Wedding Date 03-09-2022
The staff that helped with the planning with was an absolute dream to work with! The last couple weeks leading up to the big day, Evan was available pretty much whenever we had questions or we wanted to come by to look at something. The day of he made sure we had exactly what we needed and made sure that we had the best night of our life. As for the grounds and venue itself, everything was well kept and it is almost like something out of a fairytale. There is an endless amount of photo opportunities on the property. We hope to have more events here in the future.

His professionalism along with the staffs professionalism and personal touch created a amazing and beautiful memory for our wedding reception. He was very attentive to our needs, he even helped provide a solo room for us; through all the hustle and bustle and commotion of the wedding and the reception we were able to have those first few moments as newlyweds. Evan and his crew help with the decorations, they helped with the beautiful seating arrangement so we could have a dance floor with a packed house, they made all of our guests feel welcome even those who had physical disabilities felt very welcome and loved his charming grace that he provided us for that special evening.

Absolutely gorgeous grounds and ballroom for our wedding reception and photos. Megan (event coordinator) was so patient and helpful with every question I had. Such a good value! The food was so delicious, and they worked with us with the menu to get us exactly what we wanted within our price point. The only complaint I had was there were many homecoming groups taking photos outdoors on the property and got in the way of our wedding photos. The staff tried to address the homecoming groups but they kept coming back. Besides that, it was a fairly wedding!

Having our wedding at The Beloit Club was the perfect choice. Everything was flawless. Food by Chef Jeff can not even be compared to any food we have ever had. The event staff there worked wonders with us. I was so blown away with how much help everyone was, especially Alex! He was above and beyond- from the set up to the serving- he makes a unforgettable impression on not only me, but multiple guests. The coordination that we worked with really made this an event of a lifetime, they put up with my unlimited questions and any and everything that came their way. Thank you all! Thank you Beloit Club!
