Fantastic experience all the way through!On our first visit we met with Jill, and she was very friendly and informative, give us all of the information we needed without being pushy. Then, once we booked the venue, we met with Nikilett who was absolutely phenomenal. Very friendly and great attention to detail. Also very easy to communicate with and willing to go out of her way in order to help in any way she could. In fact, I reached out to Nikilett several weeks before the wedding letting her know that I wanted to add onion rings to the late night snack menu but I didn't want my wife to know and I wanted it to be a surprise (making home-made onion rings was one of our first dates). Not only did she gladly agree to keep the secret, she even went as far as to create a separate bill so that might wife didn't see it during their final walk through! This wasn't even my idea! As far as the rest of the venue goes, we couldn't be happier. It started during our tasting, which was a fantastic experience and much more extravagant than we were expecting. They really went out of their way to make sure we were having a great experience. The day before the wedding I headed up to the venue to hit the driving range with my groomsmen. On our way out we checked the set-up and I was very pleasantly surprised to see that they had everything set up and ready to go. We also very much liked that they told us we had up until a couple hours before the ceremony to decide if we wanted move everything inside. This helped ease some of the nerves knowing that we could wait to see what the weather actually was before having to make a decision. And finally, guests had a really nice time out on the balcony. It was a great spot for people to get some fresh air and take a break from the festivities without having to go out and stand in front of the building. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our experience. The venue was just what we were looking for in terms of looks, but what really sets it apart is the team. From start to finish we had an absolutely tremendous experience with Jill, Nikilett, and the entire staff. I think you will be hard pressed to find a better team more willing to go above and beyond to make sure you have a special day. Bolingbrook Golf Club comes highly recommended in my opinion if you want a nice venue and a great staff. Oh, and I almost forgot, the groom's suite was a nice touch and came in handy before, during and after the festivities!

Bolingbrook did a fantastic job with our wedding! They were a great price for what you got with them. The food was great, the staff was amazing and the night was beautiful. Nikilett met with us throughout the process and knew what we wanted. We dropped our bin off a few days before the wedding and she had the room set up the way we wanted and took care of all of the details. She thought of things we hadn't and she gave great advise. She was also great at communicating with the cook for our dinner and planning special meals for people with dietary needs. The staff was great about having carts ready for us for photos on the golf coarse and everyone was so polite and helpful. They did an amazing job and we could not have been happier.

We had our wedding at Bolingbrook Golf Club in July. We worked with Nikilett. Communication was great, answered all of the little questions we had along the way. Day off, things were great. Everyone had a great time. Francisco, the banquet captain, was great. Food was delicious, came out in a timely fashion. We were ahead of schedule on our day. The golf course is beautiful especially during golden hour for pictures. The large balcony was great for cocktail hour. Very nice facility. The only complaint I have is there was a last minute change and our coordinator we had been working with couldnât make our wedding, so her partner filled in. As a result, some details were missed. Not a huge deal, but the biggest issue was the tables were numbered differently by this new coordinator and important people were not in the places we put them in the seating chart. Our family is very easy going, luckily, and didnât detract from our day and the experience. Itâs just a little frustrating when you put that much thought and time into placing people at the correct tables.

We were so pleased with Bolingbrook Golf Club for our wedding day. Nikilett was incredible to work with. She was very attentive to emails, very helpful, and extremely easy to work with. She even helped us with the decor setup. She also was very flexible in her schedule if we needed to meet with her. The servers did an outstanding job and our banquet captain was friendly and made sure we were taken care of the whole night. The bartenders were amazing too. We heard from our guests the bartenders knew their drinks and had them prepared ahead of time! The food was delicious too! The serving sizes are large! We have no complaints about Bolingbrook Golf Club. We are so happy we had our special day there. I highly recommend getting married on their patio- our photos are beautiful.

Bolingbrook Golf Club was an amazing vendor to work with throughout the entire process. Jill was amazing and the wedding event coordinator, Nikilett, was fantastic as well. From the business side of things they were a 5 out of 5.The contract was very self explanatory. There was a mandatory minimum required for the event, and they applied not only food and drink towards the minimum, but decorations, chairs, and much more. When looking at other venues with event minimums they are almost exclusively related to food and drink. Being able to upgrade your linens, chairs, decorations, and more and applying it to your minimum is HUGE. The ladies and gentlemen working here are very quick to get back to you and are up front and honest about how everything works. The contracts are explicit and everything listed in their will be honored. They will work with you and change the wording back and forth if things need to be altered. Very reasonable and very courteous to work with.From the execution of services standpoint, another 5 out of 5. Bolingbrook staff were extremely helpful from the waiters to the bar staff, the golf side of things, and everyone in between. The site is run professionally and from Bolingbrook's side of things, they are all on the same page. Jill and Nikilett also are your advocates with your vendors on site and help out with so much. There were countless details they handled that the bride and groom never even saw nor had to deal with, a very stress free environment. There was only 1 small hiccup and that was in regards to a single bar tender who did treat numerous people rudely. This was something we heard about from several guests.From a location standpoint, 5 out of 5. The views are gorgeous, the rooms are beautiful, and the entire venue, both inside and out, is designed wonderfully for large crowds. No bottlenecks, multiple bars, large and spacious corridors and outdoor seating. They allow smoking outside, drinking, and more. Great place to host any event, especially a wedding.Pooja and I loved our time with Bolingbrook and cannot recommend them enough. Nikilett and Jill were so awesome to work with and we would not change a thing.

