Bello Giorno Estate is a modern interpretation of a romantic Italian villa in Tuscany perfect for your intimate wedding of up to 125 people. The grounds were inspired by and seek to emulate the villas of Tuscany's countryside. Situated alongside the scenic and historic Pequest river in Belvidere New Jersey, our Estate personifies an intimate natural elegance. Our grounds are carefully curated with a grand entrance gate, flowing gardens, and seasonal designs that provide the perfect accompaniment to our three outdoor ceremony spaces. Our riverside rock walls provide the perfect space to sit quietly with your loved one and enjoy a specialty cocktail as you watch the river flow and native fauna pass by. Bello Giorno Estate books one wedding per day, and you can trust us to make sure your's is an unforgettable experience! Facilities and Capacities Bello Giorno Estate can accommodate up to 125 guests. This makes us intimate enough to cater to your wedding personally, but also large enough for your guest's to have plenty of room to explore our grounds. Services Offered Bello Giorno Estate can provide an array of quality services to give you an unforgettable wedding day. We will cater to even the smallest details because we know how important they are to our couples, including: centerpieces, wedding cake, favors and other decor to compliment the Estate. Bello Giorno Estate offers the services of an experienced wedding planning team that will assist you with all the details that come with preparing for your special day. Additional services that we offer include: Private Bridal Cottage suite / Gatehouse Groom's Room Bridal Assistant 3 outdoor ceremony options with river views Indoor ceremony option Window filled cocktail space alongside the scenic outdoors Manicured patio space Complete set up and cleanup for the event Lighting Sound Tents Shuttle Parking Valet Wheelchair access Cuisine The Schiano Family has been serving northern New Jersey unique Italian fare since 1970 in an array of successful restaurants and establishments. Menu selections include passed hors d'oeuvres, hot & cold buffet stations, and plated serving styles. Various dietary alternatives can be provided. Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Vegan and Vegetarian menus are available. We will be happy to prepare and accommodate for any dietary need. Bello Giorno Estate also provides an array of bartending services and bar packages that can be customized to your event.

Dear Future Married Persons,You cannot go wrong choosing Bello Giorno Estate to host your day! From the minute we booked until the morning after the wedding we were treated like family.Monica and her team are kind, professional and unbelievably hard workers. For anyone planning a wedding, stress is par for the course. But the team at Bello Giorno Estate does everything they can to make sure they have you covered. Every single one of my guests raved about the ambiance, cleanliness, decor and professionalism/warmth of the staff. Every. Single. One.Planning a wedding amid a pandemic meant flexibility on everyone's part. The Bello Giorno team not only rose to the occasion, they shined! 2 weeks before my wedding, amid rising numbers and covid concerns, I asked that our entire day take place in one room to allow for social distancing. Not only was it not an issue, but they used their creativity to make our day as safe and beautiful as we ever could have imagined.I would be remiss if I did not mention our coordinator, Stephanie. From the moment planning began, she responded to every email (all 9 billion of them) promptly. The day of our wedding, she did not stop moving for a minute. She made sure my wife and I ate, sat, had private moments and fully enjoyed our day.Now... the menu. If you haven't been to the restaurant that caters Bello Giorno's affairs, (Mama's Cafe Baci) then you are truly missing out on a wonderful dining experience. First and foremost, they cater to vegans, vegetarians and gluten free patrons - with ease. There are seemingly endless options for all to enjoy. Our wedding buffet was exquisite and will certainly be gushed about by family and friends for years to come. My wife and I enjoyed a private cocktail hour in the onsite Bridal Cottage and really had the opportunity to soak up that we just got married.\"Thank you\" seems inadequate. Bello Giorno did a phenomenal job of hosting our wedding reception in October. It felt as though they took care of everything, letting us enjoy the day stress-free. The very reasonably priced package included the cake and catering and the food was amazing! Also the venue has a very welcoming family feel, as personal as it is elegant, and the staff are exceptionally kind and friendly, from the manager to the bridal assistant to the bartender and butlers – they made us feel like we were among family.Throughout the planning process, Monica and Stephanie were just a phone call or text away, highly responsive to our questions and with an exceptional attention to detail. The service we got from Bello Giorno leading up to the day, as well as on the day itself, was remarkable. We were able to personalize the wedding to our heart’s desire, with Stephanie and Monica supporting us every step of the way toward realizing that vision.We had our ceremony at our church and came to Bello Giorno later in the day for the reception. Upon our arrival to the venue, being able to retreat by ourselves into the beautiful cottage behind the venue and have some cocktails and appetizers in private helped us to ground ourselves and take everything in. Staff were delicately attentive to us, making sure we had enough food and drink while also allowing for our space.The grounds are gorgeous. Some guests were seen stepping outside during the reception and just admiring the water running by in the river, or holding low-key conversation, remarking on how pleasant the outdoors was.The inside of the venue was just the perfect size for our wedding, large enough to give everyone their space while also small enough to allow everyone to be near enough to one another and mingle. Things came together more nicely than we could have imagined.Ultimately, we can say with confidence that Bello Giorno helped make our day as happy as possible. And our guests concurred – they reported the event was charming and the food was delicious, and at least one guest made a point of urging us to write a positive review if we did not already plan to do so ourselves (though we did plan to!). Every guest seemed to be made to feel as honored, welcomed and taken care of as we the bride and groom felt, which was very important to us. We’ve heard nothing but positive feedback from our guests about the venue and their staff. They even went above and beyond to prepare special meals for some of our vegetarian and vegan guests!We highly recommend Bello Giorno, especially if low-stress wedding planning and a warm, intimate family feel complemented by phenomenal Italian food are desired on your special day. Although it wasn't perfect, the best was made from it. The location did make for beautiful pictures. I sincerely wish all of our expectations were met and that we could leave a great review. That just wasn't the case. But for me to leave a horrible review is wrong. The venue itself is beautiful. My only advice is be specific with what you expect & get every detail in writing.

