Bethel Rock is a wedding venue in Leanord, TX. This ranch is nestled on 32 acres of land in the peaceful countryside, an ideal setting for couples that want a retreat from bustling city life. The various event rentals, stunning views, and dedicated staff will ensure that your big day matches your vision. Bethel Rock is family-owned and -operated and was first established as an event space in 2018. The team has hosted an array of events over the years, from engagement photo sessions to romantic receptions. Your day will start in the two get-ready suites, the Bridal House and the Groom's Game Room, to prepare for the altar alongside your nearest and dearest. You can then make your way to the outdoor ceremony site, affectionately named The Chapel. Lush trees and plants surround the stone-lined aisle and wooden altar, making for a picturesque backdrop as you say, "I do." You're also welcome to use the Viewpoint, Which overlooks the horizon, providing a panoramic sight for your big day. After your guests enjoy their cocktail hour on the open-air patio, they can gather in the indoor reception area. Exposed red brick and glass garage doors surround the space, providing both a rustic atmosphere and plenty of natural light. A large wagon-wheel chandelier hangs from the vaulted ceiling, covering your celebration in a warm, romantic glow. Bethel Rock is a pet-friendly venue, giving you the chance to incorporate your furry companion into your wedding day. You will have a variety of event rentals at your fingertips, from candle holders and lanterns to wooden signage. Chairs and tables will be provided and setup into any arrangement you prefer. Whether you dream of an intimate elopement or lavish reception, the in-house team will make sure you have everything you need for a stunning start to your marriage.

We had our wedding at Bethel Rock on 12.2.23. We fell in love with the venue the instant that we toured and did not look anywhere else. It was perfect for our wedding! Alexis was amazing helping us coordinate for the day of and Michelle was our host on our wedding day. We are so very grateful to having Michelle that day! Bethel Rock really does the most - and it was so affordable. I was expecting this venue to be 10-15k with all it naturally comes with, but the venue with the views was very affordable. It The bridal suite is huge and offers such a stress free morning, the chapel is gorgeous in and of itself, the reception space can really be versatile for your needs, and the staff is so incredibly helpful and kind - they realize it’s your monumentous day. They have a variety of rentals for you to choose even with wedding coordination, table decor, and other large rentals which made me not have to think about anything on my wedding day. Specifically, Alexis and Maddy were amazing and made my wedding awesome. Alexis helped me a lot at the design studio in McKinney for our reception decor and for my bridals and Maddy helped with our FaceTime Tour and on the day of. They will let you bring in any vendors you’d like but do have a preferred list. We used food trucks and mobile bars and they were a hit. I would use them over and over again. Bethel Rock is the place to get married!

The best venue EVER!! So gorgeous with the incredible views, beautiful (multiple) ceremony sites, and every detail in the bridal house, reception hall, grooms suite, and even the bathrooms are just incredible. Every detail is so gorgeous. The photo locations are endless and we took our engagements, bridals, and wedding day photos all over the property. There are so many spaces that you can use and every guest at our wedding had amazing things to say about how gorgeous the venue was. Every space at the venue flows well for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. We loved how our wedding was an indoor-outdoor concept. Everyone at the venue is so easy to work with as well and very accommodating. They are all so kind and truly care about making your wedding day amazing. They are extremely responsive and organized. We could not recommend the venue more. We had a guest count slightly larger than the venue can accommodate and they were so willing to work with us. We just can’t say enough good things about Bethel Rock and the Bethel Rock team!!

I loved every single thing about this venue and their staff. They are all so kind and helpful, and they made the wedding planning process stress free. Every question I had they got back to me immediately and did everything when they said they would. They are great at communicating, which was such a relief when making sure I had everything in order. And the venue is absolutely stunning. The entire place looks like it belongs in a magazine. The bridal suit is huge and gorgeous, the groom’s area is full of fun things to keep the guys busy while they wait. The ceremony spot is so peaceful and radiant. The courtyard area is spacious and they even have ping pong and corn hole you can use during the reception time. My guests absolutely loved it! The reception area is stylish, and they have a design package where you can rent all the table decide which saved us a lot of money, time, and we didn’t have to figure out what to do with everything after the wedding. It was just so magical there, and I could not be happier with how my day turned out. I highly recommend getting married at Bethel Rock!

I got married here on a Saturday in April and it was amazing! Staff was so great at communication throughout my entire planning process. Their venue is absolutely beautiful and hardly needs any decorations/decor. They have their own rental catalog that couples can go through to make the planning process easier. We utilized the entire venue space by having an outside cocktail hour and lots of yard games for guests. Although April weather can be “iffy” we ended up with the perfect day (they do have an inside ceremony option as needed)! The boys absolutely loved the groom’s suite and the girls were obsessed with the bridal cottage. So much room to spread out and so many great picture opportunities. 10/10 recommend Bethel Rock.