We got married a week ago on 7/22/22. My husband and I could not thank Nikilett enough for everything she did for our wedding. It exceeded our expectations of what we wanted our wedding to be. Nikilett was always so helpful and always easy to get a hold of. She kept it all together for us on our day and we could not have had the wedding of our dreams without her. Even the other staff was so helpful and amazing throughout this whole process. From the venue itself on how beautiful the grounds are to our rooms were set up it all came together so beautifully. I know that we will be talking about our food forever. It was the best wedding food we have ever had and the appetizers were soooooo good! If anyone is looking to book their dream wedding I would 12/10 recommend Bolingbrook Golf Club. We saw our dream wedding come to life and itâs all thanks to Nikilett and the Bolingbrook golf club.

We are from Naperville and have been to many events at Bolingbrook in the past, but none of them compared to the day of our wedding! From beginning to end the coordinators at bolingbrook were great communicators. They made sure we had everything we needed and all of our questions answered as we went along the way. They were willing to meet as often or as little as we wanted. The food was AMAZING! Our guests are still talking about how big the portion sizes were and how their food was still hot when they got it. Our guests loved the space and loved being able to have cocktail hour outside on the balcony. Bolingbrook went above and beyond and it showed. We could not be happier with our choice to use Bolingbrook golf club!

The grounds are beautiful, and the staff is over the top accommodating - truly a DREAM TEAM to work with in Jill and Nikilett. I just had the wedding of my dreams in June 2022 and it's all thanks to Bolingbrook Golf Club. The food is delicious, the space is perfect if you have a large guest count like we did, and the fireworks show they offer for your first dance is unlike anything else. The grounds are beautiful, and the staff is over the top accommodating - truly a DREAM TEAM to work with in Jill and Nikilett. I just had the wedding of my dreams in June 2022 and it's all thanks to Bolingbrook Golf Club. The food is delicious, the space is perfect if you have a large guest count like we did, and the fireworks show they offer for your first dance is unlike anything else. Cannot recommend Bolingbrook Golf Club enough!

We had a lot more flexibility with food options and making our day what we wanted it to be by choosing this venue. They are very responsive and helpful with questions (Jill and Nikilett). Bolingbrook allows more customization to your day than the other venues that we had looked at and also are more reasonably priced. One unique thing about Bolingbrook is that you can have fireworks at your wedding (for a price of course!) if you choose. Not a lot of venues have that capability and that was one of the major unique highlights of our wedding (our guests were surprised!). Bolingbrook made our day special and we are so grateful for that! We both have nothing negative to say about our experience/wedding at Bolingbrook Golf Club.

Every step of the process was very easy thanks to her and the other staff. It was also very reasonably priced compared to other local Chicago suburb venues. In particular, some of the things that set Bolingbrook apart for us was the free option to use chiavari chairs and that all decorations counted towards our food and beverage minimum. During our initial visit before we booked, we also got to scratch off a card for a free wedding add-on (which for us was late night snacks for half our guest count!). On the day of the wedding, the staff was very helpful and made sure that we didnât need for anything during the reception. If we could do it over again, weâd definitely pick Bolingbrook!

Due to Covid-19, we had to reschedule our wedding several times and the entire staff at Bolingbrook Golf Club were very accommodating in setting a new date. Since there wasn't another wedding the same day, the venue allowed us to have all 3 rooms in order to spread out our guests as much as possible. During the reception, there were hand sanitizing stations available, the staff wore masks, and everyone was respectful of the Covid restrictions. The food and beverages were fantastic, we are still hearing people talk about their steaks and the grilled cheese dippers! Jill and Nikilett were in constant contact with us during the planning process and made sure that the event ran smoothly. They helped us make any decisions that we were unsure about. Nikilett went above and beyond and set up all decorations as we had requested. We had our ceremony outside in the rose garden which is perfectly secluded and made for a beautiful background. The reception hall was breathtaking when we entered for the first time as a married couple. The balconies are perfect for cocktail hour or to get a little fresh air. We are thrilled with how smoothly our event went!

My bridal shower was hosted at the Bolingbrook Golf Club on September 26, 2020. I had met with the event coordinator Jill and emailed back and forth with her multiple times before sending out invitations just in case covid restrictions went into place. At the time I sent invitations, there were no restrictions. Two days after I sent invitations, a 25 person limit went into effect. Jill communicated with me the entire time about what could be done for example, having the shower outside, holding it in multiple rooms to accommodate the guest list, etc. The covid restriction was lifted 2 days before the shower and I had planned to have it outside on the patio. The morning of the shower, it was windy and humid. Jill worked very closely with my mother in law and friends that morning to find a room last minute that they knew I would absolutely love! The bridal shower turned out perfect! The brunch that they provided was amazing, the room was beautiful, and having Jill as a coordinator was a gift in itself!

