If I could give Bogey Hills 10 stars, I would. This venue is absolutely STUNNING and it takes very little decoration to make the space gorgeously your own. We did both ceremony and reception here and both were absolutely perfect. From the gorgeous waterfall backdrop behind the covered pavilion, the beautifully maintained greens, the spacious bride and groom suites, and the stunning ballroom, this is your venue if you’re looking for an all inclusive experience. I also cannot get over how delicious the food was. We were blown away at our tasting and again on wedding day. I really wish I had been able to eat more that day because it was just so darn tasty. Our guests loved it too. Their chef is fantastic.Beyond the space itself, what sealed the deal for us on Bogey Hills was their outstanding venue coordinator, Shannon. From our first visit, I was immediately impressed by her knowledge of the wedding industry, her attention to detail and her hyper-focus on that day’s bride to be that was currently getting ready there. As a potential bride there, that’s exactly what I wanted to see. Focus on the couple of the day. That’s not to say she ignored us on the tour, but she definitely stepped aside once or twice to handle various things that needed to be done for the bride. Once we signed on with Bogey and secured our date, Shannon was unbelievably helpful throughout our wedding planning experience. She’s extremely prompt and thorough with responses to questions and provides everything you need from Bogey and more. She was always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of, even when she had countless other couples on her plate probably sending her just as many emails as us. Come the months immediately prior to the wedding, Shannon was excellent at providing timeline reminders and making sure Bogey had everything they needed from our end to make the day happen. Rehearsal at Bogey was so incredibly smooth with Shannon at the reigns. We had a large wedding party and several family members that needed wrangling, and Shannon was fantastic at making sure everyone knew exactly where they needed to be and when. You could tell she knows her stuff and she does it well. On actual wedding day, Shannon once again proved no less than spectacular at keeping everything and everyone running on time and ensuring the day was exactly as we had envisioned it. And trust me, it was! Everything came together so beautifully and I was blown away at how smoothly and effortlessly the day went off. Everyone on the staff was so incredibly nice and helpful throughout! Not a detail was missed. Trust me on this one, hire Bogey Hills. You will not be disappointed in the slightest.

First Class. I can’t say enough about our experience with Bogey Hills Country Club. Their staff and their Director of Weddings & Events, Shannon, are first class. We had our daughter’s wedding ceremony and reception here and were so impressed with them. We had already looked at several venues, but when we toured Bogey Hills with Shannon, we knew this was it. Bogey Hills is a beautiful, modern, upscale venue. It has a naturally beautiful setting, with the ballroom overlooking the golf course and waterfall. It is very spacious, but has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. When you first enter the lobby, you see how beautiful the decor is (along with their gorgeous fireplace!). It is not only a great area for pictures, but also provides another, smaller area for guests to relax. The Bride and Groom’s suites are very spacious and comfortable as well, which was very helpful the day of. The food at the reception – amazing! Not only was the presentation impressive, many of our guests commented that it was so delicious and not the “typical” wedding food. Our daughter and son-in-law were able to have pictures done both inside and outside the club. There were several areas throughout the inside that they used, as well as the balcony area off the ballroom. Outside, the golf course provided a beautiful, fall backdrop. So many good photo opportunities!The staff was very professional, friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Every detail is considered. Leading up to the day, Shannon was a pleasure to work with. She is very professional and organized, which made it an easy process. She was quick to respond to questions/emails, and always provided clear, updated information. She also coordinated with the other vendors ahead of the event, which helped the day go smoothly. Her preferred vendors list was so helpful with our planning as well. We had a fun, relaxing day because we knew Shannon had it under control!Thank you Shannon and the entire staff at Bogey Hills for an incredible day. Our daughter's wedding at Bogey Hills Country Club this past weekend was nothing short of a dream come true. From the moment we first met Shannon, she exuded a level of professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail that left us in awe. Her responsiveness and unwavering support over the 18 months leading up to the big day were truly exceptional. It felt like she was available around the clock, ensuring no question went unanswered.Shannon's preferred vendor list was a game-changer. We entrusted many of our vendors from this list, and the result was a wedding day that flowed like a perfectly orchestrated symphony. The food was beyond amazing; the cocktail hour offered crab cakes, bacon-wrapped tenderloin, and sausage-stuffed mushrooms. The dinner menu included crab-crusted salmon, beef tenderloin, Caesar salad, Italian salad, tomato cream pasta, honey-glazed carrots, and dinner rolls, which left everyone raving. The impeccable service and friendly bartenders added an extra layer of warmth to the evening.The venue itself is nothing short of breathtaking. The pavilion overlooking the golf course provided a stunning backdrop for the ceremony. With the gentle sounds of the waterfall in the background, our daughter and her now-husband exchanged vows as the sun began to set, creating a scene straight out of a fairytale.What truly set Bogey Hills apart was the stress-free experience Shannon orchestrated for us. Her meticulously planned timeline allowed for nothing to be missed and everything to stay extremely organized. As the MOB, all I did on the day of the wedding was simply relax, enjoy myself, and savor the moment.The only downside was that the day had to end. I didn't want to leave, and the party felt like it could have gone on forever. Shannon, we can't thank you enough for making our daughter's dream wedding a reality. We had our daughter's wedding and reception at Bogey Hills last weekend and it was absolutely fabulous! We knew when we toured Bogey last year and met Shannon that we were in good hands. The venue is stunning, the staff is incredible and the food is delicious. We received numerous compliments from our guests and many even told us it was the best wedding they ever attended:). Bogey Hills was the perfect venue for our May 2023 wedding! It was the perfect mix of an indoor/outdoor wedding spot and our guests continue to rave about the patio overlooking the fountains on the golf course. Shannon was AMAZING to work with and made sure nothing went amiss. She made every vision I had for the place come to life and more! While I do not miss the stressful times wedding planning brought, I do miss working with Shannon and Bogey Hills. I highly recommend this venue to future brides and grooms!

