Biagio's & The Terrace is an elegant banquet hall and wedding venue located in Paramus, NJ. This family-owned-and-operated destination exudes a timeless, romantic ambience. In operation for more than two-and-a-half decades, it has played host to a myriad of unforgettable celebrations. We can not be happier and more in love with our decision to have our wedding reception at Biagios! From the second we met John and walked into The Terrace we knew this was the place for us. John is a true gem and took so much time to answer all of our questions and was willing to meet with us multiple times. I truly never thought booking a wedding would be as easy and seamless as it was! It turns out I was stressed about nothing! Truly please look at this place!! Itās stunning, the food is amazing, and you truly feel like your working with family! Here I feel like people truly care about you, and not just a number like you are at other venues! I can not say enough!

o\tThe Terrace was the perfect venue for our Wedding day. Our Maitre D', John, and our bridal attendant, Stephanie, helped make our day very special. The Terrace is a beautiful venue with a very kind & helpful staff. There is a restaurant on the property so we were able to have a dinner at the venue after the rehearsal. John and the whole team were very accommodating and made us feel at home. We were able to stop by several times during our engagement to drop off decorations and go over the plans for the Wedding. We got lucky with amazing weather and had our ceremony on the rooftop. The ballroom looked amazing. Everyone loved the food and the beautiful ambiance.

We knew from the moment we stepped foot in Biagioās that it was the venue for us. The gorgeous interior and beautiful rooftop was the perfect space to celebrate our wedding with our family and friends. Everyone working that evening went above and beyond to make our event flawless! My husband and I had high expectations for our big day from our conversations with Athena and John and those were greatly exceeded! John instilled confidence as our Maitre D and was on top of everything! Family and friends were in awe and repeatedly stated that this was the best wedding they had been to! Not enough words to say how fabulous our experience with The Terrace at Biago's were! First off we booked them in 2019, pre-covid. And despite all the uncertainty and postponements they stayed by our side the whole time. The staff was always available to chat and a great resource throughout. We had to postpone our date two times because of COVID and they definitely worked with us while also trying to save their business. The weeks leading up to the wedding they were very responsible with staying on track of our checklist. The day of the wedding couldnt have been more perfect. They were already checking in on us and how we were feeling while still making sure the party was running smoothly. We felt like they went above and beyond to make sure we were nothing but satisfied that day. We are very happy with them and our guests were raving over the level of service that they received.

Both accomplished exactly that and then some. Anytime we had questions or needed information they were there to help us through the process. Itās nice to know the people working for you are available at all times. They were able to make this as simple as a process even with all the added stresses of planning a wedding. The Biagio's family truly prides themselves on professionalism. The staff from top to bottom is top notch. All of our guests couldnāt stop talking about how beautiful and perfect The Terrace was and the atmosphere as a whole. The vibe they put out was what a wedding vibe should be , they allowed for you to truly feel all the love and joy in the room. I would recommend The Terrace at Biagio's to any and everyone . If youāre looking for an awesome party with great people to help the process , this is by far the place to be in the metropolitan area!

If you are looking for an incredible ballroom - Wonderful, Wonderful, Wonderful. I have always had a special attachment to Biagios (the restaurant attached to The Terrace.) My family has been going there for as long as I can remember for dinners as well as every event from graduations, to funerals, to birthdays, to now a wedding. They have always treated us like family. The food is incredible, the service is great, and they truly catered to everything my husband and I needed. What really helped us choose them was that we had a large guest count and their ballroom could accommodate that. John, the maƮtre D, was SO accommodating and helpful. He answered our texts at literally any time of the day/night and took full control of everything. He was flexible in scheduling appointments and I went into my day completely comfortable. I knew as soon as I dropped off all of our items that no matter how they set it up they were going to make sure that the room looked spectacular- and it did!!! The night of my wedding John literally made sure there was NOTHING to ever worry about, and not just for me, but for our parents and every one of our guests as well. He ran all over that place and made sure nothing was out of place. As soon as you get to the main lobby area the beautiful fireplace was the perfect place for photos. The cocktail and viennese hours are still being talked about as one of the best people have attended. The reception room was absolutely gorgeous. And, of course, the upper patio was a great addition, especially for people who just wanted to get some fresh air as well as my sparkler send off!!! Due to COVID they made great accomodations with table settings (8 people recommended) and socially distancing the tables so that there was over 6 feet between each one. My guests said it was so nice to be at a wedding during the pandemic and have a few hours of feeling \"normal\" but also feeling very safe with how everything was set up and handled. I cannot recommend them enough. They literally took my whole wedding vision and brought it to life.