Bolingbrook Golf Club was SO amazing and accommodating and made our day feel so special despite it being different than we originally planned. We had to push back our \"big party\" date until next year, but this year we had a small intimate wedding with just our immediate families. Jill and Nikilett were SO helpful in planning both parties and helped to make the day incredibly special and safe. All of our guests felt safe and comfortable throughout the night. We were able to put our own touches into each celebration. The food and service was fantastic, the venue is beautiful, and the staff could not be more pleasant. I highly recommend choosing Bolingbrook Golf Club as your wedding venue.

About 2 months before, we decided to postpone our 250 person wedding and go with a small, intimate ceremony and party to follow on the patio outdoors. Bolingbrook could not have been more accommodating in the change of plans and in helping us plan this in such a short amount of time. I told Nikilett my vision and she executed it absolutely perfectly, down to my crazy last minute requests. She always got back to us so quickly and was so organized with every detail. We could not have been happier with every single detail of the day. It looked beautiful, the food was amazing and the entire staff was so nice and helpful the entire night.

My husband and I booked our wedding with BGC in November 2018 for our June 2020 wedding. When we walked into the venue, we knew it would be the perfect place to hold our wedding. When the COVID pandemic affected our original plan of having a 200 person wedding, they were beyond accommodating to reschedule our day. When we realized that our postponement date was not going to work, Jill, Nikilett, and the rest of the BGC team quickly put together a plan for us to have a social distancing wedding that followed state guidelines. Our outside ceremony was perfect on the patio. We followed our ceremony with dinner outside on the veranda, overlooking the beautiful golf course. We ordered appetizers from the Nest restaurant downstairs to serve before dinner. Marko was our server for dinner and he couldn't have been more wonderful. He interacted with our families and made an effort to go above and beyond. Chef Darren cooked us a wonderful Filet and Lobster dinner and helped serve our guests. We had the whole veranda to ourselves and had an amazing time. Jill, Nikilett, Marko, Chef Darren, and the rest of the BGC team went above our expectations to make sure that our day was perfect - especially given the circumstances thrown at us. We are beyond thankful for their service to make sure that we could still have the wedding of our dreams. We will definitely be back to see the staff at the Nest Bar & Grill.

Jill and her team have already proven their loyalty from day one, but this was just icing on the cake! They have assured me that the wedding of our dreams will happen whenever we are ready. Money was never a topic in our conversation and neither were rules or restrictions. I am beyond comfortable with all the decisions we have made through out this pandemic and I could not have done it without the constant advise and support from Jill & Nikolette. Both locations were beautiful with staff willing to help with any requests throughout the entire process. Out of our 6 vendors, this was the ONLY vendors who wouldn't work with us or understand that the event got canceled because of what is going on in the world.Very disappointing that they are money hungry and not caring to their customers. Never will have an event her again.

We felt so comfortable on the big day, and everything went smooth and was wonderful! We ended up having one glitch after the wedding the night of, but they did their best to resolve it. We could not recommend this venue enough to anyone looking to host an event or wedding!

We recently had our wedding at Bolingbrook Golf Club and it was amazing! Everyone we worked with was extremely communicative, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind throughout the entire process. I have NO WORDS for how amazing of a venue Bolingbrook Golf Club was!!!! From the minute I met Jill at my first visit, I knew that I just had to get married there. The venue is gorgeous and it was something new that both of our families had never seen. The golf club is so beautiful that it set the perfect stage for the most perfect day. Jill was an absolute joy to work with and I am so grateful to have met her. She made planning my wedding super easy and was always accessible if I had a question or concern. The best part of our day was the fireworks. Jill had suggested them and it was the best thing we did that day. People are still talking to me about how amazing the fireworks were. If you are on the fence about your wedding venue, trust me and book here! You will not regret it. Jill, thank you so much for being the most amazing coordinator and making sure that my wedding day was everything I dreamed. Oh and side note...her staff is AMAZING. I absolutely loved everything about this venue- from the scenery and photo opportunities, to the food/drinks, and especially the staff! Our wedding planner, Katie, did an amazing job creating our vision of our perfect wedding. She was friendly, personable and always available to give us alternatives and suggestions to help fit our budget which helped alleviate a lot of stress. The day of, she was there to make sure everything ran smoothly! Literally all my husband and I had to worry about the entire process was making our payments- she was the liason between us and a lot of our other vendors which took a lot of work off of us! Overall, we had SO many of our friends and family tell us how beautiful everything was and it was all executed perfectly. The staff at BGC were friendly, responsive and professional. At our initial meeting with Jill, were very impressed with her friendliness and her confidence that our requests could be realized. The brochure we were given was invaluable. We chose Floral Events and David Rothstein based on your recommendation. My friends are still raving about the flowers. They were extraordinary! The band kept the dance floor filled with the perfect selection of music. We loved that they donate the flowers so the cernterpieces did not go to waste.Katie Tranchitello was our coordinator and I cannot compliment her enough. She paid attention to even the most minute detail, she was extremely responsive to our emails, and she was so kind and reassuring when I began to panic. We are Jewish and Katie was eager to understand the aspects of the wedding and reception that were unfamiliar to her. When a couple of things werenât going well on the wedding day, she was quick to fix things and make sure that no one but me knew that there was a little glitch.I want also to compliment the chef and Francesco for the food and service. The food was as delicious at the reception as it was at the tasting. Francesco and his staff were very attentive to the guests and dinner was served perfectly.

