We booked Blue Bridge (Bridge Side) for our wedding in May 2023. There arenât enough words to explain how amazing the entire process of wedding planning was. On our initial tour of the venue 10 months prior, we felt embraced and taken care of. Every single one of the staff members that we encountered were beyond fabulous, attentive, and helpful. Each member made sure our wedding day was more than we could have ever imagined.Our guests LOVED the venue. The grounds were well taken care of and had so many added touches that made it light up and look beautiful. The chapel was perfect to get married in. Our planning process went incredibly smoothly. They are a well oiled team and thought about every detail! It was easy to book, plan, and coordinate our day because of everyone that helped.The wedding day was fabulous, perfect, and amazing. The crew were eager to work and make our dreams come true. The DJ had the dance floor going, the bartenders had the drinks flowing, and the managers and planners made sure the day went without a hitch.The only thing we were sad about was that the night went by way too fast! We wished we had more days to celebrate with the BlueBridge Team!If I could book every event with them, we would again and again.

We got married at Blue Bridge Event Center on 11/11/23 and I could not recommend this venue enough!! From the start the professionalism and communication was amazing! Choosing Blue Bridge was the by far the best decision we made when planning our wedding. Everyone always talks about stressed they were when planning their weddings and I can honestly say I did not feel one ounce of stress thanks to the BlueBridge team. They seriously do everything for you! They provided a great list of preferred vendors and we were able to find the best photographer and caterer! We chose for Stephanie to do our flowers and she did AMAZING! One of the biggest compliments we got was our flowers. She was able to bring my whole vision for bouquets and centerpieces to life after only sending her like 5 pictures. I cannot say enough good things about Polly, Chris, DJ Ray and everyone else on the team. Our day was perfect!

The BlueBridge processes were very easy and simple to follow. We did not have issues understanding what was the next step. Having dedicated employees for each position was really nice as well. We felt like we were working with a strong team with the coordinators, owners, florist, tech guy, handyman/landscape guy, and DJ. Everyone made every detail that we wanted possible. The amount of meetings were not overwhelming. There were some things that we feel we pre-planned ourselves but if we didnt, BlueBridge team would have filled in the gaps. The questionnaires that BlueBridge provided were very useful and easy to use to define the finer details. Alyssa was our coordinator and it truly felt like we were working with a friend and she kept us calm with everything going on. She helped us create the wedding day schedule, tend to our wants, lots of behind the scene work, and making sure any detail isn't missed.A great team to work with and a beautiful venue location for a perfect wedding. Having the team made us much more confident everything would go perfect! Highly recommend!The florist and DJ are integrated into the BlueBridge team. Their DJ has to be used but you can choose another florist if desired.

To say that BlueBridge was absolutely amazing is an understatement. From day one, the team here worked tirelessly to make our day as absolutely magical as it was. They know weddings, and have them down to a science. From providing a list of amazing vendors in the area, to providing us with Amy (their amazing event coordinator), by the time the day came, we were left with nothing to worry about. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, beautifully decorated, with a quaint woodsy feel, perfectly capturing the essence of \"up north Michigan\" in the most elegant way. We were very fortunate to book an August wedding, and were able to utilize the outdoor area which was beautifully lit and provided a space for our guests to mingle during our reception. The team was eager to do whatever was needed to make it our dream wedding day. From our first conversation, it was clear that they are passionate about what they do, and that translated into the most incredible day we could have asked for. I cannot recommend them enough!! 100000/10

Blue Bridge was literally everything we could have ever wanted for our wedding venue!!! Their facilities are unique and beautiful, their help and attentiveness through the planning process was above and beyond, and their staff was TOP NOTCH⌠we literally felt like their team was family by the time our wedding was over. We got married on the âBridgeâ side and had Polly as our day of coordinator. She made sure every detail was executed and our day was stress free! Stephanie brought my floral vision to life more than I could have ever dreamed of, and DJ Ray was exceptional! Chris did our tour last summer and made us confident this was where we wanted to get married. He made the beverage planning process easy as well as all of the payment schedules. The day of on-site team was amazing- making sure things were just how we wanted and making the experience for our guests great. I canât believe how many times we heard âthis is the best wedding everâ or âthis wedding venue is amazing where did you find it!!!â Overall I could not say enough how happy we were with Blue Bridge Events Centre - it made our wedding as memorable as it was. â¤ď¸

We 100% recommend BlueBridge! We toured BlueBridge about 14 months before our wedding and felt like a part of the family the whole time. They sent us detailed questionnaires about beverages, floral, wedding ceremony details, music details, etc. ahead of time. The coordinator and DJ also spoke with us ahead of time to make sure those questionnaires were gone through and details were taken care of. We 100% recommend BlueBridge! We toured BlueBridge about 14 months before our wedding and felt like a part of the family the whole time. My husband and I got married on the Blue Side of BlueBridge in June of 2023, and we could not have been happier with our choice! Right from the beginning before we even toured the venue, the staff was super communicative and helpful. The tour sold us immediately - the place is GORGEOUS and photos simply cannot capture how great this space is. Everyone is so professional and helpful through every step of the process and are so easy to work with. The day of the wedding could not have gone smoother with this team helping, and I really could not have had a better experience. I cannot recommend this venue enough!

The BlueBridge team truly cared about us and our day. They sincerely wanted us to have the wedding of our dreams and wanted to offer all the support they could to make it happen. 2. The team had the experience to make our dream day happen. The lush greenery, breath taking pines, and sunset by the lake created a romantic atmosphere that left us in awe. The staff at this venue is simply outstanding. Everything went smoothly, the decorations were beautiful and tasteful, any questions we had were answered in a timely manner. We absolutely loved the venue! Stephanie and the BlueBridge Staff were a joy to work with! Everything went smoothly, the decorations were beautiful and tasteful, any questions we had were answered in a timely manner. Absolutely recommend this venue but do note that the beverages and alcohol are slightly expensive

We could not imagine being married anywhere else. The team at BlueBridge is phenomenal. They were helpful and attentive every step of the way. Pages was our day of coordinator and she is a super star. As a bride, she helped me relax as I knew she had everything under control. The venue is breathtaking. Itâs a very relaxed, beautiful, fun vibe - exactly our taste. They have a florist, Stephanie, and she had the most beautiful & affordable flower arrangements. It was so easy to book directly through the venue. BlueBridge made our wedding day what it was - absolutely perfect. We could not recommend them enough.

