It was a delight to work with Kady and Belmont staff. From the moment we met Kady, she was very welcoming and gave us detailed information about Belmont services and made us feel comfortable. Throughout the planning time, she was always on top of things and communicated promptly. During the wedding, she was of utmost help to us and accommodate all our and our guests' needs. Services at Belmont were superb. All the staff who helped us worked tirelessly to ensure our day went smoothly. The food was outstanding too. We had a fantastic time working with Kady and all the staff at Belmont.

Belmont country club was the most amazing venue! Belmont had amazing customer service. I always felt that they cared about my wedding day and what was important and special to me. They worked with me in the whole process, keeping me updated with the timeline necessities and other pertinent information as I planned my wedding. They were always available to communicate when needed, and were such a great support through the process. Any room that you walk into in the Belmont is beautiful! We had our ceremony on the terrace patio and then we went downstairs to their multiple room cocktail hour. This cocktail hour was not limited to a library, pool table area, dining room, and more! It really was a place that was accessible to all of our guests and kept them engaged at the whole cocktail hour as we made our way around. The service at the cocktail I was phenomenal, and the food was outstanding! I still have people telling me even six months later after our wedding, that the prime rib that they had was the best prime rib ever! And that the lamb chops were outstanding! They really worked hard to make every aspect memorable. After the cocktail hour, we went back upstairs to the ballroom. They made sure that all of the needs were met so seamlessly. Even changes that needed to occur on the day of, they made it happen immediately. I loved that. I didn’t feel any stress during my wedding day because I had such amazing supports there to walk me through and take care of anything we needed.The dinner itself was fit for a queen or king! The food that they gave us was delicious! I just re-think about the day, and I wish that I could do it all over again because I really had no stress and no worries in the day because of their amazing staff. I felt heard and supported. I thought that all my needs were met and that they truly made it the most spectacular day. I would recommend this venue to anybody in this area or even from out of town because they will exceed your expectations and they will have people talking about how beautiful, amazing, fun, and memorable. Your wedding was even months later.

We loved having our wedding at Belmont! We had a long (multi-year) engagement and had planning experiences with Kellyn, Kady, and Margaret, who were all great. Everything came together in the end so beautifully, and Margaret was always responsive to all of our requests. She even helped us out by driving us in a gold cart to the course for our post-ceremony photos! So many of our guests mentioned how beautiful the property was, and every detail that was planned was executed well by the venue. The bridal suite was also beautiful, and the clawfoot bathtub made for some very cute getting ready photos. Would recommend Belmont to anyone looking for an all-inclusive wedding venue in the Northern Virginia area!

Margaret and Julia were great throughout the whole process of our wedding. We were so thankful for their attention to detail and they helped us keep on schedule and organized the day of. The whole space, from the ceremony site to the manor house was so naturally beautiful we didn't feel the need to add any of our own decorations. The newly renovated ballroom was perfect for a group of our size and we made sure to take up all of the space on the huge dance floor.The food was also excellent and we appreciated the customization we were able to do with the whole menu.

We ended up working with several different events directors due to job changes/maternity leave, and I was seriously impressed that there were no dropped ball during the changes. They always did a great job with the information handover!Kady was our event manager during our wedding day. She was unflappable and really on top of everything, we didn't run into any issues at all. Katie assisted and she did a marvelous job carefully packing everything up for us at the end of the night - she even individually wrapped the vases we provided for centerpieces. The venue is beautiful, and the food was really delicious. They were pretty accommodating of dietary restrictions too. The Social Tables site they use for seating charts is very useful, although it can take a bit of time to figure out. Overall, they made our wedding experience so easy and I'm very grateful for their hard work.

This venue was awesome! I like the historic charm so the manor was perfect for us. Honestly, everything was wonderful. Kady was magnificent to work with. The grounds are well kept and gorgeous- various area to take photos. The bridal suite and grooms suite are spacious and charming. Guests have plenty of space to roam the house during cocktail hour. Only comment is that our food was served late in the reception and that totally messed with our table touches and timeline. Otherwise, everything went great!