We had a our wedding their last fall, and while the grounds and our room were stunning, the service and blatant lies were so great that other couples need to be aware. We were told that if we didn't book all three rooms (we booked the front two that included the large terrace/balcony that overlooked the golf course) that the if a small wedding was in the farthest room their guests would have a separate entrance, and that their DJ would be on a far wall and would not be able to be heard in our room. Well those were all lies. The other wedding was walking through our cocktail hour to get to their room, their DJ was so loud it's all we could hear during speeches and had to ask the staff to have them turn the base down, they had their own balcony but kept showing up on ours, and we had them enter our wedding multiple times...we literally had to ask security to stop this. For how much they charge it was totally disappointing. Not only that, we were not allowed to bring my dress or the bridesmaids dresses the night before, we were told my dad could drop them off at 8am, the receptionist would be there and take them to the room. My dad was there at 8am no one showed up, then at 9am no one was there the doors were locked, finally he went to the pro shop downstairs and the gentleman in the shop helped him bring the dresses. It was all so unprofessional, and things that can't be overlooked. Either pay their high pricing for all 3 rooms or don't have your wedding here. They clearly didn't value our wedding or our money. I would describe them as money hungry scam artists (not the wedding planners, Taryn and Taylor are angels) . Previously I had heard nothing but good things, but it appears those people no longer work there and the place is just not worth the money if you are going to experience what we experienced.

The venue is absolutely GORGEOUS and the staff went above and beyond to make our day incredible. We had a Halloween wedding and during the champagne parade, the staff came out wearing our mask party favors! It was such a fun touch that my husband and I weren't expecting at all! Taryn is a wonderful event planner and truly brought our wedding vision to life. The day of our wedding, she seemed as excited to be celebrating the day as my husband and I were! The food was amazing and there are plenty of options. The s'more desert is a must for anyone who is considering it. People always say that there are going to be issues the day of your wedding, but I can honestly say that if there were any that day, Bolingbrook kept them all hidden from us because our day was absolutely perfect. We worked with Taryn Wade, the event coordinator at BGC, and she was incredible. She and her staff on the day were on top of everything and made sure we (bride and groom) had everything we needed. BGC has incredible food and abundant portions so not one guest will leave hungry. The bar tenders were great, and the serving staff was on point all night. I only received rave compliments about how amazing the wedding was, and we couldn't have done it without Taryn and her amazing staff. We also had the freedom to customize our reception exactly how we envisioned it, which is an added bonus. Overall, we are extremely happy with how everything turned out and couldn't have asked for a better venue to collaborate with!

The golf staff went above and beyond driving us around the course for photos. We would not have gotten half of the shots we did if it werenât for them. Every detail was perfect. Where do I even begin! I cannot say enough wonderful things about our wedding venue.For starters, the space itself is gorgeous! The inside is elegant, clean, and looked absolutely breath-taking with all of our decorations on the day of. It is spacious enough to accommodate large weddings (ours was Polish/Irish, so you get the gistâŠ) without making guests feel cramped. However, the real selling point of this venue is its stunning terraces that overlook the golf course, giving you covered outdoor space for your guests. The moment my husband and I saw this hall, we immediately knew it was the place for us.I am still receiving compliments on the food we served (weâve been married for over 2 months now). Many of our guests even told us it was the best wedding food theyâve ever had! From the appetizers to dessert, there are so many delicious options to choose from with several being vegetarian and/or gluten-free â a really important feature for us and our families. Moreover, they make the food-tasting a really fun event, which we enjoyed with both sets of parents.Finally and most importantly, the service here is unmatched. Taylor and Taryn were amazing to work with! During the planning stages, they kindly reminded me of upcoming due dates and events. Right before the big day, they answered the millions of questions I emailed their way without any complaint. And I cannot speak highly enough of Taylorâs work on the day of â she helped me with anything and everything she could, and it was SO noticed and appreciated.Overall, I could not be happier with where I spent my big day! With more than half the list from out of town, BGC was very accommodating with the possible change in numbers. Taryn, our event planner at BGC, is the best!! Taryn and the entire team made our day so amazing!! The food, the space, and the service were all top-notch! All of the servicemen and women from the bartenders, to the waiters, to the valet men were so welcoming and happy to be there even though it was a holiday! Our guests continue to tell us how wonderful of wedding it was. While we were married in the winter and were not able to utilize the beautiful grounds of the Golf Club, the fireplace and decorations of the clubhouse were perfect! If you are looking for a venue winter, spring, summer, or fall check out the Bolingbrook Golf Club! You will not be let down!

