Based in Egg Harbor City, NJ, Ron Jaworski's Blue Heron Pines Golf Club is a romantic wedding venue. Here, classic elegance meets the rustic wonder of the Pine Barrens. It is one of the most renowned courses the Jersey Shore has to offer, and the team here is excited to share it with you. An award-winning setting, Blue Heron Pines Golf Club first opened in 1993. It was designed by Stephen Kay, with the aim of making the most of the natural splendor that surrounds it. The club is surrounded by towering evergreens, creating an air of privacy and exclusivity. An on-site private events director and food and beverage director are both on hand to support you while you plan your milestone. Blue Heron Pines Golf Club offers couples a selection of indoor and outdoor settings for their special day. You can host a romantic cocktail hour in the covered pavilion, giving you shelter while still allowing you to watch the sun go down. An adjoining fire pit adds an air of coziness to the outdoor gathering. Indoors, a ballroom offers a sophisticated setting for ceremonies and receptions. A vaulted ceiling is crisscrossed with rustic wooden beams, while neutral tones lend themselves to easy customization. This event space has a maximum capacity of 170 guests. The club's prestigious chef and culinary team are ready to create an unforgettable meal for this once-in-a-lifetime celebration. The staff can also be called on for additional assistance when planning your day. You can choose from a number of wedding packages, with options to suit every budget. Our experience with BHP could not have been more incredible! Throughout the whole process, Tara, Sarah, and the team were available to answer our questions, no matter how ridiculous they were, and helped us to make decisions that were best for us and really brought our vision to life. On the day of our wedding, everything went smoother than we could have ever hoped! Jenna worked with us throughout the day and she was so welcoming, attentive, and helpful, and made us feel as special as the day was! The food and drinks were also amazing and we got so many compliments on how good everything was. We cannot thank BHP enough for such a beautiful day!

I don’t even know where to start with Blue Heron Pines and their team. Literally from day one of booking to the day of the wedding, Tara and Sarah made the entire process so easy. They were so detailed and timely with their email responses while planning, and the day of the wedding was wonderful from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. Our guests have not stopped talking about how much they loved the food, decor, order of events, and the staff! We had a few guests who had difficulty physically getting around, and the staff was so beyond helpful with bringing them plates of food, drinks, and anything they wanted as well as helping them get around the venue. Jeanine, our wedding day coordinator (I think that’s her title lol), is literally an angel. She made our day so seamless. Whatever we wanted or needed, she was there for us, and the same goes for our parents. I swear she cloned herself because she was always there for everyone who needed her. We would recommend Blue Heron Pines and their team to everyone. We and our guests cannot stop talking about how perfect of a day it was.

Charlie and I had our wedding at blue heron pines and it was literally perfect. We are both originally from NJ but currently live in AL and Tara/Sarah we awesome with working with us. They were both super helpful and it made planning so much easier. The food was delicious and we’ve gotten so many compliments from our guests about it. Also, we had an outdoor ceremony planned but due to rain we had to move it inside but it was still perfect. The staff at blue heron pines decorated the inside so nicely that we totally forgot about the rain. It made for an even more intimate ceremony and we had the best time.

Our experience started with planning. Tara and Sarah are extremely patient and answer any question you have in a timely manner. And trust me when I say there were many! We had 168 guests which is their maximum. Luckily it was a beautiful day, so even tho we were at maximum capacity, it never felt crowded. We had the use of the outdoor area with the firepit, and the indoor/outdoor cocktail area. We brought with us carloads of decorations with pages of instructions. Everything was put out and set up exactly how we explained it on our instructions. We had Donna as our day of concierge and she did an amazing job taking care of us. A day of coordinator is included in your package, so no need to pay extra for one. The ceremony was lovely in the outside area overlooking the golf course. We had them decorate for the ceremony, then they moved things inside for cocktail hour. Cocktail hour we had passed appetizers as well as stations. Everything was fresh and delicious. Drinks were great. We opted for the buffet for dinner. There is so much included in the package, but we upgraded to filet mignon with bearnaise sauce. Everything was delicious! The dessert room included with the package put the whole food experience over the top. We opted to have cupcakes instead of a cake, so we had 168 gourmet cupcakes included. There was even an icecream sundae bar! After the wedding the staff packed everything up for us to be picked up the next day The 5 star reviews are truly deserving for the entire staff at Blue Heron Pines. They made the day unforgettable!!!