The food here is wonderful but the planning process and service are an embarrassment. Lots of mistakes were made on the day of the event and nothing was done to rectify them. Majority of the staff was unprofessional and the event was not set up on time.

When my (now) husband had recommended that we look at Biagio's for our wedding, I was not interested as I wanted to have a barn wedding. In addition, I had hung out at Biagio's when I was in college and I remembered it being just a bar. I was completely unaware of how just how much it has changed over the years and I had no idea that they had added The Terrace to the venue. I am SO glad that we went and looked because I fell in love with the rooftop terrace as soon as we saw it! You completely forget that you are on Paramus Road. Unfortunately, we were originally told that we could not use the terrace as it was being used as the restaurant due to the current pandemic dining restrictions. Athena was a gem from the moment I spoke with her and she showed us and explained to us what our options were. We saw the Grande Ballroom, where we planned to have our ceremony, and we saw the very large, yet intimate tent, that we would use for our reception. Athena was incredibly kind and took the time to answer all of my many, MANY questions. She offered support in order to help us to create the wedding that we wanted. When Athen told us that they use my favorite bakery as on of their own for wedding cakes, I took that as a sign and we booked on the spot! Athena then put us in touch with John, the Maitre D', who took care of us from that point forward. John put us at ease and made us feel confident that everything would be taken care of. They exceeded our exceptions!! Three days before the wedding, we met with John and found out that we could have the terrace for our ceremony. It was exquisite! John had the fireplace going and even offered to play music as I walked down the aisle, something that I did not even think was possible. It was a breathtaking day from start to finish. The staff was wonderful and accommodating and we literally were able to show up and truly enjoy the day. It was truly a perfect day and I cannot wait to go back and visit for dinner next year for our first anniversary!! Thank you Athena and thank you John for taking such great care of us!

Planning a wedding is always hard but planning a wedding with Covid is even more challenging. We have been planning weddings over 20 years and I have to give a special shout out to Biagio's/The Terrace in Paramus for their outstanding job in making our clients on Sept. 4th so happy. There was a lot of changes (again due to Covid) on an hourly basis but I have to say that the management at Biagio's handled all our concerns. On the night of the wedding, we had John Risley as the Maitre'D and he was amazing and on top of everything. Our clients loved their wedding and I would definitely recommend this venue and have John run your event. Looking forward to working with this venue again!

So disappointed in Biagio's.The pictures on their Facebook page of the COVID wedding is my son and daughter-in-law's on August 14th Those pictures are so staged.I HAVE REAL PICTURES from the beginning to end. The original date had been April 24th but because of COVID They had to postpone. At that time we had paid them for 172 people with a guarantee of 200. Knowing friends and family would not be able to attend they would work with us for $175 but not change the price from a Saturday to now a Friday nite. We went along with that thinking they would work with us at some point. There would be no extravagant cocktail hr or Viennese table . Would they work with us on a new price now The answer was NO We were told we no longer had access to the terrace upstairs because the restaurant had its diners upstairs. Would we get reimbursed for that The answer NO . We in good faith we're expecting the best, marble floors chandeliers air conditioning the outdoor terrace what we got was a tent in a parking lot NO floor to walk on one bar two bartenders no masks beer on ice most of the weight staff did not have masks nor did they know they were supposed to serve us while walking around with food. They put up a buffet with four or five stations three had servers the rest serve ourselves there was one hand sanitizing station as you walked in the door halfway through it was empty Lighting was just still Edison bulbs no other lights whatsoever thank God for the DJ. He had lights The stumps from an old tree were never removed That's where they put the industrial fans that blew inside the tent . Dinner was served 2 HOURS after the orders were put in and everything was cold although people did say the beef was good and the chicken wasn't to bad cold But it's hard to eat cold sea bass. Dessert came on a three-tiered platter mostly fruit there was banana foster and an ice cream cart, popcorn and cotton candy??. Biagio's surprise for the happy couple were fireworks that were put in front of the fans that blew into the tent.IN SPITE OF ALL THIS our friends and family had a good time because they were out and seeing people that they hadn't seen in months .IT WASN'T BECAUSE OF THE GREAT WEDDING Biagio's had given us. I thought during Covid we were all in this together but Biagio's proved they were only in it for themselves.