Amazing! If you are looking for a classy and beautiful venue with a professional and accommodating staff look no further than Bolingbrook Golf Club! We were married on New Yearâs Eve. With more than half the list from out of town, BGC was very accommodating with the possible change in numbers. Taryn, our event planner at BGC, is the best!! Taryn and the entire team made our day so amazing!! The food, the space, and the service were all top-notch! We recently had our wedding at Bolingbrook Country Club and we could not have asked for a better venue! Wedding planning can be VERY stressful and having a great team of vendors certainly helps to ease the stress. We looked at numerous places to have our wedding and, not only is it beautiful at Bolingbrook, but what really sold us was Taryn and Jill. Just in our first meeting with them, you can tell that Taryn and Jill actually cared about our wedding just as much as we did. They also wanted to make it the best day for us. We did NOT find that anywhere else. We did not have a Wedding Planner either but we felt that we did not need one because Taryn and Jill were so AMAZING! We felt comfortable with them. Once we booked with them, they gave us a list of vendors that they have worked with before so that we can research. We also did our own research of vendors that were not on that list. During our search for other vendors to have at our wedding, I reached out to Taryn and Jill and asked for their opinions, just in case. No sooner than 5 minutes after I emailed them, Taryn called and said \"It's your choice, but I recommend not booking that vendor because something always goes wrong with them. I just wanted to let you know\". I totally appreciated her advice because this is obviously not her first rodeo and she has seen a thing or two with weddings and vendors. Vendors aren't going to tell you the things that can potentially go wrong during a wedding. Also, we had our final meeting with Jill and Taryn a week before our wedding and as they were confirming our vendors (photographers, dj, videographer) and I had mentioned that we were having a slight communication issue with our dj and we were a little concerned. She told me to set up our final meeting with him at Bolingbrook so she would be there too. The meeting was set up the day before our wedding (because it was the only day that worked for all of us) and low and behold the dj STOOD ME UP! We were all pissed and upset! Jill and Taryn then got involved and after a long conversation with them, some tears, and a cocktail too (because I needed it), they helped me in firing my current dj AND they found me another dj for my wedding! They literally saved the day! I know for a fact that if we had our wedding anywhere else, the sales team/wedding coordinators would not have put in the effort they did. They certainly went above and beyond throughout all of the wedding planning and they helped us have the greatest day of our lives! Taryn and Jill are amazing and so is their banquet team. Marco was a FANTASTIC Captain, and they let us ride in on a golf cart (which made my husband SUPER HAPPY)! I could not have asked for better people to work with at such a beautiful venue. THANK YOU BOLINGBROOK!!!!!!!

The food was fantastic, we received great feedback on it and the dessert. The staff was very friendly as well and the building is beautiful. We had a private veranda and that was really a highlight of the room. We did, however, have to share the venue with another wedding (I totally get it. We had roughly 150 and their ballroom fits WAY more than that). They have a wall that separates the weddings. But, since there were two going on, we had a good handful of people coming from the other wedding into ours, and I wish they had a way of monitoring that a little better. The ceremony was outside and it was very pretty as well.

We absolutely loved working with Taryn Wade throughout the planning process -- she was incredibly responsive and patient with all of the many questions we had. We felt so confident going into the day knowing that she would be there to make sure everything went smoothly. The reception was even better than we could have ever imagined and we cannot tell you how many compliments we received from everyone who attended on the food, the venue, and the service. I could not possibly be happier with the experience we had choosing to have our wedding at Bolingbrook Golf Club. I had researched several venues & in all the reviews I read of BGC there was one constant- phenomenal reviews of BGC's wedding event & sales manager, Taryn Wade. Our experience proved that all the reviews are without a doubt true! Working with Taryn was wonderful & she made the planning process so much easier. I have no doubt our wedding was wonderful because of Taryn. Overall, I felt BGC was a wonderful place to have a wedding. The venue & facility itself is gorgeous & a wonderful value for the money. I felt like BGC included many things in their wedding package that a lot of other venues add on at an extra cost. We were a small wedding of just under 100 & BGC had room options to accommodate our size, where many venues that size only cater to very large weddings. Everything was truly wonderful on our wedding day & I would not have changed anything about it. We held both our ceremony & reception at BGC & have received so many compliments from our guests- the aesthetics of the venue, the service, the food, etc. We were so happy with having our wedding at BGC & so were our guests! I highly recommend it as a wedding venue.

Overall this was an amazing a beautiful place to have our wedding. The day was great and service and food was awesome. However, I was told since I booked first I would get first choice and could decided up to 3 hours before the wedding if I wanted to be inside or out. I decided the night before since the weather was going to be so hot to move the wedding ceremony inside. There didn't seem to be a problem until we were finish with the ceremony and not even 2 minutes after the guest started exiting did the staff start rushing in and taking everything down. I was so pissed. We had yet to do pictures and we were told we had the room for another 25 min. It took 10 of those mintues talking with people and finding the manager before we could begin pictures, then we were rushed. I still am very upset. (I was told it was because one of the employees were getting married after) I felt like I was less important. Plus they started my wedding 15 min. late. \rThis was a big problem for me and we never really have received a formal apologize or anything. I feel like I missed out of some many more pictures that I could have had. I loved the reception and we had a great time after its just they rushed us alot through out the evening. still very upset.

