Bird's Nest is a warm and stunning event space in Estes Park, CO. Available to host all kinds of celebrations, including wedding lunches, rehearsal dinners, and family gatherings, this venue is set against the picturesque backdrop of Rocky Mountain National Park. The exclusive event space on the second level, aptly named The Nest Above, can accommodate up to 70 guests. If more are expected, you can buy out both levels. Once you fill out the form on their website with information regarding your event, an event manager will be assigned to you. Acting as your point of contact, they will be by your side for the walkthrough, tasting, and menu selection. They can also create timelines and discuss the best options based on your budget and requirements. On the big day, they will coordinate with the vendors and decorating team and ready the event space. Tables, chairs, flatware, glassware, china, a photo booth, an audio system, and lighting can be provided for the occasion as well. Note setup and cleanup do not fall under their responsibilities. With a wide range of offerings, including hor d’oeuvres, salads, entrees, platters, and desserts, Bird’s Nest can even provide catering as per your taste and preference. They can also serve them up in the style of your choice, from plated to buffet to a la carte. This service can be availed off-site as well. To help make merry and memories in equal measure, the experience bartenders can operate the bar as open, cash, or limited and top up your glasses with house and specialty beers, liquors, and wines.

Absolutely fantastic venue for our wedding reception dinner, perfect for 25 guests. Simple yet classy decor, excellent view of the mountains. Staff is friendly and professional, especially our event coordinator Juli who was super helpful at all stages of planning and during our special night. Highly recommend!

What a delightfully unique venue for my daughter’s rehearsal dinner! The bride and groom arranged everything with enthusiastic help and guidance from Juli and Morgan, and it was beyond anything I had imagined! Tables for 72 attendees, the tastiest appetizers, a delicious array of food served buffet style — to include imaginative sauces for the entree options, and a fantastic dessert. I don’t think we could have fit many more people in, but despite the close quarters, there was room for great visiting and seamless service throughout the evening. The loft space created a very fun atmosphere to begin our weekend of celebration and the comments I heard about the food, friendliness of staff and overall service were of the highest regard!Very happy father, and even happier daughter!!

Juli, Morgan, and the chef at Bird's Nest helped us to set up the most magical rehearsal dinner for our 72 guests. The food was unbelievably good (we selected the East Fork menu and the kewpie chicken breast, braised short ribs, and poke tuna crisps were outstanding but all was excellent) and Morgan took our notes on our wine preferences and delivered some outstanding pairings. The entire process from first contact, to tastings, to last-minute guest number adjustments felt easy with Juli's responsive service and quick replies to our questions! The venue itself is also gorgeous with beautiful mountain views during sunset. We received compliments on the food, wine, and service from all of our guests throughout the next week as well! Thank you so much to the Bird's Nest team for helping us celebrate our wedding. We'll be back just to dine with them as a couple and relive the memories of our day!