This review is to warn any others who is thinking about booking with Biagio's and The Terrace. They will quote you a lower price to get you to come in and change it once you are there (classic bait and switch scam).We reached out to Biagio's via The Knot and they came back saying they had 2 available dates for us. They initially quoted us $160 per person for their Full Grand Event Package. We negotiated with them through The Knot and they agreed to $145 per person with a $1,000 ceremony fee. Having this information, we agreed to visit them in person (my fiance was traveling from Boston to do this). Upon our arrival, there was noone there to greet us to direct us where to go (not a huge deal but still not a good sign). Once we sat down with the rep (Midra) we were speaking with, she tried to sell us a lesser different package that did not include the Viennese table (separate additional charge for this) for $160 + tax + tip. When asked why the price and package was different than what was online, she said it was because I told her estimate headcount of 125 is different than what I initially said of 150. That was fair so I was like then we will guarantee 150. Even after I said that, her and the owner's daughter refused to honor the price that was given online. At that point, it was such a negative experience that we just walked out. For anyone considering them, please beware of their bait and switch scheme!!!

They will quote you a lower price to get you to come in and change it once you are there (classic bait and switch scam).We reached out to Biagio's via The Knot and they came back saying they had 2 available dates for us. They initially quoted us $160 per person for their Full Grand Event Package. We negotiated with them through The Knot and they agreed to $145 per person with a $1,000 ceremony fee. Having this information, we agreed to visit them in person (my fiance was traveling from Boston to do this). Upon our arrival, there was noone there to greet us to direct us where to go (not a huge deal but still not a good sign). Once we sat down with the rep (Midra) we were speaking with, she tried to sell us a lesser different package that did not include the Viennese table (separate additional charge for this) for $160 + tax + tip. When asked why the price and package was different than what was online, she said it was because I told her estimate headcount of 125 is different than what I initially said of 150. That was fair so I was like then we will guarantee 150. Even after I said that, her and the owner's daughter refused to honor the price that was given online. At that point, it was such a negative experience that we just walked out. For anyone considering them, please beware of their bait and switch scheme!!!

We didn't have to do a thing at our event, and we were treated like royalty. We were allowed to do a food tasting a few months prior and were allowed to drop off favors, pictures, etc. two days before. Debbie, my bridal attendant, was great! There was a possibility of rain later on in our wedding day, and we were unfortunately unable to have cocktail hour on the outdoor terrace. John was in contact with me throughout the day, waiting to see if the weather report would change. He made every attempt to set everything up outside, and we appreciated his attention to detail and communication with us on the day. Our guests said that it was the best wedding they had ever attended. The cocktail hour and food in the reception were delicious, and our guests were raving about the food, even days after! No one left hungry, that's for sure! The staff was professional and everything went off without a hitch. I would definitely recommend having your wedding or major event at The Terrace!

Our wedding at The Terrace was on July 1, 2017, and was nothing short of amazing. Tommy, Taylor, Michelle (who my bridal party continued to call Stephanie. You canāt forget us, Michelle!) and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make our day everything we asked for. The Terrace was the last venue I visited when we started wedding planning, and I had already had another venue in mind. From the moment I parked, met Tommy and Athena, walked through the cocktail hour room, the beautiful ballroom, and - the deal sealer - the rooftop, I was sold. Fast forward to our wedding day, with a rooftop ceremony planned from the very getgo and a rainstorm in the forecast that afternoon, Tommy and his crew did ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING they could do to get me that 6pm rooftop ceremony. The rain kept coming and going and, the moment the rain stopped, his crew was out there mopping and wiping down chairs only for it to downpour again. Until 5:55pm, they continued wiping and mopping and, unfortunately, the call was made to move the ceremony indoors because the rain wouldnāt let up. Tommy had already set up the ballroom as the secondary ceremony site and, by 6:01pm, guests were seated and the show was on the road. My guests are STILL raving on how epic the service was and how elegant the venue was. Let me paint you a picture of our guest list: my husband is Polish and we are both ex-bartenders, so our guest list was filled with service industry workers and people who know how to party. Tommy and his staff aimed to please and they nailed it. Not a single glass stayed empty throughout the night. The food? My maid of honor went to two other weddings after ours and was disappointed that the other Chateaubriands were incomparable to The Terraceās. Between the jaw dropping Cocktail Hour and the Viennese Extravaganza, The Terrace made all 175 of my guests speechless (and ridiculously full). A million times thank you to Tommy, Athena, and the rest of the crew at The Terrace for our fairy tale wedding.

