We absolutely loved our wedding at the Bellport Country Club. Theodore and the rest of the team really went above and beyond to make sure our day was seamless and everything we had hoped for without us having to lift a finger the day of our wedding. Our guests absolutely loved the indoor/outdoor cocktail hour and after party upstairs - we are still getting compliments on our cocktail hour food! Theodore and Absolute Entertainment helped set the tone for our wedding and our dance floor was packed all night!The entire staff was so responsive, informative, assuring and helpful from start to finish and so easy to work with leading up to the wedding. They are true professionals and we highly recommend them!

Our wedding at Bellport Country Club was something special. Both the cocktail hour and reception food received compliments from tons of our guests. The staff went above and beyond to make our day seamless. These people did not know the word \"no\". They were incredibly accommodating and attentive to our every need. Their responsiveness and willingness to ensure everything ran smoothly truly made a world of difference. We felt like our event was in the hands of professionals who genuinely cared about our experience.Overall, Bellport Country Club exceeded our expectations in every aspect. When we first walked through at Bellport we loved the bright and airy but rustic feel to the venue. We met with Rob and felt so at ease. We loved that the food is from the Irish Coffee Pub and that they offer seconds on a silver platter after dinner for all guests. During our reception we didn't want or need for anything- everything was handled so perfectly and we were able to enjoy our day! We still keep receiving completments on the food & viennese hour! Even a sushi platter was included as part of cocktail hour! We would recommend Bellport Country Club over and over again, we can't wait to attend another wedding there!

From start to finish the Bellport Country Club had exceeded our expectations! From the staff, to the chef and our special hostess’s, went above and beyond in creating a comfortable and complete wedding experience!The food was amazing (ask any of our guests) the venue was exceptional and the attention to detail was outstanding. Bellport Country Club is the perfect wedding venue. They helped us plan and execute the wedding of our dreams. The entire staff was extremely responsive and helpful from start to finish. Planning was seamless and we didn't lift a finger the night of the wedding. Our Maitre D and bridal attendant took care of everything and they really made us feel special. The venue is absolutely beautiful and the food was amazing. Our guests are still raving about the cocktail hour! We loved the indoor/outdoor cocktail hour and the after party right upstairs. We can't say enough great things about this venue. We would recommend Bellport Country Club to any couple!

From our first visit with Mike, my husband and I knew Bellport would be our wedding venue. After booking and leading up to our wedding, any questions or requests we had were immediately taken care of. Our tasting Was such a nice day with both of our families and we were able to taste the amazing food we would be having on our wedding day. The week of our wedding we dropped off all of our supplies and Mike & Theodore went through the entire venue to make sure they knew where everything would go. On the day of, we were blown away at how beautiful they set up all of our decorations. The venue could not have looked more beautiful. The bartenders and wait staff were fantastic. Our signature drinks were such a hit with all of our guests. Our day was made perfect by Theodore who was there for us every step of the way. He set up our meals in the bridal suite for both cocktail and dinner so we were able to eat in private. Theodore anticipated anything we would need and made it happen. Our bridal party, families, and guests were treated so nice by all the staff. We are still in awe of how exceptional our wedding day & Bellport Country Club was. The biggest thanks to Mike, Theodore, & Jackie for making our day amazing.

Bellport deserves 10+ stars if I could give them that. From the time we booked our date (18 months before), to picking up our tons of decor afterward, working with everyone at Bellport Country Club was beyond incredible. We worked with Theodore and Taylor most as we got close to our date, and I can tell you without a doubt that they are why our day was pure magic. It started with Theodore answering our countless questions during the food tasting. His sincere enthusiasm as well as his sometimes silly personality made us feel right at ease. We were accommodated for us (the bride and groom) and our few guests in the bridal suite for an incredible selection of Bellport's delicious food. Any question I had moving forward (no matter how random or relentless), I was reassured....even in late night emails!! Both Taylor and Theodore were immensely helpful when we had to have multiple phone calls and meetings to discuss our specific details. When it came time to discuss and bring in our final decor/payment, Taylor became my personal wedding fairy. She took my boxes of ridiculously detailed labeled in stride. Taylor took notes of my rambling as we went through everything; and with a simple smile and an, \"I got you\" took all of my anxiety away. We went in days early to set up the chuppah (Jewish wedding arch) which we were so grateful to be able to set up in advance. Then came wedding day. Every minute I was there, Taylor was somewhere in my sight. She was on her game in making sure everyone was good to go. In the bridal suite, there were curling irons and other tools which was amazing for me on the humid almost rainy day. My fiance had a great time with his groomsmen upstairs in the pub while I was in the bridal suite getting ready. I got to meet my bridal attendant, Elizabeth, who made sure not just we but our parents always had drinks in hand and had just what we needed in that moment. She even helped my photographer take incredible photos of my veil!! Elizabeth explained our food choices to us and made sure we had all that we needed both in food and drinks during cocktail hour and dinner. Before walking down the aisle, Taylor worked with our bridal party to make sure they were comfortable with their order of walking and where they would go. Taylor was the final person to wish me luck as I was about to go down the aisle, and the first person to congratulate me after my ceremony. When we had our first look in the ballroom we were absolutely blown away. Our centerpieces were perfect and exactly as I had dreamed. Taylor had even helped us out with many last-minute situations I totally thought we had already accounted for. During our entrance and first dances, Taylor quickly took my tiny poodle in his stroller to make sure he was away from the hullabaloo. When we did our cake cutting, Taylor was right there with us making sure we knew how to cut it correctly. I truly felt like Taylor was a close friend all throughout the evening and planning process too. I am so grateful for our frequent communication. This goes for Theodore as well, who helped at our wedding even though it was his day off!!! My guests have not stopped telling us how incredible the food was during cocktail hour and the wedding overall. I am so thankful for each and every moment spent planning with and celebrating at Bellport Country Club. They made my wedding an incredible night that I will remember forever.

Every single person that works at Bellport is amazing, especially Taylor, who helped us in every step of our planning from the moment we signed the contract to the moment we picked up our stuff weeks after our celebration. We went to my cousins’ wedding here, and she encouraged us to look here for ourselves. Bellport offers so many little add ons that make you feel special. We added on a coffee bar at the end of the night, and because we used some of the house vendors, they gave us another station free of charge. They offered seconds for entrees at dinner. We, along with my family, did a tasting in which they let us sample lots of different options of the food. In short, their food is amazing! In general, any request I had they were more than happy to help with anything, from allowing us to have three signature drinks, to displaying my nick nacks perfectly around the venue for the night, to playing an electronic collage of my family’s wedding pictures. This place is a hidden gem with a fantastic team. My bridal assistant must have pinned my dress at least three times as it fell throughout the night! She got Mike and I sample platters during the cocktail hour for us to enjoy in the bridal suite in private as well as at dinner; they got us a little bit of every entree! They made sure we had drinks and food all night. Losing my grandpa a few days before our wedding, this team was understanding and made sure our day was as smooth as possible.I would recommend any future couple to trust this staff to make sure your day is perfect and memorable!

Bellport Country Club is an amazing venue. Our wedding day was perfect in every way. From the moment we toured Bellport we could picture getting married there. It is a beautiful place to get married indoors and out, with a wonderful staff. Everyone we met with and worked with at Bellport was so helpful. The staff made wedding planning with them so easy! Our guests all raved about the food and the overall experience. I am gluten free and they made sure that there were plenty of safe options for me, as well as several other guests with food allergies/ intolerances. Everyone who works there is so kind and was so attentive to us as a couple on our wedding day and throughout the process. My husband and I can’t recommend Bellport Country Club highly enough.

The Bellport Country Club made our wedding absolutely perfect. From day one when we walked in, we felt that they were very down to earth, not pushy, and provided us with all of the information for us to think about. We might have called the venue 100 times between that day and our wedding and each time their staff (Mike, Taylor, Theodore, Robert) were incredibly kind, helpful, and flexible. With their help, we were able to customize our wedding to reflect our relationship and they assisted us in every step along the way and went above and beyond. On the day of the wedding, all of the staff we had worked with and the waiting staff were ready to assist with ensuring our special day went smoothly. Numerous guests commented on how amazing the food was and how beautiful the atmosphere that they were able to help us create for both the ceremony and reception were. The day after the wedding, they had delicious left over food packed up for us as well as all of our things. I was so impressed with how friendly and personable they were as they even came out to my car to help us pack up the items that we had left behind. We felt so well taken care of the entire process and we are so grateful that we chose to get married at the Bellport Country Club.

I can go on and on about how incredibly professional and amazing our experience was with Bellport Country Club. We knew the moment we had our tour with the venue and staff, that this was going to be the venue for our special day. All throughout the process leading up to the big day, everyone on staff was extremely helpful and punctual when we had any questions and needed some assistance making decisions. Everything was seamless, which made the stress of planning a Long Island wedding that much easier for us. Specifically, the vendor package made many of our decisions much easier because we knew we were in good hands. What made us even more pleased with our decision, was how perfect our wedding day turned out. You are always told that there will be some things that happen / go wrong on your wedding day, but to just go with the flow and everything will work out. The staff made sure of this and were so good at their jobs that we did not even notice one little blip during the long day. Unmatched professionalism and kindness from top to bottom of the staff made our day more amazing than we could have ever imagined. There were so many moments during the day where my wife and I looked at each other and were taken back at how smooth it all went. I'm sure there were some things that the staff had to deal with behind closed doors, but they made it seem to us, that there were no issues whatsoever.We cannot thank Bellport Country Club, the staff, the vendors, and everyone else involved for helping us have the most beautiful and best day of our lives.