Still smiling about the amazing experience we had with our daughter Maggie's wedding at BlueBridge on 10/29/22. First of all we were blessed with a 64 degree day in late October! Amazing. Because of this, we were able to have the walls rolled up on the chapel for the ceremony and bring the beautiful outdoors inside for the service. It was magical...as was everything about the day.The staff at BlueBridge are outstanding. Each person we worked with made us feel like our wedding was the most important one they've ever worked on. Special shout out to Polly, our day of coordinator...but really a 6 month coordinator. She is friendly, organized, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you have nothing to worry about the day of the wedding. She follows up with vendors, checks on all details, and is truly a friend as you are experiencing an emotional event in your child's life. She's an absolute gem.The entire team at BlueBridge is amazing. Chris and Stephanie the owners clearly love what they do. This filters down to everyone who works for them. I love that they have floral on site as well as DJ and bartenders. It makes a destination wedding so much easier to accomplish. I would highly recommend BlueBridge to anyone looking for an Up North Michigan wedding experience. Bravo!!

Still smiling about the amazing experience we had with our daughter Maggie's wedding at BlueBridge on 10/29/22. First of all we were blessed with a 64 degree day in late October! Amazing. We had the time of our lives at BlueBridge. The staff made the whole night a breeze, they ran things on a perfect schedule and we were able to relax and not worry about what was next. Having a day of coordinator to contact all the vendors and make sure everything was the way it was supposed to be was amazing, I loved that there was always someone there to answer any question or provide any support I needed. The venue was so beautiful and very well kept. If you're looking for a beautiful indoor and outdoor space, this is the place. BlueBridge captures all the beauty of Northern Michigan in a venue!

We had the time of our lives at BlueBridge. The staff made the whole night a breeze, they ran things on a perfect schedule and we were able to relax and not worry about what was next. Having a day of coordinator to contact all the vendors and make sure everything was the way it was supposed to be was amazing, I loved that there was always someone there to answer any question or provide any support I needed. The venue was so beautiful and very well kept. If you're looking for a beautiful indoor and outdoor space, this is the place. BlueBridge captures all the beauty of Northern Michigan in a venue!

This was an amazing venue. We chose to have our wedding up in Traverse City and fell in love with the atmosphere, aesthetics, and what was provided in their wedding package. We got married in September of 2022 at the Blue side of BlueBridge. We did not have to worry about any detail of our wedding. Planning a wedding is extremely stressful and the staff at BlueBridge not only treats you like family, they ensure your day is about you. They plan, decorate, and orchestrate the entire day based on your requests. The venue itself is absolutely incredible. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful the venue was. Our wedding turned out better than expected and it was all thanks to this venue. Highly recommend this venue to anyone considering getting married in the Traverse City area.

Every step of the way, They made us feel like more than just clients. They captured our vision perfectly and gave us the best day of our lives so far. We had our daughters wedding on 7-22-22 at Blue Bridge. It was the most magical and amazing day! From the moment we met Polly, Stephanie and Chris, we knew Blue Bridge was the place for our special day. Polly is a master organizer and guided every detail through the year of planning . We felt so at ease knowing Poly was on top of every detail and she executed everything she touched with such care and concern. Stephanie is an amazing florist and created such exquisite flowers for the wedding. She turned our vision into reality and one of the highlights of the wedding were the gorgeous flowers that complemented the beautiful venue. We are so grateful and appreciative for all that the Blue Bridge staff did to make our daughters wedding day more magical and beautiful than we could have imagined. I highly recommend this venue not only for the beauty of the place for for the beauty of the people who make it all happen!!

We had our daughters wedding on 7-22-22 at Blue Bridge. It was the most magical and amazing day! From the moment we met Polly, Stephanie and Chris, we knew Blue Bridge was the place for our special day. Polly is a master organizer and guided every detail through the year of planning . We felt so at ease knowing Poly was on top of every detail and she executed everything she touched with such care and concern. Stephanie is an amazing florist and created such exquisite flowers for the wedding. She turned our vision into reality and one of the highlights of the wedding were the gorgeous flowers that complemented the beautiful venue. We are so grateful and appreciative for all that the Blue Bridge staff did to make our daughters wedding day more magical and beautiful than we could have imagined. I highly recommend this venue not only for the beauty of the place for for the beauty of the people who make it all happen!!

The staff and vendors at Blue Bridge went above and beyond to make sure that every detail was taken care of for our wedding day. Chris, Amy, Stephanie, and Ray made the whole experience from planning to execution as smooth as possible. The venue/property was the perfect balance of woodsy, yet elegant. My wife and I wouldn't have changed a second from our wedding and would highly recommend any other couple to have theirs at Blue Bridge. Thank you again!

The staff and vendors at Blue Bridge went above and beyond to make sure that every detail was taken care of for our wedding day. Chris, Amy, Stephanie, and Ray made the whole experience from planning to execution as smooth as possible. The venue/property was the perfect balance of woodsy, yet elegant. My wife and I wouldn't have changed a second from our wedding and would highly recommend any other couple to have theirs at Blue Bridge. Thank you again!

This was the absolute best venue for our wedding. I cannot recommend BlueBridge enough. While the venue on its own is absolutely stunning, what you don't realize when you book with BlueBridge, is that you also get a Day of Coordinator which is HUGE. I had Polly and she handled everything related to the day of the wedding including contacting and coordinating all of the vendors as well as ensuring everything ran smoothly and that we stayed on time. I cannot emphasize how wonderful that was. I know for a fact, that the day would not have gone as smoothly as it did if it wasnt for Polly and the AMAZING BlueBridge team. If you are considering this venue, you should just go ahead and book, you will not regret it one bit. Our day could not have been more perfect, we loved it and our guests did too.