Bogey Hills was the perfect venue for our May 2023 wedding! It was the perfect mix of an indoor/outdoor wedding spot and our guests continue to rave about the patio overlooking the fountains on the golf course. Shannon was AMAZING to work with and made sure nothing went amiss. She made every vision I had for the place come to life and more! While I do not miss the stressful times wedding planning brought, I do miss working with Shannon and Bogey Hills. I highly recommend this venue to future brides and grooms!

Bogey Hills was an amazing venue for our wedding. Shannon was fantastic throughout the entire process. It stormed on the day of the ceremony and they were communicative the entire time with us. They were able to set up and move the ceremony inside in the blink of an eye, we were very impressed with the entire staff. The dinner was easily the best we have ever had at a wedding, extremely tasty. We couldn't recommend Bogey Hills enough, it is the perfect venue!

The food was delicious, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The venue coordinator, Shannon, was extremely helpful throughout the planning process, and coordinated with vendors before the wedding to ensure the day ran smoothly. Shannon worked hard to make sure the day was exactly what I envisioned - from customizing a timeline to helping plan a signature drink - she was so accommodating and organized.

The food was amazing and served by an outstanding and accommodating waitstaff. What a stunning evening it was, with credit going to Bogey's ultimate wedding director, Shannon Endres. She handled every detail, always making herself available to our needs and questions. Shannon's excellent planning and communication skills made for a stress-free process for our daughter and her groom. If I could give Bogey Hills a million stars I would. Everything was absolutely amazing and beyond my greatest expectations. Shannon, the coordinator, and all other staff made us feel so special and ensured the entire day ran perfectly. The food, drinks, decorations and all around service were phenomenal. The venue itself is so stunning also. I would recommend this venue to everyone in a heartbeat. My now husband and both of our families will forever be so thankful we were able to have our special day here!

If I could give Bogey Hills a million stars I would. Everything was absolutely amazing and beyond my greatest expectations. Shannon, the coordinator, and all other staff made us feel so special and ensured the entire day ran perfectly. The food, drinks, decorations and all around service were phenomenal. The venue itself is so stunning also. I would recommend this venue to everyone in a heartbeat. My now husband and both of our families will forever be so thankful we were able to have our special day here!