There are really no words to describe how perfect our wedding reception was at The Terrace on October 6, 2017. When we began planning our wedding last October, The Terrace was our first and last stop on our venue search. We knew right away that it was the perfect venue. We worked very closely all year long with Sales Manager, Jennifer Riscen. Jennifer was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was always available for us to answer any and all questions in a prompt and professional manner. She painted a picture of what our wedding reception would be like; which became a reality. Jennifer is a true event professional and made our wedding flawless from beginning to end. I had a blast working with her! She is one of the best!! The entire staff at The Terrace is a first class act. We also worked with Tommy, Chef Jimmy, and Amanda as well. Everyone was so helpful, accommodating and fun to work with. We were never stressed out because we knew we were in great hands. Chef Jimmy went above and beyond to make sure the menu, food & presentation was top notch. Some of the highlights of our wedding (to name a few) was our rooftop cocktail hour which included a sushi \"stadium themed\" station, pig roast, raw bar with ice sculpture, rose station, Octoberfest themed station, a flambe presentation to open the Viennese dessert table, and our donut wall and coffee to go favors. Not one detail was overlooked. Every single guest raved and was blown away by our reception and we have no one but Jennifer, Chef Jimmy and the staff at The Terrace to thank. The quality of the food, service and venue was impeccable! When we started planning our wedding, we knew we wanted a venue to hold both the ceremony and reception and had an outdoor area.We met with Jen back in August of 2016 and from the moment we met her and walked into The Terrace we knew this place was going to be hard to beat. After walking around The Terrace, the entry way, the lobby, the reception hall, the rooftop space and the beautiful decor already in place I was able to envision our wedding day.We mainly worked with Jen, but dealt with Tommy here and there as well. They were both so helpful, answered all of our questions, accommodated our request and even found a specific \"Croatian Beer\" my fiance wanted for the day. We have heard from other friends that the food was always really good at The Terrace, but those words did not do it justice. The food was phenomenal and we still have people commenting about the food, saying they can't wait to go to another event there.The day of the wedding went off without a hitch. The day turned out to be the perfect weather to hold the ceremony on the rooftop. Since we got married on Friday of Memorial Day weekend, we knew there might be an issue with traffic and the team at The terrace had a plan in play to handle that. Our ceremony was set to start at 6 p.m. We held the ceremony off for abut 20/25 minutes to give guests more time to get there. The Terrace provided drinks and cocktails for the guest who already showed up and they were able to enjoy the beautiful rooftop space a bit more.We had a bridal attendant with us the entire day who was very attentive.There were a few last minute changes with our seating chart and they were situated promptly.The food, the lighting, the Viennese Extravaganza, the venue and most importantly the entire staff at The Terrace could not have been more perfect. We really didn't stress about anything while we were planning our wedding because we knew we were in good hands. Thank you to The Terrace for making our wedding day more perfect then we could have imagined.

The Terrace provided drinks and cocktails for the guest who already showed up and they were able to enjoy the beautiful rooftop space a bit more.We had a bridal attendant with us the entire day who was very attentive.There were a few last minute changes with our seating chart and they were situated promptly.The food, the lighting, the Viennese Extravaganza, the venue and most importantly the entire staff at The Terrace could not have been more perfect. We really didn't stress about anything while we were planning our wedding because we knew we were in good hands. Thank you to The Terrace for making our wedding day more perfect then we could have imagined.

If you are considering using the Terrace for a wedding or any event look no further! The newly renovated Venue is drop dead gorgeous and so tasteful & elegant, also in the ballroom they have all the lighting effects installed right into the ceiling and offer a lighting package that we used that turns the dance floor into a club - ask for Charlie! From the first time we went to see the Terrace and met with Paula we knew we were in good hands and it would be the perfect place for our wedding. She helped us plan everything out and was always available to answer any questions we had along the way to make sure our day was absolutely perfect. The whole staff went above and beyond the service was impeccable all of our guests have been raving that it was the best wedding they have ever been to! We could not have been happier with our Maitre D Amanda who made sure every detail of our decor was perfect and that everything ran smoothly all night, she was extremely attentive to us, our families, and guests at all times. Food was delicious and there was more than plenty to go around with a 7 station cocktail hour plus passed hors d'ouevres and vodka luge, than into the ballroom for dinner that includes salad, intermezzo, & choice of entree all of which were amazing, and we did the Viennese hour which was complete with a flambe show intro combined with them opening the wall to reveal several unbelievable stations of our choosing - our guests were blown away! I don't know what I would have done without my Bridal Attendant Taylor, she was right by my side all night making sure I had everything I needed from a glass of wine to slippers to put on my feet! Taylor even helped me with putting on my dress & veil, and drove us back to the hotel when the shuttle left without us! We had the best day of our lives and can't thank everyone at the Terrace enough!

