\tWe are so happy with our choice to host our wedding at Birch Wood Vineyard! Melissa helped us to plan a perfect Autumn ceremony, putting us in touch with all the vendors we needed and reaching out to us regularly to ensure we were making all our arrangements and decisions on time. Birch Wood is a beautiful venue, our guests had nothing but praise for the decoration, the facilities, and the delicious food. What stood out to us most however was just how seamlessly Birch Wood coordinated the event day-of. Kasia is an incredible professional who has been with Birch Wood for years and knows the venue inside and out. She empowered us to make the day exactly what we wanted it to be while taking so much work off our shoulders making sure the party and vendors were set up and in the right place at the right time. We had the time and trust in the staff to enjoy the occasion, a day we will never forget. An easy 5 stars and we recommend this venue wholeheartedly!

Birch Wood was our first choice, and we are so glad we went with them for our wedding day! The venue is absolutely stunning, and they truly make your day run as smoothly as possible. Birch Wood works directly with the vendors you choose to coordinate your day, which made planning a lot less stressful. They were able to bring our vision to life, and the assistant general manager, Kasia, ran the event as though it was her own daughter's. I cannot say enough good things about our experience overall! Highly highly recommend!

My husband and I had the wedding of our dreams at Birch Wood. We truly cannot say enough positive things about this venue! Birch Wood was the first and only venue we looked at because we knew immediately they had everything and more that we could ever want. Besides being such a beautiful venue, their entire staff is incredibly communicative and organized. I would email them at all hours of the day on any given day of the week, and pretty much every email of mine was answered within an hour. I was very anxious about planning a wedding, but they really helped me every step of the way in any way they could. I also cannot write this review without acknowledging my amazing day of coordinators: Kasia & Denise. They were absolutely incredible at keeping the day on track. My hair and makeup team kept saying how chill and relaxed I was the morning of and I credit that to Kasia and Denise for making sure I simply didn’t have anything to worry about! About an hour before I was set to walk to the aisle, I had an unfortunate mishap with my dress and the way Kasia handled it was incredible…literally on the floor trying everything she could think of to help me out! It was just completely above and beyond what we expected! Not to mention, the food at Birch Wood is incredible too! We’ve had so many guests tell us this was the best wedding food they’ve ever had! You’re just simply not going to find a better venue than Birch Wood! They check all the boxes and then some!

I can not say enough good things about Birch Wood Vineyards! We got married on 10/19/2023 and our wedding was absolutely fantastic. From the minute we reached out to set up a tour of the venue back in June 2022, to our wedding day, we were supported each step of the way. Melisa and Linda were so helpful answering all of my questions. I felt so prepared and relaxed going into my special day. And Kasia was AMAZING, she really made the day about my husband and I and handled everything so we were free to relax and enjoy. I got so many compliments on the venue and the food from our guests. I highly recommend Birch Wood Vineyards. Thank you so much for the fantastic experience!

We got married at Birch Wood Vineyards on 9/22/23 and cannot say enough about this venue! It is absolutely beautiful and the staff is simply amazing. They were there every step of the way, doing everything in their power to make our day perfect and magical. The day of was incredible, the staff and day-of coordinator were by our side ready to help us with whatever we needed. They even made sure we had something to eat and drink throughout our pictures and reception. We cannot recommend them enough!!! Thank you Birch Wood for such a magical day!!

Absolutely fantastic experience. We had some minor hiccups with our transportation vendor, so I arrived day-of a little flustered, but they had everything running so smoothly, I calmed down instantly. We also had a little mishap with a guest that I heard through the grapevine, and when I brought it to their attention they were already aware and handling the situation - I truly did not have to worry about a thing! From our tour on day one through the tastings, meetings and day-of everything was so easy! Easily accessible for communication, too.

If you live in New Hampshire, you will quickly realize that many many people have gotten married at Birch Wood Vineyards. Everyone seems to know someone who has been married here. However because they hold so many weddings… they are REALLY good at their jobs. My wedding went so smoothly, it was perfect! You don’t have to worry about anything if you get married here. And they make the planning process SO easy. They answer emails so fast and they have answers or suggestions for anything you have to ask. While a lot of people get married here, there are many ways to make your wedding yours through choosing vendors. You don’t have to choose their vendors (except I did for cake and flowers because of the package- Britton designs and Chickadee hill cakes were fantastic) but they have a fantastic list of preferred vendors to start from. I planned my wedding in graduate school with minimal time and I am incredibly grateful that I chose Birch Wood Vineyards and they made it so easy for me. It was a perfect perfect day and the place is so beautiful!

We can not say enough about Birch Wood Vineyards! We got married on 4/29/23. The staff, venue, food, and everything in between were absolutely amazing. They made everything about our big day so perfect. The staff were there to help every step of the way and set all our decor up exactly how we imagined it. They made not only us feel so comfortable but our family and wedding party as well. Even when it came to bustling or fixing my dress they were there to help. We had chicken marsala and prime rib as our dinner options and our guests raved about it. They even packed up our meals for us to take home because we couldn’t finish it and it was just as yummy the next day! The bridal suite was beautiful and had so much space for everyone to get ready. The staff would check in with us to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. We lucked out and it stopped raining for our ceremony and I am so glad we got to hold it outside. The grounds are well kept and the pictures came out amazing. When it started sprinkling for pictures they were right there with an umbrella for us. As stressful as wedding planning can be the staff made it so much easier for us. Absolutely everything about this venue is incredible. We can not thank Birch Wood Vineyards enough for making our day a dream come true!!!

Birch wood was the most perfect venue. The coordinator were all so professional and attentive to all of our needs making our wedding day even better than we could have imagined. The food was amazing and guests are still talking about that mashed potato martini bar! I highly recommend this venue for weddings or any other event! Birch Wood Vineyards is something special. The beauty of the grounds and facilities is lost on no one the second you step foot on site. Our ceremony in the vineyard was gorgeous and attention to detail was top notch. That being said, the true beauty of Birch Wood lies in the people who work so tirelessly to help their events run effortlessly. From the second we said \"I do\" to the venue, up until our real \"I do's\" the day of the wedding, Birch Wood made this entire process a breeze. They answered every question I had without pause, helped organize various pieces of our day, and expertly coordinated everything on the day of. Our wedding was magical, and we have Kacia and the entire Birch Wood team to thank.

We had SUCH an amazing time at our wedding on 4/1/23 at Birch Woods. From the moment we arrived, we knew we were going to be happy with our choice; the Birch Woods team is SO organized, and as a type A person, this was so appreciated. Everything was seamless from start to finish; they keep you organized, on schedule, and are always available if you have any questions or concerns (seriously, they will email you back SO fast it is amazing).What we loved beyond the fact that it is absolutely beautiful, is that it truly felt all inclusive. It was so nice to be able to borrow all of their decorations (no need to buy table numbers, placecards, etc. that you'll never use again) and that their packages are so easy to customize. Our wedding day was perfect, and exactly what we wanted. They worked with us to have our vision of an outdoor ceremony, even though it was raining almost all of the morning. Kasia, Denise, and Linda keep you on time, organized, and make sure anything you want is taken care of.Our guests were so enthusiastic about the venue and the food is great as well, but as a bride I cared most about the people we were working with. The nice thing is, they'll pack up some food for the bride and groom as well for the next day :) My advice: book this venue, but book it WAY in advance since they are so popular.

I cannot recommend Birch Wood Vineyards enough. From the second we toured, we knew we had found our place.The grounds are beautiful no matter what season you're thinking about getting married during. Indoors you're greeted by dark wood, huge wine barrels, fire places in every room. Which gave us the coziest, romantic, winter wedding that I thought I could only dream of. The staff is so knowledgeable, they were always very quick to respond when we had a question. They offer an all-inclusive package which made helping us find photography, dessert, and flowers a breeze. The service on the wedding day was unmatched. Everyone from the wedding coordinator, to the waitstaff, to the bartenders, were all so amazing. The food was unbelievably good - portion sizes are so much larger than what you typically think of when you're picturing a wedding meal. If we could, we'd get married here every weekend! I want to start off by saying how amazing this establishment was right in the beginning. From scheduling a walkthrough for the first time to planning a dinner tasting, everything was phenomenal. If you don’t trust me, go visit the Birch Wood Vineyard yourself!The communication through all the hardworking managers, staff, owners, etc. was beyond what I could have expected. They always got back to you in such a timely manner. They were patient, flexible, helpful, reassuring, everything and more. Thank you all for making my wedding planning process such an exciting and stress-free time for me!The night of the wedding was truly something I will never forget! I said to my friends and family multiple times, my main take away on my wedding night was how amazing the two coordinators were. I know for a fact I would not have been able to get through it so successfully without them! Denise & Kacie, we can’t begin to express our gratitude. Denise and Kacie anticipated needs I never even knew I had! For example, the walkthrough process they took control and made expectations so clear and concise for family members and bridal party. Arriving that morning of, they had laid out all my bridesmaid’s gits, organized the getting ready area, had morning snacks prepared, etc. They unpacked and packed everything up, having such an organized system down. They took care of *everything. * But most importantly, they prioritized YOU and your HUSBAND above everything else. They treated you like nothing else matters but the two of you, and it was such a special feeling. In all the commotion you would expect to experience the day of your wedding, I have to say Denise kept me so leveled. I was so calm and collected, and I most certainly would not have been without her (anxious person here). Her reassurance, confidence, kindness, and excitement for me as a bride was something you can’t just pretend to do. We will forever be grateful for everyone who played a part in making our wedding perfect. We are so lucky! Thank you!

