Our wedding at Big Sky Barn was more than we could have ever dreamed of! First of all the venue is absolutely stunning, everywhere you walk there is a beautiful view! It’s romantic, elegant, warm, and what classic winter wedding dreams are made of! On top of how beautiful the grounds are, the entire planning process and all-inclusive packages made everything so easy & fun - as wedding planning should be! Madison N. was our planning representative & main point of contact leading up to the big day. She answered all of our crazy questions & helped solidify our plans so we didn’t have to worry about a thing on wedding day! Jillian O. was our day of coordinator - we owe it all to her for all the compliments we got on how seamless the night went! We were so grateful to have her by our side through the day as everything was absolutely perfect! Our apps & dinner were delicious, the bartenders & drinks were outstanding, and our DJ (CoHost - Patrick) had everyone on the dance floor all night long, seriously the best DJ ever! Thank you Big Sky Barn & Walters for the most amazing night of our lives!

There are so many great qualities about this venue! First off, the venue itself is absolutely gorgeous. From the back porch, the double sided fireplace, all the lighted trees, the cute courtyard and of course the beautiful chapel and reception hall. There are so many places for guests to go out and explore during the reception. Second, the wedding coordinators and staff are so nice and care so much about making your wedding day exactly how you imagined and stress free. Olivia S. was our coordinator and she went above and beyond for us during the whole wedding planning process and our actual wedding day. It would not have gone as smooth without her! I was not stressed the day of our wedding at all because Olivia was handling everything. I cannot say how thankful and grateful we are for everyone at Big Sky Barn. If you are looking for a wedding venue this is the place to go!

Big Sky Barn was the perfect venue! I spent months looking for a classy/upscale barn for our wedding, and this was exactly what I was looking for, so we decided to make it a semi-destination wedding (5 hours.) Even better, the venue is located in the middle of a forest which made for beautiful photos (including the gazebo, bridge, and outdoor staircase.) The whole team was great - from our coordinator Beverly, to our DJ Alfredo, and also our bartender (I'm so sorry I forgot your name, but that means the drinks were amazing!) The food and drinks were delicious and the staff were all so welcoming and kept us on our timeline so we didn't miss anything important. We were even able to keep our pups with us all day, which made the day that much better.

Everything was perfect, from beginning to end. The team was great and the planning services were very convenient. We got married on 8.31.23 and I must say I couldn’t have done this without Anna. She not only made everything run smoothly the day of, the planning, ideas and complete execution was just on point. We had a snag with the DJ (outside vendor) running late and issues with the contract and designated area, but Anna reassured me and had back up after back up plans ready to go. Ceremony went flawlessly and had an amazing time with the reception and timeline. The venue is absolutely beautiful if you want the rustic chic look. It was very clean and well put together.

Where do l start?! Olivia, our venue coordinator, handled everything! She waited on hubby and l hand and feet, provided her cell phone and was available even after hours! From our first meeting, l knew l had the right venue and coordinator. The grounds are simply gorgeous and you love the bridal suite, chapel, back porch swing, ballroom, and all! This place is Houston’s nestled best venue for weddings. I wish l could spend the night there.

This venue is beyond beautiful! My fiance and I booked Big Sky as our first and only choice. We honestly didn't waste time looking and researching different venues and so happy we didnt. Future Brides and Grooms if you are planning a rustic wedding please book Big Sky Barn! The venue has so much character that you can do very little wedding decorations and still have a beautiful wedding. If you plan to book at Big Sky Barn I urge you to request Olivia as your coordinator. You will not be disappointed! I am a pretty organized person, but wedding planning is not for the weak. We were paired with Olivia as our day-of-coordinator and we instantly connected with her. Olivia is an amazing coordinator. Every time I reached out to her with a question she was quick to respond. She always kept us up to date with new enhancements that were up and coming with the venue. Her personality, professionalism, positivity and knowledge made every step of wedding planning that much more fun and enjoyable. She also made helpful recommendations that saved us money while planning. Thank you Olivia for being everything we needed in a coordinator and always placing your clients interest above all!