I was so excited to have my wedding at Blue Heron after booking and reading all the reviews. My day came & it felt like everything was out of place & it was the most stressful morning I ever had. I left a list of instructions for all the decor and everything had to be fixed an hour before the wedding. I even called that morning to clarify some things to help it go smoothly but the calls were unanswered. My grandmother & bridesmaid went overtime to correct everything. It seemed like everyone was annoyed to work that day and were very passive aggressive toward my vendors & I. I’m very upset that we had to fix a lot of things & I had to let go of a lot of important things that I made sure they knew I wanted but they never did. We still had a great wedding & everyone had so much fun, but I’m very upset with how the morning went & how my decorations looked.

I could not have asked for a more perfect day! Everyone told us to expect that at least one thing would go wrong, but Tara, Donna and the entire bridal team at Blue Heron Pines did such an amazing job it was impossible for anything to go wrong. The venue was gorgeous, and there were plenty of good places for us to get all our photos. The coordinators made sure our entire event was seamless from the moment we arrived until the final goodbyes. If I was thirsty, magically a drink appeared before me. Hungry? Here is food (and GOOD FOOD too!). I have never been more impressed with a whole operation than at Blue Heron Pines for our wedding. The woods ceremony venue was so picture perfect, too. Not a thing out of place, and the venue size was perfect for our 100 guests. Room to eat, dance, mingle, and most importantly, PARTY!

First of all, the room is amazing with it's rustic and cozy feel, it is the perfect size, not to big and not too small, perfectly initimate! Second of all, the staff is incredible and made the whole process so easy and smooth. Tara and Sarah responded so quickly and were so friendly and kind. Third, the FOOD! OMG the food is so good. Just about all of my guests said it was the best wedding they have ever been to between the beautiful ceremony, the best cocktail hour, and the most gorgeous room for partying. I cannot recommend Blue Heron Pines enough!!!

I LOVED OUR WEDDING AT BHP! Looks: The venue is so unique for a golf course (which I originally thought I wouldn't want) but BHP doesn't LOOK like a typical golf course wedding venue. Everyone was surprised at the rustic charm their wedding venue area provided. I had a ceremony in the woods, which looked beautiful and dreamy, and the cocktail hour location is adorable, the fireplace is cozy and cute, and the reception area is perfect for medium sized (or small) parties, feeling really intimate and personalized. I'm OBSESSED with the lighting (the chandeliers and string lights over the dance floor) and the cathedral wooden beam ceilings, they looked amazing the day of, and so charming in pictures. I'm a big lighting and mood person so this was perfect. It was the perfect backdrop for our decor and theme. Planning and Day Of: Tara and Sarah will literally make sure you have everything taken care of leading up to the wedding. Then, you get a day of coordinator (shout out to Donna you're amazing), who will make sure you know where you are supposed to be and keeps things running smoothly and on time and does 99% of the decorating for you.... seriously! Especially if you are planning your own wedding, this is such a great value. Value and Package: Not only is the food stellar, you get so much for what you pay for. The cake is included as well as a dessert room which was really such a surprise for our guests - they thought for sure it was an add-on since it is literally packed with delicious treats. But no, it's included. So worth it. Like tell your guests in advance to save room for dessert. They display everything so cutely, it just all felt so special. They give you champagne/beer and snacks while you are getting ready, and it's all those little things that really make you feel you are getting the best value for your money. The intermezzo in between courses for their plated package is a small delicious can't miss detail too food wise. Overall, if you are looking for a cute, charming and affordable modern rustic-y vibe venue, this is such a great choice, and you get a lot for the value. I loved everything about it and looking back on our pictures I still feel like the venue was the absolutely perfect backdrop for us!

