I am so grateful we chose Bluewater Grill for a welcome reception for all our guests the night before the wedding. It was wonderful! The Captain’s Cabin was the perfect room: it is private but spacious and has great views of the marina. Vida, the events manager, is organized and responsive; she made planning very easy which I greatly appreciated given all the other details and planning I was managing for the wedding. The food was great and the serving staff were kind. Thank you Bluewater Grill!

I am so grateful we chose Bluewater Grill for a welcome reception for all our guests the night before the wedding. It was wonderful! Vida, the events manager, is organized and responsive; she made planning very easy which I greatly appreciated given all the other details and planning I was managing for the wedding. We hosted our daughter’s engagement party here in the space upstairs. Vida was amazing, she was very responsive and organized. Everyone, the hostess, the banquet staff , the valet and other restaurant employees were all exceptional, the customer service was excellent. We chose the beef medallion and salmon for the buffet entree and our guests enjoyed both. Definitely would use this venue for another celebration.

Wonderful professional staff. The evening was beautiful and the venue supplemented our reception decor with romantic tea lights. We were greeted with room filled with glowy candles! Tasty food, too.

We had our wedding here and worked with Vida. The venue is amazing and ALL of our guests raved about the food all from the appetizers to the dinner - guests loved the food. The drinks were perfect; guests loved those too ;) The service was impeccable, the view is amazing, and the feel is beautiful.The venue is comfortable for 100 guests max I think - anything more and the room is too small. We had a small wedding of 70 and it was perfect. Enough room to dance, mingle, and party the night away. The only thing I will complain about was that they book the room for the afternoon and evening so because of this, if you have an evening event scheduled, they only allow you ONE hour to set up everything for your event. Luckily, I had a coordinator and a lot of family members willing to lend a hand and set up everything in that hour but just cautionary advice for someone that might be doing it all alone. Other than that, it was fabulous and cannot recommend this place enough, thank you so much!

Great VenueThank you Vida for being so amazing on the day of the wedding.You and your staff were just first class and in the middle of some chaos with our music initially missing ( mishap of one of the guests)both you and your staff were calm and handeled everything in a very professional way. It made all the differeneand the evening was just amazing. It could not have gone better. The food was great and all the guests werejust so happy.

My Husband and I had our ceremony and Reception here. The day was beautiful and Vida made sure everything ran smoothly. From day one of planning she was there to make sure that we stayed within our budget as well as helping our vision come to life. I could not have asked for a better venue or coordinator. The food was delicious. The package came with a cake from Torrance Bakery. BEST cake I've ever had, we got compliments from all of our guests. The only semi confusing part was figuring out actual cost for the bar, but Vida walked us through the approximate costs. We were able to bring in our own wine for a $15 corkage fee. \rIf you're looking for an affordable place to have your wedding ceremony and/or reception this is the place. Stunning views, amazing food, fantastic service, and affordable!

My husband and I had our wedding reception at the Bluewater Grill and it was better than we could have ever expected! Vida, the coordinator at Bluewater, was simply amazing and helped keep the evening organized and flawless. Our reception was in the Avalon room - which has an amazing view - and was large enough for our 100 guests. The staff at the restaurant were incredibly helpful and kind. They made sure my husband and I were well fed and had a drink handy throughout the night. We chose steak and salmon for meals and everyone who had the salmon said it was the best they have EVER had - it was simply delicious. Everything was perfect!\r\rOur wedding cake was included with the price of the venue which was from the Torrance Bakery. The cake was delicious! I have a couple cake snobs who attended my wedding and they said it was the best cake they have ever had. \r\rI hear of little things going wrong at weddings and absolutely nothing went wrong at my wedding. I could not have asked for a better reception coordinator or staff. I highly recommend this venue to anyone - whether it be for a wedding or birthday venue (I had a surprise birthday party at the Bluewater as well in the other banquet room).

I love my venue! The event coordinator of the restaurant organized all my decor according to my plan,the place was looking beautiful, the food was delicious! and the price compared with other venues around the area was great!!....my wedding was a success and this place was a big part of that!!
