The ladies at Wedgewood Boulder Creek are absolutely masters of their craft. From touring to ceremony, they will help with every aspect you can imagine in order to ensure your special day goes as perfect as possible. We only started planning our wedding barely 2 months before the day itself, and to put it lightly, were a bit overwhelmed. After looking online for outdoor locations, we decided to come and tour the facility to see if it was as beautiful as the pictures online portrayed. To put it bluntly, as nice as the pictures are, they don't do the venue justice at all... and after a short tour we knew this was the place for us. Everyone was so helpful with everything, knowing that we were rushed and inexperienced with all aspects of the wedding, and reached out multiple times to check and see that we were on track and answer any questions we had. Our ceremony was beautiful and perfectly executed, the venue was exquisite and exactly what we wanted, the food was delectable and everyone raved about it, the music was on point and got everyone dancing... the night was perfect overall. Special shout outs to Katie, Jensen, Meghan and Megan for all their help throughout the entire process because without them, we would have been completely lost...

Working with Wedgewood for our wedding was the best decision! Having so much included in our package made planning so simple, and the venue is gorgeous. Our guests felt like they were in the mountains, without actually having to travel outside of Boulder. We worked with Megan G, and she is INCREDIBLE! She took care of every little detail, and she's so friendly and fun. Overall, we'd highly recommend booking at Boulder Creek by Wedgewood!

I am so happy that we chose Boulder Creek as our wedding venue. If I had to do it again, I would 1000 more times! The entire staff was very helpful, friendly, and professional. They know what theyâre doing!!! A huge shoutout to Katie and Beckett who made our day seamless and exactly what we imagined. The venue was beautiful and snowy and the food was so amazing, it exceeded our expectations. Wedgewood gave us a night we will remember for the rest of our lives for all the right reasons.

I am so happy that we chose Boulder Creek as our wedding venue. If I had to do it again, I would 1000 more times! The entire staff was very helpful, friendly, and professional. They know what theyâre doing!!! A huge shoutout to Katie and Beckett who made our day seamless and exactly what we imagined. The day could not have been more perfect. People say expect something to go wrong, and let it. To be completely honest, nothing went wrong. Boulder Creek by Wedgewood is made up of a team of true experts. From planning to execution and everything in between. The relationships they made with the neighborhood bakery and florist are unmatched. We would like to give a shout out to each and every one of our days experts:-Boulder Creek Culinary Team and Chef Kelly - WOW the food, execution, everything WOW. we have gotten feedback from our friends and family that it was some of the best food they have ever had at a wedding, and we couldn't agree more! ...that prime rib tho, woah was that good. - Captain Emma - making sure dinner service was flawless, and lets be real, she hooked my plate up! haha She's a gem.- Bartender team Dylan and Christian: true professionals. They were able to take care of all guest beverage needs without any hesitation- Sarah from Belle Terre Florals- I can't say enough about Sarah. Her professionalism, ability to connect with us, listening to what we \"think\" our vision is and making it come to life with such ease and willingness. Her florals really exceeded our expectations and her customer service is unmatched. Always willing to talk things through and share ideas and advice. It was a pleasure working with Sarah.- Jamie with Button Rock: from cookies, to brownies, to our darling sweet heart cake, down right DELISH! DJ Prescious with DJ Maestro- talk about getting the party started!! It was so great being able to do a zoom prior to wedding day to get to know each other and really try to verbalize what we are looking for. DJ Precious listened to our thoughts and ideas and executed exactly how we envisioned and more. She was our biggest hype queen and really elevated our evening. She was AMAZING!Last but certainly not least, Jensen. How lucky were we that we got to work with Jensen from start to finish. To be completely honest, Jensen might be the top reason why we booked Boulder Creek. Her ability to show her property, excite us without even knowing if we would commit and not once putting pressure on us to sign a contract, we knew this was the place. She was so proud and confident in the venue that she didn't need to \"sell\" it to us. If you are reading this review it will be long so hunker down! To say I was happy with this venue does not even come close to how great of a job they did! This venue is amazing and everything about it was perfect! We got married on 4/23/23 here and loved it! We just wished it hadn't gone by so fast! From the staff to the location everything was phenomenal and wish I could give them a higher rating because this was THE BEST place to get married! We had an encounter with everyone in the office from the start and they are all amazing and are so kind and helpful! I would 110% get married here again because it is such a beautiful location. The Creekside ceremony space where we had our ceremony is what sold me on this venue! They provide a binder for planning with the meeting dates as well and help you all along the way with the planning process. They offer several different packages depending on what you're looking for and each one is customizable too which makes life so easy! They offer three different options for the ceremony space and they are all beautiful. They have the indoor spot in the rotunda, the lawn space, and the creekside. The creekside spot was an immediate yes and again is what sold me on having this as our venue. The sounds of the creek and the beautiful trees just make this place stunning to say the least. The photos turn out amazing as well with the beautiful location and foliage!This venue is great as well because they include everything except the clothing and decor. They have options for the food, flowers, cake, place settings, ceremony and reception space, officiant, wedding planner (sort of), DJ, and pretty much anything else you need for the wedding. Every single person that works here is so nice and helpful. We worked with pretty much everyone throughout the planning all the way up to the wedding day. They offer a planning binder that walks you through the beginning all the way until the end and that binder was a saving grace and made the planning process so much easier and smoother. They do several planning meetings to make sure your day goes perfectly and make any changes you may have along the way. Just a great process all along the way!The food they offer is phenomenal as well and the company that they cater through did a phenomenal job and I wish I had access to it outside of the wedding. They offer a separate tasting for the couple as well so you don't miss out on the cocktail hour foods too which was great! If I had to redo everything I would not change a single thing and I have referred several people to this exact venue as well as the company because of how great of an experience we had. Have your wedding here and you will not regret it.