What to say about the best day of your life? Michael and I got married at this stunning venue on Nov. 4, 2022, and to say it was amazing would be an understatement. Our day was absolutely perfect, we honestly couldn't have dreamt up a better day if we tried. Birch Wood is a top notch venue and helped bring our vision to life. They provide you with a list of vendors you can trust and feel confident in hiring. Their food is second to none. We still go back for their experience nights, to get another taste of their delicious cuisine. If you don't pick the sesame chicken bites, Mac and cheese bar and chicken tenders for a late night snack - I can tell you you're making a mistake! Our family brings up the food and the atmosphere of our special day every time we see them. They say things like \"best wedding we've ever been to\" \"wedding of a lifetime\" \"best meal ever\" \"best cocktail hour ever\" \"most beautiful ceremony space\". We honestly knew we'd received compliments on our day, but are shocked by the amount and the sincerity behind them all. We just gleam with pride knowing we had the best team of people that helped us bring our vision to life! Day-of coordination is included with their wedding packages, and thankfully so! Denise, Linda, and Melissa were absolutely AMAZING! These women were by my side whenever I needed them to be, overlooked the flow and the timeline of events, and took care of any issues behind the scenes and without ever letting me know of any issue (was there even any?). Denise came up to me multiple times asking \"what isn't perfect? can we make anything better?\" I couldn't believe the attention to detail they all have. I knew from our rehearsal I would not have anything to worry about on the day of, and that I could truly just enjoy the day and the moments and spend my time making memories with the people I love. We cannot say enough amazing things about Birch Wood vineyards! They were absolutely incredible at our October wedding from the planning to actually having the wedding everything was perfect. My husband and I did not have to worry about one thing and made the whole wedding planning process so much easier! They have packages and all the packages are customizable to want you want and they can cater to every want in your wedding. You have an idea and they will make it possible. We are truly grateful to them and their team. They even made special considerations in planning for my husband's brother who has autism. they catered to him and made sure he was comfortable enough to participate in our wedding.

Birch Wood Vineyards was everything we hoped for and more!! Kasia, Denise and the team were unbelievable to work with. They were on top of every single detail from the moment we booked them. Even little things we didn’t think of ourselves (making sure the groomsmen pockets weren’t bulky before the ceremony, making sure we got to have a sip of our drinks in between taking the photos, assisted in bustling my dress, made suggestions on the little details to make the day go seamlessly) I could go on and on! The food was unbelievable, we’ve received SO many compliments. They even packed up a to-go box for my husband and I with leftovers from the cocktail hour, dessert and any extra entrees. As an organized person and planner, I felt as ease the entire time knowing everything was taken care of. They truly made our dream wedding a reality. Thank you Kasia!!

Where to start? Let's start with Kascia, not sure on the spelling. Sorry. She was the coordinator on our son and daughter in law's wedding day and she was perfect in every way. Timing and coordinating from 8am to the last person leaving at 11pm and I can't think of one thing to criticize. Best word I can use is \"PRECISION\". She's the original \"energizer bunny.\" The DJ, I'm sorry I forgot his name was phenomenal. Perfect mix of music to satisfy both young and old. Again, Precision. Our bartenders, Ross, Sharon and I think the 3rd was Rob or Ron. Terrific job, great personalities and super fast and efficient. To the entire wait staff, you are the best in the business. Fast and courteous. To the kitchen staff. The appetizers and main course were outstanding and our Prime Rib was overflowing on the plate. We've never seen that at any other venue. Cooked to Perfection also. I could go on and on. You won't be sorry if you book your most important day at Birchwood Vineyards.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My husband and I got married at Birchwood on June 10th and it was literally the best day of my life! Everything was absolutely PERFECT! Right from the beginning the process was so easy, and the coordinators were super responsive if we had any questions or adjustments.Denise and Kasia were our day of coordinators and they were phenomenal (that’s putting it lightly). Not one thing went undone and everything was so organized and flowed so well! The venue was decorated even more perfect than I could have imagined and looked so classy. The staff was extremely professional and not only made sure that my husband and I were taken care of, but that our guests were taken care of as well. The timeline for every portion of the day/night was seamless. My husband and I received so many compliments from our guests saying how incredible the venue, food, staff, and just everything about the night was. You will NOT be disappointed with this venue and highly recommend it to anyone planning a wedding or special event. My dream wedding came true, and then some 🤍✨

Our wedding at Birch Wood Vineyards was absolutely perfect thanks to the caring and attentive staff. The venue itself is beautiful and so convenient having separate space for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner/dancing. The coordinators were helpful and responsive in the months leading up to the wedding, and flexible with making changes to our choices and guest count. On the day of the wedding, Scott and Denise were amazing - they were helpful and attentive making the whole process from decoration drop-off to transitions of events stress-free. They know what they are doing and that is exactly what you want on your wedding day. We had so many guests comment on how great everything was, from the delicious food to the seamless execution. We can't recommend Birch Wood enough!

Birch Wood Vineyards was nothing short of amazing!! My husband and I had our ceremony and reception here on 6/12/2022. We booked the venue about 1 year prior and the entire team made the planning process so easy. Their portal was easy to use and the wedding checklist they gave us was super convenient and easy to follow! Now for the big day! Kasia was our day of coordinator and she made sure everything ran smoothly from our 10AM arrival to our 9:30PM departure. I never had an ounce of stress because she was so organized, approachable, and quick to find answers to any questions! Every single one of our vendors approached us and had high praise for the entire staff and especially Kasia. Specifically, our photographers said that she ensured they had their time to eat with the rest of the guests which is not something that always happens. We really loved our vendors and were so happy Kasia made sure they were taken care of too! One more specific detail, my dress didn't have a bustle and Kasia had the awesome idea to safety pin it up into a bustle. No one even knew it was just a safety pin and it allowed to be much more comfortable walking around the reception!Further, the venue is BEAUTIFUL and the food was AMAZING. Every single guest (100+ people!!!) had high praise for both and many guests expressed that it was the best wedding meal they've had in a long time. We cannot thank Birch Wood enough for making our special day incredible! Wedding shouldn't be stressful and Birch Wood does everything they can to ensure you have the best day ever, we'd highly recommend booking them for your wedding!

As Mother of the Bride( and hostess), I will be forever thankful to Birch Wood Vinyards for helping me give my daughter & son in law their”perfect day”. From our 1st phone call to the day of, the staff was not only professional but extremely helpful, personable & well organized. You all played significant roles in assisting us to create a beautiful,memorable wedding. Planning a wedding, especially out of state,can be a bit chaotic. In one of our initial meetings the contract was discussed in length and at anytime throughout the planning year we had questions or concerns, BWV got back to us within 24 hrs to e plain/ discuss. Not once did anyone make us feel like a bother. We had a rehearsal run the night before along with dropping off any and all items to be used the next day( memory pictures, guest sign, place cards, favors etc) Scott, the staff manager, went over everything in detail so there would be no confusion or surprises on the big day. Saturday, the ceremony area, remembrance hutch, cocktail hour room and reception space were set up exactly the way the newlyweds requested and it all looked fabulous!! Birch Wood is such a warm beautiful venue that unless you over decorate it could not look bad. On it’s own it is lovely. On the day of, the bride & her entourage got ready in one of BWV upstairs suites. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to see a large and delicious tray of pastries along with mimosas (yummy) . Thank you Birch Wood as it was a nice touch and very much appreciated!! As warm & lovely as the venue is, the staff equals it. I am still receiving. compliments not only on how phenomenal the food was( oh those lamb pops & scallops) but how attentive & courteous all the servers were. One guest thought that their group was assigned their own staff members because no sooner were they done with oen appetizer someone was there with another~this continued throughout the whole cocktail hour. Several guests had their meals boxed up because they ate so much during that hour. As with many events where alcohol is served, you usually find someone(s) who over indulges & our evening was no exception. Scott and his staff( particularly the always smiling bartenders) remained calm and handled this guest with extreme professionalism. Scott made me aware of what was happening (and as host I appreciated it) and reassured me they had it under control and to focus on my daughter and enjoying the rest of the evening, which I did. 98% of our guests never knew or heard the drama and that is due to Scott and the staffs steadiness and expertise ( along with his foresight) to guide this guest to the side out of people’s sight. I will be forever grateful to them as my daughter & most guests will only remember a drama free, beautiful evening. Here we are 4 weeks later and still receiving rave compliments on the wedding. I highly recommend BWV if you are looking for a warm and inviting but yet chic and elegant venue. The food is top notch and I think you will be hard pressed to find a staff as exceptional and caring as Birch Woods. I can only hope to come back someday as someone’s guest !! Birchwood is by far one of the most beautiful venues with amazing staff. Throughout our whole wedding day we were taken care of in every way possible. They set us up for success from the first time that we toured the venue and we couldn't have asked for anything better. Every detail of the day was pristinely set up and cultivated to our requests. They were the first venue we looked at for our wedding, and we knew then nothing else would compare, and they held true to that!

The venue was beautiful, food was great however there were to many rules of things you could not do! Bridal party could not get drinks before the ceremony. Groomsmen had only cheese and crackers with water, after the first look and pictures allowed to have one drink. Could not use confetti during the entrance to reception area. Only allowed 2 drinks at bar and then reduced to one drink, no shots. Could not even get a Scotch on the rocks-they called it a shot!!! Closed bar 30 minutes before event ended with no notice. Only thing they could say is \"Its in the Contract\" READ YOUR CONTRACTS.

I have no words other than to book it now!! Stop thinking and book! Birchwood Vineyards gave us the wedding we never even dreamed of having. EVERY small detail that I didn’t even think of, they did. They were right their all along all of my questions/comments/concerns and so much more. The packages they offer are unbeatable compared to anywhere else. The decor and just the atmosphere alone is beautiful and no decorations are even needed. Thank you Birchwoods! Our ceremony and reception were planned and executed so efficiently, my husband I were able to truly enjoy our day while the staff handled all the day-of coordinating. The food was amazing and the service was impeccable. We've heard from several family members and friends about not only how beautiful the venue was but also how gracious and attentive the staff was. You'll truly feel like family to the BWV staff if you choose to have your wedding here. Highly recommend!