This was the absolute best venue for our wedding. I cannot recommend BlueBridge enough. This venue is beautiful, professional, and economical. If you are looking for a exceptionally beautiful Northern MI vibe, schedule a walkthrough here ASAP. Pictures do not do the gardens and spaces justice. Trust me, just go there. We were married at BlueBridge in October last year and thanks to their due diligence, the wedding went off without a hitch. They seem to always be improving the venue and services/decor offered too. And itâs a family business. What more could you ask for?Polly, who handles a lot of the coordination and interfaces with clients, is fantastic. Their in-house florist, Stephanie, is absolutely able to make your flower dreams come true. (but you donât have to use her. In fact, I donât think they have any vendor restrictions) I had a slightly more colorful and unique vision for my florals and they really pulled it off, including designing a floral cloud to hang over our sweetheart table. The venue also helps coordinate and recommends vendors. While you still contact vendors yourself, BlueBridge will listen to what youâre after and point you in the right direction. When the wedding is a month or so away, they start reaching out to vendors and coordinating everything. Most venues do not offer this and make you hire a wedding coordinator of some kind instead. If you want a large wedding with multiple vendors and things going on, this venue automatically saves you a couple thousand. Even if you donât, it saves you (or your mom or maid of honor or whomever you designate to help run things on the day-of) a big headache.When you get into the nitty gritty of wedding planning, there are a million details that either 1) depend on the layout/specifics of the venue or 2) you have never thought of before and there is no answer (or too many answers) on Google to save you. This is where BlueBridge shines. Not sure if the timeframe is right for when the bus picks up guests from hotels in downtown TC? Not sure exactly how much beer to order? White wine vs red quantities? How exactly your wedding party should stand and with which hand on top of the other? Not sure if you should order backup linens for tables in case one is wonky or has a stain? Not sure who in the area to order pizza from for a late night snack? Not sure exactly how much time to allot for photos between the ceremony and dinner? BlueBridge knows. And they will answer your questions so everything is on point and then take care of it for you on the day of your wedding so you donât have to think of it at all.With all of these details, things could go wrong, tensions could get high, people could be a little short tempered or unprofessional. But the BlueBridge staff were so professional and *extremely* competent the entire time. Book this venue!

We couldn't speak any more highly of BlueBridge. It was our first venue tour and we didn't even want to go to any of our other tours because we walked in and knew this was the place. We loved that mostly everything was in house, and if it's not, they'll help you coordinate with your vendors anyways. After we set up menus with bakers/caterers and got our photographer, Amy handled contacting them the couple weeks before our wedding to get timelines and we didn't have to coordinate anything with them or worry about it day of. We wanted something turnkey and that we didn't have to stress about and this was truly it. Our coordinator, Amy, was so easy to communicate with and made sure everything was taken care of (even making decisions when I asked her to since I was unsure. :)) We did our flowers through Stephanie at BlueBridge and they turned out so beautiful. We also did most of our decor through BlueBridge, making set up (which Amy pretty much took care of for us!) and tear down so simple and not having to haul a ton of items home with us was great. The day of, the staff at BlueBridge made sure we were taken care of all day, we didn't have to do anything. Amy brought us drinks, food and checked in on both of our bridal parties all throughout the day to make sure we were set. Chris was our on site manager that day and logistically made sure everything went great. The bartenders were super fun and friendly. Ryan, our DJ through BlueBridge, was awesome as well. Also, on our initial tour, they recommended the cabins next door (Ellis Lake Resort) and we definitely are glad they did - we rented out the whole property for our friends and family and it was amazing to be able to walk to/from the venue that day. We absolutely loved how stress free our day was and BlueBridge treated us so well!

We absolutely LOVED BlueBridge and so did all of our guests!!! We were told multiple times that this venue was the best wedding they have ever been to! Chris/Stephanie/Maxwell/Elizabeth were all AMAZING! They made our day magical and perfect. We also held our rehearsal dinner in the outdoor tent area on-site, and we couldn't have been happier with that decision. The venue is beautiful, the staff is exceptional and we would highly recommend this venue for your wedding.

I cannot say enough good things about this venue and the people who run it. I wish I could relive this day again and again! Both venues are absolutely gorgeous with lots of outdoor space for guests to enjoy. You truly get an \"up north\" feeling here. Our coordinator was Christina and she was absolutely wonderful leading up to and the day of the wedding. She went above and beyond making sure every detail was thought of so that things were seamless day of. Polly also helped us a lot with planning, and she is so lovely! The communication was excellent the year leading up to our wedding day. We didn't have to worry about a thing! One of my favorite things about the venue is that they have their own florist, DJ, bartenders and coordinators. For catering, they have a few companies that almost everyone uses. It makes vendor selection a breeze. The florist is Stephanie, and she did an incredible job with all of our flowers and decorations. She made our welcome sign and seating charts (which were beautiful) -- one less thing that we had to do!A bunch of our family and friends stayed at the Ellis Lake resort cabins which are right next to the venue (short walk), and we loved hanging out together for the whole weekend. Many of our guests told us it was one of the best weddings they had ever been to. If you are considering BlueBridge you will not be disappointed!

My daughter was married here last month. The wedding was magical and truly, the BlueBridge staff were amazing in every way. They took care of every detail and were always responsive and so helpful. Christina was our coordinator and she felt like part of our family. The venue was gorgeous and really had that up north Michigan feel. Highly recommend BlueBridge.

Getting married at Blue Bridge was the best wedding decision we made. From the onset, Blue Bridge makes the process easy with preferred vendors and effective systems. Chris, Stephanie, Polly and the entire team at Blue Bridge made us feel like family and did an incredible job working with us to create the day we envisioned and then bring it to life. The team was responsive, patient, and flexible during the planning process. They guided us when needed and adjusted to our requests as they came. On our wedding day, we felt calm and relaxed as we were confident the team had us taken care of. We received so many compliments at how beautiful the venue was and how well organized our day was. This is a review from the mother of the groom! I would just echo the other reviews of how wonderful this place is. I was asked to spend a few days visiting venues in northern Michigan with my son and future daughter in law who had dreams of being married in a vineyard. We did our visits and checked off the pros and cons of each location. I knew hands down that the Blue Bridge was the best, and it was. The venue, the management, and amenities are great but you get Polly!! The other venues were pretty but their focus wasn't really weddings. Blue Bridge will manage your details, keep everything on schedule. There are so many details with a wedding - leave it to the professionals and enjoy the day and spend time with family and friends! I can't say enough great things about the Blue Bridge. Honestly couldn't say a negative thing. Quoting our guests \"it is like a Hallmark movie, everything is so perfect!\"