The Wedgewood staff at Boulder Creek are absolutely amazing, and they helped our wedding day run flawlessly. The Wedgewood staff at Boulder Creek are absolutely amazing, and they helped our wedding day run flawlessly. We did not need to coordinate with many external vendors, and all of the vendors we worked with through Wedgewood were amazing. From beginning to end, the team at Wedgewood made sure that we were very well taken care of. We knew that our day would be well thought-out and planned meticulously, and the team definitely made it all happen. From Shelby to Megan to Emma, and all the rest of the support team, we and our guests cannot stop talking about how amazing and flawless and helpful everyone was. Our wedding was about 150 guests, and everyone had space in the tent. The food was SO good, and we are still getting compliments a week later on how tasty everything was, as well as all of the options! We did the buffet and would absolutely do it again as such. The DJ - Precious - was a stand-out. Again, we are still getting feedback that Precious was their favorite DJ at any wedding - ever! STUNNING VENUE & EXCEPTIONAL STAFF!! My husband (yay!) and I planned our wedding at Wedgwood Boulder Creek from out-of-state and only saw the venue in pictures when we reserved our date. Best decision we made! Everyone was so kind and helpful, communicated quickly, and provided excellent recommendations. The preferred vendors were incredible and the whole team made sure the night flowed seemingly effortlessly. Megan and Meghan, our ceremony / reception coordinators, were amazing and so sweet! The wedding day can get hectic, but they made it stress-free by making sure our decorations were perfect, that both my husband and I were doing well all night, asking if they could get us anything, and keeping the evening on schedule. I am SO glad that we chose Wedgwood Boulder Creek for our special day; it was so beautiful, and multiple people have said it was the best wedding they've been to. I would highly recommend going with Wedgwood Boulder Creek for your big day as well!

STUNNING VENUE & EXCEPTIONAL STAFF!! My husband (yay!) and I planned our wedding at Wedgwood Boulder Creek from out-of-state and only saw the venue in pictures when we reserved our date. Best decision we made! Everyone was so kind and helpful, communicated quickly, and provided excellent recommendations. The preferred vendors were incredible and the whole team made sure the night flowed seemingly effortlessly. Megan and Meghan, our ceremony / reception coordinators, were amazing and so sweet! The wedding day can get hectic, but they made it stress-free by making sure our decorations were perfect, that both my husband and I were doing well all night, asking if they could get us anything, and keeping the evening on schedule. This venue was outstanding. The staff that came to together to assist in wedding planning and helping the wedding day go by smoothly were amazing. They were promt in getting back to me with questions or concerns I had. They all were all so patient with me in wedding planning and all throughout the wedding day. The venue and staff felt cozy and comfortable. I never felt judged or rushed into a decision. I couldnât think of a better venue than this one. The sound system was amazing, even with being by the stream. If I could go back and relive my wedding day at this venue over and over again I would. Definitely 10/10 recommend!