Long detailed review, but very well deserved! From the moment we stepped into Birch Wood and toured the venue, we knew it was our place to get married. We canceled all our other venue tours and booked our wedding day here! And WOW! We are SO HAPPY that we did. From start to finish, our wedding day was truly perfect. Now let’s talk about the food….I’m going to backtrack a bit and talk about the food tasting we had prior to our wedding. Unfortunately due to covid, our food tasting was “to go” back in January. Bummed out we didn’t get to experience this at the venue, the food did not disappoint. We thought “if the food is this good to go, I can’t imagine how awesome it’s going to be at the wedding!” And WOW! The food was so delicious! From our macaroni and cheese bar to our late night tacos and the main courses in between (chicken Marsala and prime rib) everything was phenomenal! We would go back over and over for date night dinners just to eat everything all over again. Now for the staff….literally the nicest, genuine, professional people you’ll ever want to meet. Shannon and Melisa are the event planners and we’re so extremely helpful in the planning process. They were able to answer all of our questions within 24 hours. 3 days prior to our wedding we had our decor drop off, and thats when we met with Scott, the event coordinator. He was very thorough and had a clipboard and a check list to go over. He even took a picture of one of the set ups to be sure it looked the way we wanted it. During our decor drop off meeting, he went over every detail about the wedding from A to Z. Scott was also more than accommodating to meet us off site for our rehearsal dinner. Then the day of our wedding came and that’s when we realized how awesome ALL the staff is! Ashley was super helpful. She held my bouquet, helped bustle my dress, and even helped me in and out of my Bruins jersey because it took several people to make sure my hair and make up was stillperfect. While my husband and I were taking pictures, there was a waiter with a water in one hand and a cocktail in the other to provide us in between each shot. The moment we finished a drink, they immediately went back for a refill. Great, great service! And I can’t forget the dancing waiter that everyone referred to him as! The family and friends at the table he was serving kept raving about how great he was! We really felt they went above and beyond in making our day the best day of our lives. We would redo our wedding day a million times over and over due to Birch Wood’s amazing venue and staff. We HIGHLY recommend having your wedding at Birch Wood Vineyards!!!

Everything about our wedding at Birch Wood Vineyards was amazing (even with a random snow storm in April). From the moment we toured Birch Wood, we knew it was where we wanted to get married. Not only is it a STUNNING venue, but we were so impressed with the team that Birch Wood Vineyards has. From our first meeting it was clear that the whole team wanted to make our wedding day not only perfect, but personalized for us! They were always to quick to answer questions, gave us amazing recommendations for vendors, and helped us so much when things would change because of COVID. Having their expertise and help made us feel so much less overwhelmed with wedding planning! On our wedding day our guests couldn't stop raving about the decor, food, and staff! I am so glad we took the plunge and went all in at Birch Wood. The venue, the staff, and our whole event was beyond everything I ever hoped for or imagined. The grounds and building are wonderfully cared for and you really won't find another space like it. There are so many great spots for outdoor photos, the event spaces are both beautiful, and the bride and grooms suites are wonderful for getting ready. The food was spectacular, and I needed like 5 stomachs to be able to enjoy it all. The staff is beyond amazing - they really will wait on you hand and foot. I promise, as unnecessary as that seems now, it's a god send on your wedding day. Leading up to it, coordinators are extremely prompt with email responses and can answer any questions you have. The vendors they work with and recommend are top notch - doing the Ultimate Vendor package really made everything a breeze and took a lot of stress off of us. We really had a perfect time with lots of great memories.

My husband and I got married here may 14 of this year and it was more than everything I thought I had imagined it would be. I doubt there is any other venue out there that goes above and beyond to make sure your special day is truly that special for the rest of your lives. Everything from the staff accommodating your needs 100 % for the entire event to the perfection of the venue itself inside and out. Everyone who attended the wedding has reached out to me saying that they have never been to a wedding that was so well put together as it was for ours and as fun as ours and to be honest that was all Birch Wood because I have not a clue what I’m doing when it comes to that stuff. Food is important for a lot of people. Most people enjoy eating, well the chefs here enjoy cooking and it shows! From the displays of the food to the taste, it was immaculate. The food was also a high topic conversation that people reached out to me about after the fact. This place truly cares about what you want for your day and you can really feel that! If your looking for your event to be perfect and everything you want it to be then I wouldn’t look past Birch wood vineyards. I now understand why the people who I know got married here said they booked it before they left the parking lot and it shows! It’s all around amazing and I’m not quite sure any wedding I go to in the future will be able to match the experience that we had. I can’t say enough amazing things about Birch Wood Vineyards! From the very beginning when they accommodated us last minute for a tour of the venue, up until we left on our wedding night, the staff went above and beyond for us. They were so helpful in answering my many questions and patient with all the times we changed our minds about the little details. They made me feel so comfortable and confident throughout the entire wedding planning process. Shannon and Melisa were always quick to respond to emails which was such a stress reliever! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect thanks to the incredible staff. They set up our ceremony and reception space with all our decorations exactly as we imagined it. They truly didn’t miss a beat the entire day. KASIA made sure all of us were well taken care. Her and Rachel were so kind and helpful after the ceremony in helping to hold flowers, keep us hydrated, and most importantly- make sure our day was exactly what we wanted. When some stitching came loose on my dress they were there with safety pins in a flash. We even had a couple of kids at the ceremony who were greeted with coloring books - a fun surprise we had no idea coming (and the kids and their parents loved it). Every member of the Birch Wood Vineyards staff was so kind, it made our entire wedding day that much more special. I certainly can’t leave out all the amazing food! From the mac n cheese martinis to the salads to dinner itself, everything was delivered and our guests couldn’t stop raving about it. I could go on and on about Birch Wood Vineyards, but I’ll end by saying that it is the most amazing venue with an incredible staff. We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding!

We got married in 10/2019, and had our dream wedding here! This venue is absolutely beautiful and romantic! I loved the outdoor space for the ceremony. I also loved that if the ceremony had to be moved indoors we would still have a separate cocktail hour space, I thought there was a really nice flow to the ceremony this way. The staff there is amazing, they pulled off a perfect day! Kasia, Melissa and Scott are the absolute best! They executed a seamless day and made sure our every need was taken care of. Lastly, the food was absolutely amazing! We got so many compliments on the aesthetics, professionalism of staff, attentiveness of staff to guests, and the delicious food!

There aren’t enough words to truly articulate how amazing Birch Wood Vineyards is. We celebrated our wedding night on December 5, 2020 after planning our wedding for two years. We first met with Birch Wood Vineyards two weeks after our engagement, and received a swift response to our online inquiry. Melisa greeted us and walked us through the space we knew would be the perfect backdrop for our wedding. The rustic, cozy, and lodge-feel is perfect for any season; but in our case was a true show-stopper for our December winter wedding. The major perk - you have the whole site for your event! There’s no worry about directing your guests which room to find. Two grand event spaces - for a ceremony & reception and a cocktail hour room. It was so refreshing to see a space specific for the mingling and sipping guests would be doing between ceremony and reception. With a bridal suite and a groom’s den available, we enjoyed the whole day getting ready and celebrating with our wedding party! Of course there’s also the gorgeous vineyard and beautiful landscape for ceremony and/or pictures. Walk into the venue and you’ll be sold. For two years we prepared and planned and everything to-do was so clearly defined by the team at BWV. We never felt overwhelmed in the process; and anytime we had a question, someone on the team was eager to help! Did we mention our wedding was in 2020? You can imagine the constant concern and worry about hosting an event, but Melisa and the rest of the team kept us positive and grounded in hosting our wedding. The packages are suitable for any budget, customizable for anyone looking to add some extra enhancements, and even include a vendor package option, which was a great option for us as we saved time and didn’t face any stress in choosing the main vendors you search for when planning a wedding. The food to put it plainly is delicious, but to put it more robust - the food is undoubtedly the best food we have ever had at an event venue. (We aren’t biased that our wedding was hosted here!) The stationary hors d'oeuvres were so beautifully displayed and the passed hors d'oeuvres were actual melt-in-your-mouth bites of delicious food. So good that we indulged in the leftovers after the wedding in our hotel room! The dinner options are extravagant. There are so many options to choose from all with their unique flavor profile. The compliments we received were overwhelming and we could only agree that it was out of this world delicious. The team went above and beyond. We worked with Scott and Kasia the day of our wedding and they were so attentive, so kind, so professional. We were catered to with every step, every sip, and every smile. We are still in awe at the service we both received throughout our day. The bar staff was amazing: so personable, quick, and friendly. As we are very specific and detail-oriented people, there were nerves letting someone else decorate the space when there was a vision in mind - but we were ASTOUNDED by the way they ran with our vision and brought our decor and ideas to life. The service is impeccable, the grounds are gorgeous, and the venue was a wonderful location for the moment we began our forever! If you’ve made it this far in the review - hopefully you’ve already called or emailed to book your day. You truly won’t be disappointed!

2020 was quite the year! We had to change our venue 3 months before our wedding and thankfully found Birch Wood Vineyards in our search. It was an easy decision from the moment as saw it, as the grounds and venue were absolutely stunning.. the perfect classy and rustic look. From the very beginning they put my mind at ease with their organized information and answers to my many questions. I am a planner, so having to change my wedding 3 months prior was a bit stressful, but they took care of everything and made most of my stresses go away. I sent a million emails the few months before, and I always got a response within minutes. The day of thing went seamlessly! From the moment I got there, my nerves were gone, as they knew exactly what to do to make everything run perfectly. The team thought of things I wouldn't have thought of. They were extremely patient, professional, attentive. They took care of me and my now husband, my guests, thought of every detail throughout the day. I am so happy this is where we got married...everything happened for a reason!