We had almost 200 people at our wedding, and we have not heard any negatives, \"could have been betters\" from anyone (and I have a very vocal family). We had the up-lighting and tv package, plus did our ceremony on the rooftop. The cocktail hour was incredible and extremely extensive. The sit down dinner was amazing, and everyone at our wedding is still talking about the Viennese hour with the 5 stations, and how \"out of nowhere\" the wall disappeared and all of these desert stations were visible. The Terrace was a dream. We were married there on Sunday. Throughout the whole process of planning, they were attentive to every detail and accommodated every request that we had. The venue itself is stunning, out of control gorgeous views for pictures. Our ceremony was on the Terrace itself and was magical as the sun was setting. The food was exceptional , many guests raved about the cocktail hour flavors and options. The entrees were amazing as well. Tommy and his team were always on point. I could have not asked for a better venue or team to handle our 250+ guest affair. Highly recommend them for anyone looking to get married in north Jersey. The experience of planning with Tommy and Athena was priceless, there are no words to express our gratitude to The Terrace. Easily the nicest venue we looked at in the area and we are SO happy we had our wedding with them.

The Terrace was a dream. We were married there on Sunday. Throughout the whole process of planning, they were attentive to every detail and accommodated every request that we had. The venue itself is stunning, out of control gorgeous views for pictures. Our ceremony was on the Terrace itself and was magical as the sun was setting. The food was exceptional , many guests raved about the cocktail hour flavors and options. The entrees were amazing as well. Tommy and his team were always on point. I could have not asked for a better venue or team to handle our 250+ guest affair. Highly recommend them for anyone looking to get married in north Jersey. The experience of planning with Tommy and Athena was priceless, there are no words to express our gratitude to The Terrace. Easily the nicest venue we looked at in the area and we are SO happy we had our wedding with them.

We are so happy we chose The Terrace. Every single one of our guests raved about the food, service, and our amazing cocktail hour. I highly recommend this professional staff and venue to everyone that wants a wedding with a beautiful atmosphere and delicious food. Tommy and Paula really have a passion for making your wedding day perfect in every way and you will feel that from the first day you meet them and they will not disappoint you in any way. Our wedding day was phenomenal, it was all we had hoped for and more! We had thoroughly researched venues and chose The Terrace for its fresh elegance and fantastic reputation of the established restaurant Biagios. My mom and I worked closely with Bobby during our planning stages and he was a tremendous help in planning our menu and meeting all of our needs before the big day. His expertise in wedding planning was invaluable and he was a pleasure to work with.\r\rThe day of our wedding was a dream come true! The cocktail hour was amazing, not only was the food outstanding but the presentation was on point throughout the entire evening. Our guests were so impressed. The quality of food ranks among all top venues in the area. Our reception room was stunning, spacious, elegant and lent itself to a party space beyond compare. My guests were blown away by the Viennese extravaganza and the amazing themed stations that were memorable and thrilled guests of all ages. At the end of the night countless guests approached us saying that it was the best wedding they had ever been to!! We were thrilled to hear such positive feedback from our guests!\r\rThe staff and service on the wedding day really made the evening complete. I was so at ease knowing everything was being tended to. Paula managed the evening flawlessly! She went above and beyond for us and it was so appreciated. Overall, this venue is the perfect combination of excellent quality, service, and professionalism that you would desire for a perfect wedding day.