Food was great, staff were INCREDIBLE, would absolutely recommend to a friend who wants a custom day without having to do everything themselves. Boulder creek is absolutely beautiful and was the perfect place to get married. You really get the feeling like your in your own little world with the mountains in the background and being surround by the creek and the Aspen trees. The staff is so helpful throughout the entire planning process and makes it easy and stress free. They made our wedding day so easy by helping with set up and take down and keeping us on schedule. My husband and I really felt like we could just relax and enjoy our perfect day!

Boulder creek is absolutely beautiful and was the perfect place to get married. The staff is incredible! We had our wedding in April and felt the whole process and day itself was very well planned and painless. We even came in under budget! Our photographer, Helen, from Love and Lens and Cole, our videographer, from Luminance Media were great and worked super well together. We also loved Precious, our DJ! Katie and Maggie helped us the day of and went out of their way for every request!The only downside -- we would also recommended labeling what you bring to the venue if possible since some of the cornhole bags we brought never made it home with us and seem to be lost!

Wedgewood Weddings at Boulder Creek surpassed all our expectations, creating a truly unforgettable wedding experience. We went through Wedgewood for our wedding and couldn't be happier with the planning process, the recommended vendors, or (most importantly) with the event itself. Every step of the way, Wedgewood's staff provided help and answered our questions without being pushy or overbearing.Planning: Wedgewood has this down to a science. They have a very helpful binder with all of the dates, decisions, options, and contact info all in one place. The regularly-scheduled planning meetings helped ensure that things stayed on track, but they weren't so frequent as to be burdensome. Again, the consultants were honest and conscientious about helping us make decisions.Venue: beautiful and accessible from Boulder while still feeling more \"mountainy\" than a front range venue. The tent worked out great for outdoor dining on April 1.Food: my God, the food. The best wedding food I've ever had, bar none. Every guest who has talked to us about the wedding since the event has mentioned it.Staff: the staff were efficient and friendly throughout the entire planning process and event.I will say: there is a minimum spend retirement that varies depending on the time of year. We had our wedding in the off-season and were able to hit the minimum with roughly 115 guests. It's important to have a sense of the budget and your rough guest count in mind, but for us it was the sweet spot of \"a super nice wedding but not exorbitant\" (grading on the wedding industry curve).

We had our wedding with Boulder Creek on 5/27 and it was an absolutely incredible day. We live out of state and wanted to find a venue that was all inclusive and gave us flexibility in packages. From the moment we booked, to our first meeting, to our wedding day, the communication and planning process was phenomenal. I sent emails with random questions throughout the waiting months and they got back to me with answers in such a timely manner. They made sure our friends and family felt great when the day came, and prepared everyone so well through the rehearsal process. It was so smooth that after we did our grand exit, we truly did get to leave. Every piece of decor and random items that needed to come home was already set and sent with the correct party. Our day of included Katie, our coordinator for the morning. She was there with us through the rehearsal and made sure that we had a back up plan in case the weather went haywire. She also checked in with us regularly the week leading up to our wedding to ensure that we not only felt prepared, but that we were also excited! After Megan transitioned out for the morning, we had Megan who was our banquet captain. She ensured that all of our tables had the correct food and people with allergies and dietary preferences were accommodated correctly. She checked in with us frequently throughout the duration of the event, and anything we needed she took care of. We absolutely loved our bartender, Jazz, and our guests did as well. Jazz made incredible drinks and was such a blast to chat and catch a moment of peace with. We had Macy and Anika along with Megan as our servers and they were also super attentive. We truly couldnât have asked for a better experience, especially coming from out of town. I know people sometimes have fears of working with chains or big companies, but having attended other Wedgewood weddings, and hosting our own through Wedgewood, it was worth every penny and such a great experience for out of town guests!