This venue is beyond beautiful. The moment we stepped in the chapel I knew it was where I wanted to get married. Our experience from beginning to end was just seemless and perfect. Laura was my planning coordinator and she did a superb job helping with planning. She was always there to answer my questions no matter how silly they were. She handed me over to Hunter to be my day of coordinator and he was a Rockstar. He is the day of coordinator of every bride's dreams. He immediately helped me put up my personal decorations and when I was unsure of where it should go he told me he would get it all set up and relax and go have a drink. He kept the wedding on schedule and everything went without a hitch and I had little to worry about. My wedding would not have turned out as amazing as it did had it not been for Laura C. and Hunter. Thank you, Big Sky Barn! I recommend this venue 20/10. My guests are STILL talking about how beautiful it was.

If you’re looking for a wedding coordinator and a person who has the widest spectrum of knowledge when it comes to your BIG day, she is IT!From the planning stages to the stroll down the aisle, she was available and proactive on making every moment perfect!Our particular event wasn’t without snags though, however she handled everything thrown at her with the utmost professionalism. Our DJ which we had hired through a third party didn’t arrive on time and was nowhere to be seen via communication means. Her actions to rectify this mishap were nothing short of spectacular, she had TWO DJs arrive just in time to fill the gap and keep the ball moving forward!Just speaking about her performance on our wedding day isn’t enough. She is without a doubt an amazing person, her personality and kindness was evident in everything she did. We had the best experience at big sky barn. Laura made sure everything was ready for our big day. Our coordinator was outstanding during the wedding making sure everything stayed on schedule. She kept everything in order and kept us part of all decisions that had to be made that day. I loved it so much I wish I could get married everyday. My hairdresser cancelled as soon as I walked into big sky barn and she was ready to get someone as a back up luckily my best friend is a hair dresser and everything worked out fabulously but she helped keep me calm and everything ran smooth. I can’t say enough about the venue and the staff.

We got married at Big Sky Barn in January 2023. I knew this was my venue from the first time I found the website, and then the in person visit made my decision easy. I saw only one venue before this, and when my mom and I came here, we cancelled all other venue showings. Planning was easy, and the day itself went just about perfectly! The catering and bar service part of the package were excellent too (every staff/waiter was friendly and polite), as was our DJ. The facilities themselves are gorgeous - you don’t need much decoration when the place is this pretty! Our wedding ran so smooth and I would absolutely recommend Big Sky Barn to anyone looking for rustic elegance!

We got married at Big Sky Barn in January 2023. I knew this was my venue from the first time I found the website, and then the in person visit made my decision easy. I saw only one venue before this, and when my mom and I came here, we cancelled all other venue showings. Planning was easy, and the day itself went just about perfectly! Beverly was our day of coordinator, and she was both professional and personable and we literally could not have done this without her! She was so wonderful. Aside from being a beautiful place and having the chapel, cocktail hour area, and reception area all in one place (no need for guests to drive from ceremony to reception), the staff was wonderful to work with. Everyone was personable and professional. I had so many questions during the weeks leading up to the wedding, and Phoebe and the Big Sky Barn staff answered them quickly. Phoebe was knowledgeable, and during the final details meeting, she and Cheryl put our minds at ease for the wedding day.Cheryl handled the rehearsal and day of coordination. She quickly answered all of my questions (I had a lot!), and she was very reassuring. She was always accessible and willing to help in any way. She and Sam were so helpful during the rehearsal. They informed us (the wedding party and parents) with what we were supposed to do during the cermony and were willing to repeat everything until we were all comfortable with it. They also explained what to expect before and after the ceremony.On the wedding day, Cheryl, Sam, Valerie, and the rest of the staff, kept the day’s events flowing smoothly. Sam and Cheryl worked with the vendors and periodically checked with me throughout the day to make sure everything was going well so that I could relax and enjoy the wedding. They really cared about making our daughter’s wedding day magical.Many guests commented on how beautiful the venue was and how delicious the food was. The caterers were able to accommodate our seven vegetarian/vegan guests, which worked out well. It was nice that they had the fireplace going during the reception. It created such a nice ambiance, as well as provided some warmth.What a top notch venue with an incredible staff! We highly recommend Big Sky Barn!