I can’t even begin to explain how perfect Bellport Country Club was for our wedding. We toured multiple venues and found ourselves comparing every single one to BCC. The staff, Maître d’ Taylor, and bridal attendant were amazing. They were attentive from the day we toured with them up until the last minute of the wedding. Phone calls and emails were returned within an hour. They worked with our budget and made everything perfect for us. We had over 200 people and the space was perfect. We could’ve fit even more. Our guests raved about the food. If you’re considering Bellport country club as an option don’t even bother to look anywhere else. Nothing compares!

I am so beyond thrilled to have selected Bellport Country Club as my wedding venue. They are a family owned business which is incredible and they really do make you feel like family through the whole entire process. There wasn't a time I felt uneasy with anything regarding Bellport. They are able to work with any request you have and are so sweet in the process. We dealt with Mike and Robert for most of the pre-wedding appointments and both were so helpful and kind to us. During the wedding day we had Taylor as our Matre'd and she just blew it out of the park! She was there the minute we needed her for anything and everything. They really do make you feel so special on your big day. On top of the incredible staff, their food is phenomenal. We kept having people come up to us just to tell us how amazing the food was! We can't wait until we know someone who has their wedding there so we can go back!

This venue and staff were absolutely amazing! I have received nothing but compliments . My wedding was 2 weeks ago on October 15th, and it was the most amazing day. Everything went as planned. The food was great, and the bartending staff and drinks were awesome. Both Taylor and Mila were on top of everything and very helpful. Robert and Michael own the Bellport and have been accommodating, caring, and responsive since I booked with them last year. This venue was simple and beautiful. Perfect fort rustic fall wedding.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Bellport Country Club. My husband and I could not have had a better wedding venue and staff. They were incredible in every way possible. They were accommodating and flexible throughout planning a Covid wedding. Michael and Robert went above and beyond for every need and truly made our wedding planning so much easier and actually fun which is unheard of. The maitre'd, Taylor and Theo, made sure everything was perfect during our wedding reception, and it truly made all the difference. They were always available to discuss any questions or concerns we had. The staff was amazing, extremely helpful, and well versed in hosting wedding events. The food was delicious and by far the best wedding food we have ever had. We got so many compliments from our guests saying the same thing about the venue and the food served. Bellport’s recommended vendors, through the vendor package were also incredible. Our photographer (Artistic Images) was amazing and helped capture my husband and I perfectly. He was fun, easy going, and very flexible. He respected all our wishes and just over all was great. The DJ/MC (Absolute Entertainment) was amazing as well. All our guests were up and dancing throughout the whole night! They played everything we wanted, avoided the songs we did not want played, had an awesome energy, and just overall crushed it. We seriously could not have asked for a more perfect night. Bellport helped make our wedding the best day of our lives.

This was the third venue we looked at and the minute we took the tour, we knew this was the place to host our special day. The staff, Maître d’, and the Bridal attendant were phenomenal and accommodating to everything we needed. The food and the setup was so great! We did a tasting to confirm our choice and it was so worth it!! The food was incredible. The bridal attendant brought us cocoktail hour food and drinks while we were seeing our guests and chatting away. Bellport Country Club knows how to host a wedding and make our day feel special. We had the after party upstairs and we were glad to see so many guests come up to continue the night with us.Bellport Country Club hosted an incredible wedding September 9, 2022 and all of our guests agreed it was an incredible day to be apart of!Love the Majkas❤️

We just celebrated our 1 year anniversary over the weekend! We had the time of our lives and its all thanks to The Bellport Country Club, the staff and of course Robert, Mike, Taylor and Theodore. Leading up to our wedding was a breeze, every question had an answer and every request had an action. They made our day extra special and our guests as well. Throughout the year friends and family have continuously raved about the food and service at our wedding and it was to no surprise as we had previously attended events here. Our menu had many options but our fan favorite was the Chicken Cork option (highly recommend requesting this dish). We also had our after party upstairs with some late night snacks, more drinks and our Nintendo 64. Needless to say this venue and the people who serve it are the best in the business so look no further and have a night you and your guests won't forget.

Look no further! If you're going for a timeless, elegant, and clean venue space, this is for you! Mike and Theodore helped every step of the way, and I never felt like I was bothering them (even though I definitely asked so many questions). They are extremely organized, accommodating, and professional, and they truly care about each individual wedding. All of my guests raved about the service and the food! Bellport includes so many upgrades in their standard packages, which is so nice because you don't feel nickeled and dimed as you do with other venues or vendors. The amount of food that is included alone is amazing! The day of our wedding included a Maître D and a bridal attendant, so no wedding coordinator is necessary. They take care of everything, including you and your significant other (and the wedding party!). They always made sure we were doing well, feed, and hydrated! I would recommend this venue to any person who wishes to get married on Long Island. I can't thank them enough for making our wedding so special and seamless!

The BEST place to have a wedding. Bellport was amazing from when we first walked in to book the venue until we walked out the door as a married couple. Everything was perfect I trusted them entirely through the whole process and they really care about making your day special for you and your guests. If I could give more stars I would. Very accommodating, the food is amazing, Cocktail hour is on a different level and the views are great.

The Bellport Country was THE PERFECT PLACE for our Wedding. Every single one of our guests couldn’t stop talking about the food, the venue and the staff. A special thank you to Michael and our Maitre’D, Taylor. After checking out many venues on the island - We just knew Bellport Country Club was the perfect place. We first met with Michael, he helped us with absolutely everything! (What a great guy) He showed us around and we just fell in love with the space. His knowledge and expertise showed, the venue was decorated beautifully and the staff was professional and extremely kind. The day of my wedding we were to get married outside however, mother nature decided it should rain. Michael and Taylor made sure that wouldn't put a damper on the day. They had set up the ceremony inside and it was beautiful. The reception was gorgeous. They did an excellent job of making sure everything went smoothly to ensure we enjoyed our day.The menu!! My guests could not stop talking about the food. It was delicious and there was a lot of it - Cooked to perfection! We worked with Michael every step of the way, any questions or changes we wanted to make, he made it happen. He gave us a list of vendors to work with and we went with - Marco Photography, Absolute Entertainment, Bayport Flower House & Rolling Pin Bakery - 10/10.The Bellport Country Club has so much to offer. It was a pleasure to work with them, we wish we could do it all over again. There are not enough words to describe just how PERFECT our wedding day was at the Bellport Country Club. From the moment we walked into the BCC we were so impressed with the venue and the gentlemen who run it! After we booked our wedding for 4/23/22 Mike, Robert, Taylor (also our maitre'D -she is great!), and Theodore were incredibly responsive to any question we had. When planning our menu for the evening we could not believe HOW MUCH FOOD our guests would experience. Everyone was so impressed. They were so helpful and we knew we were in good hands for our special day. Ours was the first outdoor wedding of the season and we are so grateful for how it all turned out! Our bridal attendant, Mila was amazing. She was very attentive and made sure both my husband and I were taken care of the entire day. Overall, I could not recommend this venue enough. My husband and I wish we could do it all over again!

If you are looking for the perfect wedding day, come down to The Bellport Country Club. Our wedding was a complete dream because of the hard working, attentive and kind staff. Mila, our bridal attendant, was so helpful. She made sure we only had to think about enjoying our day and made sure we were watered the whole night! Taylor, TJ, Mike and Rob all manage a well-trained team and made sure the day ran smooth. Their hard work is unparallel. Not only is the staff incredible, the FOOD was OUT OF THIS WORLD. Our guests continued to say, \"I could've ordered anything off that menu\" and when I asked how their dinner was, all responded with amazed praise at the quality of the duck, steak, chicken and salmon options. Thank you beyond words to everyone over at Bellport Country Club. You are the best!

I could not wait any longer to write this review! We were married on Saturday, 12/18/21 and it was easily the best day of our lives. Everything from start to finish was a dream and Bellport is to thank for that! I was very up in the air about not having a wedding planner but I'm telling you, you don't need one if you decide to have your wedding here. Communication from the very beginning was fantastic. They literally go above and beyond to make it the best day of your life. My husband (!!) wanted pumpkin beer since it's his favorite and we knew we were going to be out of season, being we had a winter wedding. They made sure to have it for him as one of the signature drinks and I know that he really appreciated that. I had a vision for the decorations but trusted that they knew better if anything looked off and they executed my plan perfectly and then some. Theodore was our Maitre D and Mila my bridal attendant. We have absolutely nothing but fantastic things to say about both of them. My dress had gotten dirty while taking pictures and at one point they were both on their hands and knees scrubbing the bottom of it right before cocktail hour, which was so beyond sweet and really saved my sanity! When you book here you already know that the food will be perfect but our guests were blown away. Many people have commented to us that it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. I could go on and on but you need to know that you are in GREAT hands if you have your event here. Our expectations were blown away and we cannot wait to use them for future events over and over again. Thank you all so incredibly much for everything!