Best Wedding Experience!! I cannot recommend this place enough. The staff are incredible and were super attentive throughout the planning process and day of. Special shoutout to Haley our wedding coordinator!!They have 2 gorgeous spots outside for the ceremony that will not disappoint, and are perfect anytime of year. The whole planning process was a breeze. They supply their vendors (photography, desserts, flowers) which made life so much easier and they provide the dinner meal in house. It was so affordable as well. If you want an outdoor wedding that feels like its in the mountains but 10 minutes away from downtown Boulder, CO this is your place!!

Jensen is an absolute rockstar at her job and accommodated anything and everything we thought of. She was super easy to work with, helpful and so so nice! Our banquet captain was Emma and she absolutely killed it. We had a bit of rain on our wedding day and had to pivot on some things and they presented options stress free and made it all work. We could not recommend them more!!

I cannot recommend Wedgewood Weddings enough! My husband and I were married at the Boulder Creek location on August 20, 2022. Shelby, our wedding coordinator, was outstanding to work with. She made the entire planning process fun and memorable. I truly appreciate all of the hard work both Shelby and all the other coordinators did over the year and half process. It was seamless, straightforward and all of my concerns were always put at ease by the entire WW team! Shelby was always honest and answered questions in a fast manner, whether it was through phone or email. Emma, our banquet captain, was super professional and on-point for the entire night of our event. Even though it rained during our ceremony, the venue was quick thinking to provide easy and sensible transitions to keep our timeline on track (plus some umbrellas were provided!)Speaking of the venue itself, it's modern, but rustic; and the creek is such a nice touch to add special memories to a wedding (and the pictures of course). There is no cell service (WIFI is available), but that didn't stop any of our guests from having a great night. The food was warm, the bartenders and service was outstanding and I could not have asked for a better wedding night!We worked with all of the Wedgewood vendors as well. The invitation system was easy to operate and we even ordered custom cocktail napkins that were the best quality compared to what I am used to. Bitterroot Studio, the florist, delivered the most beautiful flower arrangements I could only dream about! I am still obsessing over my bouquet and chuppah flowers. Libby Holmes, our photographer, was a pleasure to work with too. She eased all of my concerns throughout the planning process and day of; ensuring we captured all the best pictures and memories even in the rain! Christian was our DJ, he went above and beyond for our night.. the best music and MC services. Our guests couldn't stop dancing. Our wedding was such a great night to remember and we couldn't have done it without the support of Shelby, Emma and the rest of the Boulder Creek team at Wedgewood Weddings! 5/5 would recommend it to other brides.

this venue was amazing. The staff and the event were flawless. I couldnât have asked for a more authentically me wedding here. they understood my theme, the food was the best Iâve had at a wedding, and the ambious was everything. Shelby and Maria were perfect throughout the night and I couldnât hav tasked for a more supportive team to walk me through everything. they were available day of, and throughout the whole planning process. I would recommend this location. to anyone looking for an amazing and intimate wedding venue.

this venue was amazing. The staff and the event were flawless. I couldnât have asked for a more authentically me wedding here. they understood my theme, the food was the best Iâve had at a wedding, and the ambious was everything. Shelby and Maria were perfect throughout the night and I couldnât hav tasked for a more supportive team to walk me through everything. they were available day of, and throughout the whole planning process. I would recommend this location. to anyone looking for an amazing and intimate wedding venue.

Wedgewood Boulder creek is incredible, from the beautiful venue to the Amazing crew, to the delicious food. Our brunch wedding was so special. Jeff and I were just married at Boulder Creek Wedgewood last week, and it was a fantastic experience! It was a beautiful location, and the food and service was great. One of the reasons we chose Wedgewood is that you can pick a package where as much of what you need is included. This was incredibly helpful and made wedding planning less overwhelming. It's easy to feel pressured by expectations when trying to plan a wedding, but everyone we worked with at Wedgewood was friendly and helpful. Our marriage ceremony and reception went perfectly! We had such an amazing time planning our wedding with Boulder Creek and had an even better wedding day! They helped with everything along the way, really taking a lot of stress off of us. We loved all of their vendors and had so many compliments about venue, food, flowers, and desserts! We had some crazy weather on the wedding day but they planned for that and were able to go with the flow and move around things. Everyone on the Wedgewood Weddings team was so nice to work with and made our wedding one to remember.

