Bob's Trees is where we had the wedding and reception for our daughter's wedding. The coordinator from Bob's Trees quickly and professionally answered any questions we had along the way. We rented the pond area for the ceremony, and also the lodge across the street from the pond where we set up a large tent for the reception. We had access for set up and take down for several days which made the event so less stressful.On the day of the wedding, the bridesmaids and bride had all morning in the beautiful open lodge upstairs to get ready for the wedding.The main meal and appetizers were provided by an outside company, but we handled beverages and dessert. At Bob's Trees there were three freezers we had access to and a large refrigerator and kitchen.The whole experience was wonderful and the location at the pond for the ceremony was absolutely beautiful! I'm not one to write public reviews, but Bob's Trees was such an amazing venue with wonderful assistance that I am happy to write a review for them.

Our wedding journey took an unexpected turn when our original venue in Saratoga Springs suddenly cancelled on us. This ended up being a HUGE blessing in disguise as we ended up finding Bob's Trees and had such an amazing experience. The venue is so beautiful and serene. Our ceremony took place at the pond, which is so picturesque! Near the pond is a pavilion with nice picnic benches where we hosted our cocktail hour immediately after. The pavilion itself is brand new, with beautiful lighting inside and comes with a stunning wood-finished bar top to complete the look of our cocktail hour. The reception was held by the lodge under a tent, but we used the inside of the lodge for extra seating and for the bar area (there were also multiple refrigerators we had access to in the lodge). The upstairs of the lodge was a large space with lots of natural light where myself and my bridesmaids got ready the morning of. It was so nice to be able to use the entire space, and we got lots of compliments on our venue choice!The venue itself is fantastic, but the staff also exceeded our expectations. Stephanie (who works at Bob's Trees) immediately stepped in to assist us as soon as we booked the venue. Planning a wedding from another state was not easy, but Stephanie made it feel effortless. She was incredibly helpful and responsive, patiently answering all of our questions and concerns. Stephanie's warmth and professionalism instantly put us at ease, and we knew we were in capable hands. Stephanie not only answered any and all questions but provided us with a comprehensive list of recommended vendors, making our planning process so much smoother. To top it off, she graciously allowed us to ship essential items to the venue beforehand, eliminating any logistical headaches.In the days leading up to our wedding, we had full access to the space at Bob's Trees for our setup. Stephanie was there every step of the way, ready to assist with anything we needed. She not only helped with the setup but also ran around town on the day of the wedding, ensuring we had everything we'd forgotten. She also bartended for us, and everyone at the wedding loved her and couldn't stop raving about her. The day after the wedding, Stephanie (without being asked) was there to help with clean up. We were speechless! Steph truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a stress-free wedding day. Her assistance, kindness and thoughtfulness throughout the entire experience exceeded our expectations in every way.Stephanie and everyone at Bob's Trees made our wedding an unforgettable weekend filled with love, joy, and cherished memories. We couldn't have asked for a better team or venue to celebrate our special day.

Stephanie Doyle (Coordinator) Stephanie Doyle has always been intrigued by events and the various aspectsthat go into organizing them. While she was in college she worked for the Hall of Springs and was apart of making couple's wedding dreams come true. When she started working at her families farm she saw the opportunity to continue being apart of weddings and helping couple's have their wedding visions come true.Stephanie has a beautiful two year old daughter named Kinsley who loves helping on the farm. She loves the outdoors and has been passionate about being apart of the family business since she was a young girl.