Worth the wait! My husband and I originally booked Bellport Country Club in late 2019 for a Fall 2020 wedding. We ended up postponing to 2021 like so many other couples. We are so happy we did! Bellport was incredible throughout every step of the wedding planning process. Their staff are incredibly kind and patient. Our wedding day was amazing! We were blown away by the service. The food was exceptional. So many of our guests kindly remarked about how fantastic everything was. Highly recommend Bellport Country Club.

I am so eager to review the Bellport Country Club-as you can see I gave them 5 stars. We had my daughters wedding there on 12/11/21(After 2 previous attempts were canceled due to Covid) We'd looked at almost every Wedding Venue in Suffolk County including restaurants that also do weddings. The prices they were charging for the services and food were ridiculous. None had personality-or the ambition to work with us to provide a really special event. My Son in Law and my daughter found the BCC-instantly loved it-and brought us in to meet Robert and Michael- and go thru the food options and packages. Their selection is huge-their prices are more than fair. the venue is beautiful, and more importantly- these two men are honest and truly will give you as much of their time as you need..after deciding to book the wedding there- we were asked to do a food tasting-Montauk Swordfish-Chateaubriand- Lamb etc.plus we tasted numerous items for the cocktail hour...everything was fantastic. Read all the other reviews- you'll see a common thread here...now I talk of the wedding day. It was a nasty cool day-the reception started at 530 after a short ceremony. BCC was decorated beautifully for Christmas-although there was a small function before ours- the Maire D- Taylor(Excellent at her job) brought us all into another room-fed us some appys- and started giving us Champagne-beer and drinks- remember our function was still an hour away...Their service staff are spot on..especially Meja who quickly replaced drinks as for us as soon as they were empty. Taylor went way over board to make certain my family and my new In laws wanted for nothing-the entire wait staff- and Management were so nice and eager to please. Cocktail hour was amazing-I ordered the Clam and Shrimp bar -every piece of seafood was ocean fresh. Since I was the father of the bride I hardly made it to the food at the Cocktail hour because I was constantly with the photographer or guests- however everyone there said the food was excellent. The staff and of course Taylor handled all the introductions of the bridal party flawless- and without confusion...all did a wonderful job .We had 5-6 selections for our entre -the forementioned Montauk Swordfish(delivered fresh daily)Cjhateaubriand, a Chicken dish-Rack of Lamb-a Vegetarian plate etc) I think this may have been the best Swordfish I had in my life-a huge portion-so tasty absolutely wonderful- each meal that was ordered at my table had everyone raving about it And if that was not enough- they will come and offer seconds..so I had the Chateubriand it was so juicy and butter soft- I used my fork to cut it... The starter salad was Mozzarella-and Tomato on Romaine? Very tasty... Honestly-I dont have one negative comment about this place and its Management and workers..if you've running around looking at caterers and feel absolutely lost- or disappointed- please set up an appointment to see either Robert-Michael or Taylor- I promise you-within a few minutes you will want to make a booking here.....

Our day was magic and that is in large part due to everyone at Bellport cc. I made a ton of decorations and provided them with a list and some pictures. I did not have a day of coordinator or wedding planner and the staff there made every single thing I planned and envisioned come to life perfectly. The food was amazing, the cocktail hour was incredible, the team was kind, professional, always a step ahead of everything we needed. I was handed a full water glass and drink every time I turned around. Everyone that attended the wedding was singing praises. We could not have asked for a better day or venue. You seriously cannot go wrong with this venue!

The bellport country club has been the go to catering venue for our family. My bridal shower was absolutely goregeous in their newly remodeled downstairs room overlooking the golf course! It was a no brainier to have them cater our June 2021 black tie sail cloth tent wedding. They exceeded our expection and were EXCELLENT!! Robert was a huge help leading up to the wedding and a confidant during the planning process. The staff were skilled, professional, and made sure no one ever had an empty glass in hand. Not to mention the delicious food. I could not recommend them enough!! I am so thankful we chose them for our wedding.

Bellport seriously does it ALL. During our search for a venue, we were focused on finding good food, good drinks and flexibility to add our own ideas and small touches to our wedding. Bellport exceeded our expectations on all three. Their cocktail hour is like nothing else. We decided to do a sit down dinner, and our guests could not stop complimenting the amazing entrees. As the bride and groom, we truly could not have been better taken care of. Mila and Theodore, our bridal attendant and maitre'd, were absolutely incredible. We were completely stress free the entire night thanks to the staff at Bellport. We are working on convincing our family and friends to plan their future weddings there so we can relive the food drinks and ambiance all over again!

We had our reception at Bellport on 5/15/21. We originally were booked for 2020, but COVID happened. From the day we first visited and met Theodore, through our first round of planning, through the changes a month before our original date, and through our second round of planning when the NYS restrictions seemed to change every single day, the team at Bellport was phenomenally communicative and helpful. We had a very specific vision for our wedding and Bellport brought it to life. They customized our food&bev menu, placed our decor beautifully so that the whole room felt personalized, and were in lock step with us the whole way. The grounds are gorgeous. Everybody there is wonderful. Robert & Michael answered my emails almost immediately and always had a solution when COVID made it seem like things wouldn't be what we wanted. Mila made sure we ate and spent time together on the busiest (but most beautiful) day of our lives. And most of all Theodore...maitre'd extraordinaire. You guys made what could have been the most stressful experience of our lives almost effortless. GET MARRIED AT BELLPORT COUNTRY CLUB! You will not regret it.

We LOVE Bellport. We had such an amazing experience with them. We got married on 9/13/2020- our original date. They worked with us about not moving our date and to have whatever ceremony and reception we were allowed to have. They answered all of my (obnoxious) questions and even gave us pricing for on premise catering in the event they weren't able to operate. We booked them initially because they we food is excellent, the price was more than affordable and they were a family run business. Looking back on it, we went with the best people we could. We love there is a restaurant on premise on the golf course that's open to non-golf members a, they are affiliated with the Irish Coffee Pub in East Islip and they do catering on site for other events. It gives us the opportunity to work with them in the future for future events and also special occasions. We are so happy to be husband and wife and get married during these crazy times and are thankful for Bellport for giving us the opportunity to do so! Also amazing shoutout to Carly & TJ for keeping us calm, collected and always refilling our drinks and fixing my dress. We had the most perfect day <3

I must say the Bellport Country Club surpassed all our expectations. Michael gave us a tour of his beautiful hall and we were super impressed with its beauty and elegance.Michael allowed us to decorate for our wedding any way we wished, and let us adjust and modify the menu. We even added recipes that were not on the menu. The food was delicious and everybody complimented me and my wife on how tasty it was.They were very accommodating and helped us to have some foods that were from or ethnic backgrounds, which made our celebration more unique and special.I would totally recommend the Bellport Country Club for any event, the staff were great. My husband and I got married on October 31, 2020. It was the BEST DAY ever thanks to Robert, Michael and their staff! The Bellport Country Club helped us organize our wedding in less than 2 months. We had our ceremony at the Bellport Country Club and then had our reception in our backyard. Robert, Michael and their staff did such an amazing job catering our wedding. Everything was so well organized from the ceremony to the reception. Prior to the wedding, Robert told me that we would not have to do a thing and that they would take care of everything. Our day came and it was exactly as he had said. The staff were so friendly and our guest were so happy with the service that they received. The food was delicious!! We held our “micro wedding” at BPCC on 10/25/2020 and cannot express how incredible of a day it was for us! One week before our big day, we were scrambling to replan our wedding after things didn’t work out with our original venue due to COVID and we then decided against our backyard wedding plans. We spoke with Theo on the phone and instantly felt relief knowing he was ready to pull things together quickly for us. We visited BPCC the following day and knew it was the place for us. Theo made everything seamless for us to replan our wedding in less than a week. Our guests had the best time, the food was absolutely delicious, and the service was beyond our expectations. BPCC wasn’t our original venue but we are SO happy it ended up being where we held our most special day. If we could go back in time we definitely would’ve booked them from the start. We highly recommend BPCC and can’t wait to go back! Thank you for saving our wedding day during this crazy time!

I was scheduled to have my 9/5/2020 wedding reception at Bellport Country Club. Although we had to deal with the uncertainty of Covid, we were lucky to be dealing with BCC. They were so understanding of trying to do what they could to support our vision of the wedding we wanted. For us, that meant not having our reception at Bellport and instead having them cater our smaller offsite backyard reception. Robert and Michael were so pleasant to plan with, the staff executed the offsite catering flawlessly, and the food was delicious. I can only imagine how perfect the reception would have been onsite but I would definitely recommend this venue and team for your wedding or next special event.