From our initial meeting with them through our wedding (& beyond!), they went above all expectations we had of a wedding venue. They run a seamless operation there, but above all - they are genuinely good people who treat you like family throughout the entire process. You are not just âanother clientâ, but one who is loved and cared for by their entire team. Chris, the owner, was flexible and understanding with all of our requests. Stephanie, the floral designer, made all of our decor dreams come true. Maxwell, the beverage director, put together the perfect bar package within our budget. And Polly⌠Polly is everything you want in a wedding coordinator. She is responsive, organized, patient, efficient and so so so loving. Her and her team ensure that EVERYTHING is taken care of on your wedding day. The bride and groom donât have to worry about logistics, timing, vendor details, etc. and neither do their families! They do everything they can to make sure you are focusing on the beauty of your wedding day and nothing else. Our rehearsal dinner (we had it in the Woodside Tent - 10/10 recommend) and wedding day were more perfect than my husband and I could have ever imagined. I'm so happy we went with BlueBridge. Our original date was in August of 2020 and we ended up having to reschedule for August 2021. The whole staff at BlueBridge made the transition seamless, we didn't lose one single vendor or dollar. It helps having the florist, venue, and DJ all in one package. We were still concerned about COVID this year and getting married at the Chapel was awesome because we got to keep the walls up for better ventilation which gave me peace of mind.I can't emphasize enough how friendly and accommodating the staff was. Their onsite coordinator Polly is amazing, she keeps track of every little detail. I am not an organized person so this was truly appreciated. The event was perfect and the guests kept commenting on how much fun the location was. The DJ and flowers they offered through the venue were perfect for us too. We have very specific taste, so it was amazing how well they personalized the experience for us.They are the best. Highly recommend!

I could not be happier to have chosen BlueBridge for my wedding. BlueBridge is so much more than just an event space.The venue has an event coordinator included in the price who is on top of every single detail of your day from the moment you schedule a tour. They are so organized and think of every small detail that I myself would never have thought of. The day of my wedding I truly did not have to worry about a single thing, or lift a finger. They made me feel like absolute royalty, catering to me and because of their staff, my day was flawless. They even have a DJ and florist (optional) on site for you to use. The DJ did an amazing job and the flowers were stunning and very reasonably priced making these vendors you don't have to worry about finding yourself. Besides the staff, the venue itself is beautiful and well maintained. The indoor/outdoor setting is something you can't find at many other venues. My guests really loved that if dancing wasn't their thing they could sit by the campfire, or mingle outside. So many of them have repeatedly told me how much fun they had. The flow of having areas for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all in separate areas of the same location was perfect. Overall I would say BlueBridge takes away the stress of wedding planning by doing literally everything for you, and does it beautifully. Could not have asked for a better day.

I could not be happier to have chosen BlueBridge for my wedding. Our wedding here at Blue Bridge was a dream come true! The staff, decor, amenities and overall ambiance created an exceptional experience for us and our guests! We looked at 4 other venues before we decided to see what Traverse City had to offer. This was the first getaway city my husband and I traveled to when we first started dating so we thought it might be fun to get married in Traverse City! From the moment we walked in for our tour, both my husband and I had an overwhelming feeling that this is where we were meant to get married! Polly welcomed us with open arms and made us feel like family. We are so grateful to have had Polly as our wedding coordinator as she always was excited to check in, touch base on updates, and just see how we were feeling with the wedding planning process! The greatest piece of advice that Polly reminded us over the almost 2 years of planning our wedding was \" The most important piece of your wedding is that you are marrying the love of your life, all the other pieces will come together no matter what happens it will be beautiful\" This piece of advice kept us calm and in the moment especially after having to change our plans what seemed like weekly with our wedding happening during the pandemic. One thing stayed consistent and that was all the love and support from the staff at Blue Bridge to help us through these unprecedented times. Chris and Stephanie (the owners) are so involved in helping to plan the big day which sets this venue apart from many others we visited. It is so evident that they are truly passionate about the work that they do! Chris was very helpful with planning the beverages for the bar and was there on site until the end of the night to make sure everything went smoothly. Stephanie has such an eye for detail and design! The venue itself is breathtaking, so minimal extra decor is needed, having a florist on site creates a smooth process for adding in the extra decor for centerpieces and bouquets! Out of the different venues on the property, we chose The Bridge as we loved the indoor/outdoor feel with the modern rustic ambiance. The backgrounds for all our pictures were breathtaking, especially the pictures in the woods with the tall trees! We also loved having a getting ready locations on site along with the Suite for spending the night of the wedding. This venue truly is a one stop shop which made it perfect for us having an out of town wedding! We chose to have our wedding on a Friday to allow for us to have a whole weekend with our guests traveling from out to town and one perk to having a Friday wedding was that we were able to come on Thursday to decorate and have everything ready to go! We can't wait to come back to visit as we have such a special connection now :)

However, what really put BlueBridge above and beyond any other venue is the people. Chris, Polly and the whole BlueBridge team care so much about the couples they work with and it shows in everything they do. We were one of many couples who struggled through the process of getting married in 2020. Despite all the thought and difficult decisions that had to be made, BlueBridge did everything they could to make sure their venue would not be part of the stress. They went above and beyond to make sure that we still got to have a beautiful and memorable wedding no matter the circumstances. We also really appreciated that Chris and his team went above and beyond to make sure they were properly informed about the latest state mandates and always reached out to us with the relevant information we needed. At no time in the planning process did we feel as though we needed to reach out to them to keep the ball moving. Chris had mentioned to us during our tour that he prides him and his team on taking the stress away from the couples as much as possible in the planning process. It's easy to question if this is just something they say, but we were so impressed with just how well they followed through on this promise. If you want a beautiful venue and a team that always has your back, choose this venue for your wedding!

