The Alexander and Alford families are carrying on a family tradition from the 1800's in farming Boone Valley Farm. We are still a 120 acre farm raising cattle, corn and hay. In 2021 we hosted a large gathering of family and friends at the farm. From that gathering we had several requests to host weddings and other large gatherings at Boone Valley Farm and our dream was formed. We began a process in 2022 of building and repurposing an old barn, and a portion of our property, to share with our community and to provide additional income for our family farm. We are life long residents of NKY and we love the area we live in. But, as most of you know, with the expanding growth in our area family farms are becoming a thing of the past. Our event venue will provide additional income that will help ensure our farm remains a farm for generations to come. We hope you, after visiting Boone Valley, will love our farm as much as we do. We can't wait for the opportunity to share it with you. We have three beautiful ceremony locations; outdoor, covered outdoor and inside climate-controlled seating for up to 300 guests. Cassie Ryan is the General Manager at Boone Valley Farm. Cassie says "there are two kinds of people at Boone Valley Farm. One is family and the other we treat like family". Please contact Cassie to set a time to come out and tour our facility. Cassie and her team, mostly family members, will work to be sure your special day is as perfect as possible. Cassie will be glad to meet you at the farm to show you our property, outdoor wedding locations (if that's your choice) and our indoor, climate controlled facilities where we can host your events all twelve months of the year. Should you feel that Boone Valley Farm is not the ideal location for your event we will share other reputable venues in the tri-state area that may meet your specific needs. I couldn't be happier with my wedding experience at Boone Valley Farm. As a brand new venue, we witnessed the space being brought to life over the past year. They probably got tired of seeing us since we visited so many times to look at the progress! We took a leap of faith that it would turn out as we were envisioning, and it ended up even more beautiful than we had hoped. Tim, Kim, Cassie, and anyone else we ever talked with there were all very kind and helpful throughout the process. Everything is gorgeous- the outdoor ceremony space, reception barn, bridal suite, lodge, etc. were all wonderful. I hope to have a reason to return to this special place in the future.