2020 is a tough year to do anything. To start the year weddings were banned, and of course like many engaged couples we were in a panic. From the many emails from the Birchwood staff to a personal call from the owners we were assured no matter what, in some way our wedding was safe at Birchwood even if we have to move the date. Having your venue and your vendors behind you during one of if not THE hardest times on the industry was incredible. Through it all we knew that we were blessed to have pick such wonderful people to help us with our big day. When they say you get what you pay for, I don’t think we could have paid enough for the piece of mind Birchwood gave us in the early days of 2020.Fast forward to the day of and we are facing a snow storm in October. While it happens once and a while, not something you plan for often. Of course you want things to be perfect, and this was a new hurdle. The venue had the lot plowed, the paths shoveled and the fire places burning. In what could have been a real downer of a day due to weather, it really turned into something special do to their focus on details.Every vendor from our package was great. The DJ, the photos, the video, the cake and the limo. All of it went so smoothly day of for us which really allowed us to just have a good time and celebrate. If you use Birchwood, trust their vendors you won’t be let down (shout out to Get Down Tonight Entertainment, Precious Moments videography, Chickidee Hill cakes and Black Tie Limos).And finally, the staff. Kasia was with us from minute one day of the event. She and her team executed our vision for decorations flawlessly. Many times making recommendations that really added to the event or were better than our own ideas. Having a team that knows how to keep a schedule for us was wonderful, it allowed us to hit every important moment with out having to worry about it much ourselves. I can’t state enough how wonderful the Birchwood staff was for us. Our friends and family were raving about how beautiful the venue was, how amazing the food was and overall just the great night they had at our wedding. Speechless on how hard they work to make everything perfect.My parting advice to future couples looking at Birchwood, cancel your other visits because you will not be able to do better. Words cannot truly express how grateful we are that we chose Birchwood Vineyards as our venue for our wedding (8/14/2020). We toured over 5 NH venue options before touring Birchwood, and within 5 minutes of our tour, we were sold. Here's why:1. Aesthetic -- the beautiful vineyard enveloping the outdoor ceremony space, combined with the elegant rustic cocktail & reception space was the match made in heaven for what we were looking for. Birchwood staff puts thought and excellence into every visual detail of their venue space - especially when it comes to their gorgeous, seasonal landscaping!2. The staff -- from the very first tour, and throughout our entire experience, both myself, my now husband, my parents, and anyone that interacted with the Birchwood staff have had nothing but praise for them. They truly are your partners, and their level of customer service and attentiveness to their couples & couple's families is next level. When Covid hit, and backup plans needed to be discussed, Birchwood was immediately prepared to offer alternatives to our original plan, and do anything in their power to still make our day special, given state guidelines.3. This place has thought of everything -- no, I really mean it. Everything. From hooks in the main foyer and the bridal suite for optimal wedding dress photos, to the immense amount of space in the bridal suite bathroom for all types and sizes of dresses to fit, to the layout and design of every space, this venue has truly thought everything through! Past the detail in the spaces, when it came to day-of details, the staff was on top of it ahead of time. They had already sent us a \"bridal party drink order form\" so they could bring our choice of cocktail to us during photos. We had talked through every detail of the day so everything could run as smoothly as possible. We felt so taken care of!I could not speak more highly of Birchwood Vineyards and would recommend them to ANY bride in the New England area!

We recently got married on 9/13/2020 and Birch Wood Vineyards was my absolute dream wedding venue. I cannot say enough about them. Their space, both indoor and outdoor, were absolutely beautiful. We were lucky enough to have a beautiful day weather wise so we had an outdoor ceremony, which was breathtaking, well manicured and absolutely beautiful. The indoor reception and cocktail hour space were also stunning and our guests raved about them. Their food is TO DIE FOR. Best steak I have ever had and our guests LOVED our appetizers, including crab rangoon and buffalo chicken tenders! The staff at Birch Wood are completely unmatched. They did absolutely everything, leading up to and during our day, to make sure we and all of our guests were happy. I cannot praise the staff enough for their professionalism and ability to ease of minds during times of high stress in the planning process. Kasia and Scott (and really everyone there, cannot stress that enough) were amazing during the planning process and Kasia was the best during the day of making sure everything ran smoothly, including bustling me up while I snacked on some of our appetizers! This was my absolute dream wedding and they made the planning process so smooth and seamless I just cannot recommend them enough!

We cannot say enough good things about Birch Wood Vineyards. I was a Covid bride so there were a lot of planning unknowns and I was never the bride wanting to postpone and was willing to do whatever we had to do to make it happen. The team at Birch Woods knocked it out of the park and exceeded every one of our expectations. From the initial meetings, Melisa was open and honest with how the billing process was (laying out everything in detail with no hidden fees), always there with any questions we had throughout planning, to our decoration drop off, everything was seamless. She ran through the entire day on how things would go. I knew just then this was the place for us. I am a very organized person so finding someone who i could trust was everything. So the morning of, my bridal party used the suite to get ready, it was the perfect set up for hair and makeup. I was blown away by how much work everyone put into finding spots for every decoration I had. When my husband and I were taking pictures, we had our own bartender/waiter to make sure we had enough food and drinks and were not missing out during cocktail hour. The food was spectacular, and the night was perfect. At the end, the team had boxed up everything, and was already putting it into our cars, they even managed to save pieces of my wedding cake. My husband and I think back on this day and remember it as one of the best days of our lives, one we wish we could re-live again and again and for that we cannot thank Birch Wood enough. The team was incredibly organized, the food was AMAZING, everyone was so sweet to us. I received so many messages from guests on how Birchwood made them feel safe and how it was just the perfect wedding during a pandemic. Thank you for your hard work, it showed! We will forever be great full for everything your team did for us.

Birch Wood Vineyards was the best decision we could've made as the venue for our November 2019 wedding! Not only is the place itself absolutely stunning, but the staff and management are so amazing. I had researched Birch Wood before touring and fell in love with the setting immediately just through photos. It was the perfect combination of rustic, without being a barn, and elegant. We had our ceremony indoors, in front of the beautiful fireplace. The cocktail hour room is MASSIVE and allows yours guests space to mingle during the first hour after the ceremony. From the very beginning, the staff was super helpful and responded very quickly via email to any questions we had. We had our planning meeting with Melisa, and she was more than accommodating to help with any special requests we had. Our day of manager was Kasia and she is an absolute super star! She helped wrangle all 20 members of my bridal party during the ceremony rehearsal and made sure that everything stayed on time the day of. She was constantly checking in on me & my husband to make sure we had everything we needed and were having a good time. During dancing someone had dropped a glass on the dance floor and I had accidentally stepped in glass (the shoes had come off at that point and I was barefoot), but before I even knew what was happening - there was Kasia with rubber gloves, a wet napkin, a bandaid and a pair of flip flops?! We can not talk more highly of Kasia and her team. Our guests also cannot stop talking about how amazing the food was. We had filet mignon, pan seared salmon and butternut squash ravioli and all three entrees got rave reviews! Along with the endless passed apps and stations that were offered during cocktail hour. We cannot thank Birch Wood Vineyards more for making our wedding day the BEST DAY EVER!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I honestly do not think you will find a place that is more accommodating and attentive than the staff at Birch Wood Vineyards. There were guests that were so blown away by how friendly and interactive the staff was and honestly so was I! Scott was my day of manager and he was constantly checking on me, my (now) husband, family and guests every chance that he could. Sarah was also amazing and worked with Scott and myself to seat guests that showed up unexpectedly and handled it so well I just let them take care of everything while I went back and mingled with the guests. Also, a shout-out to John the waiter that was with my husband and I the whole night and was a trooper following us around for pictures with food and drink. From the first time we walked into Birch Wood, we knew the place was perfect for us! The venue is so unique, and the owners Rue and Sallie have truly made a unique and remarkable place and you can tell they really put their heart into it! The staff worked with us to create the perfect day from ordering special wine for my mother-in-law, offering a different type of dessert as well as boxing up cake, accommodating our unique timeline, and dealing with last minute changes and special circumstances to make our day the best day ever. We used most of the vendors they recommend, and we could not be happier with them! Thank you to all of the staff that made our day amazing! We are still blown away with everything and so glad we chose Birch Wood Vineyards!

Birchwood truly knocked our wedding out of the park! We are two months out and still getting comments from our wedding attendants on how amazing they were. You as a couple will overlook some of the little details and Birchwood picks up the pieces. From a personal bride attendant on the day of (thank you Victoria!!) to just helping set up the decorations at the venue that you can't figure out where to place. They will allow you to enjoy the day without worry. Lastly, their food is nothing short of spectacular. This place is really the whole package.

We recently got married at Birch Wood Vineyards in August 2019. The Birch Wood team was absolutely wonderful – the staff made our day run so smoothly & efficiently – we were SO impressed with the way our day went! We have not heard one complaint from our families or guests – everyone is raving about our wedding day being the best wedding they have been to! The bridal party got ready in the bridal suite on site which was awesome because you are right there on site in a very private beautiful space but also, we could pop downstairs at any point to peek at the set up! All day Scott & team were checking in on us and both of our parents to make sure everything was ok and offering to get us drinks/food/anything which was so wonderful. Even during our family photos at cocktail hour, the server was bringing John & me sips of water / our signature drink between pictures which was awesome! Our first look, ceremony & family photos ran so smoothly & efficiently that we were able to make a full round at cocktail hour to greet all our guests which gave us time to enjoy ourselves during the reception!! Another unexpected gesture was that the staff wrapped up some of each of our app’s, our dinner leftovers & a slice of each flavor cake and packed it up in my car for us to take home which was so great because neither of us really ate much that day. We certainly had the opportunity to eat which was great, but we just weren’t hungry with all the excitement. Scott also packed up all the decorations into my car (even in the pouring rain) so we didn’t have to worry about a thing and were able to leave the venue with our guests & bridal party. We had a perfect day thanks to BWV!!! Throughout the planning process, any question or email I sent was promptly responded to and addressed. And the planning meetings we had were very organized and we could clearly tell the team knew what they were doing! They provided a list of recommended vendors which was super helpful and the vendors we used were great (Get Down Tonight Entertainment, Precious Moments Wedding Films, Ford Flowers, Chickadee Hill Cakes)! We could not recommend BWV as a wedding venue anymore!!!

