Absolutely beautiful venue! Everything from the impressive tree-lined driveway and hilltop views, pastures and horses to the sparkling chandeliers along the entire length of the huge barn. We were guests at a summer wedding where the ceremony was held next to the lake and it was lovely to see the bride and groom under the archway with the fountain behind. Inside decorations, flowers and table settings were stunning. Managers and staff couldnât be nicer or more helpful. The whole day was heavenly.

I am so deeply happy with this choice of venue⊠but itâs so much more than a venue! The assistance, guidance, tips, tricks, and hands-on care that we got with this staff was just irreplaceable. The BWB team has so much experience and personal inventory that they can make happen anything you want.For a little background, my husband and I were a long distance couple and neither of us lived near the BWB. Because of this, wedding planning was initially so intimidating. We were in over our heads and didnât know where to start, until we met Janna. She guided us with easy-to-follow steps, and she always seemed to check in right when we needed a little motivation to keep the ball rolling. Any decision that needed to be made where we truly had no preference or no idea, Janna was able to give a simple âA, B, or Câ choice and made the items of lesser importance get checked off quickly so we could move on to the things we really needed to discuss. She LISTENED to what we genuinely wanted. Based on the types of questions she asked us, I know that the comfort level and needs of any couple are really catered to at an individual level. She recognized what truly were our priorities vs. what we couldnât give two flips about, and she was always prepared to tackle those choices, either way. She was mindful of our budget and helped us stay on track with the budget as well. We never felt forced into agreeing to any âextras.â Truthfully, once we were nearing our budget if there were any extras that we did inquire about, it was Janna that reminded us about the budget and proposed other places we could save to make things happen. My husband and I both led very busy lives and I canât imagine how much we would have procrastinated wedding planning if we hadnât had Janna to help us with the daunting check lists.On your wedding day you are so overwhelmed with love and excitement that you need someone else to take the wheel. The BWB team did an excellent job at keeping us on track without making me feel like I was being pressured in any way. Like I said, this team is experienced with pretty much anything that could happen for a wedding. Most of the team were folks like Steve working subtly in the background, and I know they were the ones that kept everything so smooth. (Steve even appeared with horse treats for a photo op when he saw us taking interest in their horse on sight. Little details that add big smiles!) If anything else did go wrong on the day, my husband and I had no idea. Which is EXACTLY how it should be! All we had to do was show up and celebrate!My family never needed to lift a finger on wedding day. My Mommaâs only concern was the dance floor, which is all I could have hoped for. I really believe that the BWB gave us the least stressful experience that we could have had, despite us having an elaborate 150 guest wedding! I canât overstate how helpful the team was during the day. They were background characters that led the show! Every need was met, and they went above and beyond with keeping us happy. All of this doesnât even touch how kind this group of people were. They were the warm, welcoming type of personalities that you can only hope to find when planning your wedding. Thank you to the BWB Team for making our day so incredible. Everything was beautiful!

Your business is top notch because you put the bride, groom and families first, allowing everyone to enjoy a stress free celebration. Jana and her staff were top notch! So helpful with every question we had and we didn't have to stress over anything! Set up was beautiful and not having to do any of the cleanup was priceless. The Bluegrass Wedding Barn is stunning! The barn is rustic and elegant, and the view from the hill top is breathtaking. Janna was our âday of coordinatorâ and she was wonderful!! Myself, my husband, and my parents had a stress free day and everything ran so smoothly! This venue really brought our dream wedding together and the best part is that they continue to update and continuously make the venue even better!

The Bluegrass Wedding Barn is stunning! The barn is rustic and elegant, and the view from the hill top is breathtaking. Janna was our âday of coordinatorâ and she was wonderful!! Myself, my husband, and my parents had a stress free day and everything ran so smoothly! This venue really brought our dream wedding together and the best part is that they continue to update and continuously make the venue even better!

The bluegrass wedding barn team is amazing to work with! They know what their doing and are so helpful in planning and coordinating the entire event. I highly suggest having them set up your decorations, it took so much stress off of my family and I. On wedding day, everything was set up just as I had imagined and it could not have been more perfect. Would highly recommend this venue to anyone, it is absolutely beautiful!

5.0 I can not say enough good things about Janna, her husband, and her staff. I knew from the moment I walked in the door and met her that I had to have my wedding there. Janna is so nice, sweet, and helpful I couldn't imagine working with anyone else for my big day. She was so helpful every time I texted, emailed, or called she responded right away and never made me feel like I was bothersome. She was helpful with my decorating and letting me know what would look good and what would not. I have to say now that it's all over i'm going to be sad not talking to her so much. Not only is she someone who is renting out their place to you, she becomes a friend. I would recommend this place to anyone who is getting married.

The Bluegrass Wedding Barn was a home away from home for us. We felt so welcomed and enjoyed working with their staff. The owners were such a big help and were so very patient with me and my new wife. It was great to have the option of moving the ceremony inside due to weather and even more beautiful than we could have imagined. We had a blast and loved every moment! It was the wedding we always wanted. Seriously, so many photo opportunities with this place, it was so important to me to have amazing pictures. Inside or outside, the pictures were so scenic, rustic and beautiful!