What is there not to love about Bogey Hills?! The space is GORGEOUS! It is everything that we wanted. Having access to the main lobby (beautiful) during the reception, was such a lovely touch for our guest. I loved that people could go sit by the fire and it was such a nice place for photos. Also, having the ability to get ready at the venue in a gorgeous room was such a highlight to our day. We were able to see everything coming together and not have to worry about anything as the venue transformed into what we worked all year for. The ceremony location was stunning and our guests have not stopped talking about how beautiful it was. Acoustics were very important to us and there were no issues at all- guests could hear everything clearly. When we told our Band where we were having our wedding, they were excited about it being Bogey Hills, said it was a great place to play and have a band. Bogey Hills came as a package deal, which we loved. We didn't have to worry about anything- food, table/chairs/linens... all through them! Going on and on about the space is one thing but the wedding coordinator, Shannon, is second to none. Even if everything else had not been so perfect, I would still recommend Bogey Hills off of Shannon. From the moment I met her, I felt less stressed. She made the entire process seem so easy and enjoyable. Shannon spoke with vendors, made sure everything was exactly like we wanted the day of and above all else, was there through the entire process with us. Even getting us drinks the second we walked into the reception! Honestly, the most responsive and diligent person I could have hoped to work with. She may have had 10 other brides emailing her, but I always felt like her main priority. The staff the night of was great and everything ran so smoothly. Our wedding was everything we could have dreamt of at Bogey Hills and I will 100% recommend it to any couple looking for a venue!

Upon the Engagement of my son and daughter-in-law, we began touring Wedding Venues. Our tour of Bogey Hills Country Club was breathtaking, the venue was the perfect vision we had imagined for their wedding day. The tour led by Shannon Endres could not have been more professional or delightful, our immediate impression of Shannon was that she was amazingly competent and we knew that we would be in good hands with her as our Wedding Coordinator from the moment we met her and we entirely correct in our assumption! I can assure you that every email or phone call was answered in the utmost timely manner and she did everything in her power to accommodate all our requests. We had a very large wedding of 250 people with a sit down dinner and every guest was served in such a timely manner. Our tasting was just as professional and informative, the Chef answered every question and offered suggestions. Shannon could not have been more accommodating and assuring us with every step leading up to Wedding Day. The Venue did not disappoint, nor did Shannon. Shannon was there to help orchestrate the arrival of guests on wedding day and make sure the entire night went smoothly. I cannot say enough about how friendly and accommodating the entire Staff was from the bartenders to the servers, kitchen staff, etc. The food was absolutely wonderful and beautifully presented. We could not have been more pleased with our choice and cannot thank everyone involved at Bogey Hills Country Club for making this day the vision that we had all dreamed. With that being said, we recommend Bogey Hills Country Club Venue and Shannon 100%!! You will be guaranteed the most amazing pictures and wedding day memories!

5 Stars just isn’t enough to review this venue and the staff at Bogey Hills. When we started planning our wedding we reached out to numerous venues on a Sunday evening. We were so impressed when we almost immediately heard back from the coordinator, Shannon. Before even touring the venue I was sold! Throughout the entire process of planning Shannon was absolutely incredible, and always responded super quick. I consider myself a complete perfectionist and had ZERO stress on my wedding day because of Shannon and the incredible vendors and staff at Bogey! Our guests bragged all night about the staff, the food and the gorgeous venue. If you don’t chose Bogey, you’re missing out! It is the most perfect place to start your forever! Thank you Shannon and staff for being absolutely amazing, accommodating and making sure our day was PERFECT, because it absolutely was! ❤️

There are absolutely no words to express the glamour and beauty that I experienced and was given at bogey hills all because of Shannon my wedding coordinator. The second I stepped into the club, I knew it was everything I ever wanted for the most important day of my entire life. Shannon spent an entire year turning all of my endless emails into the vision I painted in my mind and turned it into a beautiful reality. Shannon was one step head of absolutely everything and she brought her A game every step of the way and made everything I wanted and needed possible, without her my wedding wouldn’t have been what it was. I felt like I was in a dream I didn’t want to wake up from. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and marvelously kind to not only me but for the room full of my treasured guests. I didn’t want my day to end there. Bogeys staff and especially Shannon treated me like a bit of royalty.

AMAZING venue! The first time I walked into Bogey Hills I knew I wanted to get married there. Every venue I toured after could not match up even the slightest. Not only is it absolutely stunning, but Shannon and every worker we met were so kind and friendly. The ceremony pavilion is breathtaking. My guests cannot stop talking about how it was the most beautiful outdoor wedding they've ever been to. I've been to multiple weddings were the food was average and unfortunately cold. The food at Bogey Hills was hot and delicious! One of the things I loved most was how many things were included with the venue. Food, open bar, cake/dessert, ceremony chairs, table linens, china and votive candles. Obviously it is very overwhelming planning a wedding from scratch but this venue makes it so much easier. I cannot say enough about Shannon. She made things so smooth. She is so nice and makes you feel comfortable from the minute you walk in. 2 weeks before the wedding we decided to upgrade our package (bar/food) and she made it happen with no problem. Also, the day of the wedding we had to make minor changes with the set up while decorating and she made it happen so quickly and told me not to worry and I knew I could trust her! If this venue is within your budget I promise you will be so happy and your wedding day will be perfect!