We had our wedding at BHP and it was awesome! My family absolutely loved the food, the atmosphere, and how the team was very helpful on the day of. Sarah always made sure I had everything I needed from the moment I arrived up until we left. We had our wedding at BHP and it was awesome! My family absolutely loved the food, the atmosphere, and how the team was very helpful on the day of. Sarah always made sure I had everything I needed from the moment I arrived up until we left. Each time I emailed Tara or Sarah prior to the wedding, they were always helpful and they answered my questions. I cannot say thank you enough to the whole team and I cannot recommend this place enough - to any couple that is considering BHP, please do it and you wont regret it! Everything looked perfect, the dessert room was beautiful, and I am so glad we chose Blue Heron Pines for our special day!!! I am sad that our special day is over but I know the beautiful memories at Blue Heron Pines will last forever!

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Blue Heron Pines 4/29/22. The day was absolutely perfect, even better then I could have anticipated. Sarah was amazing and had every detail exactly the way I envisioned! I did not have to worry about anything throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone! Beautiful venue, great food, and amazing staff!

I am so grateful to have found this gem of a venue. I knew right away when I toured back in Jan 2020 that I wanted to get married here! Tara and her team were so wonderful and accommodating throughout the pandemic and our decision to postpone to 2022. They made the whole process easy and stress free. Communication was always efficient and helpful and I always felt the service was genuine. On the day of, Sarah was a literal dream! She made my entire vision come to life with the decor and the flow of the day. She was ready to help with everything and anything we needed. Most importantly always making sure we had food or a drink in hand! I definitely needed her calming energy on my wedding day, she was our rock! My husband and I had the best day of our lives and we had several guests tell us it was the best wedding they had ever been to. The whole day turned out beautiful and more perfect than I could have ever imagined. I only wish time hadn't flown so fast! Thank you to the BHP team! 100000/10 would recommend!

Everyone was absolutely amazing during the planning process and execution of the wedding. Tara and Sarah were great handling all of my questions and helping us plan the day. You don't even need a day-of coordinator or planner because they help you with the process. Donna assisted us the day of our wedding and made sure we were fed, happy, and that everything ran smoothly. Everyone loved our wedding and raved about how amazing the food was. I wish we had more time to enjoy the food and eat it all! I highly recommend the buffet style dining. The food selection was spectacular and quality was some of the best i've ever had. I also must say the venue itself is so beautiful you don't need to do much as far as decor goes. I can't say enough good things!

Blue Heron Pines was an incredible and beautiful venue! I cannot say enough great things about the venue, Tara, Sarah and all the staff! The team in the wedding department made the process of planning so easy. They were always there to answer questions (big or small) and help guide us in our planning process! We had quite a situation with covid right before our wedding date and Tara was incredible working out how to still make our dream wedding happen. Sarah was our day of coordinator and she was AMAZING! Sarah helped us all day make sure our day was running smoothly while simultaneously putting up our decorations and making sure each suite had everything needed. Sarah did everything from helping carry my dress out to first looks to making sure my husband had his preferred beer (even when the wedding bar ran out) and helping all the bridal party put on a wedding without much rehearsal. She made sure we had food and appetizers and checked in with us all night making sure we were happy. Overall I am so incredibly happy and lucky to have found such a beautiful venue with an incredible team! Thank you Blue Heron Pines for the wedding of our dreams!

We could not have picked a better venue to host our wedding at than Blue Heron Pines. We booked with BHP literally one month before everything shut down due to COVID-19, so my entire wedding planning was during the pandemic. It was very stressful but Tara and Sarah did their best to ease my worries and try to accommodate me and my fiance best they could with the current state restrictions. We got very lucky that everything opened back up right before our wedding and we were able to have the wedding we dreamed of when we booked it. The food was amazing, the space is beautiful, and the service is UNMATCHED. Part of the reason we booked BHP was that we had not seen ONE bad review when we were doing our research on the venues we were contemplating booking. It was the only venue who had all positive reviews! We couldn't thank them enough for the most perfect day (besides the rain) but even with bad weather we were still able to get amazing shots and the ceremony was super intimate and amazing even though I did not want an indoor ceremony. It was the most perfect day and I wouldn't change a thing! Thank you to everyone at BHP for making it the perfect wedding!!