As the parents of the bride, we couldn't be more pleased with the decision made by our daughter and son-in-law to begin their life together at Blue Bridge. The venue is beautiful and the people making it all happen are angels sent from heaven! Polly was amazing on how she kept the newlyweds calm and confident throughout the planning and re-planning (due to the pandemic). Her talent of keeping us informed throughout and making sure everyone was supposed to be where they needed to be on the day-of was absolutely amazing. She totally jumped into her element when we had to make a last-minute location change due to weather by gathering her team and pulling together an indoor wedding within minutes! It was all meant to be!!!Speaking of meant to be...Stephanie's flower designs were spot on to what we wanted and the floral quality was better than I've ever seen by any floral designer! Even a week out we are still enjoying the bouquets and arrangements!I would highly recommend having any event/wedding at Blue Bridge not only for the exquisite venue, but for the outstanding team that pulls it all together. Five stars all around!!!

BlueBridge worked with us every step of the way to make sure that our day was just as special as we pictured it for April -- even with a new executive order limiting the number of people INSIDE coming out a WEEK before our wedding.Our reception was moved outside to the garden area and it was even more beautiful than my husband and I could ever imagine. Our videographer ghosted us and BlueBridge tried to get the situation resolved even though the videographer had nothing to do with them, and it meant so much to me that they cared so much. Stephanie, Polly and Amanda are all great. Our flowers were beautiful and overall the experience was very stress free- they were very professional and friendly and very organized. I was the groom in our wedding, and I can't tell you how thankful I am that we chose Blue Bridge as our venue. One thing you'll see right away if you visit is that the space is definitely unique, in a special way. We, and our guests, absolutely loved having both the indoor and outdoor settings. Not everyone loves to dance, and the setup allowed for each person to find space to enjoy themselves the entire evening. You won't need much convincing on the venue part of your decision. Something you won't be able to understand until you make the commitment is the service side of the experience. I'm sure everyone that works here is great, but if you're lucky enough to get Polly and Chris handling your big day, then I promise you're in great hands. Super responsive whenever you need them. They keep you on track and help provide crucial feedback while you and your spouse go down the long path of planning a wedding. They're extremely knowledgeable of local vendors and never steered us wrong.   They take your day personally and we really felt like they shared our enthusiasm, calmed our worries, and fed off our excitement throughout the process. I suggest anyone reading this review to highly consider Blue Bridge. Top-notch organization that makes it personal from start to finish. We can't thank them enough for helping us tie the knot. I truly do not know where to begin with how amazing BlueBridge is. They made our wedding day the absolute BEST day of our lives. Right from the beginning they made us feel so welcome and told us that they were going to be with us every step of the way..and they surely were! \tOne thing I love about Bluebridge is that they have a DJ, florist, day of coordinator, and alcohol all in the package if you so choose! Until I started planning a wedding, I didnât realizeHow this would wind up being a true life saver. Not to mention, the venue is absolutely gorgeous. We had a fall wedding and being in the woods surrounded by the colors of Northern Michigan was breathtaking.\tWe used their florist, Stephanie, and it was the best decision that I made! The flowers were INCREDIBLE. I sent Stephanie a bunch of pictures and a PDF describing my vision and she madeThe whole thing come to life, even better than I could have imagined. She took care of set-up, take down, centerpieces, and any other decor we needed! It made the day of very stress free for us. \tChris helped us with alcohol and he was extremely pleasant and so nice to work with. They are so accommodating and said that if they ran out of anything, they would run to the storethemselves and grab it! They provided us with mimosas for the girls getting ready and personally took drink orders for the boys when they were getting ready. They had hot cider ready for guests as they arrived to the ceremony. \tBluebdrige brought everything we wanted to life, even if it was something they had never done before. We had a bonfire with sâmores, cigar bar, games for cocktail hour, you name it!\tI got so many compliment on our day of coordinator, Elizabeth because she truly took care of EVERYTHING! Even things I didnât think of such as having food and drinks ready for my husband and I in the bridal suite after the ceremony so that we could have a few minutes to ourselves before all the fun started. Everything that I thought I would have to do, she did it all. My sister in law is a wedding photographer and even she said she had never seen such amazing attentiveness and service. No one including myself had to set up ANYTHING the day of the wedding. The day of coordinator and her assistant took care of everything. \tTheir DJ was AMAZING!! He is so good at reading crowds and knowing what songs will be a hit. Multiple people told me that they had never seen so many people on the dance floor at aWedding. The dancing is what made it so much fun. He also took care of all the music at the ceremony. \tEVERYONE there said it was the best wedding they have ever been to. Not just because of the atmosphere, but also because of how organized it was and the attention to detail by all the staff. I expected at least one thing to go wrong because everyone says something will always not go as planned on your wedding day- but literally NOTHING went wrong! \tMy husband and I stayed in the apartment/suite attached to the venue and it was so nice to just walk to our room at the end of night vs having to drive/travel somewhere. Our wedding party stayed in Ellis Lake Resort and they were also able to walk from their cabins to/from the venue.I could write a book about how BlueBridge is truly the best wedding venue out there. I would recommend them a thousand times over. They gave me the best day of my life!!