Our wedding was absolutely perfect at Bellport Country Club! We got married 9/12/2020, and after months of planning followed by so much uncertainty, Bellport made our dream wedding possible. The food, venue and most importantly the service are all incredible. All of our guests felt taken care of by Theo, who went above and beyond to make sure the night ran smoothly. My bridal attendant Alexis was amazing and always made sure I had something to eat and drink. Michael was extremely accommodating and easy to work with from day one. He really understood what we wanted at our wedding and helped us put our vision together. From the cocktail hour, to the sit down dinner and ending the night with warm pretzels, our guests are still talking about how delicious the food was. We had our wedding on November 2nd, 2019 at the Bellport Country Club. We looked at a number of different wedding venues on Long Island to accommodate our 230 guests, but after meeting with Michael from the wonderful Bellport staff and seeing the classic elegance of the venue, we knew this was the right place for us! Michael, Robert, Taylor, and Theodore were incredibly responsive throughout our entire planning process and were so pleasant to work with. Mike and Taylor were quick to accommodate our every request, meet with us, and suggest ways to help coordinate all the little day of details and special touches that we loved. Our experience on the day of our wedding started when we arrived at their beach to take pictures, Theodore met us at the beach to ensure we had everything we needed and to help me navigate the sand in my dress! The pictures from the beach were truly stunning and are our favorites. From the second we arrived at the country club, our amazing bridal attendant, Mila, could not have been more helpful and attentive. She truly went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and to make us feel special on our day, as well as bustling my dress. Our cocktail hour was incredible – our guests could not stop raving about the food and everything looked amazing! The ballroom was beautifully decorated for dinner and the food was the best I’ve ever had at a wedding venue. Mila even prepared a special plate for us so we could taste each of the seven entrees and made sure we took more home! The service throughout the entire evening, from the bartenders to the wait staff, was outstanding. Bellport included an hour-long afterparty but we chose to extend it to 3 hours, with more food, which was the perfect way to end the night! Taylor ensured that everything ran beyond smoothly, from coordinating with our band and photographer to helping us with our cake cutting and making sure we got all our belongings packed to pick up the next day. We could not possibly overstate how wonderful Taylor and Mila were, and how beautiful everything turned out. The entire experience with Bellport was better than anything we could have imagined: our wedding day was the best day of our lives and Bellport was a big reason why!

I love this venue and highly recommend it for your wedding or any other special event. It was a pleasure working with the staff in planning this extraordinay day. They walked us through every step to personalize our daughters wedding. We were able to enjoy the wedding day without any stress because we knew that Bellport Country Club had taken care of everything. The entire day was wonderful. Beautiful venue, great food, fabulous music and a wonderful photographer. All our guests raved about the wedding. The venue offered our guests seconds after dinner, snacks to go after reception and the after party in the on site pub which were all welcome additions to an otherwise spectacular day.

My fiancé and I had a tight budget since we paid for our wedding by ourselves. We still wanted a quality venue that would provide excellent service and food! My fiancé's family used to own a restaurant and know a lot about Portuguese and Italian food - so it we had a hard time choosing a venue. Many of the venues in our price range had mediocre food. Bellport Country Club has EXCELLENT food! During our tasting, we were blown away and decided to book with them right after. They have excellent service and respond to emails within hours of sending questions through email. I had tons of questions during our 2.5 years of planning, and Bellport (Mike, Rob, and Theodore) always squashed any fears and provided all the answers to my questions. During my wedding, everyone was impressed by the food and open bar. While Mila (my bridal attendant) tried to get me to eat, I was too busy on the dance floor, but I did not hear of any complaints from my guests about food or service. If you want excellent food and service (even if you are on a budget), choose Bellport! (By the way, they include an ice sculpture of your choice, amazing cocktail hour, and afterparty room for no additional charge).

The day of the wedding was amazing and I truly don't have enough kind words to say. I am still getting compliments from my guests about how good the food was and how nice the staff was throughout the night. They went above and beyond for us and I am so thankful. I also appreciated that they offered vendor packages. If you are looking to keep the costs down just a bit, it really helped. Their vendors were great as well.

My husband (!!) and I just got married at BCC on 10.18.19. There aren’t enough words in the english language to describe how incredible they were. From the moment that I met Robert, I knew that this was going to be a perfect wedding. Robert, Michael, and Theodore are truly amazing. They put you at ease immediately. I called, I emailed, I just showed up and never did they have a problem with the amount of questions I asked or how long they spent with me. We live in the area so we’ve been to BCC for Mother’s Day brunch, Christmas gatherings, junior prom, our high school reunion was held there. They never, ever disappoint. We were able to bring our decorations in a few days before, Taylor went through it all with us and wrote down what was what and where we wanted it all. We even brought some last minute items in the night before and they had no problem with it. In fact, they helped us bring it all in and load it back up when we brought it all home. My father in law catered the rehearsal dinner from BCC as well and Robert gave him our wedding day menu so that we didn’t pick all the same food. The day of, our bridal party was able to come in early (we got married at church) and they had food and water set out for them and they nicely displayed some snacks I had bought earlier in the week when I figured they’d just throw the boxes in there. Teddy constantly checked in with us throughout the night to make sure we were okay and didn’t need anything. He worked closely with our DJ (Absolute) to make sure the timeline ran smoothly and kept everything on track. Family has been complimenting us for the past 5 days on the food and how smoothly everything ran. The food is always incredible, I have never had a bad meal at BCC and a 150 person wedding was no different. BCC is a family, they treat you like family and I really can’t say enough good things. We had an amazing day. Thank you so much BCC, we love you!!

We had our wedding on September 13th 2019 and it was honestly the BEST day of our lives! I originally said i never wanted a country club wedding but boy was I wrong. Bellport was everything I dreamed of and the staff there was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Michael was the one who helped us each time and he was absolutely amazing to work with! My maitre D Taylor and bridal attendant (whose name I can’t remember right now) were so amazing the entire night of my wedding. They decorated everything beautifully and people cannot stop talking about how amazing the food was and how beautiful this venue was. I wish I could live that day over and over again and can’t wait to plan many more events at the county club in the future. We had our wedding on July 13th at the Bellport Country Club, and wanted to take the time to share our experience regarding the staff as well as the venue. Although our wedding might have been considered a smaller event by some – roughly 50 people, everyone at the Bellport Country Club made us feel just as special and important as if we had 200 people sharing in our special day. From the initial meetings with the Michael, Robert and Theodore in setting up all the arrangements and walking us through all our choices, to the exemplary service provided by Taylor and the wait staff the day of the event, we could not have asked for, nor expected, anything more. It was all PERFECT. We received countless comments on the exceptional food, both for the cocktail hour and dinner course. The bar service and waitstaff were both professional and friendly. Taylor’s efforts in doing everything possible to make our day the most special one possible will be remembered for a very long time. We cannot say enough good things about the staff at Bellport Country Club. They made our special day feel like a fairytale.

We got married 5/18 at the Bellport Country club and it was the best! We had the best time. Robert is awesome! Taylor was our Maitre d and she met us down at the beach while taking photos to introduce herself and make sure everything was going well. Taylor made my day perfect and stress free! Mila was our bridal attendant and she made sure I ate(we stuffed our faces during cocktail hour) we were able to be outside during cocktail hour and the weather was perfect! The food at Bellport is unbelievable and plentiful! Our guests keep talking about the lamb chops, they were a hit! We Wanted to have our favorite vodka from upstate NY at the wedding and Robert was awesome about contacting the distillery and had a case shipped to Bellport. Well we also brought two more cases with us since the drink was a hit! If you want a stress free fun wedding Bellport is the place.

We just got married this past weekend and Bellport Country Club was AMAZING!! I could not have imagined having my wedding anywhere else after the amazing experience we had. It was more than we could have ever dreamed of. The Maitre D' Taylor was amazing from start to finish. She was so responsive to emails whenever I had questions about anything. The owners Michael, Robert, and Theodore were warm and welcoming from the beginning. They allowed us to come back 3 times to see the venue and even gave us a bottle of champagne when we booked. We were able to drop off our decor a couple days before out wedding and Taylor had us go through it piece by piece with her so she knew exactly where and how to have everything placed. Day of, the bridal attendant Mila was immediately at my side offering me food and drinks. She was equally accommodating to my Groom and his groomsmen and gave them food and drink as soon as they arrived. Every time I turned around either Taylor or Mila was in eyesight for me and they always knew exactly when I was looking for them because I needed something or if I just happened to spot them randomly, it was like they could read my mind. Mila was very professional when she broke us from our conversation with some guests to inform us that dinner was ready and she was able to get us to our table. The food was absolutely wonderful, our guests were raving about it the next day. Our guests also loved the bartenders and how personable they were! The decor set up for the reception was impeccable, it came out more beautiful than I could have ever hoped. It was an absolutely flawless day all thanks to the staff at Bellport Country Club. They're truly the best at what they do and they genuinely care for their brides and grooms. I truly believe that our wedding day was as perfect as it was largely because of Bellport Country Club and their amazing staff!