My husband and I got married one year ago today at Birchwood Vineyards and it was the best choice we ever made by choosing this place to be the one where we got married. From visiting, to booking, to the tastings, to the planning meetings and the big day, the Birchwood staff was flawless at each step. As soon as we stepped into the Birchwood venue space, we instantly knew we wanted to be married there. Not only was it beautiful, but everyone was so warm and welcoming: even the owners!! Even after being married one year, we still go back for their annual \"jingle ball\" Christmas event because we just love visiting there and seeing the staff.Not only do they try to make the planning process as stress-free as possible, but they always answered our emails right away and had a bunch of decorations that we borrowed so we didn't have to buy them. Furthermore, at the end of our night, they made sure that everything was packed up for us (and I mean everything: even down to the photos people had taken that didn't quite make it in our photo guest book).The food was also amazing. They were really wonderful with catering to allergies/dietary restrictions. We still have our family members that say the food was the best they had ever had. I could honestly go on and on about how wonderful Birchwood Vineyards is so I will leave it there, but when you book with Birchwood, you will definitely not regret it! I wish we could relive our day over and over again.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Birch Wood Vineyards! If you want the most magical wedding that you could have ever dreamed of, then please book your wedding with this venue! The Birch Wood team guided us through the entire wedding process with so much support and advice. Kasia and Melisa were always so prompt with responding to emails and making sure I never felt lost during the planning process. I always felt confident that I could trust them to take care of everything and bring my wedding vision to life! I can't even begin to describe how gorgeous the venue is, especially in the summer months. Our wedding was in July, and between the amazing blooming flowers and the grape vines, we could not have pictured a more beautiful backdrop for our outside ceremony. Their reception room is so gorgeous and has that perfect rustic romantic feel to it. Their bridal suite is also to die for! It is so gorgeous and bright, which was perfect for our getting ready photos. Kasia, Scott, Melisa, and Carina were always coming up to check on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Our wedding day was definitely warm to say the least, and it was so awesome that we were able to fill out a form ahead of time and choose what drinks we wanted, as well as our entire bridal party, and they were waiting for us outside as soon as we walked over to start taking pictures. Sarah was so amazing during the process of getting me down the aisle and taking pictures after the ceremony. There was an issue with my bustle right before the reception and she pinned me up and fixed it so fast that I didn't even have time to stress about it! Carina was also very helpful while taking photos by grabbing safety pins to fix my bustle and running up to get my sandals because I was sinking in the grass in my heels during photos! During the reception, Scott was always checking in on both of us and was so attentive and supportive the entire night. He made sure we sat down and had something to eat, kept us on track with the events throughout the night, and was always right there when we needed him for anything at all. I also can't say enough phenomenal things about the food! We chose the filet mignon and the chicken toscana and they were both AMAZING! We had so many people come up to us saying the filet mignon melted in their mouths. My bridal party also would not stop talking about the coconut chicken hors d’oeuvres! At the end of the night, Scott and the team had already packed all of our decorations up and had loaded everything in our cars before the reception was over so that we would make it to our after party before the bar closed. They also packed up multiple take out boxes for us with cake, our leftover dinner, and plenty of grilled cheese from our late night snack station! Scott and Sarah escorted us to our cars after the night was over, and I can't lie and say that I didn't get a little teary eyed when we all hugged goodbye and thanked them for truly making our day so incredibly perfect. We have heard SO many times that our wedding was the best wedding our guests have ever been to. A huge heartfelt thank you to the team we worked directly with for the past year and a half, the amazing chefs and staff that absolutely killed it during the wedding with the amazing food and the incredible service, the bartenders who worked so hard to keep the drinks coming all night, and to everyone who also worked behind the scenes to create this amazing day for us!!!

I don’t think there is enough room for me to express how absolutely amazing my experience with Birch Wood Vineyards was. From the minute my husband and I entered the venue for our initial tour, we knew it was the one. The venue is STUNNING. The rustic, elegant vibes were exactly what we were looking for. Not only is the indoors beautiful, but the outdoors as well. The grounds are so well kept and gorgeous. Throughout wedding planning, I worked closest with Melisa and Kasia. I cannot tell you how amazing they are at what they do. Super kind, responsive and truly care about each couple. On the big day, we worked closest with Scott and Kasia who were both on sight the entire day. Scott even came off sight to help us with our rehearsal at our dinner the night before. He is AMAZING! Down to earth, funny, yet gets things DONE! Birch Wood’s staff has this down to a science. Our wedding day went off without a hitch, and all thanks is due to all of the incredible staff present that day. They kept things running smoothly all day and night. The staff was so attentive, always making sure my husband and I were ok and had whatever we needed. During photos, one staff member even followed us around with my glass of wine! And I love my wine! ;-) Kasia and a few girls even bustled my dress for me before I headed into cocktail hour. They did an incredible job and took that stress off of my mother and maid of honor! I cannot say enough about how perfect my wedding day was at this venue. From the bottom of my heart, I truly advise you to look no further than Birch Wood Vineyards for your big day.

Birch Wood Vineyards was the venue of our dreams! It was rustic, yet clean and elegant...complete with plenty of outdoor space for photos (and a ceremony if you choose), a large room and bar for cocktail hour, three fireplaces, and a stunning reception hall. Further, the venue came with catering and an entire team of planners, coordinators, managers, bar tenders, and servers that kept the planning process moving along and wedding day running smoothly. The staff at Birch Wood Vineyards did everything for us; we did not have to worry about a thing! Their customer service and attention to detail was excellent. All of their preferred vendors (many of which we hired) were top notch. During photos, a member of their staff was specifically assigned to my husband and I. During the dinner, the General Manager, Scott, visited every table to ask if anyone needed anything and put our parents' leftovers in the fridge until the end of the night. The food was delicious; my husband and I actually had time to enjoy our meal. They also catered to our guests who had dietary restraints. At the end of night, their team packed everything up for us. The only small error we can think of is that our guests were welcomed with the wrong signature drink, but it was probably a miscommunication and so minimal considering we had open bar anyway! Thank you, Birch Wood Vineyards, for helping us host a beautiful wedding. We had so much fun, and all of our guests keep raving about how great it was. Highly recommend!

First impression, fantastic! How do you go up from there? Well, Birchwood did! My daughter and son in laws wedding was June 7, it was spectacular. The staff at Birchwood made the planning process a breeze, my daughter lives in FL, so planning from afar can be stressful, they were always extremely helpful and very quick to answer any questions. The day of the staff was so attentive to not only bride and groom, the parents, but to all the guests! The compliments we received on the food and service from all our guests are unbelievable. Scott went over and above the night of wedding, going table to table making sure the guest were pleased with the food. If it were possible to give them 10 stars I would. I can’t thank Birchwood enough for making our memories even more special. The venue is beautiful, the staff attentive, the food is fantastic, you couldn’t ask for more!

I don’t even know where to begin! From the second me and Grant walked into the venue we knew this is where our wedding needed to be! Not only because the venue is absolutely beautiful but because all of the staff were so incredibly helpful from day one and you can’t beat the packages they offer! Honestly they made the planning process so EASY (which I am sure is what every bride wants!) Every single one of our emails were responded to in less than 24 hours! Melisa, Kasia, and Allison I can’t thank you enough for your quick responses (to even some of my silliest questions)! You truly made the planning process a lot less stressful that’s for sure! I also highly recommend using their preferred vendors! They have been to Birch Wood several times and know exactly how everything is run there! We used Ford Florist, Get down tonight Entertainment -DJ Billy Rears, and Chickadee Hill Cakes-everything was beyond our expectations! Thank you :) Our wedding day was absolutely perfect!!!! We used Birch Wood’s beautiful bridal suite to get ready. This gave us more time to relax and get ready. Our guests continue to talk about how amazing the food, service, and entertainment was! My eye contact fell out during the ceremony and I didn’t have to wait long before Kasia and Birch Wood staff were right there with new contacts, solution and a mirror during cocktail hour! They made sure me and Grant always had something to eat and drink! They gave us left over appetizers with our dinner which was great too! At the end of the night the Birch Wood team had our cake, all of our belongings, and decor packed up and ready to go- so great-again we didn’t have to do a single thing-besides have the best time of our life! We had our wedding at Birch Wood Vineyards on March 2, 2019 and it was the most perfect day ever! Simply put, Birch Wood Vineyards is amazing. I attended a wedding for a friend at Birch Wood back in 2016 and I knew then that I was going to have my wedding here one day. Fast forward 2 ½ years and my husband and I were engaged. From the minute we got engaged I knew we HAD to go back to Birch Wood and do a tour. When we arrived on a Saturday morning, we were given a tour by Melisa, she was amazing. She showed us around the facility and really made us feel like we were the most important part of her day. She had up lighting turned on to our potential color scheme and even had a sample monogram above the fireplace with our names on it and this was just at the initial consultation and tour! Every moment from booking the venue to our big day was incredible! The staff at Birch Wood does everything they can to make your dreams become a reality. Melisa is phenomenal at her job and made the entire process stress free! She was always quick to respond to my questions and was always reassuring in any decision we made! I can only imagine how many weddings she has a hand in planning but at all time she always made us feel like we were the only one! The day of the wedding was perfect! From getting ready in the beautiful bridal sweet, to getting the first look at the venue decorated, all the way to the end of our reception, everything went perfectly! Scott & Kasia made sure everything ran smoothly and always made sure we were happy and taken care of. The only bummer is that our day seemed to go by way to FAST! I wish we could relive that day over and over again. We have received so many compliments from family and friends about how amazing the food was, how beautiful the venue was, and most importantly how incredible the staff was at Birch Wood. We cannot begin to thank all of them enough for making our wedding the best day ever! I don’t think I could imagine a more perfect day!

My husband and I got married here last June 2018 and it was the most amazing experience. They took care of everything and left nothing for me to stress over. The entire night was well organized and exactly how we wanted it. The staff made us feel at ease the and were always so professional. We did the ultimate vendor package which was great for us since we decided to get married in under a year. All of the vendors knew one another and had worked together countless times so we never felt that anyone was out of the loop. The food and decor at birchwood was just as amazing as the staff. From the moment we stepped through the doors on our tour of the venue until we picked up all of our belongings the day after our wedding… Birchwood Vineyards was nothing short of AMAZING! Throughout the year long process, we had numerous requests and questions that never fell on deaf ears. Something as simple as picking what meals we wanted to more complex requests like allowing us to tow a classic car up and park the trailer on their property for the event (as it was mid-winter)… the answer was never NO! We were always welcomed by smiling faces and willing hands to help with anything we needed throughout the process. We cannot thank every single person who was involved in the front of the house or the back of the house enough for making our once in a lifetime event this amazing! Some of our guests echoed our feelings that the grounds were picturesque, multiple interior fireplaces made it feel cozy, the decorations were gorgeous and the food was remarkable. We look forward to returning to celebrate key milestones in our life together and hopefully someday attending another wedding there. For anyone looking for a rustic and elegant wedding venue that has everything you could wish for (all on site), I would recommend checking out Birchwood Vineyards.