I was eager to lock down the venue so she accommodated our schedules and met us the next morning at 7am, with coffee ready! As soon as we entered the venue and met Polly it was a done deal. Polly and Chris were welcoming, genuine, warm, and sincerely happy to be a part of our day. This was such a refreshing change from the other transactional exchanges we had previously experienced within the industry. We didn't budget for a wedding planner, so when we found that a day-of coordinator comes with the package at Bluebridge, we were thrilled. We quickly found that Polly was so much more than a day-of coordinator. THE PLANNING: Through our year and a half long engagement, Polly patiently and promptly answered all my questions. She welcomed creativity and was open to trying some new/unique things at the venue. She also kept us on track with gentle reminders, which we really appreciated. She allowed us to visit the venue as needed (we were planning from down-state 3 hours away) which was very helpful through the planning process.THE WEEK OF: Polly checked in with each of our vendors to introduce herself and go over details. All of our vendors (before even meeting her in person) shared how professional and kind she was over the phone. She then met with us at the beginning of the week to review all plans, talk through any last minute details or questions. It was my fiance's birthday that day and she even made him a sign (trust me this woman does not have free time, but she makes it all happen!) She allowed my parents to join us so that they felt included and prepared. After our meeting, she made it clear that she had everything under control and that I should just enjoy. This was such a good way to spend the days leading up to our wedding. By the time our weekend arrived, I felt like I could truly be present and not worry about any of the details of the day. REHEARSAL: Despite our huge and rowdy wedding party, the rehearsal was smooth and organized. Polly was engaged with everyone and even made it fun and painless for the kids involved in our ceremony.WEDDING DAY: Polly and Chris showed every vendor, family member, friend, and even my pup Lumi SO MUCH LOVE AND KINDNESS. Through juggling many things, Polly keeps a calm and collected demeanor. If anything went wrong, we had absolutely no idea that it did. One hiccup that was brought to our attention on the amount of alcohol left, was quickly attended to and corrected. Our day was amazing because we could just bask in all the love, food, and entertainment in a perfect atmosphere designed by Bluebridge. Brides/Grooms to be: I cannot recommend this place more. We fell in love with this venue from our first visit with Chris and Stephanie. Aesthetically, it is the most beautiful representation of Northern Michigan in a cozy, whimsical, woodsy setting. I could go on and on about how incredibly lovely the place is, but you really should just look at photos and walk through it yourself. More importantly, it is run by the most thoughtful and supportive staff; they want nothing more than to make your wedding the most meaningful day of your lives. Chris and Stephanie are so down to earth and literally could not be easier to work with. They, with the addition of their wonderful planners and staff, think of every detail and make the process seamless while also being truly enjoyable. We were planning from a couple hours away, and that seemed daunting at first, but this group of people alleviated our stresses at every decision in the process. They are clear and communicative; their system is well thought out and mindful of all the things you may not be aware of while planning. I cannot emphasize enough how much our guests enjoyed themselves on the wedding day. The set up of the venue allows for people to converse in the beautiful garden, cozy up by the fire, or have a blast on the dance floor. I think all the different spaces made people feel comfortable at all times, not like they were required to stand around or watch people dance. And there is no area of the venue that isnât gorgeous.Lastly, I want to speak to Stephanieâs floral design and decor skills. This part of the planning process is something I was really interested in from the beginning and I had tons of ideas. Stephanie patiently went back and forth with me in person and via email for a few months. On the day of the wedding, I was blown away by what she was able to accomplish. Her arrangements were the most perfect amalgamation of colors, sizes, and textures. The florals and decor unified our palette/theme and enhanced the beauty of the venue. At the end of the day, their prices are incredibly reasonable for what they offer. And I think that speaks to Chris and Stephanieâs character and vision; they are the best people in this business. I canât cover every aspect of the place without rambling on and on, but I urge you to go visit and fall in love with it yourself.

This Venue was absolutely stunning, beautiful and perfect for us! We love the outdoors and loved the options of having the ceremony in or outdoors as well as setting up games outside of the venue! The staff were absolutely amazing and made everything so smooth and worry free! Not a single issue with Polly, in fact she was worth the cost of the venue in GOLD! She does so much and has such a great attitude to allow you and your family/friends to sit back and enjoy the day! We cant wait to come back to say hi to Polly and Chris as they are great people and very hard workers! ----FROM COLORADO, MARRIED IN MICHIGAN!

Blue Bridge is truly a one of a kind venue straight out of a fairy tale. The owners and staff are equally as wonderful. Throughout the whole process, we had help in planning and finding recommendations. They made our wedding day absolutely flawless and better than we could have ever imagined. All of our guests had a wonderful time enjoying the gardens and dancing until the end of the night. 100% would recommend to anyone looking in the Traverse City area.

BlueBridge was above and beyond any expectation I had for our wedding. Their entire staff is so genuine and helpful, they made our day perfect. I also highly suggest using their on-site florist, Stephanie, as a couple who does not live in Michigan she made it so that we didn't have to set up or pack anything and made arrangements more beautiful than I had even imagined. Elizabeth is an absolute dream of a coordinator, she was always there when we needed something and even more so there to make sure we took moments together as a couple to just embrace our day and our marriage which looking back are some of our favorite moments of the day.

We got married at bluebridge two weeks ago and I can not say enough good things about it! Every single member of their staff went above and beyond to make our planning process and day of amazing! Stephanie killed it with our flowers and made my vision come to life! Chris was so helpful when it came to choosing our beverages and was very responsive. Chelsea was our day of coordinator and she was my saving grace! She was there to help with anything I needed and was so sweet the entire time! Polly gave us our initial tour and even though she wasnât our day of coordinator she came over to check on me the morning of and wish us luck, I thought that was the sweetest! We got so many compliments on our wedding and how beautiful our venue was! We canât thank bluebridge enough!

Chris is so good at what he does behind the scenes and is as personable as they come. He'll feel like part of the family by the end of the night. Polly is the most detailed person I know and will make sure your day is flawless without bothering you with details throughout the day so you can enjoy it all! Blue Bridge was absolutely amazing. If you need a one stop shop for easy wedding planning this place is it. You work with the best most caring people and they will help to accommodate everything you could possibly want in your special day. They truly have a gift and understand what every bride wants in there special day. Blue Bridge grounds are amazing and so beautiful and my guests couldn't stop raving about the atmosphere of the entire night. We are so happy that we picked Blue Bridge because they truly made our day so special. The only negative I came across and it wasn't that big of deal was the DJ. He still played great songs and the dance floor was full but he wasn't willing to play anything out of the ordinary. A lot of my guests tried to request songs and he wasn't willing to even try to look them up or was saying that is not what the bride requested when that wasn't true. I just assumed a DJ would have any song you could possibly want but possibly ask for a list before you book.Thanks,

Even before I stepped foot onto the venue I was contacted by one of their event coordinators and felt immediately connected with them. My husband and I cannot say enough great things about the blue bridge. Stephanie did an AMAZING job on our flowers. We had Amanda as our coordinator and Angie was helping her out as well and they are absolutely incredible. Everything single thing that needed to be done or that either of us requested or needed, they made sure was done. Amanda was so supportive, kind, funny, and she made our wedding week and day run so smooth. Amanda deserves a raise! (; The blue bridge overall was amazing, our pictures turned out beautifully, the ceremony (on the blue side) was gorgeous and I would recommend it to anyone.