No need to look any further!! BOOK THIS VENUE!! You will NOT be disappointed. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! We had our wedding at the Bellport Country Club on 11/11/18 and it was hands down, the best day of our lives - in VERY large part to Bellport. We knew from the very beginning that this was the place that was going to make our dreams come true. We had the pleasure of working with Mike from the very start - he made us feel like family! No request was too big or too small. He made sure to make us feel at ease throughout and that everything was going to be taken care of. And believe me, everything was taken care of and more! He answered every question I had (and there were many!) and made the whole process so enjoyable. Mike is a true professional and so good at what he does! We were so lucky to be able to work with him - he went above and beyond for us! He ensured that everything ran smoothly and was perfectly executed the day of our wedding. We had our ceremony in their beautiful rose garden on the most perfect, crisp fall day - they even set up heaters for our guests to make them more comfortable. We were lucky to have Mila as our bridal attendant and Theodore as our Maitre D'. Talk about a dream team! Everything at Bellport runs like a well oiled machine - no detail is too big or too small. Nothing is overlooked! Mila was an angel sent from above - from making sure that we had hot drinks while we took our pictures outside, to bringing us in EVERY appetizer during cocktail hour to the bridal suite so that we could have some time to ourselves, to managing my bustle and veil like a pro, to making sure that we sat down to eat dinner (she gave us a sample of EVERY dinner!), to keeping our glasses (as well as our family's) full the WHOLE night, and ensuring that we felt like the most special people in the world - the night would not have been the same without her. And Theodore! We never had to worry or think about a single thing, because he already had it covered. He was truly one step ahead of everything! The night ran SO smoothly, in very large part to him! He is the nicest person and just an absolute pleasure to be around. A true professional! So grateful that we had Mike, Mila, and Theodore, as well as the rest of the amazing staff to take care of us that night. We've never felt so special! And last, but certainly not least, THE FOOD. Oh my goodness. I cannot rave about the food enough! From the amazing cocktail hour to the amazing choices for dinner. Our guests are still talking about it! Everyone kept saying that they felt like they were out at a 5 star restaurant and not a wedding! They also bring out seconds so you can try another dish if you'd like! You or your guests will NOT go home hungry. We wish that we could have our wedding here over and over again. You will be surrounded by the most amazing people in the business! Let me not forget to mention the rest of the wait staff and the bartenders - the most wonderful and delightful people. I hope I'm not forgetting anything - I could go on for days about Bellport CC! Our guests said it was the best wedding they've ever been to, and I couldn't agree more. Forever grateful to Mike, Mila, and Theodore, along with the rest of the staff that worked with us that night. You all have a very special place in our hearts and we will never be able to thank you enough for giving us the wedding of our dreams!

Bellport Country Club was the most perfect venue for our wedding. The attention to detail was impeccable and I would not have trusted anywhere else with my wedding. Nothing was overlooked. Just saw family over the holidays and they were still talking about how amazing the food was and how well-done the event was. Notable compliments from our family members & friends who own restaurants & even notable compliments from our friends / family who we consider “picky” or specific. :) We have only positive feedback to share and if we were to plan our wedding over again, I would pick Bellport Country Club endlessly. The team at Bellport treats you like family and truly goes the extra mile to make each specific need and want a reality. I ordered a neon sign that arrived in NY 3 days before my wedding - I had no real idea as to how I would display it - Robert & Michael figured it out to have it displayed perfectly as I had imaged - without any stress. Every specific detail I had mentioned was precisely met.That’s truly the best part about Bellport. They take the stress and anxiety out of planning a wedding - whatever you want, they’ll do* (within reason) and I never had to think twice about whether something would be done. It always was perfect. Taylor was our maitre’d the day of and Mila was our bridal attendant - they were perfect - on top of all of our needs and literally there whenever we needed anything - also, never overwhelming. We had everything we needed every moment of the day - drinks & plates always full. Outstanding service from every member of their team. Bellport is a venue we will continue to book for more life events for years to come!

We just had our reception there on 11/9/18 and it was absolutely perfect! After looking at several different venues a little over a year ago, Bellport was the clear choice after touring the venue and sitting down with Rob. Rob and the entire Bellport staff are very accommodating. We shared our vision with him, which then became a reality. Every detail was handled perfectly. We even built a two tap bar (which is now available to rent) for the wedding, which was welcomed by the Bellport staff. They ordered the kegs we wanted and tapped them without any issues. Our Maitre D (Theodore) and Bridal attendant were awesome! They made sure the bridal suite was stocked with food and drinks. We were never empty handed the whole night!The Bellport Country Club is perfectly placed on the 18th green with views of the Great South Bay. Even in inclement weather, there are plenty of opportunities to capture all of the amenities offered. Bellport is an amazing venue that we highly recommend. They truly made it the best day of our lives!

This past weekend I had my wedding ceremony and reception at Bellport Country Club. I honestly could not say ONE thing bad about this place. Taylor and Mila were my attendants and they were absolutely perfect. My husband and a few groomsmen's button came off of their jacket before the ceremony and Taylor sewed them right back on in the matter on 4 minutes. My bustle broke and Mila was right there to fix it (5 times). They made sure we both ate and drank plenty and that we didn't miss a thing. Also, the food was absolutely incredible. Not only did they give you endless food at cocktail hour, but they did first course AND they gave you a second option for dinner AFTER your first course. Bellport CC has made my dreams come true and I would recommend this place to anyone.

All I have to say is AMAZING!!!! We got married about a month ago at the Bellport Country Club on August 10th and our guests are still raving about how awesome the food, service, and venue truly were. The venue itself is picture perfect and you have the entire country club to yourself on your wedding day. From the ceremony in the rose garden to cocktail hour outside on the beautiful wraparound porch the Bellport Country Club has it all. Not to mention a pub upstairs to host your after party!!! The staff is absolutely incredible and I can’t thank Mila and Taylor, our maitre d enough for their attentiveness and ensuring that my guests and I had the best experience ever. Any couple looking for a venue with beautiful scenery, plenty of delicious food and the most exceptional and accommodating staff look no further. We got married on June 30, 2018 and have nothing but the BEST things to say about BCC. The staff, the attentiveness, care, and quality of presentation, food, and aesthetics were all OUTSTANDING. During planing, Michael and Theodore were incredible in helping us meet every request, and soothe our stress. We were the 1st of our friends to get married had a ton of questions. All of our emails were answered quickly and with so much care and patience, we always felt as though we were in the best hands.Even with a big guest count of 234, the space was perfect and decorated and the food was unbelievably amazing. We are gigantic foodies and we even had some specific requests for cocktail hour that were executed perfectly. For decor, BCC not only set up everything we provided, but added candles, signs, small tables, and other little knick knacks that made it all come together beautifully. This is where we truly felt the personal, one wedding at a time, all attention and hands on us aspect of BCC. We can’t imagine any other venues, if any at all, taking the time to do this. On our wedding day, Mila was our bridal attendant and Taylor was our maitre d. They were INCREDIBLE. Our drinks were constantly full, every second we turned around they had food to offer us at cocktail hour, Em’s dress was busseled perfectly and they were so attentive to not just us but our whole families. And again, being the foodies that we are we felt like royalty. Mila made us a “sampler platter” of cocktail hour food for us to eat in the bridal suite before the reception, we had one of each entree for dinner, and they even made sure we got seconds of exactly what we wanted. Mila/Taylor worked seamlessly with our band, The Metropolitan Players, and our photoy/video team, Artistic Images (highly recommend both!) so well that we truly felt as if we were guests ENJOYING our day, eating, drinking, and dancing worry free. We cannot thank the entire staff of Bellport enough! BEST DAY EVER!

Before you read any further - the answer is yes! Bellport Country Club is the BEST venue! We got married there on July 21st 2018 and our friends and family are RAVING about the night. I'm from Nassau County, but back when I first got engaged in winter 2017 I searched for venues that had exceptional food and Bellport was at the very top. We booked over a year in advance and that long time planning it was so easy to communicate with everyone. Anything we wanted, they could make happen.We have a huge family and knew it was going to be a sizable reception (we ended up over 200) and it was perfect. The cocktail hour was outrageous! And the reception room looked absolutely gorgeous. Dinner was off the charts and then they went around and offered seconds to guests to try a different meal than what they ordered! I know that people rave about their own weddings but my husband and I are in prime wedding age right now and we have been bridesmaid & groomsmen & guests to over 15 venues on Long Island. I realize I'm partial to saying Bellport is the best because it was my wedding, but here is a specific list of why:1. The whole place is yours (one event at a time). We were able to decorate the entrance with family photos, have our guests outside and inside, and had our after party upstairs!2. The staff is unreal. THEODORE. I cannot put into words how amazing he was. EVERYTHING that I mentioned to him (which was at least 5 things every week for months that I was emailing him ideas) came to fruition without me needing to ask twice. I wasn't feeling great the day of the wedding (stomach ache) and he got me 3 types of medicine! Kerryann was my bridal attendant and she was the sweetest most attentive person ever! She was a pro at helping me with my dress and was SO attentive to my family and me. I really can't say enough about them. 3. The recommended services they suggest. I went along with a bunch of them (which saved us money)- The flowers from Bay Shore Flower House (GORGEOUS), Sir Oliver Limousine (AMAZING), Rolling Pin Bakery (BEAUTIFUL/DELICIOUS), and Springhill Suites Hotel (AMAZING). 4. Attention to detail - no matter how big or small they made any detail we wanted a priority. Examples of bigger details: My mom made seersucker table runners for the tables and they gave us all of the information on table measurements and everything was beautifully displayed, an ice sculpture of my dog, the type of alcohol I wanted in my signature drinks (I'm telling you I only asked once! And it was there! Perfect!) Examples of smaller details: My mom is a SUPER picky eater. She legit has the appetite of a 5 year old (chicken fingers, candy, etc.) Anyway, we asked if they could save the carved turkey from the cocktail hour and serve her turkey, mashed potatoes, and cranberry for dinner and again - without needing to follow up - it was done! Also, my niece who was my flower girl is only 2 so we had someone who was leaving with her at 8:30 PM and we asked for a dinner to go for her - then the night of my niece was getting very sleepy so they ended up leaving earlier - and on short notice they still got her dinner to go on time! (Filet mignon and lobster tail YUM).5. The venue itself! I am SO EXCITED to see our pictures and video. It is the perfect place for photos - outside, inside, and the private beach!6. IT IS AFFORDABLE. We were able to do so many add ons because of it's affordability!I'm at the max of what I can write or I'd go on!