Thank you SO MUCH to Tara, Sarah, Michelle, and all of the hard working staff at BHP. Our 9/26/20 wedding was beautiful and we had the best time. It was an absolute pleasure working with Tara and her team from the day we booked with BHP two years ago. In the few months before our wedding, we pretty much had to change everything we had spent the last two years planning. Tara was in constant communication with us and provided updates as soon as she was able. As a COVID bride and groom, we really appreciated this. We ended up having our wedding on the outside pavilion which was AWESOME! It was beautifully decorated, the staff were attentive, and the food was excellent (especially the empanadas!!!!!). We received so many compliments from guests about the food and service! Despite so many restrictions, changes, and unknowns, BHP did an awesome job executing a wedding that was so much fun and still felt very safe. Thank you so much, our wedding day was unique and unforgettable. We are so happy!

Everything was perfect! Sara and Tara made our wedding day awesome!!!!! I absolutely could not have done it without Sara. She was there for me and for us every single second! Everything was perfect! Sara and Tara made our wedding day awesome!!!!! I absolutely could not have done it without Sara. She was there for me and for us every single second! I give a 5-star rating to Blue Heron Pines for our wedding day! I only wish I could do it again because it went by so fast !!!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! From the beginning, Tara and Sarah (the wedding coordinators) went above and beyond to help make our day perfect. They answered all my questions and would respond immediately to any ideas that came to mind. When it came to reminders or appointments, everything was sent on time and the appointments ran so smoothly. The first time we saw the venue, we fell in love with it and knew it was the one. The open ballroom with high beams was the perfect setting for our rustic wedding we imagined. Our food tasting was unbelievable. My husband and I wanted to make sure our guests got enough food and the feedback we got was that they’ve never had such great food all night long. From the appetizers, to the entrees, the unreal desert roomand the Mac and mancos pizza that went so quickly at the end of the night, we know the guests enjoyed it. Chef Jorge was so amazing to work with and paid attention to all the requests we asked for. Our wedding day ended up being cold and windy, but the team at blue heron moved quickly to set it up inside. Within 10 minutes the indoor space was set up just how I imagined despite wanting outdoor wedding. I had a vision and blue heron pines nailed it. Tara and Sarah took everything I said about set up and made it even more perfect. I can’t thank them and everyone else enough for the special day they gave us. I will be recommending BHP to everyone!! They did an unbelievable job.

It’s a long review...but please keep reading. BHP, Sarah, and Tara were absolutely exceptional. Being a bride and groom that live out of state over 1,000 miles away in Florida, they could not have made this experience better for us. They were available every step of the way either via email or a phone call. Our food tasting was seamless and was coordinated with one of our trips home to NJ so we didn’t have to plan a separate trip entirely. In the few days before the wedding, we dropped off our decor for the special day and gave Sarah a large degree of creative control to arrange our decor how she deemed fit. This was one of the best choices we made as she added small details we didn’t even think of! Our wedding day was flawless. While we were taking first look photos Sarah came down to the fairway to see if we needed anything. After the ceremony, my husband and I were taking more photos and she walked an entire tray of cocktail hour treats to us! I thought to myself, this is above and beyond anything we expected...but it gets better. She was attentive to our every need, constantly checking if we needed a cocktail, water, or anything else she could do for us. During the closing of the reception, my bridal party had gone down to the private bridal suite to collect their things. In all the rush to get back to the hotel, one of my bridesmaids had started to tidy up the suite to make it easier for the cleaning crew. In the midst of this, our marriage license, the most important document was tossed into the trash!! The next morning while picking up our decor, we explained the situation to Sarah. It was not but 15 minutes later that she called us to let us know the chef and herself had gone SEARCHING THOUGH THE DUMPSTER and ultimately found our marriage license. We both could not be more impressed by the dedication, professionalism, and genuine care provided by Blue Heron Pines, Sarah, and Tara. I will ABSOLUTELY be recommending this venue to any and all friends/family getting married in the area in the future. Thank you so much for a magnificent wedding and for saving the day by finding our license!!