Taryn is the wedding coordinator there and she was so wonderful to work with. She answered every question I had in a timely fashion, she went above and beyond to make sure the day was just what we wanted and even though she wasn't there the night of our wedding she still made sure her staff knew exactly what was supposed to happen. I couldn't say enough good things about her and the staff. I got compliments all night about how good the food was and how friendly and helpful the staff was. I had put in requests for certain allergies ahead of time but one of my friends forgot to tell me about her boyfriend's nut allergy, they had mentioned it to their server and he immediately went back, fixed the meal and brought it out to him. She told me it was just like being at a restaurant, they were so helpful. The room itself looked stunning. Taryn had the drapery on the ceiling and behind the head table (we had the grand ballroom) and the set up was just fantastic. It was more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. I would recommend them to a friend in a heartbeat, and I wish I could have another wedding just so I could work with them again!!! :)

We had an absolutely wonderful time and experience by having our wedding at the Bolingbrook Golf Club. It was amazing and my husband and I still can't stop talking about it, and neither can our guests. With an event so big, it is amazing how Taryn and her staff at Bolingbrook focus on the little things.\r\rWe have heard rave reviews about the food from our guests. From the appetizers to the main dishes and the desserts. Everyone loved it! At our final meeting, I had mentioned to Taryn (our coordinator) that all I really wanted was a grilled cheese because I was sick of the wedding diet I was on. And it was amazing because they brought me out a grilled cheese in addition to the main course. It was a small detail, but I was so touched â and it was delicious!\r\rWe also have many compliments regarding the wait staff & the valet. I am not sure who the valet attendant was, but he extremely helpful in helping my cousin out when his car wouldn't start. I believe he is / used to be a mechanic and he helped my cousin get the car started - I don't know any other valet service that would do that. The wait staff, every time they saw my husband and I, would say \"Congratulations! Can I do anything for you?\" They were so very attentive. I also know one of our guests was rather rude/ difficult in that he ordered chicken and then switched his mind by requesting something that was not even offered as part of our menu. The server took care of this without even a second thought by asking the chef to prepare something off menu. We didnât hear about this until afterwards but were amazed by the professionalism and flexibility by the chef and wait staff.\r\rTaryn was absolutely amazing as well. When I first researched venues I stumbled across Bolingbrook Golf Club and I instantly fell in love. When I showed my parents (who paid for the majority of the wedding) they told me they felt it was out of their price range so I put it out of mind. \r\rAfter visiting various venues in the area we weren't impressed and didn't feel like we would get the best bang for our buck with them so secretly my parents went and toured it getting all the information. After that tour my mom called me and told me I was getting married there and she didn't feel I had to see it because she knew I would love it. The saying, \"mothers always know best\" was correct in this instance. \r\rBolingbrook Golf Club is classy and elegant and gorgeous. As soon as you drive up your jaw drops because of how gorgeous it is.\r\rWorking with Taryn and Amanda was amazing. Any questions or concerns or just silly requests was taken care of. They went above and beyond and I couldn't have asked for better people to help plan my wedding. \r\rThe day of the wedding I wanted to see the room but Amanda kept telling me to wait because it wasn't finished and I'm so glad I waited because it took my breath away. Everything about what they did and accomplished was beyond my wildest expectation. \r\rThroughout the reception we had waiters and help asking us if we needed anything and the bar staff was wonderful! When I first researched venues I stumbled across Bolingbrook Golf Club and I instantly fell in love. When I showed my parents (who paid for the majority of the wedding) they told me they felt it was out of their price range so I put it out of mind. \r\rAfter visiting various venues in the area we weren't impressed and didn't feel like we would get the best bang for our buck with them so secretly my parents went and toured it getting all the information. After that tour my mom called me and told me I was getting married there and she didn't feel I had to see it because she knew I would love it. The saying, \"mothers always know best\" was correct in this instance. \r\rBolingbrook Golf Club is classy and elegant and gorgeous. As soon as you drive up your jaw drops because of how gorgeous it is.\r\rWorking with Taryn and Amanda was amazing. Any questions or concerns or just silly requests was taken care of. They went above and beyond and I couldn't have asked for better people to help plan my wedding. \r\rThe day of the wedding I wanted to see the room but Amanda kept telling me to wait because it wasn't finished and I'm so glad I waited because it took my breath away. Everything about what they did and accomplished was beyond my wildest expectation. \r\rThroughout the reception we had waiters and help asking us if we needed anything and the bar staff was wonderful! We worked with Taryn at Bolingbrook. She was absolutely phenomenal! She had amazing ideas as well as being open to letting us plan the wedding of our dreams. The food was amazing and the setup in the room was absolutely beautiful. I was very confident in Taryn, therefore I was able to enjoy every second of my wedding! The staff present at the wedding was very professional and kind to all guests. I would recommend this venue to everyone! It's totally worth it!

We didn't even want a golf/country club... but we were won over minutes into our tour of Bolingbrook. The staff and service is second to none - friendly, but still professional, and never stuffy. Taryn and Jill were the ultimate duo throughout the booking and planning process. Taryn took care of so many details and helped us pick the exact things we wanted from decor, to food and still kept us in our budget. It's not a cheap place, but you get so much for your money compared to other similar venues. And the food....I've never had such good food at a wedding. We're still getting compliments from guests.

