Whether you want to build your event from scratch or like the convenience of an all-inclusive setup, this remarkable venue can make an unforgettable backdrop for your festivities. At Birdie Estates, you can step into an enchanting and inviting area complete with wooden accent walls, dazzling overhead chandeliers, and exposed beams and pillars, creating an airy feel to the ballroom. Before stepping into the banquet hall, you can touch up your makeup or straighten a tie in the wedding suite, featuring plush furnishing, golden-framed standing mirrors, and plenty of natural lighting pouring in through the windows. The event space can accommodate up to 120 guests for a seated reception dinner. Their custom-made oak bar blends into the charming ambiance of the room, and serves a selection of your favorite beverages upon request. You can rent out the space to build your DIY wedding, or use the all-inclusive wedding package for an all-in-one deal. You can rent out the venue for up to eight hours, with an option to extend your time if you’d like to prolong your celebrations. All-inclusive services include catering, a DJ, a photographer, a wedding cake, a bartender, and a security guard. Your venue will also be decorated from top to bottom with gorgeous florals, table and floor centerpieces, and a wedding arch to exchange your vows under. Moreover, the team will happily complete setup, breakdown, and cleanup duties, and will provide your loved ones with a guest book and sparklers or bubbles to send you off into your happily ever after. Birdie Estates is a beautiful venue with the sweetest help! Ours was a very small family wedding with the all inclusive package. Food was great and presented beautifully. Molly is so helpful in all things. I highly recommend!!!

Perfect spot for a family reunion! The location was great. The venue has a warm ambiance. Lots of space to move around for a large event. The staff was very helpful and the communication with the on-site host was excellent! All of our expectations were met and then some.

We had our daughters baby shower here and everything was beautiful!!!! Love the tables, the vibe and the bridals suite has the most gorgeous mirrors!!!! We high recommend Birdie Estates for your next event!!!

As someone who has been to numerous events and worked numerous events finding a venue for myself for my event was going to be a task. I am a picky one. Birdie Estates was not only the perfect proximity for all my guests but the homey feel, gorgeous attention to detail, and not to mention the owners are ALL AMAZING!!! Mrs. Syble and her husband definitely put their heart and soul into this venue. From the moment we connected they were extremely helpful. Although the venue seats 100, it’s a comfortable 100! You don’t feel cramped. Let’s not forget the custom farm style tables and farm style chairs!! The bridal suite was to DIE FOR!! There is an area for food, a kitchen, a bar, and let’s not forget an area for a photobooth or 360 booth! Hit her up about that as well! I’m just very very please with my experience at Birdie Estates🖤 I most definitely will be using this venue again!

I did a huge Girls Night Out vendor event and it was amazing. The venue was set up and ready and so clean. The owners are the best and so helpful with all my questions and needs for the event. Will continue to book all events and parties at Birdie Estates for now on!! Love everything about the venue!