I was recently had my reception at Biagios. Mostly everyone there was incredibly helpful. There were a few times that things became confusing because we dealt with so many different people there, but overall everything was amazing. All of our guests raved about how nice the hall was and how great the food was. We only received a handful of complaints about the dinner. I was disappointed that at our tasting I was unable to try the chicken (I ended up getting it that day and not liking it). I was told it did not matter if I did not try it because not many guests would order it. It's not so much that I could not try it that bothered me, but the way I was responded to that bothered me. It is hard to begin to describe how wonderful of an experience we had with the Terrace. My family grew up in Paramus, so we have had many family functions with Biaggios (their sister restaurant) and we were familiar with their service and quality of food. We met with the Terrace when they were still under construction. It was the first venue we met with and I was hesitant to book right away. Being the neurotic person I am, we visited TWELVE other venues, only to come back to the Terrace. None of the other venues came close to offering the unique balance of professionalism, elegance and yet a friendly atmosphere. The Terrace had what many venues lack, a brand new facility, a fair price, a personal touch and the complete attention of being their only wedding that day. We worked with Paula, who was professional, friendly, energetic and very thorough. Paula and her staff, let us constantly visit the Terrace, meet with them to go over every small detail, they made us feel special and welcome. \r\rThe day of the wedding was the best in our lives, and it was certainly due to the staff, the AMOUNT and QUALITY of the food, and the spotlessness of the venue. The place is brand new and we cannot count how many times our guests told us they were BLOWN away by the HUGE cocktail hour and how spotless the venue was (specifically their glamorous chandeliers). Not one person had an issue with their food or had a problem finding something they loved at cocktail hour. \r\rAnother large part to our booking was the attentiveness of food allergies. I have many family members with gluten, nut and shellfish allergies, so ensuring that everyone had something to eat was a difficult task, but all staff members were well informed of food possibilities and the Terrace went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everyone was attended to. \r\rThe night of the wedding, the venue ran itself seamlessly, every detail and decoration was in perfection position. Our bridal attendant Kori was with us to help every step of the way. She specifically, fed me, my groom, and the bridal party. She helped us move through cocktail hour and bustled me as fast as possible. Many people told us that we would ānot be able to enjoy our own weddingā due to being feeling rushed but that was not the case for us. Everything was so perfectly attended to by the staff, that we did not have to worry about anything, and were able to have fun and feel like celebrities. \r\rBy the end of the wedding, we felt so personally attached to the Terrace, Paula, Tommy and their staff, that we are sad to end this amazing chapter of our lives with them. We are filled with great memories and hope that others will have some too! We will consistently visit their neighbor restaurant Biaggios (which is a great way to sample the quality of their food! āŗ ) . If youāre looking to blow your guests away, I could not recommend them more highly.\r

When I first went for a tour, I would have given Biagio's 6 stars, even thought they were still under construction. Let me begin, as all brides know, looking for a venue involves finding the venue you like, and a BUDGET. When we went for our tour with Bob, my experience swept me off of my feet. After meeting with him, he asked me point blank if this is where I wanted to get married and with tears in my eyes, I said YES!!! Now fast forward to present, I went back again to get another look at the venue before making plans to bring in the deposit, I was told POINT BLANK that there were other options now, and the prices have now gone up so the original pricing is now longer valid. When we originally spoke, he promised that he will work with us and never stated an expiration of the quote given. based off of our last meeting, the price he quoted was the budget we were working on. He was very indifferent with me, and the feeling he gave me that I was special and that my day would be magical turned into me feeling like a customer who just walked off of the street who was not worth retaining as a client. After leaving Biagio's, I didn't look at anymore venues because I knew that this was the place for me. After my recent encounter with Bob, I am insulted and devastated that I was treated so indifferently. Maybe now that all of the construction is completed, losing a client that they have already established a relationship with isn't worth much. I should never have been given the feeling like I was \"just another bride\" and that it is \"just business\" i was FLOORED and hurt that this was his disposition. We were also going to have the Rehearsal dinner there as well, but after this last encounter, we are going to take our \"business\" elsewhere. I understand that this is a business however NO ONE should ever be made to feel as if they don't matter as a client- especially a bride, who fell in love with The Terrace (under construction) who wants everything to be perfect on her day. I am so disappointed that I have to find another venue for my 2016 wedding. I hope that this review isn't removed because it isn't a good one.

I had an absolutely incredible experience. The day of my wedding was so stress free and everything imagined. The people who ran my wedding were seamless and efficient, and I am so grateful to ALL of them. I loved working with my planner Bob. He got to know me and my fiancƩ, as well as our families. It made such a difference when he took the time to learn about who we were and where we were from. Bob found a way to incorporate our personalities and history into our wedding. My friends and family felt like they were a part of our story and not just looking at it. I have never met someone like that who would take the time to REALLY get to know you. \rBob made me and my husband feel like family. I couldn't wait to tell him when I was pregnant! He helped my family plan a magical baby shower. I am in the process of planning the christening of my daughter with Bob at Biagio's, and I put everything in his hands. I can't wait to see what he has planned. \rMy family and my husband's family love all of the events at Biagio's because they cater to our ethnic preferences. I ask Bob if he can get culturally specific foods and it's no problem. \rAnyone would be lucky to have their events at Biagio's/ The Terrace. All of the managers are fantastic!