She prepared us with all the information we needed leading up to our wedding. She answered all my questions and was their to make sure my in house coordinator had all the information she needed. I absolutely loved working with her. She made me feel at home and confident. Cheryl was our in house coordinator and GM for Big Sky Barn. The venue is stunning with so many different places on the property for pictures! It is a killer deal to have the ENTIRE property for over 12 hours, that's borderline unheard of. Joanna and I believe her name was Abby, we're absolutely AMAZING. I cannot possibly thank them enough, such genuine amazing ladies. They have a vendor list that is amazing and I used it to find every one of mine!

The venue is stunning with so many different places on the property for pictures! It is a killer deal to have the ENTIRE property for over 12 hours, that's borderline unheard of. Joanna and I believe her name was Abby, we're absolutely AMAZING. I cannot possibly thank them enough, such genuine amazing ladies. They have a vendor list that is amazing and I used it to find every one of mine!

I have nothing but positive reviews for big sky Barn! Absolutely beautiful venue, and the staff was also so so helpful and caring. From answering there personal cell phone at 1pm on a Sunday to help with catering insurance to answering an email at midnight just to make sure I was taken care of. Dana and Abbie made my day so perfect and I couldn’t have been more helpful during the whole process.

From day one, everyone at Big Sky Barn was incredibly easy to work with My husband and I were not able to tour venue like we wanted due to living in Minnesota so I had my parents be the tourers for us. Having said that BSB made sure we knew everything about the Venue and got to see the venue when we made it down to Texas. My husband and I couldn’t have picked a better venue. It is December and we still get a lot of compliments of how pretty the venue was and out wedding was early October. DANA you took wonderful care of us throughout the process and could not have made it any easier for us. I can’t say enough good things about everyone at Big Sky Barn. The venue is gorgeous on its own and you don’t need much decor. It is a beautiful venue that was able to accommodate all of our needs, even after having to cut our guest list in half due to COVID-19. Each detail was perfectly in place, and our wedding couldn’t have run smoother.

Big Sky Barn was the absolute perfect venue for our wedding. Everything about the venue is absolutely gorgeous. They work so hard to keep the grounds looking so beautiful and did a lot of work sprucing things up while Covid didn't allow for weddings to happen. Getting married during this pandemic wasn't easy, but the staff was so friendly and reassuring and worked SO hard to keep everything sanitized and clean for our event. We didn't have a single person get sick! I would recommend BSB to anybody, we had nothing but a great experience!

Big Sky Barn is a beautiful venue. The staff there made sure we had everything we needed to make our day perfect! My one piece of advice would be to allow someone in addition to the bride/groom to change the temperature of the reception hall. My grandparents unfortunately needed to leave immediately after dinner because the reception space was too cold and no one could make the adjustment during cocktail hour since we were “hidden”.

When we toured Big Sky Barn in November 2018, we loved how it just felt like home. With the fireplace and barn style feel, it just felt warm and cozy inside! The bridal suite is what also sold me because it’s absolutely BEAUTIFUL. 17 months leading up to our wedding the staff at Big Sky Barn was always responsive and helpful! We had no idea that we would ultimately be the first wedding weekend affected by the coronavirus. 4 days before our event on 3/21/2020 we had to postpone. Big Sky Barn immediately worked with us and sent us a calendar with available dates for the summer. They’re a very popular venue, and even have a secondary venue now with many brides that were affected. We got lucky with a singular Friday date available for 7/3/2020. The rest of the weekends were booked up so we picked that date pretty quickly! The owners were great working with me and my parents on rescheduling. The week before our new date, history was repeating itself with the fear of cases rising and we were once again, worried that we were going to have to postpone. Thankfully the venue is a private facility in Montgomery county so we were safe to have our day! Despite the current climate with coronavirus, the owners and staff were very accommodating and worked with my family to ensure the day would happen! I highly recommend checking out either Big Sky Barn or their other beautiful brand new venue Iron Manor!