Kellyn and Mary were absolute professionals - from touring the venue on day one, dealing with our postponement due to COVID, to executing our big day - we are so pleased with every detail oriented aspect of the planning process. Our big day went so smoothly, Mary and Kellyn handled all the day of coordination right down to placing flower pedals along the aisle for our ceremony. The food is delicious - our vendors were so glad to have fantastic meals! Our guests shared our love for the historic beauty of the property and we loved getting to use all of the unique spaces in the Manor House and the Ballroom to celebrate! We highly recommend BCC to any couple looking for an all in one venue for ceremony and reception with fabulous coordination by amazing and kind experts.

WOW. We couldn’t have asked for a better reception venue to book during COVID. Kellyn is the most creative event planner that I have ever met. Every curveball that was thrown at us, Kellyn easily found a fantastic solution. A week before our wedding Governor Northam enforced a 10 person social gathering cap but Kellyn met the challenge with ease and helped us plan a totally new wedding in less than a week. She was so kind and checked in with us many times. The staff was extremely accommodating and kind. Not to mention the venue’s architecture and history itself. The manor house is beautiful and the ballroom looks out over the mountains! There is a terrace with chairs you can go out on to look at the scenery. We were married a week before Christmas and they had all of their Christmas decorations up and we barely needed any decorations for the reception. Belmont is also very affordable and the food is to die for. I have never been to wedding where I really liked the food, but this food was better than restaurant food. Belmont Country Club is a hidden gem in Northern Virginia and I cannot recommend them enough.

When Rhonda left and Kellyn took over, we were initially concerned as we had been working and discussing our wedding with Rhonda for almost a year, however Kellyn put our fears to rest early on. Kellyn was so patient and understanding when we went through a cycle of canceling-rescheduling our wedding. We ultimately made the difficult decision not to have our wedding reception at Belmont as they could not accommodate our large guest list with COVID-19, however Kellyn went above and beyond for us and helped us set up a small ceremony at Belmont. She spent time helping us line up for the procession and even helped us drive the golf carts!

The venue is historical and beautiful and the food was excellent. We couldn't have chosen a better place to get married!

I just had my wedding at the Belmont Country Club on 9/29/18 and I HIGHLY recommend this venue to any bride looking. They are very reasonably priced relative to other venues in the Northern Virginia area. Rhonda was really great and easy to work with. We met a lot before the actual wedding day to discuss logistics for the day of and planned very early on for everything that would happen that day. She had really great ideas when it came to decor and for how to make the day go smoothly. It's very clear that she is experienced and has been doing this for a long time! Her suggestions were great and really made the day that much better. Rhonda was very pleasant and easy to work with and was also very good at responding to emails very quickly. She was very flexible and accommodating with any requests that we made. She and her team set everything up the day of the wedding (from the escort cards, to the decor around the entire venue, to the candy bar I wanted to surprise my groom with the morning of). Although there are always unforeseen things that happen the day of the wedding, I feel that my day went perfectly thanks to Rhonda and her team. The venue was also beyond beautiful! The manor house is amazing and the views around the property are gorgeous. My pictures turned out beautifully thanks to these views! The food was extremely tasty (my guests are still commenting on the food up to this day).If I were to have my wedding again, I wouldn't dream of any other place to have it. I would choose this place over and over again!