WOW! Where to begin. As a photographer, I shoot at many venues and work with a ton of day-of-coordinators but the crew at BlueBridge blew everyone out of the water. I started communicating with Polly, the wedding coordinator, two weeks before my couple's big day. We ironed out day-of details before the day even came. The wedding I was shooting happened to be in the winter and Polly offered up her home if the weather got bad. The actual night of the wedding Chris, the owner, offered up the suite attached to the reception venue if the roads got too bad. Like who are these incredible humans? But aside from the crew's sweet hearts, they worked together seamlessly. There was constant communication between the DJ, coordinator, owner and me to make sure we were always on the same page. Brides, if you want to enjoy your wedding day and let someone else take the reins - this team has you covered. Don't even get me started on their location. Woodsy, modern elegance. With a lake and forest nearby. This is the venue dreams are made of.

I feel lucky to have stumbled upon this venue! It exceeded my expectations. The owners are amazing- accommodating, detail oriented, and caring. They help you plan every step of the way. I never felt stressed. Polly is one of the wedding planners that comes with booking this venue-she is remarkable. She made me feel confident that my day would run smoothly. Not only does she possess a warm and comforting personality, but her planning skills are exceptional. She kept in touch with me the year leading up to my big day by providing helpful timelines and reminders. Polly also handled every detail the day of my wedding so my family could relax and enjoy the experience. This service is unique to the Bluebridge venue, and I'm happy to have be lucky enough to find them!Stephanie is the florist on site, and my flowers looked better than the pinterest photos I sent her. She created exactly what I envisioned. Upon seeing the decor, I almost cried. It was perfect. The venue itself is also beautiful. They have chandeliers and lighted trees everywhere. Outside is lit with lanterns and lights. Very magical. You don't need to provide a lot of decor because the owners do such a good job making the venue itself beautiful. I'm so happy with my experience at this venue!

I donât even know where to begin! Blue Bridge was the most magical venue I found in Michigan. Spending the day/weekend there and getting ready was so tranquil. Best way to start the biggest day of your life. Stephanie and Chris were incredible, helpful, flexible and extremely organized and prompt. They have been renovating this venue into a breathtaking environment. Stephanie really has the eye to decorate and is an excellent florist. We mixed our visions together and created the only fairytale masterpiece of a wedding I have ever seen and it was all MINE.. oursâşď¸! Our coordinator (new best friend) Amanda was also the bees knees! She was more than what I ever imagined a coordinator would be. She was definitely more a friend, had my back where ever I needed her. We talked for a straight month, constantly, always answered us promptly. She had so much passion for our day and was just as excited about our little details as we were. She even sat in on our dance practices and cheered us on before our big performance. Amanda pitched in with my bouquet because she was so excited to create what I had envisioned. This girl not only tended to the bride and the groom but pretty much any guest who needed help with something. The staff was incredible, Grandview catering (what we thought was going to be a cheap meal, because we could seriously not afford much) was he most amazing meal ever! Iâm not even kidding, their food was extremely tender and tasty (so use to bland wedding food) this was the opposite, Dj Shawn was the perfect match for us, and again Chris and Stephanie this place wouldnât be half as incredible without such a magical couple like them!!

We were married at Bluebridge on August 18th and we are so happy we chose them for our semi-destination wedding. We had our ceremony & reception in the Blue Center. There are 2 great things about BB: 1) The amazing setting & grounds. It was the perfect size for our smaller wedding and was beautiful inside & out. 2.) The Staff! Everyone was so great to work with, whole team effort. AMANDA was the best on the day of. They really love their business & what they do, it really shows with the time & energy they put in to each bride & groom/family. We have received so many compliments continuously from family & friends on our special day there! We couldn't of made a better choice.

Not only is BlueBridge incredibly beautiful on its own, working with Chris, Stephanie and Polly made our experience so incredible. We started working with them about a year and a half from our wedding date and everything was seamless. We had multiple special requests and they handled each of them with ease. On top of that, they took the vision I had and totally blew my expectation out of the water. We had our ceremony off site so when we arrived to the venue I was speechless and burst into tears. I had never seen a space more beautiful. If you are looking to blow your guests out of the water, work with an amazing group of people and have the most memorable evening of your life BlueBridge is your space for that.

We had the ABSOLUTE best wedding day at BlueBridge in Grawn, Mi on 8/18/18. The owners Chris and Stephanie were amazing and Polly the coordinator is one in a million. We live about 4 hours away from the venue which can make planning a wedding a little harder than it already is. The team at BlueBridge didnât skip a beat and helped me with every step along the way. Polly helped me make our wedding day everything we could have ever wanted and then some. Stephanie did an AMAZING job on all of the flowers. The venue already has lights hung inside and outside along with chandeliers in the chapel and reception area. The venue has so much character on its own we did not need to do much as far as decorating. The walls rolled up on the sides of both the chapel and the reception are to give an indoor/outdoor experience. Guests were able to hang out in the beautiful garden area set up with tons of nice picnic tables and a fire pit! If anyone is looking for a unique venue that gives you a classy backyard feel where you are away from it all and feel as though you are surrounded by nature BlueBridge is the place! We would do it all over again if we could, honestly the best night of our lives and we wouldnât have been able to do it without Chris, Stephanie, and Polly.

We are beyond pleased with our experience at Blue Bridge. We planned our wedding from Detroit, MI (3 hours away) and it was incredibly stress free due to everything Polly and Chris did for us. They were available for a phone call whenever we needed, we're flexible to meet when we were in town, and were incredibly responsive with emails, text, and phone calls. Chris helped organize everything with alcohol and expenses. He was so helpful with including what we wanted, giving good ideas, and not pushing us to spend money where we didn't want to. The weekend of he was so incredibly thoughtful and helpful. He is a super sweet and kind and and willing to do whatever we needed to make the weekend great. Polly was so helpful with every little detail. She helped plan and brought up so many great ideas. The weekend of she took care of everything we needed. Our wedding day was so easy and stress free because of their help. They put their hearts into what they are doing and made us feel personally valued throughout the whole experience. The venue is beautiful and our guests were blown away by how naturally beautiful it was. It was overall an incredible experience and I would recommend it to any couple!