I had my wedding here in September and it was the most fabulous day of my life!! Everything I had dreamed of and so much more. I apologize, in advance, for the long review but hope brides find it helpful. Every part of the BSB venue was just gorgeous. So much thought went into the design and detail. The chapel was stunning! The Bridal Suite is, by far, the most beautiful that I saw in all the places I looked at. And the Grand Barn, when all decorated, is breathtaking. The grounds were well manicured with bright colored flowers everywhere. All of my guests kept saying that it was the most gorgeous wedding they’d ever been to. The whole experience, from beginning to end, was exceptional. The entire team at BSB was very professional, friendly and always quick to respond to any question I/we had. Dana was a rock star and took wonderful care of us throughout the process. I can’t say enough good things about them. Got married on a Friday and was worried guests wouldn’t be able to make it out there but Dana assured me they would and she was so right. They all came and had the best time. I was very pleased with my vendors too. All but a few came from their preferred list, one that is very hard to get on and stay on. So appreciated having a well vetted list to start with.If I had it to do all over, I would pick BSB again and again!!!

As soon as we walked onto the property and into the Chapel we knew this was where we wanted to stand in front of our closest friends and family to declare our love and intent for the rest of our lives. The property is absolutely beautiful and the staff was great to work with. Any time I had questions or issues with payments they were very quick to respond and were able to work something out with me. I wish I could go back and do it again just because it was such a good experience!!

The chapel is beautiful and it’s awesome that some of the items there were restored items from a church in WV. The entire staff at Big Sky is very kind, attentive, and very helpful. They even gave me recommendations for a good mariachi band to play during the dinner (Thanks Marion you were extremely helpful ). The entire venue is a playground for photographers since there is so many different areas to photograph. I highly recommend this venue and the sister venue (Iron Manor) they have the best staff that is always responsive for all your questions and concerns.

Big Sky Barn and the staff were amazing in creating the backdrop for an amazing evening! The only hiccup we had was the venue requires the use of a bar service Southern Rum Runners. We had some communication issues with the bar service from the beginning all the way through our event. The venue was fantastic and Marion and Hope treated us with the utmost respect and as if our day was like their own. The photos do not do the establishment justice. The chapel is rustic charm and elegant. The reception in the barn was beautiful and a great canvas for many options in decor.

Big Sky Barn was by far the best venue I could have every asked for. From the first contact to the last goodbye, they were nothing by professional, happy and supporting whenever needed. The venue speaks for itself, it is beyond stunning. The area had a hard freeze the week before my wedding and by the time the big day rolled around, flowers had been re-planted, grass was green and everything just looked perfect! BSB worked with us throughout our planning, some of the recommended vendors had been hit during Harvey and they had others to recommend right off away and I cannot imagine anything different because every vendor they recommended was absolutely amazing. We were planning from Australia and they were always very responsive even though the different time zones! I could not have asked for a better place to have gotten married, the people are great, the venue is stunning and they seem to take pride in what they do!

BSB worked with us throughout our planning, some of the recommended vendors had been hit during Harvey and they had others to recommend right off away and I cannot imagine anything different because every vendor they recommended was absolutely amazing. We were planning from Australia and they were always very responsive even though the different time zones! I could not have asked for a better place to have gotten married, the people are great, the venue is stunning and they seem to take pride in what they do!

OMG, this place. I loved everything about Big Sky Barn from the second I walked in. My husband and I toured multiple venues, all with a chapel and barn style reception area, but none of them compared to Big Sky Barn. It was the only venue we toured that my husband was impressed with. The chapel is such a beauty with the antique pews. The bridal suite was perfect, and the groom’s quarters were just right for our gentlemen. And the reception hall needs no explanation- it speaks for itself with the chandeliers, curtains, and fireplace. And there are so many outdoor photo opportunities! The venue is just stunning and absolutely what my husband and I had in mind. All of my guests have raved about how beautiful the venue was. It was just perfect for us. Not only that, but I felt so comfortable from the moment I walked in. My day of coordinator was Hope, and she was amazing. She answered every question I had no matter what time it was or how many questions I had. She was so accommodating, and on top of everything throughout the entire planning process from the day we toured to our wedding day. I was so confident in her taking care of us. She made every step that much easier. I couldn’t have imagine getting married anywhere else. From start to finish, it was such a great experience and I am so glad we were able to have our wedding st Big Sky Barn.