Everyone went above and beyond expectation during our wedding â they all were so attentive, responsive, customer service driven, and professional at all times. Our wedding party and guests commented on the fabulous event and were completely in awe of how coordinated and elegant it was. Everyone felt that the food was excellent and the venue was beautiful and clean. We felt utterly pampered from the minute we arrived to the last guest leaving. This wedding venue was the perfect place for our wedding. My husband and I met in Boulder so we knew that we wanted to have our wedding there. The venue itself was picturesque and it looked straight out of a fairytale. Our guests were all from out of state and they couldn't get over how absolutely beautiful it was. The planning process was a breeze and our wedding coordinator, Shelby was there for us every step of the way. Our special day went off without a single issue. We utilized their preferred Dj, florist, bakery, and photographer, all of which were wonderful to work with. The food was delicious, our favors and decorations were set up perfectly and their entire staff was so friendly to our guests. We could not have picked a more perfect venue, I wish we could hit the rewind button and do it all over again. We are thrilled with our experience and HIGHLY recommend this venue to those considering it.

was pretty dissatisfied with how they handled things the day of my wedding. Venue handled my decorations terribly and I went through several different coordinators, one I didn't meet till the day I got married and she wasn't very nice. Asked about decorating my cake table several times and was told it would be handled and beautiful. Come to find the table was empty with no cake stand. They didn't even put the cake topper I bought on it. Just feel like my decorations I made and worked so hard on were disrespected. Coordinator felt like she had to be there and the day felt rushed. Has been eating at me ever since...was so excited to see how things were going to be but now I feel like I wasted my money. Still I beautiful site. Found out after that one of the coordinators I worked with was let go and this was not brought to my attention. Had to work from scratch on details a week before the wedding on final appointment. DJ, Food, and flowers were incredible. my officiant was perfect. Photographer was amazing. So there there good aspects. Just can't get over how I was treated and how my decorations were treated...

Where do I begin? This venue and the staff are absolutely incredible. I couldnât have imagined a more perfect day thanks to them. Jensen and Megan were just incredible. They both were so sweet and helpful. Our food was AMAZING, especially the prime rib. The bartenders were quick and attentive. They also were so fun and took care of everyone. Will, our DJ took our music selections and created the best playlists. He hit it out of the park. The venue itself was absolutely gorgeous. The surrounding area is beautiful and really adds to the special day.We were able to relax knowing that Jensen and Megan were taking care of our every need and they made sure our day went smoothly. They both had wonderful energies and were amazing from start to finish. We planned our wedding from a different state and during the pandemic and they didn't miss a beat. They helped coordinate everything so I could relax and enjoy our time leading up to the big day. It seriously was the best decision ever to get married here. I would highly recommend having your wedding here, it will be an absolute dream.P.S the grand sparklers are worth it. Do it.

Wedgewood provides an entire binder of information and step by step guide to help prepare for the big day. The entire day went very smoothly and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Our guests all told us how amazing the day was and they said the food exceeded their expectations based on other weddings they have been to. We loved how we could choose the package that worked best for us and we were given some great vendor suggestions! I would highly recommend Wedgewood by Boulder Creek for future couples!! The staff were all very helpful in planning and executing the perfect wedding, but I would love to give a special thanks to our coordinator, Erin, and our day of captain, Emma!

My husband and I can't stop talking about how AMAZING Wedgewood has been throughout the planning process and the big day. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and I don't have enough good things to say about the staff, planners, sales team, and coordinators. Even at the end of the evening when we had a hiccup with the shuttle buses (which had nothing to do with our venue) Maggie (our banquet manager) was so wonderful and made sure we were taken care of. We plan to recommend Wedgewood to all of our friends who plan to get married as we had the best day of our lives and our guests continue to rave about how much fun they had at the wedding and how smoothly the evening ran (all thanks to everyone at Wedgewood)! I can honestly say I have no negative comments about this venue as I wouldn't change a thing about how the wedding went. Prior to the wedding many friends and family told us that the day would go by in a blur and sometimes the couple doesn't even get to enjoy their own wedding, but I am happy to say we were able to enjoy and cherish every second of the weekend because Wedgwood took care of everything. If you want a stress-free wedding, go with Wedgewood Boulder Creek!