Before touring Birch Wood Vineyards, my fiance and I had toured over 12 other wedding venues. We were beginning to think we would never find the perfect venue. From the moment we stepped into the venue, we knew it was where we wanted to get married. From day one they made the planning process so easy. We added the vendor package which made it so easy to get in touch with amazing and talented vendors. Their online system allows you to easily keep track of guests, seating, and meal choices. When the big day finally arrived, I was stress-free and did not have to worry about a thing. Our wedding day coordinator, Kasia was so helpful and could not have done a better job! All of our guests are still raving about how it was the most beautiful wedding venue, and the best wedding food they have ever tasted. I could not have hoped for a better wedding day, and I have to thank Birch Wood Vineyards for that!

My husband and I knew Birch Wood Vineyards was the one the moment we pulled into the parking lot for the venue tour. We were captivated by the well-manicured grounds, rustic details and professional, accommodating wedding coordinators. We took notice of the paved, level parking lot, the dedicated space for cocktail hour with a long bar, serving top shelf alcohol, the reception room with a dance floor big enough for our guests to enjoy, the onsite bridal suite with built-in stations for hair and makeup, the grooms suite, the extensive menu options and ability to customize, the amount of décor the venue had available for use, if desired (table numbers, lanterns, candles, votives, signs, etc.)… I could go on and on! I really want to highlight the exceptional Birch Wood staff who made our entire wedding experience as stress-free as possible. Throughout the planning process, we worked primarily with Melisa and Kasia. They were accommodating, responsive, always prepared for our meetings, following up via email the same day and even updating the online portal. The online portal was another huge plus - you can view your wedding timeline/details and vendors, and complete the seating chart all from a portal they set you up with). On the day of, Kasia, Alison and Scott were there to ensure everything went smoothly. Kasia was there to greet us in the morning and get us settled in the bridal suite. She also met the vendors as they arrived and setup our decor. Alison pinned the boutonnieres, helped me with my shoes, bustled my dress and ensured we were always enjoying ourselves. Scott was always visible. He greeted guests and most importantly, made sure my grandparents, who have walkers and wheelchairs, received special attention. My grandmother still raves about Scott and how he got a golf cart to take them inside after the outdoor ceremony. She jokes that she felt like she was the bride, and that could not make me happier. At the end of the night, the staff packed up the décor we brought and made sure nothing was left in the onsite suites, making the \"clean-up\" aspect still hands free for our families. Our guests continue to say how our wedding was one of the best they have ever been to and that is the ultimately compliment. We had an unforgettable experience and cannot thank Birch Wood Vineyards enough.

This was the ONLY venue my husband and I looked at. We instantly knew it was the perfect venue, and even more perfect for our fall/winter wedding. The staff is amazing in every way (between silly questions, to being a worried bride they made everything a breeze). And the food... when we went to the bridal tasting, that made selecting our entrees even more difficult... EVERYTHING IS SO GOOD! The rustic elegance of this venue, the stone fireplace we got married in front of, the beautiful vineyard (the snow on the ground made our pictures BEAUTIFUL)... No matter the weather this venue is PERFECT. Wedding planning is stressful, but if I could do it allover again I would in a heartbeat just to relive this amazing day at this amazing venue. I get teary eyed every time I think of our wedding day because BWV made our day everything we wished for and MORE.

I have been struggling with the right words to use to review Birch Wood Vineyards. I finally decided enough is enough just start typing! There are not enough amazing things I can say about Birch Wood Vineyards. The venue speaks for itself. Our guests were completely floored by how beautiful the entire location was, from the vines to the reception room to even the bathrooms! Everything is uniquely thought out and beautified. BRIDES- the bridal suite is absolutely STUNNING and cozy and makes for beautiful getting ready photos. The food... OH MY HEAVEN. The food provided by Birch Wood is sent straight from heaven. Our guests were raving about absolutely every aspect, from the displays in cocktail hour to the presentation of the salad to even my picky Nana saying that was the best piece of chicken she has ever had in her entire life. As if all of this is not enough to sway you, let me take a second to talk about the staff. The staff at Birch Wood Vineyards takes you into their family for the entire planning process. I never felt like I was bothering anyone and everyone was always so quick to jump in and help answer questions. On our actual wedding today the help was outstanding. There was not 1 thing that I worried out. They took all of our decor and set it up in the most beautiful way. They made sure we were completely comfortable and helped us find a place to order lunch from. I mean I even forgot my deodorant before the ceremony and they ran up to get it for me! Scott was the best! I literally felt like part of the family. He helped calm my nerves before I walked out to the ceremony by making me laugh and he was the first one to meet us and congratulate us afterwards! He even offered to drive us back to the hotel after the wedding since we didn't have a limo. Absolutely everything was packed up before it was time to go and was brought out to our cars by staff. Our friends and family could not believe that someone was walking around and making sure that everyone enjoyed their food and was checking in on them, the level of service provided is much higher than 5 star! I really and truly don't have the right words to describe this place and all that comes with it. Our wedding day was truly the best day of our entire lives and a huge part of that was because of Birch Wood Vineyards and the service that they have provided to us. I cannot recommend a place more. To not have one single worry on your wedding day says a lot. A fun and magical crew for a beautiful and magical wedding venue.

I can't even begin to describe how wonderful Birch Wood is! When researching venues last December, we visited Birch Wood and knew it was the place for us. And apparently, everyone else who visited felt that way since our wedding date was the last available in 2018!The venue in itself is gorgeous! We loved the rustic, New England feel of the Estate and Vineyard rooms plus the enormous fire places we were lucky enough to have going the night of our wedding. The Bridal Suite is also fantastic, providing more than enough room the day of for getting ready. One key differentiator for us was the fact that Birch Wood also has a Groom's Suite where the men could get ready and hang out of the day of.Our wedding and reception were nothing short of spectacular! We were told previously by another vendor that if something went wrong on our wedding day, we would never know because the BW team is that good. And it's so true! They were incredibly attentive, kept the entire day on schedule, and were so accommodating during the planning process, rehearsal, and day of. I can't say enough about how much we appreciated their entire team! We will forever think so highly of BW since the played a huge part in making our wedding the best day ever!

Getting emotional just thinking about all the great things I have to say about Birch Wood Vineyards and each of their staff. We married there on 10/20/18 and wish we could relive every minute of that day. Believe it or not, BWV was the only venue my husband and I visited together and we knew right away that it was the one. From its rustic charm, homey fireplaces, and amazing landscape (and duh, wine)... it gives off such a warm, humble vibe. I may be bias, but I feel like everybody was living their best life that day and was in such a great mood - we still hear about how our wedding was one for the books! The BWV staff are extremely good at communicating via emails and phone (seriously, bless you all), I just can't say it enough. I'm the type of person that needs to see things \"laid out\" like, broken down, timeline, deadlines, the whole thing, and BWV was great about that - I feel like we were always on the same page and never a step ahead of one another. The day of, they make you feel like the most important person in the room. They would check-in throughout the night and ask if there's anything I needed (\"more champagne please!\"). Also, can't thank our vendors enough - seriously, go with the vendor package, you won't be disappointed. Everything was just so organized and they handled everything so perfectly. The food is also amaaaaazing!!! Our guests had nothing but great things to say about the food, which is important when you're as big of a foodie like myself. Seriously, thank you BWV for making my dream wedding come true, you are all amazing and I wish I could relive it all over again!! XO

It truly is hard to put into words how incredible it was to work with the Birch Wood Vineyards staff. The property alone, inside and out, is absolutely breath taking, but to have an ENTIRE staff as attentive, knowledgeable and pleasant as they do, is close to impossible to top. We were greeted at our initial visit by Melisa with a smile and a warm welcome who proceeded to give us a tour and sat down to look thru the different options and potential dates available for 2018. We were shocked when they only had two dates left in October 2018 but now, having experienced our own wedding there, we completely understand why. We left our initial visit and within three hours, called to confirm October 14, 2018 for our wedding. This was without a doubt, the easiest decision for us in the planning process. Our taste testing was that of a real wedding. We experienced cocktail hour as if we were guests at a wedding along side many other couples who also chose Birch Wood as their venue. We ate dinner in the room in which our reception would be held which included a salad, four mini entrees and desert. The food was INCREDIBLE!Various meetings were scheduled with Melisa and Amanda throughout the months leading up to our wedding where they kept us on track for deposits, to ensure we covered all details and to answer any questions we may have had. I must have emailed them 20 times with questions and each time I received a response within three days with a detailed answer and excitement for our wedding as if it were their own. Upon arrival for our rehearsal, Kasia was by the door with a cart ready to load all of our decor and misc items for the wedding the next day. Scott took inventory of all items that were dropped off and made sure to fully understand how we pictured everything to be set up. Our cocktail hour sheet for the bridal party and parents (yes, they take your drink choices in advance and have them ready with your passed apps immediately following the ceremony) was reviewed. Kasia and Scott showed a level of excitement that once again, assured us that our wedding would be perfect. We arrived the day of the wedding and both Kasia and Scott were extremely attentive to us throughout the day, kept us on track, had the guys pinned and were there as we took our foot steps out of the building to walk down the isle. Throughout the night they made sure we had everything we needed and that expectations were met. The food was incredible and the service on all fronts absolutely blew us away. As I took a last walk around, Scott had my car packed of all decor, packaged food, gifts, cards and cake. He handed me the keys to come back any time the next day and tanked us for choosing them for our wedding. The level of service is truly remarkable and Birch Wood Vineyard should be known for not only their beautiful venue but most importantly, their impeccable service and knowledgeable and pleasant staff. They gave us a wedding better then we could have ever imagined and have been told by numerous guests that they too noticed the service and that it was \"the best\" wedding they have been to. Birch Wood Vineyards, we will never be able to thank you enough for making our wedding day absolutely perfect. We feel extremely fortunate to have worked with you and are thankful to look back for years to come and remember how big of an impact you had on one of the best days of our lives. I don't even know where to begin!!! Not only did Birchwood help us stay on task with our wedding planning, but the day of, they thought of EVERYTHING. Leading up to the day, Melisa and Amanda hopped on the phone with me SO many time to discuss my many, many questions. Each time we spoke, they were so helpful and patient. From the moment we arrived the day of the wedding, the staff made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They brought us, and our bridal party, preferred drinks and snacks during pictures. The apps and meal were fantastic (Get the pizza bar! So many compliments from guests!) and the service was beyond words. I am so unbelievably happy we chose to have our wedding day at Birchwood. This venue delivers the \"rustic\" vibe but with amenities you might expect at a five star hotel.

