Bird and Bottle Inn Reviews
The Bird and Bottle Inn is exceptional. On June 17, 2023 we celebrated our wedding here at the inn with a party of about 115. Every single day since our wedding, my husband and I have replayed the weekend over in our heads. If I could give the bird 100 stars I would. This is truly the best, most magical and unique venue. My husband and I were looking for somewhere that wasn't your typical ballroom venue but also somewhere that felt elegant and magical. We initially had visited the inn and fell in love right away, the energy felt so great. Not that we needed any confirmation, but after having brunch and dinner at the inn, we were head over heels. One of the best decisions we ever made was deciding to have our wedding here. I truly can't put into words how amazing the inn is. Stefania and Evelyn at the inn are in charge of events & helped us to plan the best day we have ever had. Their knowledge and advice made the planning very easy and their attention to detail is amazing. Being able to room at the inn the weekend of the wedding was a dream. Not only are the rooms gorgeous but we also woke up to a beautiful breakfast each morning. We had our bridal party stay in the rooms upstairs & upon their arrival each room greeted them with a lovely note and champagne. When I say the details were stunning I mean it...Our wedding day on Saturday was perfect. The reception tent was beautiful and sat next to a small creek they have in the back with a little bridge that is perfect for photos. The staff provided excellent service and went above and beyond. Everyone working there that night had such positive and upbeat attitudes, it made us feel so comfortable and special and you can tell those that work there enjoy what they are doing. I am not lying when I say that almost every guest we talked to said the food was phenomenal and the best they have ever had (it really was). I have also never seen a grazing table to stunning like we had at cocktail hour. We are now celebrating one month of being married and people are still talking about it & telling us this was the very best. Checking out on Sunday was so difficult for us, we did not want to leave. I am still blown away by the entire experience and wish that I could do it all over again. If you are thinking about having your wedding here, please do. You will have the most magical wedding, I promise. Thank you BBI for allowing us to have such an unforgettable time here, forever grateful!

Flashback to last year, my fiance and I got engaged on 11/25/22 and scrambled to find a Hudson Valley venue for 2023. We must've looked at 15 venues - some big, some small, some mansions, some farms - we saw it all! Although we met with some amazing venues, we struggled to find one where we didn't feel like just another number. Frustrated, I went back home and decided to look at some photographers photos vs the general 'best hudson valley' venue searches. It was there, in one of the photographers albums, where I found the Bird & Bottle Inn. The beauty of the Inn was captivating, quirky and beautiful. I immediately reached out, connected with Stefania, and my fiance and I saw AND secured the 10/28/23 date just days later on a snowy winter day. The tent wasn't setup, it was a blizzard, but for some reason, the warmth of the staff, beauty of the inside of the inn and our gut feeling led us to make the best decision we could've made for our venue.Working with Evelyn and Stefania at the Bird & Bottle Inn didn't feel like we were planning a wedding with a venue - it felt like we were working with family. Family that cared about our happiness and wanted to make sure every detail was perfect. My fiance and I were not easy - we changed a lot of details, we added a bunch of rentals last minute, we asked probably 100 questions throughout the process and every time we reached out, we were met with ease, sometimes a phone call and even an invite to see our vision in person over the summer vs wait until fall to do the final walkthrough.The day of wedding team met us with the same detail and love as Stefania and Evelyn did throughout the entire process. The food was incredible, the coordination was on point all night and the bartending and signature drinks are still being raved about among our friends and family. Frankly, the entire wedding is still being raved about with many saying this is the best wedding they've ever attended.If you're looking for a wedding venue that feels magical and in a weird way, almost like you're at your own home, then this is your place. We cannot recommend the team, venue and coordinators enough, and we're beyond grateful we chose this special place for our wedding. Thank you to everyone at the Bird & Bottle Inn! The Bird and Bottle Inn was perfect for my small brunch wedding. It was such a lovely place and the food was delicious. Evelyn and Matt were wonderful at making everything run smoothly and anything else we needed help with.

If I could give it more stars, I would! My daughter’s wedding reception was held here 8/27/22. Many people were saying it’s the best they’d ever attended! Truly spectacular food and service, even for foodies. Gracious but not pretentious setting and staff. Picturesque, charming, charming. Amazing.