We booked Bolingbrook Golf Club for our wedding reception that took place on June 30, 2012. Our coordinator was Taryn Wade and she was fantastic. From the first time that we went there we felt really confident about choosing them. The facility itself is very pretty, the fountain is great, there is plenty of parking, and the whole place is more modern than many other places we looked at. We were in The Taylor Ballroom which has its own veranda. The main veranda overlooks the golf course which is pretty and where we had our cocktail hour. The bathrooms are large and very clean. The service was excellent. Working with Taryn was a dream. She is great at what she does and makes the entire booking/planning experience very easy. The first time we met with her she had answered most of our questions before we even asked them. She had great communication and follow up skills throughout the process which is critical when you are working with multiple vendors and on a timeline to get things organized. She was there day of and all of our vendors had the access they needed for set up, etc. We got several compliments on the food...it was fresh, the portions were large and it was very tasty. The celebration was great and we are so glad that we chose Bolingbrook Golf Club!

When we began the process for looking at venues to hold our wedding, we got a little frustrated with the selection in the area and not being able to find exactly what we were looking for until we went to Bolingbrook Golf Club. As soon as we pulled up to the Bolingbrook Golf Club we knew that this was the place! The venue is absolutely beautiful and the impression it gives when you first drive up is what won us over. We had our ceremony on site in the rose garden, which was also beautiful with the foutain, flowers and trees surounding, it definetly gave our ceremony a private feel.\r\rWorking with Taryn was great! She was so helpful throughout the whole process and really knows what she is doing! We loved how responsive she was with all our questions and requests. And she was so organized the day of the wedding that as a bride, I didn't have to worry about a thing!\r\rPeople alway say that the food is the least important thing about a wedding and no one will ever remember it- well that is not the case here, all our guests LOVED the food! The only complaint was that they couldn't take home the leftovers because there was so much food! \r\rOverall- our experience at the Bolingbrook Golf Club was amazing and we were so happy with everything. It was the perfect setting for our winter wonderland wedding - it was so cozy & warm with the decorations, fireplace and overall atmosphere. The staff there is great - the coordinator will answer any questions and go out of her way to help you. The room was transformed into an elegant ballroom and looked even better than I had imagined. The service was amazing the night of the wedding. The food was a hit - people are still coming up to us & raving about the food and portion size. Having my wedding at the Bolingbrook Golf Club (BBGC) was one of the best decisions I made in the whole wedding planning process. \r\rFirst, it is a gorgeous venue, although the presidential theme (red, blue, gold) may throw some girls off, it didnât really matter to me, and it made the entire place look regal, clean, fresh and elegant. The Reagan ballroom features a beautiful chandelier, which when dressed with fabric and lit, completely finishes the room. They have an extensive choice of colors and fabrics to accent your chairs and tables, perfect choices. (The bathrooms are also FABULOUS, gorgeous and clean, have to think about these things when you will be bringing your gorgeous white dress in there a few times during the time :)). The \r\rIn addition to the inside the grounds are perfect photo spots, they give you a golf cart to drive to a bunch of different holes, beautiful reflection spots, bridges, green grass, antique looking clocks, and, of course, the picturesque fountain. \r\rThe main attraction at the golf course is not the view, photo opportunities, or prestine ballroom. It is the services of the staff. From the moment we booked our wedding the wedding planned, Taryn, was attentive, courteous and beyond helpful with great ideas to answering every tiny question you could ask. She went above and beyond to make sure our meal was delicious and exactly what we were looking for, recommending a KILLER DJ who made the night, a fabulous florist who worked well with her to make sure the room was perfect, and was overall friendly and outgoing to make the experience fun and exciting. Taryn always acted as if she was happy to hear from you and see you. She went out of her way (after hearing me mention to my mom my obsession with Buffalo Sliders) to make sure that I had them during my appetizer course, even though it was not a selected menu item. She is aboslutley wonderful, I cannot stress enough how great it was working with and planning a wedding with her. \r\rWe also had a macaroni and cheese bar which came out around 10pm for our late-night snack segment and it was AMAZING! Everyone completely raved about it and even after all the eating we had been doing, people were going up for thirds and fourths! Itâs made-to-order which was a fun activity for the kids, but the adults loved it too!\r\rTaryn was also the one who first gave me the idea of having our first dance to fireworks outside on the grass with them shooting off behind us. It was the most memorable and amazing moment of my life, our guests LOVED it, and it wouldnât have been possible without her ability to coordinate with the DJ, organize our guests, confirm with the firework vendor, she organized everything so that I didnât have to worry and could just enjoy. \r\rNot to avoid being honest: it costs. Per person it was about $100 for meal/open bar, in addition to all your other vendors, the uplighting/dressing for head tables, any additional fabric you want on your guests tables, etc. They also have a food/bev minimum that is something to keep in mind when planning. But it is worth it, to not have the additional stress the day of or prior to in trusting your vendor, to have every e-mail answered quickly and accurately, to have staff that go out of their way to make sure your day is perfect. It is worth every penny â itâs your wedding day!

