We loved everything about having our wedding ceremony and reception here! Bella, Shelly and team made our wedding day so easy and stress-free. Venue space (ballroom and pergola) were beautiful, clean and comfortable. Food was beyond delicious! Everyone was talking about how much they loved the cake and entrees!Bella worked directly with our vendors, so we didn’t have to worry much about logistics. When we told our vendors where we were having the wedding, they all talked highly of Bridgewood. We were able to really enjoy the day. Bella was able to take our vision and turn it into reality! She knew the right questions to ask us and helped to guide us when we weren’t sure. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had some struggles with pinning the flowers & knowing where to stand and Shelly stepped in! So appreciative of all the extra help they gave.Couldn’t have asked for a better venue! So glad we chose Bridgewood Best Western!

Best Western Bridgewood was an amazing place to have a wedding reception. It is beautiful, organized, and super convenient to book rooms as well. I originally worked with Mary who was wonderful, but after she relocated we were assigned a new coordinator who really stepped up and relieved all of my worries about this. I do wish we were able to get into the venue earlier to decorate (noon day of the wedding) but as long as you describe your vision well, the team does an amazing job setting it up. I am grateful to Bridgewood for helping me have a near stress-free wedding!

Best Western Bridgewood was an amazing place to have a wedding reception. It is beautiful, organized, and super convenient to book rooms as well. Let me start out by saying I'm not organized, and I do not host anything ever. So when it came time to plan my wedding, I was a mess. I had big dreams for my big day, but no real plans. Mary was super patient, would go over all the details, and give expert advice in a way that I could explain to my now husband. I fell in love with all the venue had to offer, but I would have been lost had I not had the guidance. The ceremony and reception turned out beautifully. Our final guest count was incredibly less than estimated, but that didn't take away from all the love. It's the quality of people you surround yourself with, not the amount. We had so many compliments on the venue, the hotel stay, and the food. Dinner was ah-mazing. Every staff member was so personable and added to the joy. The level of comfort we experienced really made it feel like we were all family or had been friends forever. I am so greatful to everyone at Bridgewood for helping my dreams come true.

We are so happy we chose the Bridgewood for our wedding venue! The entire staff was so friendly and responsive throughout the entire process and we have received so many compliments from all of our guests! The venue has an amazing outdoor patio, beautiful party room and we loved that guests to go straight up to their room after the party or head to the Ground Round to finish off their night. They took the stress away from the day and can't thank them enough!

I couldn't have asked for a better day at Bridgewood. Mary and the staff were SO helpful all along the way. It made my entire wedding experience totally stress-free! We were very set on having our ceremony outside and when it rained the day of we had to make the decision to move the location of the ceremony to the patio instead of out by the pergola. It was still beautiful and everyone commented on how great of a job they did drying everything out. The dinner was also amazing along with the staff. We get told all the time how great the food was, and how attentive and fast the staff were!

I cannot say enough good things about Mary and the banquet staff at the Bridgewood! I am someone who does not usually give up control very easily, but Mary and her team put any worries I had at ease. Mary was quick to respond to any and all email questions I had. She also took the time to clarify information, instead of just assuming what I was saying. The banquet team the day of made everything go so smoothly! One of the managers came up to me and asked what I could get to drink, even before I got one bite of food in. That is service :) The food was delicious and many guests said it was some of the best wedding food they have ever had, and I had some pretty notorious picky guests. One last thing that I loved was the never-ending amenities. My guests loved being able to go outside on the patio and get to enjoy conversations with family/friends without having to speak over the DJ. My husband and I also appreciated having the suite the night of our wedding :)

After having my wedding at the Bridgewood last weekend, I am truly left speechless. From the beginning, Mary made our process very easy-even in the impossible year of 2020! Someone recently said to me, you can make a venue look the way you want by decorating-but you cannot change the vendors in which are at that location. MARY IS A BOSS! Sincerely, I cannot speak enough fantastic things about her. She was very quick to respond to emails with questions, spoke to my mother in law to solidify a candy table which she was doing, eased our minds in every aspect-even making sure our cakes got delivered on time so we didn’t have to pay un upcharge in delivery! There was a wedding the evening before ours so set up took place the day of-and as a Bride who couldn’t be there because I was getting my hair and makeup done, it was left in the boys hands. Mary made it happen. She kept the boys in line, took charge, and from what my husband told me-took care of pretty much everything-which she by no means needed to do. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making our day so seamless.

We actually had to move our wedding date because of the pandemic, but the process with Bridgewood was painless and easy. Our guests loved the convenience of having the wedding in all at one location with the option to stay the night right at the hotel if needed. We had a great experience!

Mary (event coordinator) was great. She made sure our wedding was organized and set up just the way we wanted it! The room rental was a reasonable price and the food was good! Lots of options. The hotel even gifted us a nice etched cutting board and has checked in with us numerous times to make sure we were happy with the wedding. Would recommend this venue to those who want a memorable event!

Bridgewood was an amazing venue for our wedding; we were blown away by the service from our first planning meeting to the day of our wedding. Mary made the entire wedding planning easy, she is very organized and guides you through all the steps of planning the wedding. Our wedding day was perfect! The food was delicious, the tables and room perfect, and the service outstanding. On the night of our wedding, Trevor went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with how the wedding was going. I would not hesitate to recommend Bridgewood as the venue for a wedding. Mary and Trevor were great to work with and I can't thank them enough for making our wedding THE PERFECT DAY!

bridgewood was fantastic, we had our reception here! they made our day perfect!! mary was so organized and helpful with all of our planning, and the day of went so great nothing went wrong! they set up our decorations and anticipated all our needs, the food was also fantastic! I would highly recommend bridgewood to anyone getting married for their reception!