Birch Wood Vineyards is the most amazing venue, I cannot stress that enough. My husband and I got married their 3 weeks ago and it did not disappoint. We visited SO many venues and none of them felt right. I walked into Birch Wood and got goosebumps. I KNEW it was the venue. This was only confirmed when we sat down with Melisa and she told us all about the venue an completely sold us. Initially it was a little more expensive than we originally anticipated but it was worth it!!!! They were accommodating the entire time. If I had a question via email, I usually had a response within the hour! It made planning SO much easier. Wedding planning wasn't stressful because they were with us the whole way. The day of the wedding was absolute PERFECTION. Kasia was there to greet us and get us settled. After the ceremony the staff continued to impress us. Victoria was with us during the cocktail hour. She was wonderful! In between pictures she brought us food, water, and wine! The entire staff made the experience so fun, especially when my two photographers were bickering like 5 year olds! They took my mind off that and helped me enjoy the wedding. They bustled my dress, took care of all my needs, and were truly amazing. I cannot thank the staff enough. I do not need to mention the beauty of the venue as pictures absolutely show how gorgeous it is. Birch Wood does not disappoint!

The wedding day was amazing and the staff’s attention to detail was incredible. They were incredibly attentive to all of the guests. They truly made our daughter and son-in-law’s dream come true!

My husband and I were married at Birch Wood Vineyards 08/10/2018. I feel like five stars is not even near enough! Everything was absolutely perfect/stunning. We booked our venue back in August 2017 after visiting only one other venue. The minute we saw the beautiful grounds, we fell in love; Even my husband was giddy! Amanda, Melisa, Scott and Kasia were absolutely amazing. All members of the staff were very responsive, calming and accommodating. They assisted tremendously in the days leading up to the wedding, including the day of and took the stress out of planning and made it exciting/fun! Everything I had envisioned was made possible by the staff here. I am very type A and they were able to make my vision a reality, all while being organized and kind. I couldn't have asked for a better day. In the weeks following the wedding, guests have been reaching out to me to tell me what an amazing time they had and how amazing the food was! I cannot thank Birch Wood enough for everything! I want to replay the day over and over! I would suggest this venue 1000 times over.

Birch Wood Vineyards was Perfect! When we started our wedding planning, we were worried. We had heard all the horror stories from friends of pulling together many vendors and dealing with last minute chaos. Not With Birch Wood Vineyards! Their wedding planning team helped us through all the decisions and coordinated with our wedding vendors. They really took the stress out of wedding planning and helped us fully enjoy the experience. The event facility is gorgeous! The owners put a lot of thought and care into creating this venue, and it shows. I do not think I can sing the praises enough. And it's not just us who are praising Birch Wood Vineyards. Not only did we have an amazing experience, they made sure every guest had an amazing experience! We received multiple compliments on how well the Birch Wood Vineyards team took care of the guests and provided a great time. The amazing team and beautiful facility really made our wedding perfect. We thank them and fully recommend them to anyone planning a wedding!

I can’t say enough about how much we love Birch Wood Vineyards. Through the planning process they were so helpful, responsive and accommodating. They made wedding planning easy and enjoyable. But what topped it all off was the day of the wedding. I have never met such an accommodating and friendly staff. From bringing us whatever we needed while getting ready in their beautiful bridal suite to having staff there for us to hold our drinks during pictures, bustle my dress and really whatever else we needed while not being overbearing. The entire night went seamlessly and honestly perfect. I would 100% recommend Birch Wood Vineyards to any couple looking for a venue!

Absolutely loved Birch Wood and their staff! Our wedding was perfect, every step of the way. Amanda and Melissa were so helpful throughout the planning process, especially since we were planning from 500 miles away! Sally and Rue were so sweet whenever I called with questions! Kasia and Scott handled everything so smoothly day of and were so attentive!! Everything went off without a hitch, it was completely stress-free. Also, it doesn't hurt that the venue itself is incredibly beautiful! The room for cocktail hour is amazing, the reception room is gorgeous, even the bathrooms are awesome...I really can't rave enough! The bridal suite is fantastic, my hairdresser said she had never had a nicer one. Friends and family keep telling me it was the nicest wedding they've been to, and I know it's because of Birch Wood!

I wish I could give Birch Wood Vineyards 100 stars! My husband and I went to a few venues that are comparable to BWV, but they were each missing something. The moment we walked into Birch Wood we were floored and knew it was perfect for us. We met with Amanda, and she explained everything to us clearly and was so friendly, it was if we had been friends forever. She was absolutely wonderful. During the process, I emailed a million times, and between her and Melisa, my questions and fears were always listened to and calmed. The owner, Rue, was very accommodating to how we wanted the ballroom set up for our ceremony. We had a hard time choosing our menu as literally, everything we tried at the tasting was incredible! The year between booking and wedding flew by, and when it was time for rehearsal, we had Kasia to run the show. She was incredible every step of the way! The bridal suite was gorgeous and spacious. They provided breakfast snacks and juices for the morning, and I opted for the luncheon, which was so yummy, and the champagne delightful!When we ran into a last-minute crisis or two, she was there with a solution. She kept the schedule flowing smoothly and without a single bump. She had drinks and hors d'oeuvres for us during the photos. She was amazing. I have never been the kind of girl to dream of my wedding, but if I were, it would have been exactly as I saw that chilly day in January. It was so stunningly beautiful. The food was excellent, and people are still talking about how delicious it was, and how beautiful the venue and decor was. My husband and I didn't get a chance to finish our dinners, but no fear, as they packed us up with our leftovers and cake (which came in handy at 1 am)! It goes by so so fast, and for one of the most important events in your life, you want the best team to support you. Rue has put together an incredibly efficient, kind, knowledgeable, and friendly staff that will go the extra mile for you, and give you the most incredible wedding experience at Birch Wood Vineyards!!

My husband and I got married at Birch Wood Vineyards on April 28, 2018. We booked our venue back in July 2016 after visiting only one other venue. We fell in love with Birch Wood once we saw it. During the wedding ( and days following) we heard a lot from our wedding guests how beautiful the venue was. They were completely right! Not only is the venue gorgeous, but the staff was nothing but accommodating throughout the whole wedding planning process. After our 6 month meeting with Melisa, she answered all our questions and responded quickly when we had other questions. Our rehearsal with Scott was great and he has great suggestions that we would have never thought of. The day of our wedding, Scott was there and he and his team did a great job decorating and putting everything out. It looked better than I even imagined. Scott was there for us throughout the evening and made sure our wedding day went seamlessly. Sarah was also there throughout the day and made sure we were where we need to be and we had everything we needed. She even bustled my dress! I could not have asked for a better team or a better venue for our wedding!

We got married at Birch Woods on 4/21/18. Let me start with – my wedding at Birch Wood Vineyards was nothing short of spectacular! I am so happy I made the decision to book my wedding here. From the moment I toured the venue with Melissa, I knew this was the place for me. The interior is newly renovated and gives an upscale rustic feel. I loved all of the exposed wood beams, stone fireplaces and beautiful bars. The exterior is just as lovely with a beautiful outdoor ceremony space and little nooks on the premises for great photos. The team there was amazing to work with. I’m a wedding and event planner and tend to notice things that the average person wouldn’t and they did such a great job. Amanda and Melissa were always prompt on responding to my emails which I really appreciated. Scott (the GM) and his team were on-site the day of the wedding and they were superb. All of my décor was set up exactly how I wanted it and they followed the timeline I had created perfectly. The food was also delicious – we ordered the Filet Mignon, Chicken Assagio and Butternut Squash Ravioli. I really can’t say enough good things about the venue and the team that works there. I heard from several of my guests that it was one of the best weddings they had ever been to and I want to thank the team there for making that happen! You guys are the best!

My husband and I got married at Birch Wood Vineyards in February 2018. Melisa, Amanda, Kasia, and Scott are a dream team! From the moment we booked the venue to the day of the wedding, we were blown away by their professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to make our wedding the most perfect day of our lives, which it was. Planning was so easy thanks to Amanda and Melisa, who quickly answered my dozens of annoying emails, usually within the hour. The day of the wedding, Kasia and Scott went above and beyond what we could have ever imagined needing from them (like fixing my broken bustle in record time, providing us with food and drinks when we had no time to sit down, and getting everything moving on schedule and without flaw). The bridal suite is jaw-dropping (the grooms suite is awesome too). All of our guests were wowed by the food - the portions are large and the quality is top-notch. The venue itself is breathtakingly beautiful - rustic yet romantic and elegant. We couldn't have imagined a more perfect day and can't say enough great things about the entire team who made it come together!