Perfect wedding day thanks to the Blue Heron, even on one of the hottest days of the year! We knew right away that the Blue Heron was where we wanted to get married. It fit our vision and was very affordable. Tara was so helpful right from the start. She answered all of my emails and questions so quickly and thoroughly. We started to get worried about the almost 100 degree weather, but Tara was very assuring. We moved the ceremony inside and it was still amazing. We highly recommend Blue Heron and the staff!

Our guests absolutely loved the french fry bar during cocktail hour and kept raving about the Jamaican Jerk Steak. The venue is stunningly beautiful and the pictures barely do it justice. The staff is friendly and attentive. Tara and Sarah were fabulous and exceeded our expectations; they not only helped us plan every detail and answer our many questions but they also ensured we ate, danced and fully enjoyed our special day. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone who is looking for a very reasonably priced, classy and fun venue!!

From the moment that I decided to have my wedding at blue heron everything was amazing! The entire planning process was a breeze because of the attention to detail and accommodation that was provided to me. The staff of blue heron was extremely helpful and made everything so enjoyable for me. Special shout out to Sarah, my coordinator, who was there for anything I needed during the planning process and during the wedding day. She was absolutely wonderful! The bridal suite was perfect! My bridal party and I got ready at the hotel, but if we had decided to get ready in the bridal suite it would’ve been great. A great space with huge mirrors and everything you would need. Food - amazing!!! Cheesesteaks during the cocktail hour were a hit. Our speciality cocktail was the John Daly and it was loved by many. Our ice cream bar and dessert room had everyone in awe. I am so glad that I had my wedding at blue heron. It was such a memorable day/night and I am sure it will be talked about by all of my guests for years to come. Thank you again for everything!

What an amazing time we had at our wedding on October 26th!! We booked our venue over a year in advance because BHP's has become very popular in the area... and we had limited dates to choose from in the month of October. From the venue itself, Tara, Sara, Chef, and all the staff... everyone made everything just perfect for us! Our guests had a wonderful evening and still are commenting on what a fun night it was. Thank you ALL so much!!

want to first mention that my husband and I planned from a significant distance the entire engagement. Second I want to mention that I did not originally want a golf club as my venue, and after some nudging from a friend that was in a wedding at this location, I looked and fell in love with it. Tara was phenomenal. She truly worked with us and the distance from the start, she helped us take a virtual tour, answered every single email (and there were a lot!) without making me feel like I was bothering her. She was prompt with her responses, she was truly amazing to work with. We signed our contract sight pretty much unseen (the virtual tour really didn’t do it justice). When we were able to finally tour it in person 6 months later, we truly fell in love with the space. The ballroom is gorgeous, we got married in the wooded area (Grotto), and the fire pit was amazing. It was spectacular. Faith was our day of staff, she was so nice, funny and got us whatever we needed before we even knew we needed it! Tara was amazing to work with and was very prompt with responding back even after the wedding when I had a follow up question.

My husband and I got married at Blue Heron Pines at the end of August, and everything was perfect. We worked with Tara at the beginning but Sarah ended up handling our wedding coordination and was my maitre'd on the day-of. She was AMAZING. I was a hyper-organized, typical type-A bride, and I can't say enough great things about Sarah. She helped me figure out all the details, had great advice and ideas, and everything went perfect on the day of our wedding. Sarah, I seriously cannot thank you enough for easing my worries and making everything so seamless on the day of our wedding! The food was great, and everything is reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Before I was even engaged I attended a baby shower here and KNEW if I ever got married it HAD to be here!! This venue is absolutely beautiful for anyone looking for a sweet, rustic intimate wedding! Tara, Sarah, Ryan and the entire BHP team made our wedding a dream come true! We initially had planned for a beach ceremony and only our reception at BHP, but the rain ruined our plans :( However, this team pulled together last minute and created MAGIC for us!!! I had some picky requests and this team accommodated them all!!! My wedding was the best wedding I’ve ever been to all thanks to BHP! Every expectation of ours was exceeded flawlessly!!!! Thank you for a PERFECT wedding!! Everything was gorgeous, food was delicious and we were treated like royalty!