My daughter's wedding on June 23rd 2018 was at the Bellport Country Club and from start to finish it was AMAZING!From our first time to discuss wedding plans, we were very impressed with this venue. Michael was very knowledgeable, answering all our concerns, even before we asked questions! He handled all of the details allowing us to enjoy everything.The cocktail hour was terrific, with many options to select from. Our guests were able to sit outside or inside.The reception was wonderful, the service impeccable and the food excellent, also with many food options. Our guests were even served seconds. The main room is beautifully decorated and the after party room a plus.My daughter was able to take pictures at their private beach.After looking at several venues this was our top choice.I highly recommend this venue!

There are not enough words to describe how helpful and accommodating the people at the Bellport Country Club were to us. From the very first sit down to the very last goodbye on our wedding day, Michael, Robert, Theodore, and the entire staff really worked hard to make our day perfect. The weather took a turn on us and our ceremony had to be moved inside. In a flash, the main ballroom was transformed in to an intimate and beautiful location for our ceremony. Our guests are still calling us to talk about how perfect the day was and how much they enjoyed the food! We would highly recommend booking your next wedding or event with the people of the Bellport Country Club.

My husband, Marc and I got married on May 5, 2018 at Bellport C.C. If I could do the day all over again, I wouldn't change a thing!!! Leading up to the big day, Michael was so attentive to all my needs and various questions. Within hours, I would have an email back with all of my questions answered. The week of the wedding, Taylor, my Maitre'D, helped me unload BOTH of my cars with all my boxes of decorations, place cards, favors, etc. She made sure she fully understood my image for the wedding, and she sure did deliver! Everything was perfect from start to finish. All went smoothly. Bellport Country Club truly allows a bride and groom to make their wedding \"unique\" with no restrictions on decor. On the day of the wedding, I had no worries at all thanks to Michael, Taylor, and I cannot forget Mila, the bridal attendant. She was phenomenal. So attentive to not only my needs, but also to that of my parents and bridal party. I truly enjoyed myself. The food and atmosphere were AMAZING. You get A LOT for your money. I highly recommend getting married at this venue. When I went to other venues, I felt that the workers were more of \"salesmen\" delivering me their pitch. This venue feels like family.

I have literally nothing negative to say about this venue. We had an afternoon wedding, and the entire staff, and I mean literally every person from the maitre'd, bridal attendant, server at our tasting, and every person I spoke to on the phone were accomodating and helpful. From our first meeting with Michael, to dropping off everything and giving last minute details to Theodore, to Taylor pulling together a flawless day, we were impressed. The appeal of a ground level, accessible and LARGE bridal suite was huge, the large windows in every room to let in natrual light was beautiful, the flexibility with bringing in decorations and displaying things like photos and our guest book in both the foyer and then the reception was so helpful, and lastly, the flexibility in working around our schedule for the reception was comforting. It was really a day tailored to us, and I am SO GLAD we chose Bellport.

During our wedding planning process, my husband and I must have visited almost every wedding venue from Queens to the Hamptons, but it wasn't until we walked into the Bellport Country Club that we experienced that \"wow factor\" we knew we wanted for our wedding. From the start, everyone at the Bellport Country Club could not have been more responsive and helpful. Even as we got closer to our date and I felt like I was asking a hundred questions weekly, Robert and Mike were always approachable and understanding, and made sure that every detail was taken care of.The venue itself is extremely beautiful and impeccably kept. We packed a lot of décor for the day of (maybe too much…), and when we arrived everything was set up exactly where it was supposed to be. In fact, I hardly had to think about a thing during the party because the staff was on top of everything from communicating with our vendors to making sure we were sticking to our timeline. Most importantly, especially for my family, the food was unbelievable, not only in portion size but in quality. Our guests are known to be big eaters, but as the waiters came around the tables with seconds, yes SECONDS, even our families were having trouble eating more, especially after one of the most amazing cocktail hour set ups I have ever seen. In addition, we booked the bar upstairs for our afterparty and couldn't recommend it more. Overall, booking with the Bellport Country Club guarantees an attentive, friendly staff, a beautiful venue, and extremely delicious food. We could not have imagined we would have such a perfect wedding day, and a large part of that is because of the amazing staff at Bellport Country Club!

I cannot recommend Bellport Country Club enough!!!! We had our wedding here in August and from the first time we stepped in there, we knew this was the place we wanted to celebrate! We mostly worked with Michael while ironing out the details in the months leading up, and it could not have been a more pleasant experience. I hope that every bride gets to work with someone like MIchael, because I truly had no worries about anything. When I dropped all of my props/favors/etc off the day before the wedding, he carefully took note of where I wanted everything. I was extremely confident that everything was going to run smoothly, and it truly did! Michael and his staff went FAR above and beyond to make our day so special. They accommodated our every request. The food was amazing, the service was great, the atmosphere of the room was perfect. Overall, the value of what you get here can't be matched anywhere else. I could go on and on about it. Thank you so much to everyone who made our day so perfect! It would not have been the same anywhere else!

A+ If I could give them a higher mark, I would. If you have not chosen your venue yet, make sure to take a tour. They are reasonably priced when you are on a strict budget and everything included is RIDICULOUS! Seconds course of your Entree, After Party upstairs with Cash Bar, Beautiful, intricate Ice Sculpture, 2 Signature Drinks, any request you can think of like replacing Hard Dinner Rolls with Raisin Scones from Irish Coffee Pub (the caterer at this venue), etc, etc. (Feel free to ask for more details!) The process was a breeze and the owners are the sweetest, most helpful guys. The food was delicious and everyone loved everything!They were the most attentive, sweet, congratulatory, organized, staff. I ate way more than I ever dreamed a Bride could. Meira (not sure I spelled it right, but she is Russian) was my bridal attendant and she was an angel. There when I needed her to be, and she fixed my dress twice in a manner of a few minutes!! Taylor was our Maitre' D and she was the consummate professional. She helped fix my dress and made sure my immediate family and myself were happy the entire time.I will always love this venue, and sing their praises.

My husband, Christopher, and I got married at Bellport Country Club on 10/14/17. Our experience with Bellport can be described as nothing short of amazing from our very fist time touring the venue all the way through our wedding day! Taylor and Michael were able to answer any and all questions that we had, on any day of the week and any time of day. From the beginning, Christopher and I knew that our wedding would go off without a hitch. We had the pleasure of having Mila as our Bridal Attendant and Taylor as our Maitre'D for our big day. They were both so incredibly attentive to both Christopher and I, along with our bridal party and immediate family - almost 25 people! I often hear that brides and grooms do not get the chance to eat much at their wedding but that was certainly not the case with us - Mila and Taylor made sure that we, along with our party, were able to try all of the food that we wanted and also made sure that we all had a drink in our hand when we wanted one. It was so fun to have both Taylor and Mila be a part of our day! Almost two months later, our guests still make comments that our wedding was the best wedding they have been to and that the food was delicious. We recently got all of our wedding photos back and it's been so fun to relive the absolute best day of our lives, truly made possible by the Bellport staff. I would highly recommend Bellport Country club to any couple who is looking for a venue with beautiful scenery, plenty of delicious food and exceptional white glove service from all of the staff. We had our wedding at Bellport Country Club and we were so happy with everything! We chose the place because we are foodies and let's just say they go ABOVE AND BEYOND with their food, people could not stop talking about it from the cocktail hour to coming around with seconds during dinner. The dance floor is also a very nice size, we knew we wanted everyone up on their feet all night! All of the managers were amazing and they give you everything you've ever wanted, and if they don't have it on hand - they find a way to make it happen. They are SO accommodating. On the day of our wedding our bridal attendant was AMAZING. Everywhere we were she was making sure that we were taken care of with food, drinks and whatever else we may need. We were sad to say goodbye to her at the end of the night. Our guests had nothing but amazing things to say about our wedding and we would recommend Bellport to anyone who is looking for great food, attention to detail and an overall amazing experience!