My husband and I got married at Birch Wood Vineyards this last New Years Eve and we cannot express how pleased we are. It was unbelievable. First of all the venue is gorgeous. When we first walked in we could smell the wood and it was very pleasant. We had the pleasure of meeting with one of the wonderful coordinators, Amanda. She was amazing. She helped us with everything from picking the date, times, food, vendors, and really guided us in the wedding process which we had no clue about. She was always smiling and always made us feel special. The day of the wedding we had the absolute pleasure of having Scott and Kasia manage our wedding. They were impeccable. Everything that needed to be done was done. Every step was carefully thought out and they were right there with us and helped guide us. I got multiple guests commenting on how accommodating Scott and Kasia were. We cannot be more grateful to have had them there on our wedding day. The entire staff that worked our wedding that night were incredible. The bartenders and the waitstaff were amazing and always smiling. The food was spectacular!! We could not be happier and we were really amazed at the service and beauty of this venue. We had the best time and we kept hearing about how much fun everyone had, how delicious the food was, and how beautiful everything looked. My daughter and son-in-law were married here this past weekend and I do not have the words to describe the perfection of this venue. From our initial planning with Amanda who was extremely attentive, flexible and helpful to staff present the day of the wedding Kasia, Scott and Sarah (I believe) made this day perfect. The venue is stunningly beautiful and the food was amazing. Several guests have told us it was the best wedding food ever. From the moment we arrived the day before for the rehearsal through the morning after when they called us about a missing jacket and leftover food and cake, we were treated with first-class superior service. Birch Wood surpassed our expectations and then some. Thank you, Birch Wood for making my daughters dream wedding a reality.

An incredible fantastic experience as Birchwood Vineyards hosted my daughter’s wedding this past Saturday. (Nov. 11th) Everything went as planned and then some. Our experience with Amanda Ferdinando (Wedding and Event Planer) was larger-than-life. Initial meeting with her was so well planned. She offered various ideas and listened to ours. She planned everything flawlessly. The day of the wedding Kasia Condon (Event Manager) was there to help lead the way. Making our day so much easier so we could enjoy my daughter’s wedding. She was great to work with. General Manager Scott Benfield was always visible and making sure everything went as planned. The wedding had to be held indoors due to the cool weather. Birchwood set up the venue and guests were greeted by Scott. The venue with up lighting was a great added feature. After the ceremony we went into the Vineyard Room for a cocktail reception. The appetizers were plentiful and delicious. I really mean delicious. We opted for the wine barrel which is their own wine. Staff was so responsive while passing appetizers. We then proceeded into the Estate room where the main meal was served. Tables were elegant. Atmosphere was the tops especially with music and up lighting provided by Tommy Demers of Get Down Tonight Entertainment. All the guests raved about the food. Not a single person had a complaint. All said the food was so delicious. Cooked to perfection. Again staff was friendly and right on top of things. Sarah Woodbury Event Coordinator was there the whole time as with General Manager Scott. They packed up all the extra’s (card box, memory, box, posters, and other things) we brought in and actually placed them in my car. This experience was far above and beyond what I anticipated as a father of the bride. From the Bridal Suite to the Grooms Suite, the Vineyard, everything was spot on. My daughter and Son In-Law had the best time and so enjoyed the night. I highly recommend Birchwood Vineyards

Getting married at Birch Wood at the end of September was amazing. The grapes were full and there is such care put into the landscaping to make a beautiful ceremony space. The staff are extremely helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. The GM Scott went above and beyond his job for our wedding and we so appreciate it! The food was delicious as well. We, and our guests, had so many compliments about the food! They work so hard so you don't have to have any worries. Our wedding day was perfect and we owe a lot of that to the staff at Birch Wood.

I am so bummed out to say that this venue did not meet my expectations. I should not even say the venue didn’t because the venue is gorgeous. The “coordinator” (the only way I can describe her is very thin and has an accent) was absolutely terrible. On my wedding day I pictured everyone especially the staff to make me feel welcome and excited because it’s the biggest day of your life! That was the complete opposite of how I felt. This woman made me feel so rushed and she seemed so miserable I can’t imagine her making any bride feel special. She left us alone for majority of the day which I preferred, but towards the end of the day when I was finishing getting ready she kept rushing us. It seemed to get chaotic for a reason I did not understand. We will be ready when I am ready, I am the bride. Everyone can wait for me. I knew we would be ok with time and we were running a little behind (what wedding doesn’t?) She put in my earrings for me, that’s how much I was rushed. I didn’t even have time to put my garter on. My hairdresser put in my veil and she didn’t even allow us to have time to pin it in. My veil fell out during the ceremony. Once we were doing pictures, the photographer told us we were half an hour ahead of time. You can imagine how frustrating that can be. When it was time for us to make our entrance (it was indoors so we were in the reception area taking photos) they had us all cram in between the woman’s and men’s bathroom area and I had made it clear that I did not want the cocktail hour guests to see us before we all made our entrance. You know how that goes, everyone starts to talk to you and it was just not the way I had planned it. I found it shocking they did not have a set plan seeing as they do weddings 4 days a week it seemed, but the woman with accent acted like I was the biggest inconvenience for wanting to not see all of the guests before we made our entrance. I felt like it was going to be less special. They brought us through the kitchen eventually when they realized how unhappy I was. That seemed like a big deal as well. Later on when cake was served, it was put in the back behind the dj booth and we were told by friends days later that they didn’t even know where the cake was and favors so majority of people didn’t get either!! We paid of a lot for the cake and that was aggravating. We only took home a little of the cake and I had a separate gluten and dairy free cake for myself and that somehow didn’t make it home with us at all. We had about 5 no shows and we told that woman in the first place we knew of 2 people who could not make it and that we would like to take home the meals that we had paid for. We did not receive any of these meals and all we brought home was a little cake. I sent them an email, informing them that I was not very happy with how my day went and was expecting that they would be sympathetic for their behavior and would like to improve their staff.. that’s not what happened. Basically told me they are sorry for how I felt and defended their employees. There was no real apology. After spending that much on a wedding there, it was a slap in the face. I made it clear in every meeting we had that I do not drink and have been sober for almost three years and in the response back, they asked me if I wanted to come and pick up a free bottle of wine on them. I was so disappointed and hope they don’t make anyone feel like I did.

Every step of the experience was absolutely phenomenal! In the planning stages, meeting with them was a breeze. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase additional packages or higher quality items, instead their focus remained on catering their venue and abilities to make our day as perfect as possible. Their connections with other services such as limo services, DJs, photographers, florists, and bakeries makes the entire event seamless and smooth while only worrying to make single payments to a single venue. They truly made this event absolutely effortless. On the day it self the staff ran like clockwork. Always pleasant, presentable, quick, and organized. Our wedding coordinator was a god send and this day truly would have been a mess without her. The food was fantastic, the venue was gorgeous, the grounds were well kept with many great photo opportunities. This venue is nothing short of gorgeous in their photos but please understand that even that does not do it justice. This location is absolutely stunning in person, too good to be true, a dream, or as some would say, exactly what you want on your wedding day. The staff puts in a tireless amount of effort to achieve perfection with every inch of these grounds, every square foot of the venue, and every plate served. This is done with an obvious and wonderful amount of passion and drive. Me and my wife had originally planned on doing a back yard wedding. It took months and months of constant planning to organize. It required working with separate vendors for flowers, cake, chairs, tents, bathrooms, catering, photos, a DJ, local parking, getting the cities approval, the list goes on and on and on. Long story short, the wedding was less than a month away, and a car hit me at 45 mph. Shattered most of the right side of my body. We had to re-plan an entire wedding from a hospital bed and have it done within 3 months. Birch wood did that. I love them with all my heart for that. You. Will. Not. Find. Better.

July 22, 2017 was the best day of our lives! Our fairytale wedding was AMAZING!! A big THANK YOU to EVERYONE at Birchwood Vineyards who made our wedding day a HUGE SUCCESS!!! Everything exceeded our expectations! We have heard nothing but great things from the people who attended our wedding. The day ran very smoothly, and I didn’t feel any stress at all which was great! The food was delicious, the decor looked beautiful, and the staff was remarkable! EVERYTHING was absolutely PERFECT! A dream come true! Thank you for being a part of our “Happily Ever After”!

The moment we walked into Birch Wood, we fell in love with it. The high wood ceilings and the flowers and greenery in the vineyard are just amazing. The entire staff was so accommodating and easy to work with. It is obvious they take pride in their work and venue. The food was delicious and very fresh. We have so many fond memories of our wedding and can not get over smooth the day of went and this is greatly due to the staff at Birch Wood. We would highly recommend choosing Birch Wood as a wedding venue!!

Birch Wood Vineyards was amazing! Their staff is absolutely incredible. We barely had to worry about anything, and the staff was always there to take care of whatever was needed. They listened and cared about our needs and helped put our wedding vision together. The staff helped with all the little things, too... Like bustling my dress, making sure we got to eat our dinner. We had so many of our guests comment about what a wonderful ceremony and reception we had, and that the venue was absolutely gorgeous. This place puts so much attention to detail into everything, and I honestly can't give this venue and the staff enough praise. I highly recommend this place to anyone getting married!

Where to begin... simply put, choosing Birch Wood Vineyards to host and manage your wedding is the smartest decision you could possibly make for one of the most important days of your life. I mean this with all my heart. My wife and I were the first wedding booked for 2017, booked way back before Rue and Sally (owners of Birch Wood) transformed an old \"unloved\" venue into one of the most remarkably beautiful event centers you could imagine, inside and out. We had to put our faith in them to deliver on their vision, and we did so in full confidence after meeting with Rue, hearing his business plan, and most importantly seeing the intense passion that he has for this business and for treating each wedding like it is his only priority. Boy, did they deliver, and so much more. An important note for brides and grooms: at Birch Wood, your wedding is the only event that day. You have exclusive access to the grounds, inside and out, for 5 hours prior to your ceremony, including gorgeous bridal suites and groom's suite, and fully dedicated staff who never leave your side. This is hugely important and a big point of differentiation.Birch Wood's professionalism is unparalleled and it shows in every aspect of their customer service, the venue, their food (my God - unbelievable in both taste and presentation, made by their in-house executive chef), and their event management. Amanda, the lead event coordinator, along with others, was in constant communication with us throughout our 1+ year engagement, answering questions with record speed and helping us plan every tiny detail of our wedding. When I say that they think of every single detail imaginable, it doesn't do it justice - all of the little things, the special things, are top of mind for them. Our wedding day could not have been more perfect, and our guests cannot stop talking about how \"ridiculous,\" \"perfect,\" and \"special\" the whole day was. This is a testament to Birch Wood's team. Family and friends continue to compliment the venue (\"I felt like I was inside a wine barrel the whole night\"), the food, the staff, and the overall energy, saying it was different from any other wedding they've ever been to.