We got married at BHP on September 2nd 2018 and everything was amazing!!!! We were blown away by all of the amazing details of our special day. The staff at BHP did a great job of placing all of our decorations in the right place and make the room look beautiful! Leading up to the big day Tara was very responsive to emails and addressed any of our questions/concerns very promptly. On the day of Sarah was SO attentive and there every second of the way. She made sure we had everything we needed and kept us on schedule. And she is super sweet! We couldn't have asked for a better Maitre D. We also loved the little touches, like the champagne and cheese tray waiting for us when we arrived to the bridal suite. Our guests all raved about the food and loved the dessert room! The only negative feedback I heard was that at the cocktail hour the bar got pretty backed up and they needed to bring out an extra bartender. We also heard there were no plates or forks set out for the food. Other than that, everything was perfect!!!

My husband and I were married at Blue Heron Pines on 8/18/18 and it was nothing short of a Dream. The staff was so helpful, friendly and on top of everything. The food was delicious, the bar tenders did a great job. We had such a blast, and definitely a night to remember. I will always recommend Blue Heron and their fantastic venue, customer service, and overall service for weddings and other occassions.

We had our wedding on August 12th 2018. When my search for a venue started, it was a stressful time, we were suppose to have a destination wedding, however due to family circumstances we couldn't. In my search I ran into many walls due to our count and the date. One day I was defeated, when I found Blue Heron Pines Golf Club. The minute I saw the venue it was a dream come true. It looked like you were transported to a destination place. The inside is gorgeous, it high ceilings, and open windows allow you to see the gorgeous view of green. The ambiance is magical. What completes it, is the service. Tara, & Sarah, and Dana who we originally spoke too, were absolutely amazing. They heard everything we wanted and made it come true. They followed up, and sent reminders. The peace of mind that they were always on top of everything was extremely helpful during the planning process. Even leading to the day, I dropped off the decorations, and sent them a email with the details. They managed everything perfectly. When we walked into that room, I couldn't believe my eyes, it was like a dream come true. The ambiance, colors, and linens, placement of decorations, and just the overall environment was amazing. Sarah, and the entire staff, were attentive, organized, and very friendly. They were always asking if we were okay and if we needed anything. I can honestly say my wedding day was a true success because of everyone involved and Blue Heron Pines. We will always go back for future events. Thank You Everyone!

As soon as we first saw the place, we knew it was perfect! It is absolutely beautiful inside and out. Tara worked with us throughout the whole process and made our vision for our dream wedding come true, no matter how crazy our requests. Sarah was our maitre d on the day of the wedding and was so helpful with everything! Everything was set up even better than we could have imagined! The place looked beautiful!! We had our wedding at Blue Heron Pines on 7/21/18. We originally planned for an outdoor ceremony, but nature had other plans. The staff at Blue Heron transformed the ballroom into a beautiful ceremony space. Our guests could not stop raving about how beautiful everything looked. The staff at Blue Heron quickly transformed the space during cocktail hour into the amazing reception. The ballroom looked exactly how I envisioned. BHP went above and beyond to set up my decor exactly the way I wanted it. It looked amazing! We had the Timeless Teal package, and my guests could not stop talking about how great the food was! We chose buffet so guests had a variety of food to choose from, a lot of our guests even went up for more! The desert room is an excellent feature to this package, all of my guests were so excited to explore the desert room. The bread pudding was a big hit! BHP provided the cake through Simply Sweet Cupcakes, and the almond cake with red raspberry filling was absolutely delicious. BHP was extremely accommodating the day of the wedding, and the maitre d' Ali- was fantastic! She always made sure we had food, drinks, and gave me updates on timing throughout the night which was super helpful. From the beginning, Tara was responsive to any and all emails, no matter how silly the questions may have been! She was very accommodating to all of our needs and wants. We had an amazing day at BHP and I would recommend this venue for anyone looking for their dream \"rustic chic\" wedding.