This is a venue that literally can’t do enough for you. Any question you have is always welcome and answered in a timely manner. The food was incredible and people couldn’t stop talking about the ambiance of it all. The staff is very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Your guests are allowed inside or on the grounds after dinner and the staff doesn’t try to “heard” them to a general area. The packages are inclusive and you are not setting up or ripping down anything because they will do it for you.

This is a venue that literally can’t do enough for you. Any question you have is always welcome and answered in a timely manner. The food was incredible and people couldn’t stop talking about the ambiance of it all. The staff is very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Your guests are allowed inside or on the grounds after dinner and the staff doesn’t try to “heard” them to a general area. The packages are inclusive and you are not setting up or ripping down anything because they will do it for you.

From the moment my Fiance and I stepped onto the Estate we just knew it was the right place. The venue is truly beautiful, a perfect mixture of intimate yet elegant. While touring the grounds with Stephanie, whom is an absolute doll, we realized the indoor/outdoor option will best suite not only our needs but our guests as well, especially due to Covid. Monica is a true Fairy Godmother making it clear that any wish/desire we may have she can make come true!

Bello Giorno is a beautiful venue to have your wedding ceremony and reception at. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we had our wedding and reception outside with the reception under an open-sided tent. It was amazing, and we would not have had it any other way! The scenery of the Pequest River, the lush garden atmosphere, the wedding cottage for the bridal party to use and freshen up in during the wedding, the amazing patio, the beautiful arch by the Wedding tree, and the gazebo are just the beautiful beginning of what Bello Giorno has to offer. The service you get is the best. Monica Schiano, Stephanie, and her wonderful staff go above and beyond to make a perfect day for you! Monica was so supportive and comforting when needed during the entire process, and always made time for us. Stephanie was very attentive, calming and made sure all was going smoothly during the wedding day. The food was plentiful and delicious! If you want an elegant wedding in a natural, garden setting or whatever your heart desires, Bello Giorno is the place for you and Monica can make it happen! Bello Giorno implemented all CDC guidelines.

Bello Giorno Estate saved our daughter’s wedding! Me and my husband were married in July during Covid. Monica and Stephanie were so accommodating, supportive, and flexible with all the changes taking place day to day. We found out a week and a half out from our wedding date that we could no longer have our reception indoors due to NJ's restrictions. Monica and her team worked tirelessly to make sure our day was as beautiful as it could possibly be, and let me tell you, it was! We ended up having the entirety of our wedding (ceremony and reception) outside on their gorgeous property. The maintenance and updates done on the property, as well as the beautiful landscaping, helped to make our wedding magical and memorable. Stephanie was so kind to us and went above and beyond during the planning process and wedding day to make the day perfect. We were so happy to have her helping us out throughout the day. She helped to keep us calm and always made sure we had what we needed. Though we couldn't enjoy the indoor venue like we initially planned, we felt that our wedding was even more magical with it being outdoors and that the changes NJ made to indoor dining benefitted our situation since we were all able to enjoy the beautiful picturesque gardens even more. Our guests could not say enough positive things about the atmosphere and beauty of the place as well as how nice the staff were. Monica and Stephanie always showed that they cared about us and that we weren't just another customer. They went above and beyond to provide us with the wedding we wanted and made the day so special. We couldn't be happier with the way the day turned out and we are so happy we chose Bello Giorno as our reception venue.