Big Sky Barn is amazing! I am so glad we chose them as our ceremony and reception venue. I looked at probably 10 other venues and none of them compared to Big Sky Barn. I got so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful the venue was. My bridesmaids and I got ready in the Bridal Suite on site and it was so awesome (as was the mimosa bar) and my husband enjoyed watching football in his Groom's Suite. Their recommended vendor list was a blessing - we got all of our vendors except one from their list and we have no complaints! It made the planning process so much easier - as did Dana and Marion. They were very helpful and responsive to emails. Booking Big Sky Barn was the best wedding decision I made - I would definitely recommend!

My fiancé and I just toured this place and we left the venue disappointed. The tour experience itself was awful. (I'm sure the venue alone makes an amazing place for a BIG wedding though - I'm talking 300+ guests). Our host showed no interest in showing us around or convincing us to have our wedding there. She also said she would email us prices and she did NOT, nor did she go over any pricing during the tour when we asked her, which is why we drove an hour in the first place. With that being said, if our experience for a tour was unprofessional whose to say a wedding there would be ideal.

Big Sky Barn was absolutely fantastic for our wedding. The rustic venue was exactly what we were looking for. There is an indoor chapel for the ceremony and a very spacious barn for the reception. The team that I worked with at BSB was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. We picked Sunday for our wedding because it was considerably cheaper than Saturday, but our day did not feel any less special at all. I loved having a mimosa bar the day-of and the guys got their choice of beer or whiskey. The way everything is set up lends itself to a relaxing, comfortable day to get ready for such a special moment. Thank you, especially, to Marion and Dana who did such a fantastic job with everything!

I agree with a comment below, 5 stars just really don't even do Big Sky Barn Justice. Vicki was by far one of my most favorite people to work with throughout this whole wedding process. She was so accommodating and answered everything st the drop of a hat and with such kindness. She would email/text back ASAP, with the exact answers. Big sky Barn was our dream wedding venue! They have so many key factors, I can go on and on, but here are some of my favorites: The bridal suite- AMAZING set up and accommodates so many people. This is probably every makeup artist/hair stylists dream bridal suite.Chapel- you honestly don't need much decorating, and can use the big beautiful wooden cross they offer to all brides... very cost effective. Reception- Extremely spacious and lots of options for floor plans, which the team at big sky helped me design on allseated.com. Also, the uplighting and drapery comes with the venue packages!!!! This is so expensive elsewhere. Great uplighting options. Finally, the wooden farm tables are to die for. So beautiful with garland!Photo ops- So many wonderful spots for photos. I took my bridals there as well and Vicki and team were so accommodating and set up a time slot for me and my photographer to come out there for free. Lastly... we Loved the Big Sky Barn team, Vicki and Hope both helped throughout my process and were so wonderful to work with....made the process 10 million times more enjoyable! I'm so happy we went with Big Sky Barn for our wedding venue. They truly have it all. The chapel, the bridal suite, the courtyard, the reception barn, everything is absolutely beautiful! They even let you have the venue the entire day of which is a huge plus if you plan on getting ready there or are doing any DIY stuff. After the wedding we received so many comments from guests on how much they loved the venue! We booked with Vicki and she was super sweet and extremely easy to work with. She was always there to promptly answer any questions we had throughout the planning process. If you book your wedding here you definitely won't regret it!!

We had complete trust that it would turn out beautiful. It is even more AMAZING than we imagined it would be! They took such good care of us and were always quick to answer questions, give suggestions & help with planning. We love that they let us choose our own vendors, and we were not limited by vendors they had deals with. The day was perfect! I loved our venue so so so much. It is absolutely gorgeous. Vicky, our venue coordinator was SO helpful throughout the months of planning and was so sweet! My only disappointments on the day of, was the sound system in the chapel (it has gone in and out on multiple weddings) and the venue manager that was present wasn't very helpful/attentive to our party. Overall, this venue is awesome though!!