If we could give more than 5 stars to Bellport CC we 100% would! We honestly cannot imagine more impressive service than what was provided by Taylor, Mike, Robert, and the rest of the BCC staff. From start to finish, this was the best experience we could have asked for. Every single question we had during the planning process was answered promptly and thoroughly. No question was too silly or too insane for the BCC staff!! Things could not have gone more smoothly the night of the wedding. Everything was perfect. Every little piece of decor was placed exactly where it was supposed to be. Their attention to detail and commitment to our vision was remarkable. Taylor was our maître d' for the evening and was so on top of everything. Vanessa was our bridal attendant and made sure we ate and had everything we needed. Throughout the night, several guests came up to us to let us know how excellent the service was. Our guests are still telling us how it was the best wedding they have been to; we know BCC is largely to thank for that. We can't imagine a more perfect evening and are so incredibly happy we chose BCC as our venue. They create such a warm and personable experience and any engaged couple would be lucky to have their wedding here!

We can only leave 5 stars? They deserve 100!! Bellport Country Club went above and beyond. My fiancé and I booked them for two reasons mainly 1. we had went to a wedding there that was fun and beautiful with great food and most importantly 2. Robert the owner was a REAL person not just someone trying to make a dollar. And his demeanor remained that way throughout the wedding planning and even when we saw him the day after to pick up some stuff. Our guests said the food was delicious and the service was great. They even came around with seconds and you could try more than one entre. Without asking, Theodore, our Maitre’D, ran out to the store to get me contact lens solution when my eyes got sooo dry from the wind at the beautiful beach nearby where we took pictures. Rebecca, our bridal attendant was also super sweet. The bridal suite was huge! And lastly, I had secured 150 guests and only 132 were attending. Robert totaled up the difference in price between 150 and 132 guests and then allowed us to use that money towards enhancements. We had so much…a to go station with pretzels, coffee and tea in to-go cups, an ice cream sundae station, a cookie platter on each table, a pasta station and southern comfort food station at the cocktail hour. My only woe is on me: I did not eat enough. The bridal attendant made us plates of cocktail hour food but even so, I didn’t have so much to eat or drink. Even so, it was the best day of our lives!

Our wedding was this September 16th in the evening at the BCC. The staff from start to finish was amazing, super helpful, and accommodating. My husband was the one to initially select them as our venue but during our tasting I was won over. Our bridal attendant Mila was the best! She made sure my husband and I had everything we needed the day of and did the same for both of our parents. Mila was even there the next morning to help me load our left over cake and decorations in our car. Even two months later, our guests have not stopped raving about the food and quality of service from everyone at the Bellport. I would highly recommend this venue and my husband and I hope to be invited to a wedding here so we can enjoy it from a guests perspective.

We got married in October 2017 and couldn’t of had a better experience. Robert, Michael, Theodore, Taylor, and the rest of the Bellport Staff were so friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. My husband and I had no stress during our day because Theodore was always around somewhere to make sure everything was moving smoothly. I highly recommend having your ceremony and reception at the Bellport Country Club. The food was also fantastic! We received so many compliments.

We had our wedding reception at the Bellport Country Club in August of 2017. There were many decisions that we had to make during our wedding planning process. We have no doubt that selecting Bellport CC for our reception venue was our best decision. From our first tour, the staff at Bellport made us feel welcome and relaxed. They were always responsive to our requests and were always extremely professional. Some weeks it felt like we were asking Bellport a new question about our reception every day. With every question, Bellport provided a timely and thorough response. They really made us feel like family. The location is amazing. We loved our pictures on the country club grounds and at the nearby beach. Our guests had a great time partying in the main hall and in the clubhouse bar during the after party. The food was outstanding! Our parents were blown away during our menu tasting which made us even more excited for our big day. During our reception, the staff impressed us again. Our maître d, Taylor, and bridal attendant, Mila, made sure that every one of our needs were met, and made sure that we got to enjoy some of their great food during our cocktail hour. Our wedding day was a success thanks to Bellport. Their staff and kitchen is unmatched, but most importantly they made us feel like family. Thank you to Taylor, Michael, Rob and Mila for making our wedding day great. Thank you!

We can't say enough about the Bellport Country Club!! After our first meeting with Robert, we knew this was the perfect venue for our wedding. We loved the indoor/outdoor aspect of the cocktail hour and reception, as well as the beautiful rose garden for the ceremony. Robert was relaxed, friendly and informative. We never once felt pressured to make any decisions that were not our own. Everything included in the price per person was just unbeatable.After booking, both Robert and Michael happily answered ALL questions and concerns via phone calls and emails. The tasting was AMAZING! The food was just top notch. It was also where we first met Maitre d, Theodore, and bridal attendant, Mila. They made us feel SO incredibly welcome and taken care of. We requested them for our wedding day on 8/12 and were THRILLED to see them there again that day!2 days before the wedding, Theodore walked us through every aspect of the wedding and assured us that everything would be set up the way we wanted. He went above and beyond!! Every detail was PERFECTLY in place. Theodore was friendly, professional, and always a step ahead of the game. Mila was a joy to be with on our wedding day. She was always there with a cocktail, cold glass of water, hors d'oeuvres... all with a smile on her face! Mila made everyone feel so comfortable and pampered. The day afterwards, she helped us pack our car with decor and leftovers. Robert and Michael checked in on us throughout the wedding, offering many congratulations and smiles. The bartenders and staff were accommodating too. The whole team was just so impressive!Our guests could NOT stop raving about the setting, food, drinks and overall service. We couldn't be happier to have been a Bellport bride and groom. You will not regret your decision to get married here either. Many thanks to all!!!

Since booking with Bellport Country Club, they have been such a pleasure to work with. Rob and Mike were dedicated to making sure our wedding day went exactly has we had wanted it to. We are still getting rave reviews from our guests about the venue. The food was unbelievably good, and they even come around during dinner to ask guests if they would like seconds or want to try something else that was on the menu. Booking with Bellport CC was probably the best decision we made during the wedding planning process!

Bellport Country Club was the most amazingly perfect venue for our wedding! It is a really beautiful venue without being over the top as many long island venues are. Michael was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire planning process and wedding day. The only issue we ran into is that you aren't allowed in the bridal suite until a couple of hours before the ceremony and I wanted to get ready there. But they were willing to work with us for an additional charge. We had our ceremony in the rose garden, which is really beautiful. The cocktail hour was also gorgeous and had so much food! Dinner was amazing, and they come out with seconds for everyone which I've never seen at a wedding before. I'm vegan and they were so so good at accommodating for me. They added several items to cocktail hour that I could eat, and added a vegan dinner option. I still have people telling me how amazing the food was. I'm so happy that we chose to have our wedding here, it was honestly the most perfect day and they helped to make it that!

5 stars is not enough. When selecting our venue after visiting many on LI, the second we stepped foot into Bellport Country Club we knew it was the place. We got married in May 2017. The entire process was seamless and the wedding was perfect. Michael is amazing and always available to chat and Mila our bridal attendant (she also ran our food tasting) was a wedding ninja and did things for us that we didn't even know we needed. The food, service and venue are top notch and the price is right. We felt like everyone around us were waiting for us to be stressed but Bellport made sure there was NOTHING to stress about. Anything we wanted (which included everything from dropping off extremely LARGE pieces of decor days in advance to mixing menu items) was done without hesitation. Run to Bellport now... you won't regret it!

If you want the wedding of your dreams and have it be as stress free as possible then Bellport Country Club is the place for you. Words cannot describe the amazing A team that works at Bellport. From their cooking staff that not only did an amazing job with all the food but also was able to accommodate my gluten free family members, the wait staff that was so attentive that each guest felt they were the guest of honor, Mila, my bridal attendant that went above and beyond her duties of making sure that my husband and I were doing okay and that we got to eat/drink enough while still having time to hit the dance floor. She even went the great length to save our dinner that we never got to eat. All of the food is beyond fantastic, our guests couldn’t believe the amount of food that was served during cocktail hour and how delicious everything was. It all couldn’t be done without Robert, Taylor and Mike, the most attentive, friendly, and well organized staff. They really went above beyond in creating the perfect day for us. Their cool demeanors and calmness really reassured us that they knew what they were doing and that they could handle anything, even with all my added extra decorations and one off requests. They did everything we wanted and even more than we asked. I was so grateful we went with Bellport, they really made our day so special and made us not worry about a thing. We were in such great hands, which was a huge relief off our shoulders. We highly recommend booking Bellport.