I recently got married and had my reception at Bello Giorno Estate. Everything was beautiful!! Monica and Stephanie are very easy to work with and very accommodating. The place is absolutely beautiful and the pictures we got by the river in the back are amazing. My day wouldn't have gone so smoothly with out the help of Monica, Stephanie and the rest of the staff. My priest walked in late because he was preaching a mass after our wedding and the ladies quickly heated up food just so he could have something to eat. You won't get that hospitality at any other venue. My only wish is that I wish I had more time to enjoy the place, utilize the cottage and enjoy the food. I can't thank you and the staff enough for the everything you did to make our day so special. thanks again!!!

The venue itself is breath taking with its location right on the river. Their internal decorations were an amazing added touch and I highly recommend the decor enhancement package because the way they add all the extra details is so beautiful. The bridal cottage is amazing to have for the bridal party and allows for a nice moment for the bride and groom to get away before the reception kicks off! The way they interact with all their bride’s vendors is truly wonderful, communication is great and they know what’s going on at all times. It never takes more than a quick glance around to find a helpful staff for anything you need the entire night. Stephanie and Monica gave me my dream wedding and i couldn’t recommend this place and this family enough. Also as a bride with food allergies, I knew I would be in good hands. I worked with them for almost two years to plan my wedding, emails back and forth and a few visits. As an out of state bride, they were overly accommodating and were willing to meet with me anytime I was in town. I cannot thank them enough!!!

I just got married here yesterday. People say you can’t have the perfect wedding. Well, I did. It was the perfect wedding and Monica and Stephanie both were so good with helping and coordinating anything that needed be done. The food was amazing because let’s be real, food makes or breaks a wedding. Every guest commented on how beautiful the venue and scenery were. I would and will recommend this to everyone.

I just got married here yesterday. People say you can’t have the perfect wedding. Well, I did. It was the perfect wedding and Monica and Stephanie both were so good with helping and coordinating anything that needed be done. The food was amazing because let’s be real, food makes or breaks a wedding. Every guest commented on how beautiful the venue and scenery were. I would and will recommend this to everyone.

Me and my husband got married there in October 2018. I can NOT say enough how amazing there were, from the first time meeting them to the goodbyes at the end of our evening, we do not have one complaint.From the moment I booked I was a phone call away from getting any questions answered by Monica and/or a member of her staff. She was always happy to hear from me and so accommodating. We had a HUGE wedding party (18 total) and got married in the gazebo. We had the wedding party fanned out on both sides of the gazebo and there was plenty of room for everyone.The day was like a fairy tale for the both of us, and all of our guests. The ambiance and scenery is organic and beautiful. The cocktail reception was amazing, with plenty of food to go around. Our guests were stuffed! I can't say enough for this venue except if you want to have your venue somewhere that you can just let go and not worry about anything, Bello Giorno is the place to go :)

Bello Giorno Estate was the perfect spot for our spring wedding. Our wedding was on the smaller side and we had visited other venues that were just too large and too expensive. We came upon it totally by chance in a Google search and immediately planned a visit. Sitting down with Monica and Stephanie, they walked us through everything and wrote up an estimate on the spot. Even after finalizing our contract, they were super helpful and responsive with all of our questions. We made several visits and fell in love with the property more and more. Even our guests said that we undersold how beautiful the scenery was. You get a lot for your money at this venue. The food is amazing and they pack it up for you at the end of the night. You get a day-of-coordinator who is there throughout the process taking notes and tending to your every need day of (thanks Stephanie!). You get the outdoor element if you're blessed with a nice day, which we were. But even if you're not, they have an indoor plan B option so you don't have to worry about the extra expense of a tent. They started in the restaurant business and they're family owned, and it really meant a lot having the owner there all the way until we caught the bus home (thanks Monica!). Word of advice, there are a lot of venues in the area and very few hotels. The closest hotels are 20 minutes away from the venue with no traffic so block your hotels ASAP.