BlueBridge made my dream wedding come true! Everything was absolutely beautiful and beyond what I expected. Since I was 5 years old, I knew I wanted to get married there but I never imagined it would turn out as beautiful as it did! Chris, Stephanie, and Bev were amazing from the very beginning. All 3 helped with the planning process, which was not easy since I live out of town so a lot of our planning went through emails and phone calls. However, whenever I came into town, they made sure they set time aside for me to come in to deal with things in person. On the day of the wedding, they all made sure we got whatever we needed. My bridal party was amazed for how calm I was on the day of the wedding (I am a little bit of a control freak) and that is all due to Chris, Stephanie, and Bev. They handled every single detail and let me relax and enjoy my day! The venue was absolutely stunning. I am still getting compliments about how gorgeous the place was; it makes me want to get married all over again! The only mishap we had on the day was with the dj service. During the ceremony, we had some microphone issues which I think can easily be resolved in the future if they are apart of the rehearsal the day before to get all the kinks out of the way. During the reception, it seemed like the dj was just winging it on what she was suppose to say since there were a lot of mistakes (calling the bride & groom by the wrong name, getting ready to dismiss tables when it was a family style dinner, etc.). I feel in the future they probably should get in touch with the bride and groom a little earlier than the week before the wedding and definitely practice on what they are going to say. However, in the end, the music itself was still great and the dance floor was never empty! Thank you again BlueBridge for making our wedding a dream come true!

My husband & I feel BEYOND BLESSED to have had our rehearsal dinner, wedding, and reception at BlueBridge!!! We were married on Saturday, July 28, 2018 and could not have had a more magical day! We don't live in TC so Polly (the wedding coordinator EXTRAORDINAIRE) happily did a FaceTime tour with us last winter and we fell in love, picturing how beautiful it would be in the Summertime and what a nice flow it would have for our guests. It was the exact setting I dreamed of!! We felt an instant bond with Polly and could tell she had the kindest heart!! When we visited in April (after a foot of snow), we had the pleasure of meeting Chris, Stephanie, and Polly in person and immediately knew that our wedding day wouldn't be the end of our friendship with them. :) They are so genuine and truly made us feel like family!! They went OVER AND ABOVE to make our wedding weekend the most incredible and memorable! It was absolutely perfect in every way!!! We had Stephanie as our florist and the flowers were so STUNNING and exceeded everything I hoped for - she is super sweet and talented! I cannot say enough wonderful things BlueBridge, Chris, Steph, & Polly - all truly gifts from above for a Bride & Groom! :) I am so very grateful that my husband found BlueBridge! We will be forever happy we chose BlueBridge for our wedding venue and we already look forward to going back to visit! :)

Their communication and willingness to be flexible were a feeling my husband and I soon won't forget. The venue itself has great facilities that make it ideal for a Northern Michigan wedding - rain or shine. It has the flexibility for an outdoor experience even when weather isn't the best since the cocktail hour is covered and the chapel of the Bridge center has roll-up side windows. We hope to return to the venue and to stay in touch with Stephanie and Chris over the years because they truly made it more than just a venue - they made it a memory!

We are counting our blessings that we found such a perfect place for our wedding! It was under new ownership when we initially found BlueBridge on our venue search. We knew we wanted to find a location that could hold a larger guest count (close to 200), would have the charm of Northern Michigan, and be located close to Traverse City...and boy did we hit the jackpot with BlueBridge. The owners were very accommodating and flexible with setting up our initial meetings. The venue speaks for itself, as the Bridge banquette hall is nestled in the woods set along the beautiful front of Ellis Lake. We were able to create the most memorable ceremony at the Bridge Chapel, perfectly located allowing our guests to have an outdoor experience with all the indoor amenities. The recent updates and work put into this venue are so evident, as it is a gem located in the perfect Northern Michigan setting. We were so thankful for findings such an amazing location with owners that were family oriented and down to earth. They worked very hard to allow us to create our perfect day, and we will forever be grateful. From the beautifully landscaped outdoor cocktail hour to the perfect stage for our live band, to the golf cart ride down to the lake for sunset photos... everything was perfect. We highly recommend this venue and encourage all couples looking to create a beautiful, enjoyable and timeless celebration of love to consider making BlueBridge their venue for the big day.

My husband and I were recently married at BlueBridge (Former Frog Pond Village). When my husband and I initially booked our reception / wedding venue last year, it was known as Frog Pond Village. The former owners Bill & Karen wowed us with their passion for weddings and all of the great wedding memories they were able to share with us. A few months after booking, we were informed Frog Pond Village was sold to new owners, and would don a new name \"BlueBridge\". I'll be honest, at first my husband and I panicked. A huge reason we selected FPV was because after meeting the Bill & Karen, we knew the venue owners would be easy to work with and would be able to guide us to our vision.. But from the moment Chris & Steph (Owners of BlueBridge) took the reins from Bill & Karen, everything was SMOOTH sailing. They were able to honor all prior arrangements we had made with Bill & Karen, and then helped pick up from there, onwards. We chose our linens and flowers through BlueBridge with the help of Steph. Pictures cannot do the table setting/flower arrangements justice!! When I'd initially visited FPV, I didn't think it could get any more beautiful than when I first saw it. Boy, was I wrong. Chris & Steph made changes that refreshed BlueBridge altogether. One of the amazing new changes/additions was the renovation of the Bridal Suite. My bridesmaids, mother, and mother in law arrived early the morning of the wedding, and were able to have a hair/make up team (arranged in advance) come onsite to assist us in getting ready. Chris & Steph took great care of us all day, making sure we had what was needed, leading all the way up to the wedding. Our wedding day was nothing short of spectacular!!! Steph was our wedding coordinator, kept abreast of the wedding party the entire day. Chris was the wedding coordinator for another wedding across the road, but we still saw him just as much (I was shocked). Both of them did a great job checking up on my husband and I throughout the day, as well as making sure everything flowed the way it should. I highly recommend BlueBridge to everyone. The venue owners are extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and kind individuals. They will help bring the wedding of your dreams to life! I can attest, because they truly helped my husband and I have our fairy tale wedding. I wish I could do it all over again!

Chris & Stephanie McCrumb (Owner) We are Chris and Stephanie McCrumb and have been married for over 25 years. We have five children between the ages of 11 and 25 and several of them work at BlueBridge with us. We have a passion for marriage and family life and we have both been involved in numerous weddings over the years serving as officiant, wedding coordinator, floral designer and decorator. BlueBridge is not just a place to get married, but a place to begin your marriage with the support of family and friends. We would be truly honored to partner with you whether itâs for a wedding or any other special life event.