Our wedding day has been one of the most important days in our lives. With so much pressure and trying our best to enjoy our day from the many factors that affect it. The most important being the reception and making sure you and your guests have a great time. I can easily and happily say that the service my wife and I received at āThe Terraceā was by far one of the best services I have ever seen in my life. From the beautiful new venue grounds and the very stunning, modern, and chic decor, we would not have picked a better venue. Besides the beautiful look of the venue, our night would not have been perfect, and I mean perfect, if it were not for the amazing service that was provided to us and our guests. Paula and Cesar were on top of making sure our night goes perfect! I was amazed to see that from a venue hall, as I have went to many weddings before and have not seen half of the service that was provided to me, my wife, and my guests. From personally serving us our meals and drinks, to checking with each guest if there was anything that they needed, I could not have been happier with the way they serviced us at our wedding. A small and simple review like this will never express the gratitude that we have for the amazing staff. If I ever divorce my wife and get remarried, I will certainly pick this place as the venue! I have never taken the time to write a review, but I just had to tell you how amazing everything was! We had our event in āThe Terraceā room which was just breathtaking, from the cocktails to the dessert buffet ā we were Blown Away. \r \rI cannot begin to thank the staff at āThe Terraceā at Biagioās enough for the over-the-top effort they did in making our event incredible!!! On October 19, 2014 we hosted a 60th Surprise Birthday Party there and we are still Amazed!!! We had close to\r100 people and celebrated just like a wedding. \r\rPaula and her staff are a powerhouse, simply magical, incredibly service oriented, world-class service, always returning our calls right away and accommodating our every want and need. \r\rOur Special evening I must say Rocked! Spectacular buffet tables!!! Excellent food!!! Everyone has been raving about the food and drinks, the dining staff didn't leave one detail out, the bartenders were friendly, always smiling and very polite. Our personal waitress took care of us so well, made us feel like royalty. She stood right by our side and no matter what we needed she was right there. Paula had the whole night in control, I didn't worry about a thing. All I can say is Bravo...\r \rThe theme of our party was āSweet Memoriesā and this was an unforgettable evening thanks to The Terrace at Biagioās for AN UNFORGETTABLE SWEET MEMORY!!!! We are so pleased and stunned still. Since I was a little girl, my father would always tell me I would get married at Biagios. \rThe owners of Biagios, Teddy and Jimmy, hosted my baptism and sweet sixteen and my father thought it would be fitting to continue the tradition. When I got engaged, my parents and in-laws went immediately to Biagios to celebrate with dinner and ended up booking The Terrace. We didn't look anywhere else; I knew they would take care of us like they always have. \r\rBefore we booked the Terrace, we didn't know what to expect, but we were amazed when we finally took the tour. The cocktail room is beautiful. There is a large bar on one side of the room and plenty of space for hors d'oeuvres stations to be spread out elegantly around the room. We then moved on to the HUGE banquet hall. It is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment- 4 flat screen TV screens mounted on the wall and a projector (perfect for same-day-edit video). In addition, the lighting in the room is phenomenal. It really adds depth and ambiance to the day. Then, we took a tour of the upstairs garden, which was perfect for all our family portraits and video needs. The upstairs Terrace has a gazebo, an outdoor fire place, and waterfalls. \r\rThe same day, we met Paula. Paula has a knack for this business. Her energy and knowledge is the reason they hold so many big events without a glitch. Paula and her staff bent over backwards for us. During the planning stages she always made herself available to us even to meet for a quick minute. She was very generous with her time and we really appreciated that. \r\rWhen our big day finally came, we have to say the day went off without a hitch. The Maitreād, Caesar, and bridal attendant, Stephanie, were so attentive throughout the day and kept checking in with us to make sure we were ok and we didn't need anything. All the food was absolutely delicious and its presentation was beautiful. We decided to put the wall up for our event for 175 people and the staff set up the Viennese hour behind the wall. This allowed the party to continue as our guests enjoyed cake and dessert. \r\rOverall, we received many compliments about our venue and the Terrace exceeded all of our expectations. We highly recommend The Terrace to anyone hosting a big event. \r\r