We got married March 2, 2019! We held our rehearsal dinner, reception, and our gift opening at the Bridgewood! Everything was absolutely amazing and was exactly what we wanted. Our family and friends were so impressed. They loved the fact everything was at one place and was family friendly. We had the Bridgewood buffet Friday night and the South Pacific Buffet on Saturday! We had so many compliments about it being the Best food they have ever had! Mary was excellent in making our dream and wedding vision come true!

We hosted our reception at Bridgewood a couple of weeks ago and had a great experience! The convenience of having the attached hotel and day of coordinator really sold us on this location. In addition, Bridgewood definitely provides a hotel experience that is more unique. There is a beautiful cobblestone walk way and store front window feature that lines the ballroom hallway. The ballrooms are well maintained and a great size for large or small parties. In addition, the hotel rooms are definitely nicer than a typical hotel room for the area - we didn't see them ahead of time and were really impressed day of. We received many compliments from guests on the whole venue.Bridgewood's new wedding coordinator, Mary, quickly caught up to speed on our vision and made our day come to life! Her and her staff set up the room - centerpieces, head table, gifts table, etc. Essentially anything you can bring them ahead of time, they will set up for you which is a huge help! The day of your wedding there is also a supervisor on staff all night to ensure your night runs smoothly. Trevor, was so attentive and helpful! Thank you!I was very happy to have chosen Bridgewood and would recommend to others!

My husband and I booked this hotel for our wedding reception and are still so amazed at how wonderful they all made it! Everyone at this resort was so wonderful and kind! The supervisors went out of their way to make sure we were totally satisfied with everything during the whole weekend. Mary, our wedding coordinator, was great to work with! She went through all the details of our wedding to make sure it was absolutely perfect! She set up our decorations, answered all of our questions, and went above and beyond with making our special day the best. All of the food, from rehearsal dinner to dinner at the reception to breakfast the next day at gift opening was sooo good! All of our guests were in love with the resort and said it was such a lovely place to have our wedding! The rooms were beautiful and so comfortable. The whole weekend went smooth and without any hiccups. I could go on and on about how wonderful this resort is!! Thank you everyone at the Best Western Premier Bridgewood Resort Hotel for all that you did to make our wedding the best!

I had my wedding at the Best Western Premier Bridgewood Resort Hotel a month ago and it could not have been a more perfect weekend! Event coordinator, Myranda Meyer, was phenomenal and made sure every aspect of our special day went according to plan. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. The ballroom was perfect for our ceremony and reception, the grounds were a beautiful backdrop for our photos, the food was delicious, the pool area was a huge hit with the kids, and the guest rooms were comfortable, clean, and quiet. I would 100% recommend this location to anyone looking for a wedding venue or other event. Thank you, Myranda, and everyone at the Bridgewood for making our wedding day so perfect and memorable!

Superb experience! Such amazing service, very professional and caring. Easy to contact with and Myranda was on top of things from the first meeting. Created such a beautiful event and worked with us to get just what we wanted. Worked directly with the other vendors to make things run very smoothly and saved time on my end by cutting me out as the middle-man. They went above and beyond by assisting with last minute changes. Food was delicious as well; we had many many compliments on everything! So very happy with this venue!

The bridgewood did an amazing job! About 2 weeks before the wedding the wedding coordinator ended up resigning. I started to get nervous, but the bridgewood employees worked together and everything turned out great. I dropped off all my decorations with directions 3 days before the wedding and they did a great job setting up for me. They found me when I arrived at the venue the day of the wedding and were willing to help or answer any questions I had. Everything went smoothly and looked beautiful. I would recommend The Bridgewood to any family member or friend.

I could not have asked for a better place to have my wedding. Shelley was awesome to work with and made sure that my day was perfect and as stress free as possible. I never had to touch one thing in the hall, she did it all for me the way I wanted it done. I was amazed at how amazing my hall looked. I didn't have a worry in the world that my hall would look good. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. I was surprised at how many compliments we received on our food and the amount of food we received. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Maybe I'm just being too picky, but things were just OK here. They missed a few things; our napkin color was wrong, didn't serve the kids a fruit cup with their dinner, didn't serve our photographer dinner (which I had specifically planned for), lost some of our glassware, wouldn’t accommodate a guest's request to switch meals due to dietary changes (even though there were no-shows). The food was just ok, it wasn't anything I was super proud of. It wasn't bad, but I don't think any of our guests will say anything extraordinary about the meals. There was also another banquet going on in the same area. Not that it wouldn’t have been ok, but I wish they would have mentioned it to us. Overall ok, I think my standards may have just been too high.

Great Venue, the ballroom was grogous and all of the staff where very helpful and made the day wonderful. We recived lots of compliments on how great all of the food was from the main course to the hour dourves. Having the hotel connected was great many our of town guests where able to stay overnight.

The interiors were fabulous and because it was part of the hotel many of our guests opted to stay there. That meant many more people staying until the end of the night. The food was superb and the service excellent. It was not your typical NE Wisconsin wedding site.

Bella Jacobson (Manager) Nothing excites me more than being the Wedding Sales Manager here at Bridgewood! It is my passion to bring all wedding couples’ dreams to life. I provide hands on guidance during the planning process, and day of your wedding and will be a shoulder to lean from start to finish. I started my career as a Bridal Consultant selling wedding dresses. From there I realized weddings are my passion, down to every last detail. I strive to create a stress-free day for my couples and want their friends and family to have memories that will last forever.