We fell in love with it since the very first tour by Rhonda, and we knew we knew right away that we would be in good hands. Not only is everything impeccable, the historic manor is absolutely gorgeous and extremely well preserved. The bridal suite is out of a magazine!The ballroom is huge and full of natural light, not to mention the stunning sunsets you can catch from the balcony or patio. Food and drinks were delicious!Asides from the aesthetics of the place, the wedding coordinators (Rhonda and Erin) are the absolute best --flexible, knowledgeable, and very talented! They catered to our every need, always had an eye on every detail, and made our wedding day go as smooth as one could imagine. We shopped around for our venue in Northern VA and Maryland before picking Belmont. Rhonda and Erin, the wedding coordinators, were amazing. They were very knowledgeable about the wedding planning process and were extremely helpful along the way. Even on wedding day when we had a few last minute changes they took care of everything for us. You have to use Belmont's on site catering for your event, and their food was fantastic. Their chef is knowledgeable about how to prepare gluten-free properly which was important for many of my family members. When we brought all of our wedding supplies to Belmont I gave them directions on how I wanted the room decorated for our reception. They absolutely blew me away, not only setting the room up how I wanted but going above and beyond with decorating. Everything was beautiful. I would definitely recommend Belmont to anyone looking for a wedding venue! They helped make our day spectacular!

We could not have imagined a better wedding venue and staff!\rThe staff, Rhonda and Erin, are amazing! Their helpful advice, guidance and flexibility made our day, and the whole process flawless. After each meeting or email we left feeling calm and were constantly reassured that we were in good hands. They provided great advice and were helpful as we navigated the planning process, providing examples and suggestions when needed. We felt that any email we sent was not a trivial question, that nothing was too small: we received quick, helpful responses to everything we asked, and many things we never even considered. At the wedding and rehearsal they were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond in looking out for our families & guests. They were extremely organized and we knew that they would handle anything that came up. While we were thrilled to not need the 'rain plan' we were comfortable that our ceremony indoors would have been beautiful. Their vendor recommendations were fantastic, and their relationship with vendors contributed to a flawless set-up and day. \rBelmont is the perfect combination of historic and modern: Beautiful photo spots & historic charm combined with a large ballroom that accommodates 200+ guests (A rare find in the DC area). Both the bridal party and the gentlemen have a scenic area for getting ready (no basements for the groomsmen!). The historic manor home was a particular draw as it had all the historic charm we wanted (and thought we would only find in Williamsburg!) which made for amazing photos and a memorable, unique venue that was still convenient to DC (for both guests, and planning purposes). The location close to Dulles made it easy for out of town guests and is located near to a number of affordable hotel options. \rThe food was wonderful! The menu(s) provided a wide variety of options and we could not have gone wrong with anything. They were able to accommodate any dietary restrictions of our guests, and made sure the kids were served first (as our dinner was scheduled to start later in the day). Our guests raved about the food and appetizers. The different food packages could be customized to different budgets and still includes amazing food!\r

Rhonda and her assistant Erin were nothing short of amazing in terms of their helpfulness and professionalism. They knew what we needed before we knew and they took care of absolutely everything. The colonial house offers so many wonderful opportunities for awesome photographs and provides ample space for any crowd. You owe it to yourself to at least go out there for a tour, but most likely your search will end there. Throughout the night we were told by our guests over and over that this was the best wedding reception they had ever attended.

We held our wedding ceremony and reception at Belmont Country Club. The weather held out and we were able to hold the ceremony. Belmont does have a great indoor space as a back-up plan, but they were flexible enough to wait until only a few hours before the ceremony start time to make the final decision. Other venues we talked with said they would make the final decision several days to a week ahead of time! The whole day was flawless. Erin, our coordinator, was on top of everything, checking in throughout the day, ensuring everything went as planned.\rOur only complaint happened during the planning stages. We booked Belmont as our venue a year in advance of our date. We had read reviews prior to booking that indicated Belmont was wonderful and Rhonda was the best. About 6 months later, we were notified that Nancy would be replacing Rhonda, who had retired, as the catering manager. From that point forward, we had difficulty communicating with Nancy. E-mail responses were slow; when they were answered, they only addressed certain portions of our original questions/concerns. Once Erin was assigned to our wedding communication became easier and, as mentioned above, she handled the day of our wedding perfectly. Overall we highly recommend Belmont Country Club as a wedding venue to anyone looking in the Northern Virginia area.