Since I was a little girl, my father would always tell me I would get married at Biagios. \rThe owners of Biagios, Teddy and Jimmy, hosted my baptism and sweet sixteen and my father thought it would be fitting to continue the tradition. Troy and I just got married at the Terrace on Sept 19, 2014 and everything was truly amazing! Everyone could not stop raving about the gorgeous venue, amazing food and wonderful wait staff. We are so truly lucky and blessed to have had our wedding there! Thankfully (due to amazing weather) we were able to have the ceremony outside on the Terrace, which took our breath away. Even a few days later everyone can't stop talking about it! A very, very special thank you to Paula who helped make our day so absolutely wonderful and better than we could have ever imagined! She went above and beyond to accommodate everything we needed. To Caesar and Alex, thank you for being there all night to tend to anything we needed. Any time we turned around you guys were there to fill our drinks, find family members for pictures, help with my veil (which kept getting stuck to my dress!) and even helping Troy take off his jacket. We couldn't be more grateful to the three of you and everyone who helped make our special day what it was. If I could give a hundred stars for a review, I would! My husband and I were married on May 25, 2014. We chose The Terrace at Biagio's to host our reception. There are so many good things I can say about Biagio's...wedding planning can be stressful, but one thing my better half and I did perfectly was to choose vendors that made us comfortable and that we enjoyed working with. We chose Biagio's because Tommy made us feel so comfortable. \r\rTommy was just as excited as we were for our special day. He was right by our side for every moment of the event planning; we even had his cell phone number, he had ours, and by the end, he would have been invited to our wedding as a guest if he wasn't working that night! \r\rThe venue is beautiful and the new facility is only one year old. Most venues that are so young would be suspect to me as that would signal the owners may lack experience. At Biagio's you get the benefit of many, many years of service in the restaurant industry with the bonus of a brand new wedding reception hall. \r\rThe food was outstanding. The free range chicken was really, truly amazing. \r\rThe support staff was also extremely accommodating. The cocktail room is stunning, second only to the beautiful ballroom. \r\rMost of all, the Biagio's family knows how to throw a great party. Our wedding was acclaimed by many as the best they had ever attended. We had the night of our lives. \r\rAs an added bonus, Biagio's is a long standing restaurant with a really great atmosphere to have dinner any day of the week! We look forward to enjoying our anniversary dinner there for years to come. \r\r

We actually booked the venue before construction was even complete, that is how much faith we had in the team. Not only did everything turn out BREATHTAKINGLY BEAUTIFUL as promised, it completely exceeded our expectations. Our guests are still in awe of the reception venue, its beauty, and the overall service provided on our wedding day! Our pictures are stunning, and I cannot think of any other place we would rather have chosen for our wedding. Everyone at Terrace has become part of our family and we cherish them dearly. They answered every question no matter how small, accomodated every crazy desire and vision we had for our wedding, never got annoyed when i became a \"bridezilla\" haha. Just amazing people to work with. We look forward to having other events there down the road, and will continue to recommend it to anyone who is looking for the most beautiful venue in NJ, but also the highest level of service and professionalism. No other place compares! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I watched it be built from studs to a beautiful venue and I couldn't have been more pleased and happy with the way everything came together. I cannot thank Paula and the entire team at the Terrace at Biagioās enough for all that they did to make our wedding so fantastic. Before booking a venue, we looked at many different facilities that were all nice, but we had heard a lot about āThe Terraceā at Biagioās, which was still being built at the time, and wanted to check it out. During our initial meeting with the team at The Terrace, I could immediately feel that what they were doing was different from other venues. The event planners were truly genuine people and although the building itself was new, they had held countless large events at the restaurant and really knew the wedding industry well. We knew we were taking a gamble booking before the construction was even close to being done, but after seeing the energy, passion and vision of the staff at Biagioās during that first meeting, I couldnāt imagine having our wedding anywhere else.\r\rDuring the months leading up to our wedding, Paula was so approachable, knowledgeable and flexible. If I ever had a question or concern, I knew I could call her and she would have the answer. We had eaten at the restaurant on many occasions and loved the food but when we went for our tasting, we were completely blown away. We were so impressed by how delicious every single thing we tried tasted. Our guests now keep telling us how incredible the food was and what an amazing time they had (thank you Jimmy ā you are a FABULOUS chef!). On the day of the wedding, I was worried about 1000 other aspects of the day (Iām a worrierā¦) but I had absolutely no fears about The Terrace. Our wedding was so unbelievably beautiful and everything went 100% perfectly. I felt so comforted that Paula was there and available if anything went wrong (when a button popped off my dress, they solved the problem!) and our Bridal Attendant Stephanie was so attentive and sweet. I could not imagine a better day, or a better place to have had our wedding. Not only was everything amazing, but the Terrace upstairs provided a perfect backdrop for all of our family pictures. Biagioās provided an unmatched level of customer service and far exceeded our expectations. As a newcomer to the market (in terms of having very large weddings), theyāve set the bar very, very high for other venues in the area. I wholeheartedly recommend The Terrace and canāt thank Paula, Jimmy, Tommy, Bob, Athena and the entire team for all that you did to make our wedding a truly magical day!\r

We had our wedding at Biagio's new Terrace addition. Paula and the whole team went above and beyond!!! We couldn't have asked for more. Every detail from the delicious cocktail hour to the beautiful fireplace, lighting and dance floor was PERFECT! I want to find another excuse to have another giant party there :)
