any point. Just for reference, here is a chart explaining decibel levels (you can fact check this)Whisper 40 dBAverage room noise 50 dBNormal conversation 60 dBAverage office noise 70 dBhairdryer 90 dBMotorcycle engine running 95 dBSo, as we can see from the chart, 50 decibels falls into the normal conversational level.Ok so fast forward to the actual wedding. The ceremony started at 4pm, with soft cocktail hour music and a little louder entrance music. Almost immediately, Jim (who has been living on property the entire time since we checked in and has not left) starts texting our DJ that it’s too loud and he needs to turn the mics and the music down. Our guests couldn’t even hear our vows, or the entrance music. He then continues to text the DJ during pictures, dinner, then finally I decide to go up to the “office” where apparently him and his wife are living (seriously they did not leave the property the entire weekend) and I let him know we are about to kick off the dancing and I paid to throw a party here not a funeral. He is literally sitting in a dark bedroom, with a decibel meter in his hand watching us out of the window. I was incredibly creeped out at that point, told him to stop harassing my DJ and went back to the party.Yup you guessed it he continued to text throughout the reception, around 13 text messages later it was 9pm and we wrapped it up at that point per our contract. There were other strange things happening, like four friends went outside of the house to smoke after 10pm and he immediately walked up with a headlamp and told them they weren’t allowed to be outside talking. There was also LDS paraphernalia in every room of the house, if you want to subscribe to a religion that’s fine but don’t force it down your guests throats, it’s just giving weird and desperate.I will mention here that we had a very diverse crew with us, not sure if that played a role in our experience but knowing how these proprietors operate wouldn’t be at all surprised. It’s a real shame because it has the potential to be a really great venue, however the owners Jim and Jen completely ruin the experience. Would not recommend to anyone who wants to have a good time at their wedding without some creepy guy watching them from a window with a decibel meter.

I'm so glad we chose this venue. This was probably the happiest weekend of our lives! We rented the entire estate for our immediate family. It was perfect!! It was big enough for 40 or so of us to feel like we were staying in the same place without feeling like we were on top of each other. We had so much room to spread out and have fun and then big enough areas for us to all come together too. The hosts were so accomadating and kind. I have no complaints at all!!

We had planned our wedding all the way from Texas and it was just so special to have all of our friends and family staying at the venue with us. Jim and Jen were so helpful with answering questions, recommending vendors, and overall making our weekend so memorable! We can’t wait to one day revisit this special place!

I can't even describe how beautiful and amazing our wedding weekend was!The Owners are So so amazing and wonderful.Everything was absolutely perfect and magical. I am so content and happy with how everything turned out. The entire property is very uniquely designed and has very beautiful ar-chitecture…. 100% recommend BellaVue Estate

BellaVue was hands down the best wedding venue! We looked at a lot of different places throughout California and Arizona but when we first visited BellaVue, we knew it was the one. The courtyard is so gorgeous and private, the parking lot is huge which is where we had our cocktail hour and caterer, and the mansion plus 3 cottages was the best part! Being able to provide a place to sleep for our closest family members made the weekend so much more memorable. Especially when we had the rehearsal dinner there the night before, there was plenty of room in the mansion for everyone to eat and gather. I also loved that my husband and I could have a private cottage the night of the wedding! If there’s one thing I would have done differently about my wedding it would be getting a dance floor. Yes there’s plenty of space to dance but it felt very spread out. I also would have started our ceremony a little earlier because you do have to shut down by 9pm. In fact, I highly suggest getting early check in and late check out because there’s absolutely no way we would have pulled off the set up and take down without that extra time. Remember it’s all DIY so make sure you have a LOT of helpers with set up and take down. As everyone says, your wedding day goes by so fast and it really did. I’m excited to rent out a cottage in upcoming anniversaries to relive the best night of our lives.

We absolutely LOVE BellaVue Estate! My husband and I got married on November 21, 2020 and we couldn’t be happier that we chose BellaVue to be the place we said I do. Not only was the venue stunning, but the owners Jen and Jim were so sweet and helpful! Our families were so excited that they could come here for our wedding and also spend the night at the same spot without having to drive anywhere else! My husband and I stayed in Cottage #3 and had the opportunity to go back and stay in the same cottage on our first wedding anniversary this year! We were left the sweetest note by Jim and Jen and it really made our day! Our wedding was everything we wanted and more, and a lot of that had to do with being able to find an amazing venue like BellaVue! We highly recommend any future couples to take a look here when wedding planning!

Jim and Jen (Owner) Hi, I’m Jen & married to my sweet love Jim. I love mother nature & all things non-traditional. I’m a big feeler. I feel things very deeply & appreciate anything that you can pull at my heart strings. I would say Jim is the more strong, silent type? But don’t let that fool ya. His heart is about as tender & smooshy as it gets & I’m thinking he must be an animal & baby whisperer because all things cute & cuddly have this magnetic pull right into his arms.