Everything about our experience was EXCEPTIONAL!! We felt welcomed from the moment we walked into Bogey Hills until we walked out, the evening of our daughter’s wedding.Especially Shannon! She was absolutely amazing to work with every step of the way, even on those stressful days with our many questions. Shannon was professional, kind, gracious, thorough, detailed, organized and extremely responsive! All qualities you want in a wedding coordinator! She was amazing and we are forever grateful for her kindness throughout our entire experience. Shannon took care of all the vendors, guests, and everything in between so we could enjoy the evening. Shannon was a true gem to work with and we would not have wanted to work with anyone else! Many of our wedding guests are still talking about the delicious food (the food was absolutely amazing!) and the beautiful venue. I'm not sure I can put into words how special Bogey Hills is. Our day was better than we could've imagined thanks to all of Shannon's help and professional experience. I can honestly say that we have 0 regrets and 0 complaints about how our day went. From arriving to Bogey Hills, getting ready, our ceremony under the beautiful pavilion, and our reception in the ballroom it was truly a day to remember. If I could rate above 5/5 I would, Bogey Hills (and Shannon!) are truly the best!

Bogey Hills was the best! I am so happy we chose them to host our wedding ceremony and reception! The coordinator, Shannon, was also amazing to work with. She responded quickly to all of my emails/questions/concerns etc. She offered assistance along the way and I never felt unheard throughout the process. After meeting her, I knew I was in good hands. On our wedding day, Shannon went above and beyond. She assisted with our decorations, and setting up the venue to look absolutely perfect! She did not miss any detail and did more than I ever expected, which I am forever grateful for. There are things I look back and totally forgot about, but she and the staff at Bogey Hills had it handled! We were able to take photos inside/outside the venue and including on the course, with plenty of time. The ceremony was beautiful, I felt everything went the way it should have. At our reception, Shannon and the wait staff made sure we ( and our guests) had everything we needed/wanted, constantly checking up on us throughout the night. Our guests were telling us left and right how wonderful the whole day was, and how great the venue/staff were. Everyone also raved about the food and how good it was! Drinks were great too of course! I couldn't believe how well it all went. All of our vendors worked well with the venue/staff too! When the reception ended, I was impressed by how the staff placed all of our items into one area so we could easily collect them to take home. The entire staff worked so hard all day/night and really deserve a huge thank you! And thank you Shannon for making all of this possible. I am sure there are things I am missing in this review, but what matters is that they made our day so very special! I cannot wait to relive all of the moments once we receive all of our photos and our video back! Thank you, thank you, thank you Bogey Hills!!

Our guests were telling us left and right how wonderful the whole day was, and how great the venue/staff were. Everyone also raved about the food and how good it was! Drinks were great too of course! I couldn't believe how well it all went. All of our vendors worked well with the venue/staff too! When the reception ended, I was impressed by how the staff placed all of our items into one area so we could easily collect them to take home. The entire staff worked so hard all day/night and really deserve a huge thank you! And thank you Shannon for making all of this possible. I am sure there are things I am missing in this review, but what matters is that they made our day so very special! I cannot wait to relive all of the moments once we receive all of our photos and our video back! Thank you, thank you, thank you Bogey Hills!!

The confidence I had in Shannon and the Bogey Hills staff made my day completely stress free, I knew everything would be perfect and it was! Bogey Hills is gorgeous and clean. Minimal flowers and decor were needed because the space was so beautiful - add in the club’s Christmas decorations and the space was a winter wedding dream. The food was delicious and was served quickly and efficiently. The bar staff was also great, I don’t think there was ever a line for the bar (and our group drinks a lot!!). We got SO MANY compliments on the food, the staff, and the event space. I highly recommend Bogey Hills to anyone looking for a wedding venue!! If you are on the fence, set up an appointment with Shannon and I know you will fall in love, just like we did!!

