**GRAND OPENING** Now Booking 2024 dates! Blueberry Brook Farm Resort, a wedding venue located in Deansboro, NY, is as much an experience as it is a destination. Our resort offers elegance, natural beauty, and plenty of amenities across 250 acres, including 8 miles of hiking and biking trails, 2 miles of river access to the historic Oriskany Creek, and over an acre of organic blueberries. Our versatile event spaces are perfect for your special occasions. Our 3-day wedding packages cater to up to 16 guests who can comfortably stay in our charming Farmhouse and Schoolhouse. For smaller gatherings, our farmhouses' patios and Great Room are perfect venues, accommodating 20-50 guests for cocktail hours or rehearsal dinners and intimate indoor weddings for 25 guests, respectively. The Wildflower Woods Event Space boasts an 80'x120' pad ideal for tent installations and provides luxurious bathroom facilities. Power and water are readily available. With a capacity to accommodate up to 250 guests, it's a fantastic fit for large parties or ceremonies. Our natural amphitheater is one-of-a-kind and suitable for weddings of up to 100 guests, while the converted barn makes an excellent venue for catered rehearsal dinners, accommodating up to 75 people. On the Sunny Brook side, we have a gorgeous pavilion that overlooks a pond capable of hosting up to 150 guests. For the thrill-seekers, we offer a rope swing, a zip line, and a 40-foot climbing wall. When it's time to wind down, the Rumpus Room, complete with a pool table, ping pong, karaoke, and video game systems, provides endless fun for cocktail hours. More amenities are on the horizon - a full-service spa is slated for 2024, and space in Wildflower Woods is earmarked for permanent, 4-season structures. Our resort's locally sourced offerings extend to the dining experiences. We have luxury partnerships with local restaurants, and we can even raise protein on the farm for special menu requests. If relaxation and mindfulness are on your agenda, we collaborate with a local Bikram yoga studio and can arrange on-site yoga classes. Add an element of exploration to your stay with guided hikes, mountain bike rides, farm tours, and local area tours. As your hosts, we also take care of your travel logistics. We provide parking and transportation for wedding attendees and bus additional guests to local hotels. My September wedding was a dream come true. I arrived the day before my ceremony and the place was beautiful. From the interior to the wildflowers in the back. The Blueberry brook staff were delightful to work with. They were attentive to my needs and requests. They were amazing 💖. There was plenty of room for my intimate friends to share in the days following my ceremony with lots of outdoor activities as well as the use of the rumpus room late into the night. I can’t express my love for this beautiful property that I got to call my home away from home for the time I was there. Thank you so very much for making my wedding dreams come true. I’ll be back soon.

Meet the Blueberry Brook Farm Resort Team
Dan Williams (Owner) I bought Blueberry Brook Farm in 2022 to continue and enhance the ideas and dreams of the previous owners of the property. I grew up on the adjacent property, Sunny Brook Farm, and my family has lived in this location for over 100 years. This is a passion project to create the most fun, exciting, relaxing, and enjoyable experience possible right in the heart of Central New York. I run Williams Fence on adjacent property, and all of the boardwalks for hiking and biking, the trail supports, and the wood used it all recycled from removed old fences and avoids filling landfill.