Bellport CC helped make our wedding day the most memorable, stress free day of our lives! Staff: Phenomenal!! Mike and team were professional and courteous and handled every detail on our wedding day. We were actually free to enjoy ourselves! Mike listened to our suggestions and planned a delicious cocktail hour and menu that our guests loved. Mike also provided a list of vendors that gave us great prices and service. Of course, one special guest happened to spill a glass of red wine all down my beautiful dress. Taylor and Mela helped stop the tears and were able to pin my dress together to hid the hideous stain (I swear - I don't know what I would have done without them). Mike even worked with our parents! My dad surprised us with a bag piper and my husband's parents got us a photo booth. Mike accommodated both requests, which made the day even better!Food: Delicious!! We took advantage of an extended cocktail hour and were able to offer our guests a variety of choices. The raw bar, pasta station, taco station and pass around hors d'oevres were really popular. We offered guests 4 dinner options and the staff came around with additional portions so that guests could try different options. Our guests raved about the food and the service.Atmosphere: Gorgeous!!! We got married in December and the club was decorated beautifully. We were even able to take advantage of the outside. We had 250 guests so it was also really important to us to not feel cramped and allow our guests to avail of the whole space. Afterwards, BCC opened the upstairs' bar for our after-party so we didn't lose guests and the party kept going for several more hours. Price: Very affordable!! We had 250 guests so we were very conscious about our budget. BCC offered us a great deal compared to the other venues we were looking at. Mike was honest about what worked and what didn't and we didn't feel like he was trying to up-sell us at all. It was worth every penny.

Michael and Robert were the consummate professionals and we were really impressed by the customer service throughout our process of booking, checking out the space, and prepping for the day. The food was so delicious and our requests for some specific ethnic dishes were accommodated. They went above and beyond, even when it included specific questions or requests about decorations etc. If you want to have a great venue and be in good hands for your special day, we wholeheartedly recommend Bellport!

We were married April 29, 2017. Getting married at Bellport was a beyond fantastic decision! We had such an amazing party that everyone raved about and it was all thanks to them! My guests were beyond thrilled with everything from the staff, to the atmosphere, the views, and the food - people are still raving about how delicious everything was from the passed appetizers to the entrees! The entire day just flowed so smoothly and went off without a hitch and that is only because of the amazing staff that they have! I can't express my thanks enough for giving us the most perfect day! From the moment we walked in on the tour, you can tell that Michael was so professional and caring. He made the process so simple. Everyone who worked there was so happy and accommodating! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect!! The most important things for us when choosing a wedding venue was that we had the only event being held at that time and because we had so many guests, the price. There was a wedding there earlier in the day but I can truly say, if they did not tell me ahead of time I never would have known. The pricing was SUPER affordable especially compared to everywhere else on Long Island and nothing was spared. Considering what is included in the price per person, we were really blown away. The food was AMAZING. I've found at most weddings I've attended as a guest (which is A LOT) the dinner is nothing to rave about - not at Bellport. It was honestly like being at a 5-star restaurant and our guests still cannot stop raving about how delicious all of the food was. My husband and I worked with Mike who helped us plan wedding every step of the way and was our maitre d' the night of. Not only was he responsive and so helpful, he was truly a pleasure to work with. Wedding planning as everyone knows is stressful, Mike alleviated a ton of the stress and made planning fun! The night of our wedding, he was constantly around making sure myself, my husband and our guests were comfortable and had everything they could need/want on top of making sure the entire night ran smoothly- which it absolutely did. My bridal attendant Mila was a dream - she knew exactly what we needed before we did. She made sure we both ate and didn't want for anything, and that also went for our families and bridal party. When the bustle on my dress broke while dancing about half way through our wedding, she was right there, fixed everything and got me back to the dance floor in about 5 minutes. I truly cannot say enough fabulous things about BPCC. Mike, Mila and the rest of the staff made me feel like a princess all day, I did not have to lift a finger for anything all day! I would HIGHLY recommend Bellport to any bride!!

When we booked the staff seemed very accommodating, we thought this was the place for us. Unfortunately, this was not the case.We had a Saturday evening wedding here. About 2 months before the wedding I asked if we could photograph our first look there at 3 if it rained hard and they agreed. We originally planned on doing our first look at the venue but they told us that we could not use the golf course for photos, so we planned for first look a nearby garden (and had to pay $100 to do this), but we needed a backup plan. Two days before the wedding we saw rain predicted and emailed them to confirm, they then told us that we couldn't come there for photos until 5!! It was bad enough that we had rain on our wedding day, and that added SO MUCH stress!! When I called to ask what was going on they said there were other events going on we could use the lounge but we could not use the bridal suite, grand staircase, or any of the beautiful parts of the venue. We tried to stall and did our first look at the hotel, which wasn't very attractive as they only had the breakfast area to take photos, and we arrived there at 4:30. When we arrived there were stacks of chairs and tables all over the lounge they allotted for us to take photos, we couldn't even take one photo! When we booked they make a big deal that they only do one wedding at a time and we were under the impression that we would be the ONLY event there. This is why we booked the venue, we didn't want strangers at our wedding. A communion took place for 3 hours of our wedding and I awkwardly introduced myself to someone from their party thinking they were part of my wedding, it was extremely uncomfortable. Random people were walking around our cocktail hour, the staff didn't even try to keep them out. This is extremely unprofessional.The food was good and I liked my bridal attendant, she was probably the best staff member there. Other than that, the owners really let us down, and added more stress to the wedding. We are not satisfied with our experience at Bellport Country Club, as they are not dedicated to ensuring that the bride and groom have a great experience. It was definitely NOT the wedding we dreamed of.

We had our wedding at Bellport on November 12, 2016 and we truly could not have asked for more! Everything was amazing! Our guests are still raving about the venue, food, and service. Throughout the planning process they were very accommodating and quick to respond- the day of was no different. We were so well taken care of all night!. A huge bonus was getting to use their upstairs pub for an after party- which most of our guests attended and loved!. It was the perfect way to wrap up the evening. From our first look at the venue through our wedding day, Bellport exceeded our expectations!

Could not have picked a better venue!!!!! A perfect blend of modern and rustic, led to an atmosphere of complete delight. From the party goers on the dancefloor to the casual guests enjoying a cocktail on the patio, everywhere I looked people were laughing and having a great time!. My bridal attendant was AMAZING!!!!!! (even made sure I ate when the photographer was trying to get his shot) and the food!!!! My one regret was not getting more leftovers to take home. Every detail was taken care of 100%

Can we give more stars than just 5? Our wedding was this past Saturday, and while we knew we would have a good time, we didn't know just how incredibly amazing it was going to be. We owe almost all of that to Bellport Country Club for providing top-notch service, quality food/drinks, and overall class. Taylor, Michael, Robert, and the rest of the Bellport staff was hands down the most amazing team to work with from day one. There was nothing that they couldn't/wouldn't do to ensure we had the perfect experience. The waitstaff was great as well - our bridal attendant, Kelly, followed us around with full pints of Guinness glasses and plates of food to make sure we never went thirsty or hungry; Vanessa took charge of our (somewhat tricky) photo guestbook and ROCKED it; the rest of the servers were unbelievably nice to us and our guests, to the point where our guests told us how awesome they were. Taylor and Robert were with us all night and made sure that we did not have to worry about a single thing. We had a few glitches with other vendors, and they immediately came to the rescue. For example - we pre-ordered White Castle for our after party that was upstairs at their pub. When our limo driver did not go to pick it up like we had previously arranged, Bellport sent one of their staff members to pick it up (Steve, you rock!!). They really just made everything so easy and fun. We plan on recommending Bellport Country Club to everyone we know getting married in the area for as long as we can. Thank you for making our day so memorable, and know that when you book at Bellport, you're booking the best day of your life.

I will probably be forever known to Michael as the bride with the longest list of \"musts\" for the day of! : ) Throughout our process, we dealt with Michael who was such a dream. He was very responsive to e-mails and always got back to us right away. Everytime we went to Bellport was such a pleasure and we were always greeted with a smile. The day of was a breeze, EVERYTHING was set up exactly as I imagined. When I walked into the reception room with my husband for the first time I sobbed because it was everything I pictured after two very long and stressful years of planning. Very happy with our day at Bellport Country Club. The staff was attentive and helpful throughout the day. I think the most comforting aspect was how calm everyone was. Your wedding day is very hectic and emotions are running high, but whenever the staff came by to ask us a question or for clarification on instructions, they were so calm and relaxed it made us feel more relaxed as well. The food was spectacular. I am still getting complimented on the mashed potato bar! Only one piece of advice, be very specific on your ice sculpture request; we wanted the Alamo and only got the shape of Texas instead...not sure where the miscommunication was.

The Bellport Country Club was simply wonderful from beginning to end. My husband and I were looking for the happy medium and we definitely found it. We didn't want anything too in-your-face more-is-more wedding like we had seen everywhere on Long Island, and the wineries were too pricey for our budget. I wanted something around 150 people but it slowly increased, like weddings tend to do, and we ended up with about 190. It did not feel overcrowded or overwhelming as there are many places for people to go throughout the night within their building premises. They were elegant, simple, classy, beautiful, and top notch. Nothing was overlooked. Every request was executed perfectly and they proved time and time again that they know exactly what they're doing in this business. I called so many times with small questions during the year after we had booked them and before our wedding and not once did they make me feel like I was second to anyone or rushed. They answered all my questions and helped me through every step, no problem. Michael and Robert knew the details of my wedding every time and even on the day of, the young bridal attendant, Sarah, was on her game and had done everything for us before we could even think of it ourselves. I was picky with a lot of things with the wedding because I wanted to steer away from trendy wedding cheesiness and they set the bar for the rest of our vendors after that. We used their house baker and recommended florist and the price was right and the service was just amazing. I could not recommend them enough. I wish we could do it all over again.