I cannot say enough great things about our experience with Bogey! They took care of every little detail resulting in a completely stress free day. Even when a thunderstorm broke out in the middle of our outdoor ceremony, Shannon moved quickly to create a new plan and ensure a wonderful ceremony. The chef did an phenomenal job with the food. So many guests raved about our dinner, and the chef went above and beyond for our guests with dietary restrictions. Obviously the venue is stunning. The aesthetic coupled with an amazing staff made Bogey Hills Country Club an easy choice for our wedding venue.

OMG where to even start! I absolutely loved everything about this venue. Especially the wedding coordinator Shannon. Great communication was a big thing for me when deciding on vendors. Planning during the pandemic was pretty stressful but the team of people I chose for my big day, made all the difference. The pricing is reasonable, the venue is stunning, everything went so smooth. As a bride you wait for something to go wrong, everything was absolutely flawlessly executed. Shannon was there for me every step of the way, literally anytime I needed her. Shannon was such a blessing to have throughout planning and on the day of. I do not think my day would have gone as beautifully without her. She is a godsend and anyone planning their big day will be lucky to have someone like her batting for them.

We had THE most amazing wedding and reception at Bogey Hills! From the beginning of the process with us reaching out, confirming the venue, to the tastings, to the communication throughout the process, it was all amazing. Shannon is an amazingly attentive and kind coordinator. She is extremely responsive and did every possible to ensure that our big day went off without a hitch. We had to reschedule two times due to Covid and Shannon was right beside us, making sure that we were comfortable and at ease with navigating every shift. Our big was beautiful!! The pavilion was beautiful! The reception was beautiful! The day was just perfect! The staff were attentive. We had so many moving pieces, with multiple vendors, and Shannon directed them all seamlessly! We are so blessed and so grateful to have had our ceremonies at Bogey! Our day was absolutely unforgettable and our friends and family are still raving about how beautiful our wedding was. Thank you to Shannon and the staff - we appreciate you all so much!

You would not believe how many compliments we received. It was truly a classy event. We had one friend who was recently diagnosed with Celiac, and could not have any gluten. His wife informed you about the issue and you had a special plate made for him. We also had requests for chocolate milk, and you made it happen. OMG, I could not believe that one. It just goes to show, that Bogey Hills Country Club went above and beyond to make the wedding a Class A event. I have not even been married yet and I have to say Shannon with events has been a DREAM to work with. This woman has been a BLESSING during these crazy times and wedding planning alone can be a challenge but COVID adds to it but our venue and catering has been a breeze thanks to her. I have not had any issues and have asked so many questions that she has been so kind and quick with answering. She has had so much patience with me with all of the questions I have asked. I am so thankful for her and SO happy with our choice of getting married here! I was referred by someone who said the same thing but I had no idea just how amazing it would be to work with her! She is God's Gift to Brides! :)

Bogey Hills is simply the best. First and foremost, if any brides reading this are looking to reschedule their weddings due to COVID-19 in St. Charles - you cannot go wrong with Bogey Hills. Snatch them up if you're able to!! Keep reading to see why.My husband and I had both our wedding and reception at Bogey Hills on Saturday, September 26, 2020 (our original venue - not a reschedule!). I truly cannot say enough good things about the venue itself, Shannon (the day-of coordinator) and the entire staff at Bogey. From the very beginning, Shannon was readily available for any & all questions I had. My mother was very ill throughout the planning process, and Shannon often reached out just to check on us and see if we needed anything. In my opinion, this was above and beyond her responsibilities as our wedding coordinator and speaks to how much she cares about her brides. On numerous occasions she volunteered to handle situations with vendors on my behalf, just to take some responsibility off my plate. I went to Bogey several times before the big day for measurements, etc., and they were always accommodating, even when I reached out at the last minute. All these experiences during planning made my stress level significantly lower as our wedding day approached, as I had full confidence Shannon and her team would make sure everything went smoothly.Fast forward to our rehearsal and wedding, and everything was truly flawless. Shannon wrangled our wedding party for the rehearsal like a boss (not an easy task!), making sure everyone knew exactly what to do the next day. From the start of the ceremony to the reception, Shannon was there every step of the way. We were able to capture photos on the GORGEOUS golf course, and Shannon had a glass of sauvignon blanc (complete with a straw, so my lips stayed perfect!), waiting for me when we got back. After the ceremony, Shannon & team even made sure there was a tray of our hors d'oeuvres in our bridal & groom suites so we could have a moment to regroup before joining our guests without missing out on the delicious cocktail hour food.The reception was like a dream, and people are still reaching out to tell us that it was the most beautiful wedding they've ever attended. Countless people commented on how kind, accommodating and personable every BH staff member was - my grandma even ended the night dancing with the sweetest staff member and having the best time. Our guests had SO much fun. Not to mention the incredible food – our compliments to the chef! Our wedding was everything we could've dreamt and more, all thanks to Shannon & everyone at BH. I cannot recommend them enough, and I would remake the same decision to have our wedding at Bogey one million more times.To everyone at BH (Shannon especially) - thank you SO much for making our wedding amazing, even during the most difficult times in the world. We truly feel like we've made lifelong friends in everyone who was there that day. I urge every bride looking for the perfect venue to give them a call - you won't regret it!