I held my ceremony and reception at Belmont Country Club and here are the highlights.\r\rPros:\r\r1. Great value. We received a discount for the off season which ultimately swayed us to go with the venue.\r\r2. THE FOOD IS AMAZING!!! Every one raved about the food!\r\r3. The Manor House is just great. With the floor set up, events just flowed seamlessly. \r\r4. Great photo opts.\r\r5. \"Getting ready space\" was beautiful. Rustic and charming. The girls and guys loved it.\r\r6. Blair Bauman the Banquet Manager is on point. She knows exactly what she's doing. So easy going. She checked in with us frequently throughout the evening. Food service was flawless. GOOOOO Blair!\r\rI really only have on disappointing factor in this equation and it's that there was a change in staff throughout my planning. My original coordinator/director of catering Rhonda retired and was replaced by Nancy. I had about a little less then 3 months to plan the wedding so the change affected me drastically. \r\rIt's no ones fault. This complaint is more of a administrative/corporate level issue.\r\r1. It seemed like no info was passed on to Nancy which left her looking unprepared every time we spoke. (Menu selections, details regarding decor, etc)\r\r2. I wasn't even contacted by the new coordinator until December 23rd (My wedding was January 4th) Although I did meet her for a few moments on December 7th at my walk through.\r\rIt just all boils down to lack of communication. Nancy did try her best. But you could definitely feel her stress and lack of support from Belmont. \r\r

Rhonda, the catering director, was a pleasure to work with and very responsive and professional during the whole planning process (as was her staff). Rhonda and her assistants are absolutely amazing. I had complete confidence that everything was going to go totally smoothly before during and after our wedding. We had both the ceremony and reception there, and it came out stunning. The food was delicious, the servers were all very courteous, and we loved it. The bride's suite is actually three entire rooms, so it's great if you have a large bridal party... I didn't, but there was a lot of space in there, and we all felt very comfortable. I've been in weddings before where it felt like everyone was standing on top of each other.

I had a Catholic ceremony, but my reception was at the Belmont Country Club. The pictures are amazing and Rhonda is so great to work with-- very responsive and professional. It's convenient because they do the catering too (so its all in one place-less stress)! The food is SO delicious! They have you out to do a tasting to choose your meals and appetizers (so me, my fiance and parents went)...they were delicious! We got no complaints on the food! Also, the guests loved that our reception was inside but there are balconies and terraces all around, so people can go inside and outside at will--was nice for watching the sunset. The bridal prep room is beautiful and as you and your girls are getting ready, they bring in complimentary food and drinks. There is also a billiard room for the guys downstairs that makes for great pictures. The house itself is very historical--my mom and I liked it bc it had that rich history, but was very clean and well maintained, as oppose to some of the other ones we looked at, which were more run down. I could not recommend the Belmont Country Club and Rhonda more. She helped create the perfect day that I will remember for the rest of my life!

I had a Catholic ceremony, but my reception was at the Belmont Country Club. The pictures are amazing and Rhonda is so great to work with-- very responsive and professional. It's convenient because they do the catering too (so its all in one place-less stress)! The food is SO delicious! I would however caution brides to have their numbers down in advance due to the mandatory charge for 100 guests on a Saturday. We have many guests from out of town, and we had no idea if we'd have 50 or 150 when we selected the site. We had about 70, which was a perfect number, but we were stuck paying for 100 guests.\r\rThat said, I wouldn't change the location. We had the last nice day in mid Nov, and were able to do an outside ceremony. Rhonda and crew stayed flexible until the last minute. Every detail was accounted for. I loved having use of the old house, plus the modern ballroom. It was the best of both worlds! And the fact that they handled everything meant I wasn't wasting time haggling over spoons. Belmont allows arrival at the site 3 hours in advance so we had loads of time to relax with our bridal parties and get ready in a leisurely way. I would definitely it!