Our wedding was the most wonderful night of my life. We received so many compliments on the decorations, atmosphere, and food that we could barely absorb it all. There were two comments were heard over and over again: âBolingbrook is a hidden gemâ and âThat steak was the best wedding food Iâve ever had.â As a bride with self-diagnosed obsessive-compulsive disorder, I was very observant of wedding coordinators who had an attention to details as we interviewed possible reception venues fourteen months prior to our wedding. The first venue we visited was Bolingbrook and the interview with Taryn won me over immediately. I felt as if she had a passion for pleasing brides, and when I was spending $30,000 on just the reception portion of my wedding, I wanted the night and the planning process to be as focused as possible. No other wedding coordinator from the twenty other venues was as attentive as she, and the cost (averagely priced) included a lot of bang for the buck. \rOF COURSE, nothing is perfect and the night of the wedding had a few flaws: our ice sculpture was never displayed (by the way they are only $40, so be sure to spring for an ice sculpture at your weddingâthey are really cheap at BGC), a strict contract kept us from getting money back for the extremely expensive bar package of the ten guests who didnât show up (under count your final guest listâyou can always add more the night of but you canât get any money back for those who donât come), the cocktail space was poorly laid out and many guests never received any of the five appetizers we paid for, one of the bars closed earlier 45 minutes earlier than the wedding and caused our guests to wait in a longer and disappointing line, we had to share with another wedding party who was supposed to be out of our cocktail and picture space an hour before our cocktail hour began but wasnât, timing was a bit off and kept us from having a receiving line, and I couldnât really find any workers when small details and issues arose (broken glass on the dance floor, lights too bright, etc). But, of course, I was the only one who noticed. I still highly recommend BGC and wouldnât change my decision to host our wedding there. Our wedding was the most wonderful night of my life. We received so many compliments on the decorations, atmosphere, and food that we could barely absorb it all. There were two comments were heard over and over again: âBolingbrook is a hidden gemâ and âThat steak was the best wedding food Iâve ever had.â As a bride with self-diagnosed obsessive-compulsive disorder, I was very observant of wedding coordinators who had an attention to details as we interviewed possible reception venues fourteen months prior to our wedding. The first venue we visited was Bolingbrook and the interview with Taryn won me over immediately. I felt as if she had a passion for pleasing brides, and when I was spending $30,000 on just the reception portion of my wedding, I wanted the night and the planning process to be as focused as possible. No other wedding coordinator from the twenty other venues was as attentive as she, and the cost (averagely priced) included a lot of bang for the buck. \rOF COURSE, nothing is perfect and the night of the wedding had a few flaws: our ice sculpture was never displayed (by the way they are only $40, so be sure to spring for an ice sculpture at your weddingâthey are really cheap at BGC), a strict contract kept us from getting money back for the extremely expensive bar package of the ten guests who didnât show up (under count your final guest listâyou can always add more the night of but you canât get any money back for those who donât come), the cocktail space was poorly laid out and many guests never received any of the five appetizers we paid for, one of the bars closed earlier 45 minutes earlier than the wedding and caused our guests to wait in a longer and disappointing line, we had to share with another wedding party who was supposed to be out of our cocktail and picture space an hour before our cocktail hour began but wasnât, timing was a bit off and kept us from having a receiving line, and I couldnât really find any workers when small details and issues arose (broken glass on the dance floor, lights too bright, etc). But, of course, I was the only one who noticed. I still highly recommend BGC and wouldnât change my decision to host our wedding there. I have only positive things to say! The venue is gorgeous, to start with... elegant and formal and definitely not stuffy! Beautiful surroundings! The planning staff is great -- we love Taryn and Jill! If there was ever anything we weren't100% satisfied with, it was fixed with no problems.

Taryn at Bolingbrook was amazing to work with. She always had answers to all my questions and was always prompt in responding to me. Our wedding was in the Taylor Room (the smaller of the two ballrooms), the best part of this room was the attached balcony. When guests needed a break from dancing they would go out onto the huge balcony and enjoy some fresh air and watch everyone dancing. The food was delicous and all of our guests loved the champagne parade. The entire evening went off without a hitch...from someone greeting and escorting the bridal party to the bridal suite when we arrived to coordinating service times with the DJ. We did not have to worry about a thing because everything had been taken care of by Bolingbrook.

We were so glad that we had our wedding reception here! The food was fabulous and the service was excellent. All of our guests said our wedding was one of the best they've ever been to. In terms of price, it was a little more expensive than some of the other venues we looked at, but considering the quality all of the food we got and all the additional perks of the package (included chair covers, ice sculpture, cake), it was totally worth it!

Jill Maldonado (Director of Sales) Jill Maldonado has played a vital role at Bolingbrook Golf Club. Now in her 15th year, she overseas the hardworking, dedicated sales staff and banquet team that hosts over 100 weddings per year. Jill has also most recently been awarded the 2020 Chamber Business leader of the year. She has two teenage children and her spouse is also in the hospitality business.