Which knocks out three of the big vendors and the quality was not comprised. The food was the best wedding food we had ever had and our guest raved about it. The baker they use is also great and we received so many compliments. The serving staff was amazing also. Shannon made sure the wedding timeline was exactly as we had planned and kept everything moving. She even reached out to our vendors the week of the wedding to make sure everyone was on the same page, which was so helpful. She responded to all emails within hours and provided updates on how the country club was handling COVID and made sure our wedding would be as normal as possible. She was truly amazing and went above and beyond all expectations for a venue coordinator! You WILL NOT find a better venue for the price!

I held my reception at Bogey Hills and it was phenomenal! I worked with Shannon from day 1 and she was TREMENDOUS. Not only was she filled with knowledge and expertise, but she always answered all my emails in a timely fashion. She made me feel as if I were the only bride she was working with, though I’m sure she had PLENTY of other brides she tended to. The space is beautiful, big enough to accommodate the larger weddings and isn’t nearly as expensive as a lot of the other venues I looked into. The food was outstanding as well. If my dress didn’t fit me like a glove, I would have definitely gone back through the buffet line for seconds. I held my reception at Bogey Hills and it was phenomenal! I worked with Shannon from day 1 and she was TREMENDOUS. Not only was she filled with knowledge and expertise, but she always answered all my emails in a timely fashion. She made me feel as if I were the only bride she was working with, though I’m sure she had PLENTY of other brides she tended to. The space is beautiful, big enough to accommodate the larger weddings and isn’t nearly as expensive as a lot of the other venues I looked into. The food was outstanding as well. If my dress didn’t fit me like a glove, I would have definitely gone back through the buffet line for seconds. Not only was Shannon great to work with, but the entire staff the night of the wedding were filled with smiles and were overall a dream to work with. The whole night went seamlessly thanks to them. Bogey was the perfect choice for our big day! The staff did an incredible job communicating with us and made sure we had everything we needed. We were able get ready there in the morning, and the bridal suite makes for some amazing photos! The space is incredible and there was plenty of space for our wedding of 200 plus a band. Everyone at Bogey was open to my ideas and listened to what I wanted and then helped make it happen. On top of an amazing day, the food was incredible and my friends are still raving about it!

I held both my ceremony and reception at Bogey Hills and I could not have picked a more perfect place. The scenery at the venue is among the prettiest you will find in the area. The reception hall and outdoor patio were spacious and beautiful and speak for themselves with minimal decoration needed by me. Between the ceremony pavilion, reception hall and bridal/groom suites, it made for a great setting not only the day of, but for my wedding pictures as well. Shannon was absolutely wonderful to work with and made me feel so comfortable that she would ensure that my day would go off without a hitch, and she definitely delivered! She is so wonderful at what she does! The food was delicious as well. You could not go wrong with anything their menu has to offer. I received so many compliments from my guests on both the venue and the food. I would absolutely recommend Bogey Hills to anyone looking for a beautiful, elegant and smooth day!