Belmont Country Club was THE PERFECT venue to have our wedding ceremony and reception. BCC was the first venue we went to tour and afterwards we cancelled all other appointments, we knew we HAD to get married here.\r\rThe Manor house, which has historic beauty with elegance, is located on the highest point in Loudon County. The views are breathtaking. There is no bad picture. BCC overlooks the beautiful greens of the golf course, which have weeping willows and fountains, as well as the mountains. There were several choices for where the ceremony could be held, we chose to face the stunning brick and architecture of the Manor House. The reception offered both indoor and outdoor mingling. \r\rThe bridal suite was beautiful with antique tubs, large windows and mirrors and a place for all to gather. The groom and groomsmen gathered in the Billiards room where they were able to play pool, poker, and chess. They had a blast. \r\rBCC offers in house catering which was incredible. We had the opportunity to do a tasting and every option we tried was delicious. The guests raved about the portion sizes, the taste, and the presentation! \r\rRhonda, the lead at BCC and our day of coordinator was PHENOMINAL! From the very beginning she was enthusiastic, personable, professional, and organized. She quickly responded to emails, met with us in person to work out details, and coordinated with the vendors. The day of our wedding, Rhonda helped make the ceremony run seamlessly, attended to every detail during setup, dedicated herself to the bride and grooms needs (she even brought out hor d'oeuvres during our pictures!) At the end of the evening, Rhonda and her team helped my parents gather and load the flowers, gifts, cake, etc. to take home. From beginning to end Rhonda was a true GEM and FABULOUS to work with. She really made our wedding day A DREAM COME TRUE! \r\rBelmont Country Club is truly spectacular!

The grounds were beautiful for our spring wedding, the staff was amazing, and almost a month later, we still have guests commenting on how great the food was. They were super accomodating of everything that we wanted or needed, and when we had a major hiccup with another vendor, they jumped right in, ready to do whatever they could to help in the situation. Would absolutely recommend this venue to any bride!

We were smitten with the Belmont Country Club the instant we toured it! And throughout the wedding planning process and on our wedding day, Belmont did not disappoint.\r\rRhonda and Courtney were always there when we had a question, needed help, etc. during the planning process... and boy, did we need help! They were amazing, so helpful, and never made us feel bad about contacting them for information. On the day of the wedding, both Rhonda and Courtney checked up--numerous times!--on the girls and me while we were getting ready, just to make sure we were having a good time and had everything we needed. Also, Courtney in particular took a lot of our last minute changes/additions in stride. She was never once stressed! \r\rThe day of the wedding, everything was perfect. It's hard to put it into words, but having the wedding at Belmont made everything all the more special and beautiful. We had our entire event there, and somehow, nothing really seemed to go wrong. Everything was just as we'd expected it, but better. Having the ceremony there was great--we were outdoors, on the manor steps, and it was so elegant and classic! The manor house and its history were huge reasons why we chose Belmont as our venue; it's in such well-kept shape and is so different from any other venue.\r\rThe food was delicious (you have the option of plated meal or buffet--we chose buffet, and it was great!), the atmosphere was lovely, and the people working there were incredible--so kind and so professional. Our parents have told us that no one had a single complaint or suggestion about what Belmont could have done better, which is really a testament to how wonderful everything turns out there.\r\rSo, thank you to Rhonda, Courtney, and Belmont for everything! Also, Courtney in particular took a lot of our last minute changes/additions in stride. She was never once stressed! \r\rThe day of the wedding, everything was perfect. It's hard to put it into words, but having the wedding at Belmont made everything all the more special and beautiful. We had our entire event there, and somehow, nothing really seemed to go wrong. Everything was just as we'd expected it, but better. Having the ceremony there was great--we were outdoors, on the manor steps, and it was so elegant and classic! The manor house and its history were huge reasons why we chose Belmont as our venue; it's in such well-kept shape and is so different from any other venue.\r\rThe food was delicious (you have the option of plated meal or buffet--we chose buffet, and it was great!), the atmosphere was lovely, and the people working there were incredible--so kind and so professional. Our parents have told us that no one had a single complaint or suggestion about what Belmont could have done better, which is really a testament to how wonderful everything turns out there.\r\rSo, thank you to Rhonda, Courtney, and Belmont for everything! Our day was truly special thanks to you all!