We couldn't have been more pleased with my daughter's wedding. The staff at Blue Heron Pines is top notch! Tara is an excellent coordinator. She didn't miss one detail and was always more than helpful with my requests (and I had quite a few). I never waited more than an hour for a call back, emails were always answered promptly.It is really a \"team\" effort here. We rented antique doors for the outdoor ceremony which fell down and broke. The staff came up with a solution because they knew my daughter's heart was set on them....not one person knew they had broken. Excellent all around!

Everything about this venue was absolutely amazing. Dana and Tara are so helpful and made the wedding planning process go very smoothly. I had a military style wedding with humvees and a cannon, and they were so great with accommodations (i.e., letting us fire off a cannon on their golf course!!!). We got so many compliments on how great the food was, how awesome the service was, and how we picked a beautiful venue. Our wedding turned out to be the best day ever and we are so happy we chose Blue Heron Pines as our venue.

My husband and I cannot recommend Blue Heron Pines enough! Our wedding was the most perfect day we could ever of hoped for and we still have guests talking about our day and its been 6 months!! Tara and Dana truly listened to us and helped us bring our vision to life. They answered all emails quickly and were able to answer any questions we had. The rehearsal was smooth and they were able to make sure our large bridal party knew exactly what to do the day of. The day of Tara and Dana made sure the bridal party had everything we needed and made sure we stayed on schedule. They were very attentive and helped me to have the most stress free time getting ready. Our ceremony and reception went off without a hitch. The food was SO amazing and the drinks were fantastic! The waitstaff was extremely attentive and made sure empty glasses were removed from the table promptly. They also were so much fun and interacted with our guests (That was one of our favorite unexpected moments of the night)! We honestly cannot rave enough about Blue Heron Pines!

The day of the wedding was so perfect. Everyone was so attentive, friendly, and kind. The venue is absolutely beautiful, and the food and dessert was amazing! It was 30 degrees the day of my \"spring\" wedding, and while outside taking pictures, they brought out some hot chocolate to warm us up! They went above and beyond for us and we cannot thank Blue Heron Pines enough.

I cannot rant & rave more about a venue! We got married here last night and were so happy & pleased with everything. Ali, our maitre'D, was the best and had anything we needed -- taken care of. Tara & Dana made everything easy during our crazy year of planning and we are so thankful. The venue was absolutely breathtaking and the set up was gorgeous! So happy and cant wait to go back!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the venue and team of BHP. I fell in love with the rustic style and intimate feeling of this venue when I found it on the internet and it is just as breathtaking in person! Tara & Dana were super helpful in the planning process and extremely prompt and knowledgeable when responding to emails (and every little last minute question!) On our big day, Vickie, my maitre d, was always there when I needed something and (never there hovering when I didn't) ;). I didn't have to worry about eating or finding a drink at all and she made sure we got to see (and taste) everything before the rest of our guests did! Did I mention the food? All guests raved about it! They even invite you to a tasting a few months before your wedding. This was crucial to us because we did end up changing our minds / menu and were super grateful we got the option to try all the foods we had and hadn't selected. We had about 125 guests and it was the perfect size for our group. Can't say enough about this place!!!

Having our wedding at Blue Heron Pines was the best decision we made and everything about the venue was perfect for what we were looking for. I would highly recommend Blue Heron to anyone looking for a venue for their wedding. We absolutely fell in love this this place when we took a tour (even though it was a really rainy day) because that’s how amazing this place is. Tara and Dana were so wonderful and easy to work with. Our wedding was a few weeks ago in June and could not have been happier. Everything went so smooth I was never stressed on the day of the wedding. We have heard so many amazing things from our guests from how amazing the food was, the dessert room (yes, a whole room), and the beautiful venue. The place is so nice on its own were able to do just simple table flowers and decorations and it looked amazing. The chef is amazing! From the day we met him at the tasting to the end of the wedding the food was 100% perfect. Having food allergies to work around I was worried but they were so good about everything I didn’t have to worry! Our Maître D the night of the wedding (Ali) was amazing. She was always there if we needed anything but not in a way that we felt she was hovering. We cannot thank everyone at Blue Heron enough for making our day ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!