Finding a venue in the St. Louis area that would accommodate a smaller wedding (about 75 guests), but still had the ambiance of a grand ballroom, proved to be a challenge. Bogey Hills Country Club was the answer! The gently rolling hills of green and the cascading waterfall made a picturesque backdrop for an outdoor ceremony. Inside, polished wood and upholstered furnishings, brass and crystal chandeliers, a gleaming wood dance floor crowned by a large stone fireplace, and many other features too numerous to mention provided the elegance and class we had been searching for. We received compliment after compliment from our guests on what a beautiful venue we had found!The all-inclusive wedding packages were very reasonable and Gabrielle, the event coordinator, was wonderful to work with. She has a true passion to make the bride’s vision into a reality. She never seemed to tire of our endless questions and most requests were met with, “Of course.” Despite being the busiest wedding season of the year, Gabrielle’s energy and attention to detail never ceased to make us feel like our day was of utmost importance.We are so happy that we found Bogey Hills. They contract with a bakery, so it had an all-inclusive feel to the venue. I was worried the bakery wouldn't be up to snuff but they were top notch too! We were able to do some decorating the day before. They have a pavilion there that has speakers along the entire length so all of our guest could hear our ceremony. The wedding coordinator was very good about answering emails in a timely manner and running the show on wedding day!

Bogey Hills was the perfect place for my wedding! It is so elegantly beautiful inside and out. So many of my guests said it was the most unique and classiest venues they have seen. We got married June 4th and had our ceremony outside, and the grounds were absolutely gorgeous. I have seen some of our pictures that were taken along the golf course, and they are even prettier than I imagined. Most weddings I have been to the bride and groom leave to take pictures at another site, but Bogey Hills' grounds are so pretty that this was not necessary. Along with being the prettiest venue we saw in the area, the food and service were outstanding. Wedding food isn't always the best, but our food was so good - we had people go up for seconds! We went with the cake company that is included with the package, and that was delicious as well. I was also so impressed by the service. I kept waiting for that dramatic moment where something goes wrong on your big day, and there was not a single problem (not that I knew of at least!). Gabrielle handled everything and made sure it all ran smoothly from before the ceremony until the very end of the reception. I planned my wedding from Nashville, TN, and it was so easy because they provided the linens, napkins (you pick your colors for those), food, and alcohol, and having Gabrielle as a built in day of coordinator was a huge plus. I highly recommend this venue to everyone. You will not regret your choice! They are so friendly and easy to work with, and you can't beat the good food, service, and appearance - all for a reasonable price!

We loved our wedding here! It was so easy and convenient to have both our ceremony and reception in the same place. The outside pavilion was a beautiful location for a ceremony with the waterfall as a backdrop. We then had a cocktail hour while we had to do family pictures. Our guests loved the appetizers and having access to the outdoor patio area with tables since the weather was so nice that day. The actual dinner food got rave reviews from our guests and the bar was great and never had a very long line which was also noticed and appreciated. Gabrielle helped us through the entire process and was well prepared for our meetings.

I got married on 10-17-15 and we had our reception at Bogey Hills! All of the staff there are amazing! Gabrielle did an wonderful job! She was so helpful, accommodating and made me feel very important. As a DIY bride I was very stressed out and she made sure to let me know it was all going to be okay! The food was delicious! Almost every guest told us it was the best wedding they have ever been to everyone really enjoyed themselves. It is a very beautiful venue and I would highly recommend them for your ceremony and reception or just reception like we did! Thanks again Bogey Hills you made my wedding day unforgettable!

I got married on 10-17-15 and we had our reception at Bogey Hills! All of the staff there are amazing! Gabrielle did an wonderful job! She was so helpful, accommodating and made me feel very important. As a DIY bride I was very stressed out and she made sure to let me know it was all going to be okay! The food was delicious! As a mother of the bride, I was very detail oriented for this big event and wanted it to be perfect.Bogey Hills is a beautiful venue and Gabrielle was absolutely delightful and wonderful to work with for our daughters reception. She took care of all the details months ahead of time and notified us of everything that needed to happen in a timely manner. When we got to the reception, she had taken care of all the details and the reception was everything we hoped for, from the set-up, decorations and the food. We have been told numerous times that it was the best reception that they ever attended! I have no complaints, it was perfect and we were very happy with the end result!

Beautiful venue! Our daughter had her wedding and reception at Bogey in September. Food was good. I loved that they have passed hors d'oeuvres for guests while bride and groom are having wedding photos done. They do not book any other weddings or parties on your day which is wonderful, that way you don't have to see or hear anyone else's reception and music. Everything is included. Worth every penny!