Our wedding day was one of the hottest days of the summer, really record breaking temperatures! But, it was perfect! The whole wedding planning process was easy and we have Belmont to thank. Rhonda worked with us the whole year before the wedding, as well as Courtney. Courtney was amazing the week before the wedding, the day before and the entire wedding day! Everything ran smoothly because of her! If you want to have a worry-free wedding, have it at Belmont. Family and friends loved everything about our wedding. PERFECT:)

My husband and I researched and visited so many venues. We both knew immediately that Belmont was the one. Belmont is unique and special because it has a historical manor house where you can hold your cocktail hour. There is a beautiful outdoor area with a fountain your guests can spend time in as well. The reception room is gorgeous and elegant. The price was better than many venues we looked into. Rhonda and Courtney were incredible to work with. Our guests are still raving about Belmont. I could not be happier with our choice!!

I absolutely loved this location. I thought the packages that they offered were reasonable and they really did cater to all of my needs! They also let our dog be apart of the big day, which I loved. They made my day stress-free and I'm so glad that I picked to have my wedding and reception here.

We had our ceremony and wedding reception at Belmont Country Club. The staff is professional, reliable, and great. Rhonda is so easy to work with. She is easily available by phone or email and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. She thought of everything and made the day go smooth and easy. I didn't have to worry about anything the day of the wedding. The food is amazing. The Manor home is gorgeous. All of our guests said how beautiful the location was and how good the food was. I think it is the best location and the best bang for your buck in the Northern Virginia area. \rThe daughter of one of my parent's friends is getting married next year. After coming to the wedding, they scheduled a meeting with Rhonda and signed a contract that day. \rThe only complaint is that GPS and internet directions do not take you to the right entrance.

My husband said to me after our wedding \"you could not have done any better\" when picking a wedding venue. Thanks to Rhonda (wedding coordinator), Jeff (head chef) and the rest of the staff at Belmont, our wedding was just perfect! The entire event was so well organized - and very reasonably priced. \rThe reception went by in a flash - I had so much fun I didn't want to leave. Our family and friends are still raving about the reception too. They loved the elegant facility, the food, and the staff. The entire staff was very friendly, attentive and professional. I remember being pleasantly surprised by how quickly the hor d'oeuvres and entrees were served for 130 guests. We didn't see anyone wait for a drink. \rI enjoyed planning the reception with Rhonda because she made the process very easy for me. After I met her for the first time, I didn't even consider the possibility that something could go wrong. She made sure we had everything we needed throughout the event as well. \rOur tasting was a lot of fun too. We invited two guests. Jeff and Rhonda gave us great recommendations for the menu and were very patient and accomodating when we requested minor changes. \rMy husband and I highly recommend Belmont Country Club!

Our wedding reception was held at Belmont! They were do great at making sure that everything was just perfect for our day and also made sure that everything went just right during the entire reception! The day was beautiful and our pictures turned out beautiful overlooking the ponds and trees surrounding the country club!

I had been planning my wedding at Belmont for about 3 years, well acutally 10 years because my mom was the first to get married there when they opened. I always knew I'd be married there and was so happy it happened. The preparation from the staff was great especially working with Rhonda. The day of the wedding I was relaxed and was able to enjoy the day. Everyone loved the views and the service. I would tell anyone who wanted a great price for a wedding without losing the glitz and glam to choose Belmont Country Club!