From time to time we may all say...where has the time gone? It was early May 2015 when my daughter, her maid of honor (my other daughter) and I met for the first time with Monica and Stephanie at Bello Giorno. The elegant setting inside and out sold us immediately. Now, we all couldn't wait for May 20, 2016! My daughter could envision her special day at no other location. As we've enjoyed the food on several occasions that was never a concern. The more difficult question was going to be what to choose to offer the guests. While my daughters plans moved forward there was never a time that Monica was;t able to answer a question and reassure her and was always accommodating. Fast forward to the rehearsal and wedding day... my son-in-law's family chose to take all those attending the rehearsal dinner to Mama's Cafe Baci, Bello Giorno's sister restaurant in Hackettstown. There we had a private low key evening of delicious options we didn't chose for the wedding but throughly enjoyed. This night was a precursor of the next day. ALL the food was delicious and no one left hungry! We celebrated a beautiful thing, \"marriage\" at an amazing \"hidden gem\" of a venue with family and friends. We are so very blessed to have joined our two families as one and cherish the memories we created at Bello Giorno. Thanks for your professional guidance, kindness and love of life and marriage!

What a great place this is. This was a second marriage for both bride and groom. We wanted an intimate beautiful setting with excellent food and gracious and attentive service. Bello Giorno provided it. Monica, Stephanie and staff anticipated all our needs. They supplied our guests with what ever was requested,asked if there was anything else they required, and even noticed that our 3and 5 year old grandchildren needed a different menu and brought them a special kid-friendly meal. Not many places are as family friendly.\rIt is also the best package price that we found. Many amenities are included that are not found at other venues.\rAll our guests commented on the beautiful setting, The elegant but relaxed atmosphere, and especially the friendly staff and 5 star quality service. \rWe recommend them highly.\r\r\r\r\r\r

They supplied our guests with what ever was requested,asked if there was anything else they required, and even noticed that our 3and 5 year old grandchildren needed a different menu and brought them a special kid-friendly meal. Not many places are as family friendly.\rIt is also the best package price that we found. Many amenities are included that are not found at other venues.\rAll our guests commented on the beautiful setting, The elegant but relaxed atmosphere, and especially the friendly staff and 5 star quality service. \rWe recommend them highly.\r\r\r\r\r\r

I held my wedding here on June 7th, 2014 and it was wonderful. The setting is beautiful...landscaped outside alongside a winding creek! We held the ceremony in the gazebo and during the reception, guests enjoyed wandering between the nicely decorated inside and beautiful outside. Monica and her team provided excellent service before and during the event. We wanted a simple, nontraditional wedding and we got everything we wanted and more! The menu is excellent and can include choices for all types of special diets...they even made me a special plate because I have so many food allergies. Every step of the way, from the initial meeting to the food and cake testings, to the actual day were well handled and we felt we and our guests received every attention desired. I would recommend Bello Giorno to my closest friends and family.

My H and I were married at Bello Giorno on May 24, 2014. Overall, the ceremony and reception turned out very nicely. We arrived to canopies set up outside due to on and off rain that day, which was great. The only thing that was a bit stressful was that we did not have the opportunity to rehearse prior to the wedding, due to the venue being booked just about every day prior. Tanya, Monica and Stephanie guided us all and things turned out just fine, though. It was a beautiful ceremony.\r\rI must say that communication with the hall leading up to the event was sparse... and some of the package details were very vague. We ended up not having our place cards ready because they were never sent to us (which is part of the package)- I had misinterpreted them asking for seating charts/names to mean that they would be taken care of. Luckily, they were done quickly the day of, by one of the assistants, so it turned out alright. The reception was a lot of fun... there was an abundance of appetizers, food and drinks. The buffet package was a fantastic deal. The only other issue was that the wording in the contract was also vague in regards to the time allotted for the event. It was told to us that day that everything would be ending at 8:30, when we thought we had until 9pm. We ended up paying for an extra half hour. I think if there had been more communication prior to the wedding, these inconsistencies would have been avoided. However, I was never concerned about everything going perfectly, and overall, the day was beautiful and memorable. :)