Beautiful venue! Our daughter had her wedding and reception at Bogey in September. Food was good. The venue was beautiful, and our event coordinator and her staff were fabulous. The food was awesome (we had the platinum package) and every request we had for the bar was honored (and we requested high-end liquor). We had many folks commenting on the quality of the food, and how much they enjoyed the vibe of the venue. It's very warm and intimate. \r The only thing I thought could use improvement would be the area provided for the bridal party to get ready. It was a meeting room that we were given to use - nothing fancy. There was a mirror, coat rack, and table space available, but restrooms were outside the room, and not much privacy. It worked for us, but some brides may be disappointed, especially if they're having pictures taken during their \"getting ready\" phase. The groomsmen are typically are given the men's locker room to use. My future husband didn't like that option so the guys were provided with a small room attached to the club bar area.\r We also used the bakery that is part of the platinum package, and the cake was wonderful. I was able to design the cake, which was fun. \r All in all, I would highly recommend using Bogey Hills CC for a wedding or any other event.

I was completely happy with my wedding at Bogey Hills in April. The staff was great, and so awesome that it comes with a planner!!! And yes, I would recommend having someone to plan, because if you've never planned a wedding, its nice to be able to ask someone with experience. I had an inside ceremony and it was beautiful. The outside space is also lovely and if the weather is bad you have the option to move it inside (you only loose some money for chair rental) but its nice to have the back-up option. The food was awesome! I got soooo many guest compliments on good it was, I absolutely agree. I loved how the space is very open, the bar to the dance floor, to the tables. I loved having my ceremony and reception with just an hour between, I think the guests enjoyed it too, not having to find something to do for 3 hours until dinner starts. Another plus no paying for transportation for the wedding party to get your from one place to another. There are plenty of places to take pictures, I wish we would have done more on the beautiful stair case in the lobby.\rMy only small complaint is the lightening in the bridal suite where you get ready was dim which made it difficult to put makeup on, and if you had to go to the bathroom when guest were arriving you had to walk into the lobby so people will see you before the ceremony. There is a women's locker room, I didn't think to ask if we could get ready there. That was very minor, overall it was wonderful and I would recommend to anyone!

I would recommend Bogey Hill to anyone! My April wedding & reception was amazing. Ali is great at helping you plan every thing. All the of the staff is helpful and so nice! The facility itself is beautiful. We were there all day (getting ready, pictures, wedding, reception) and I wouldn't of had it any other way!! The grounds are beautiful, the food is delicious & they made sure everything was perfect for my big day! I got many compliments from guests on the reception, food, service, etc.

Allison was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was very flexible, understanding and helpful. She made the whole process really enjoyable and always had a great attitude. The venue itself is effortlessly beautiful and required minimal decorating. The meal was delicious. No complaints.

I had an indoor wedding at BHCC! It was the most beautiful setting in front of the fireplace with fire lit! BHCC has the best buffet for dinner for wedding reception food, I cannot get past how great the food was and am still hearing about it from my guests. They offer a full package deal that I encourage all couples to take advantage of that includes appetizers, drinks, and dinner. They also are willing to negotiate terms and conditions so make sure that you \"make an offer\". We looked and negotiated with several other venues but by far this one was the prettiest with the most to offer at a very comparable price. Please check out BHCC for your wedding, you will not be disappointed!

Bogey Hills Country Club is a great place to have a wedding! Allison (the wedding coordinator) is a wonderful resource and helped us set up every detail. She is very easy to get ahold of and always willing to help. The location is also very large and has a unique feel to it. We received a ton of compliments about the location and the food. Highly recommended!

My wedding was everything I ever wanted. We got so many compliments on the outdoor ceremony area, and everyone mentioned how elegant the reception was. The staff was amazing from the very beginning. The coordinator made everything easy for us. I am so happy that we chose Bogey! The outdoor ceremony area was so beautiful, but it was a little on the expensive side to rent (though it was definitely in the same price range as any other country club in the area).

The club was just remodeled and was beautiful as is. I didn't spend any money on decorations. Adding decorations would have looked tacky.;They took the food away really fast and ran out of the liquor that the bride was drinking.

Shannon Endres (Director of Catering) Hello… I’m Shannon Endres, the Director of Weddings at Bogey Hills Country Club. After college graduation, I moved to Seattle to start my career at Microsoft which led to fundraising for the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation. I relocated to Denver and was the Senior Wedding and Special Events Manager for a Downtown Denver boutique hotel where I planned hundreds of gorgeous wedding receptions and ceremonies... I realized I’d found my niche. I bring 15 years of Wedding and Special Events planning experience. I love making sure our brides’ big day is everything they dreamt it would be!