I'm very happy I got at Belmont. We were fortunate enough that my in-laws live in Belmont & are members, so we didn't have to pay the banquet rental fee. I do believe you need to have a member sponsor you in order to get married at Belmont.\r\rRhonda was amazing. She always answered all of our questions in a timely manner. She made us feel very comfortable about holding our wedding at Belmont. She helped provide suggestions about the time line of events for the day, etc. When we did our food tasting, they had a table set up at Belmont with the linens, plates, etc I had chosen, so I could finally set what it all looked like together. I did not hire a wedding planner, and did most of the wedding myself. I was considering hiring a 'day of' planner, but once I started working with Rhonda, I realized one wasn't needed. She took care of all of the 'day of' planning, and was a huge help. Her & her staff also ran the rehearsal, telling us who walks first, where to stand, etc.\r\rWe got married outside, facing the tree. Rhonda & her staff were there to help tell us when we were supposed to walk out, who was to walk first, etc. It was nice to have someone there to help the timing and flow go smoothly. The day of the wedding, me & the girls arrived at Belmont in the morning to get ready. There was already food & drinks set up for us in one of the rooms upstairs. They had tea sandwiches, sodas, water, fruit, cheese, etc. Rhonda would periodically pop in to ask if we needed anything.\r\rNumerous guests commented on how perfect the venue was for a wedding. During the cocktail hour, guests were able to roam around the lower level, in the multiple rooms. We had a bar set up inside, and one outside in a little garden. People liked the flow of the rooms, and that they had multiple places they could go to. We had 160 guests, and I was worried it would be a bit crowded in the ballroom, during the reception, but everything worked out fine. I think it helped a lot that Belmont has two terrace/balconies on either side of the ballroom, so guests were able to go outside if they wished. We rented a tent that we put outside on the bigger balcony, and Belmont let us bring in our own Italian cookies, free of charge. \r\rWe had one medical emergency, that required one of our guests having to go to the hospital, and Belmont handled the situation very professionally. Since this emergency put a little damper on the evening, and we had some lost time, Belmont graciously allowed us to stay an extra hour past what we had originally agreed on, free We very much appreciated this. The staff the entire evening was great, they got me whatever I requested. The groom even requested a special salad, and they made that for him. When the evening was over, they took care of helping us carrying the centerpieces out, making sure we got everything, etc. The food was delicious, and we got numerous compliments on how great the food tasted. Everyone raved about it. I also heard the bar was not stingy on making the mixed drinks either, which lead to a very happy bunch! \r\rOverall, I would recommend Belmont. I believe the price may have gone up a bit since we got married, but for the quality of service, beauty of venue, and overall satisfaction of our guests, it is a great deal. Every detail was executed perfectly and I received SO many compliments from my guests. And the food and service were outstanding as well. I am so glad I chose to have my wedding reception at Belmont. Rhonda and her staff were amazing and so easy to work with. Every detail was executed perfectly and I received SO many compliments from my guests. And the food and service were outstanding as well. The grounds and historic building are beautifully done and perfect for pictures. The layout of the ballroom was great - everyone could see and participate in everything and the bar and dance floor were easily accessible. Belmont was the perfect venue to host my wedding reception. The staff were all outstanding from the very beginning and their knowledge, experience and attention to detail before the wedding drastically simplified the planning process for me. Rhonda, the event coordinator at Belmont, was fantastic. She was professional, prompt in her communications and all around, delivered exceptional service. During the reception, she was making sure my husband and I had the food and drinks we needed and could soak in the evening and not think about the logistics. Jeff, the head chef at Belmont, also delivered delicious food and the wait staff were all prompt and courteous throughout the event.\r\rThe only complaint was the reception ended too soon! We thought a 5 hour reception would be enough, but no one was ready to leave at the end. Overall, amazing place to host a wedding! I recommended this place to my friend, who will be having her wedding there in January. I will continue to refer friends to Belmont as a perfect venue and catering place for a wedding.