They made not only my wedding special, but they made me feel so important and so special! Taylor Nguyen, Bethel Rocks Wedding Coordinator, was nothing short of AMAZING! She made my wedding vision come to life! I let her take control of the reins for most of of it & she killed it! She may be small-- but she is mighty! She is on top of every little detail and made everything so perfect. Her planning and communication was the best I have ever worked with! Not only did I think her work was the best I have ever seen but she became the crowd favorite with our wedding party, families and even our guest!If your thinking of planning a wedding-- I HIGHLY recommend booking Taylor! She is everything and more! The owners of Bethel Rock, John & Jennifer, are some of the sweetest people we have ever met. The place was so amazing everything was beautiful, the major let down was how the night ended. There seemed to be way too much rushing and wanting to know when we where leaving/clean up! I as the groom spent last moments running around trying to get answers instead of spending it with my family and wife!! Not a good ending to what would have been a great day!!

The most amazing venue ever!!! John and Jennifer were so wonderful to work with from the beginning. We had to cancel our wedding in March 2020 due to covid and they were so understanding and willing to work with us for rescheduling. They truly care about the couples that want to get married here and show the love of Jesus so well. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous. The space to get ready was perfect for all my bridesmaids and family. The venue has so many beautiful areas for photos. I love the variety of pictures you can take!! After finally having our wedding we had so many guests comment on how beautiful the venue is and how much they loved our wedding. We can’t thank the Bethel Rock team enough for all they did for our amazing day! Highly highly recommend- it’s an absolute gem of a venue.

I helped one of my planners with a wedding a few Saturdays ago at Bethel Rock and it was stunning! There are so many ceremony locations to pick from and staff is top notch. The bride and her mom stayed the night before the wedding in the cutest little spot and that is where all the girls got ready. Everything turned out beautifully and having it been our first time with them, everything went flawless. Jennifer and her team are so great to work with & being a planner I have been too A LOT of venues. Having owners that care about the couples day make all the difference, go see them, you will fall in LOVE!

Everything turned out beautifully and having it been our first time with them, everything went flawless. Jennifer and her team are so great to work with & being a planner I have been too A LOT of venues. Having owners that care about the couples day make all the difference, go see them, you will fall in LOVE!

Bethel Rock is literally the most beautiful venue I have ever seen, and you wouldn't believe the amount of compliments we received on the venue. Even my vendors were blown away. But clearly we all can see how pretty it is, so I'm going to give you all the reasons to choose this venue. The staff is literally amazing. In all the venues we toured, we never felt connected or supported by the staff in the same way we did at Bethel Rock. We were planning from out of state and I needed all the help I could get. Jennifer was beyond amazing in helping me coordinate details and making us feel supported. The staff was also present day of to help move last minute tables, make sure landscape was good, and assist with any issues that may come up. Jennifer even lit all the candles on my tables and made sure things were beautiful for after our ceremony. They also have so many amazing items you can rent for a very reasonable cost, better than most rentals I've seen in the Dallas area. Jennifer's style is ON POINT, and again, we got so many compliments on every piece of decor. Again, this was a huge help in creating a picture perfect venue and having all the tools we needed for the reception. There is also a house on site that you can use for the wedding day, as well as rent the night before! It was perfect for us, as we used it for both our tiny rehearsal dinner space, and it took away so much stress to be able to decorate and relax the day before. It's also so nice to have a large space to get ready in, as opposed to so many other bridal suites I've seen at other venues. Third, the entire property is amazing, ESPECIALLY for a Covid wedding. We were able to spread things out and make sure our guests felt comfortable, which was a huge plus. There is so much you can do with this venue, the sky is literally the limit! It was such an amazing space, great value, great pictures, and great staff. Would recommend this over and over again, above all other venues like it! Please please please schedule a visit! You will not be sorry!

Bethel Rock was PERFECT for our wedding! The industrial, exposed brick look in the venue was exactly what we were looking for! The amazing views and different options for the ceremony site sets this venue apart from so many! We can not say enough good things about the owners, Jennifer and John. They responded so quickly and were there for anything we needed! It was great having a whole house for the bridal suite and the groomsmen game room was awesome and a great size. If you are looking for the perfect place for your wedding look no further!

I am having my wedding at Bethel Rock in November and I cannot begin to explain how beautiful this property is! There are so many unique spots and things to see. The bridal house is AMAZING and the groom's space has so much to offer the guys (which other places lacked). I looked at a lot of other venues and none of them made my fiance and I feel as special as Bethel Rock did. The owners, Jennifer and John, and the most gracious people I have ever met and have gone above and beyond to make us excited for our big day. I would 100% recommend checking this venue out in person and having your wedding here!

The Bethel Rock venue was absolutely amazing. We held our son’s wedding there this past spring. The venue was gorgeous. It was as if Restoration Hardware and Martha Stewart got together to build a site that’s perfect for the most elegant wedding to simplest of ceremonies. The owners were the second best selling point. They helped us create an event that not only exceeded our expectations but met our budgetary needs. I would highly recommend Bethel Rock for any size or style of wedding.