She made me feel comfortable coming to her with every question I had, big or small. They set up everything the way we asked, and the evening went on without a hitch. When Erin was leaving, and handed us off to Megan, they were very clear on direction. Megan was always checking in with us, and made the night completely stress free. The Wedgewood team was incredible and we highly recommend the Boulder Creek location to everyone!

This is a beautiful place to have a wedding. Taylor our coordinator made sure we felt unimportant by letting us know she diidât need to help us out the day of my daughterâs wedding by stating, she was to busy with potential clients. They already got out m onyx so why bother. Sent someone to the venue to get my daughterâs flowers for pictures, you canât be on the property but an hour before the ceremony so pictures need to be taken elsewhere. He could find no one to be helpful and no one would answer the phones to let them know what we needed. I left a message on all 3 lines (manager, coordinator and kitchen-no responds in 3 hours). We has many other issues that were not handled according to what was discussed prior to the wedding. No cake table as in numerous pictures. We had 2 flavors of cake and it was just handed out to people not put on the cake table. Guests were not given a choice of flavors or whether or not they even wanted cake. The appetizers were very few as they has 1 made 2 people carrying a small plate around with an out 5-6 pieces of the appetizers on the plate and then returned which seemed like they had to wait for the chief to cook more before returning. Not worth the money because they werenât on a table like you see in pictures. I was told by Jordyn, the general manager that it is âextremely rare for us to get a call on the day of an event from a client, Bercause of that it wouldnât occur to us to be near a phone. REALLY???!! She also stated, âTaylor was available 2 hours before which is what is promised to our clients.â Taylor wasnât available to us except to tell people when to walk down to the ceremony and couldnât even do that with a good attitude. We had questions right after the ceremony regarding the marriage license, she wasnât anywhere to be found. Please if you must consider this venue for your special day, make sure it stays special and donât let Taylor assist you to ruin this day. You canât get it BACK!

Our experience with Wedgewood Boulder Creek was nothing short of amazing, we booked our July 2021 wedding with them just days before the pandemic hit. Throughout our year and a half engagement they were kind, understanding, and prompt to answer all of our questions regarding our wedding and Covid-19. They kept us in the loop with new or loosening restrictions, and let me talk through many âback-up plansâ and âworse case scenariosâ to ease my type-A, worrying mind. In the end, restrictions were loosened and we were able to have the wedding of our dreams. We used wedgewood preferred DJ and Florist, both of which were incredible. They helped us make a hotel block and find transportation for our guest. They accommodate a private food tasting for us since their regular wedding extravaganza event was not happening before our date due to the pandemic. They helped accommodate things that usually arenât in their typical wedding such as turning their donut wall into a photo-opportunity for my guest, having an ice cream truck, and scheduling in a private dinner for the bride and groom before the reception. Our day of coordinators/banquet caption were Taylor and Emma. They waited on us hand in foot, kept every vendor in the loop with any changes to the schedule, and made the day run flawlessly. We couldnât be more impressed or thankful that these two were our team. Overall Wedgewood Boulder Creek exceeded all our expectations and weâd recommend them time and time again to any future bride and groom.

We got married at Boulder Creek at the end of June, and we had such a fantastic experience with them!The team at Boulder Creek was incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process. One of my favorite and most useful aspects of planning was the planning binder that had everything in it that we needed. It made the decision-making process much simpler and more straightforward, which was such a blessing in the craziness that was wedding planning. The team was also super responsive to all of our questions and answered all of my frantic emails promptly and professionally. By the time we got to the wedding day, I felt as at ease as I think was possible, largely because they ensured that logistics were settled and everything was ready to go for the big day.When it came to the actual wedding day, our assigned day-of coordinator, captain, and DJ made sure the day went smoothly. Everything went about as well as we could have asked, and we had such a special, beautiful day. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous: the creek and greenery make for awesome pictures, the location feels like youâre in the mountains while still being super accessible from downtown Boulder, and the âflowâ of the venue (ceremony site to cocktail hour to dining tent to dancefloor) was seamless.

The Boulder Creek staff went above and beyond on our wedding day for my husband and I! They thought of every little detail and need we had before we could even think of it ourselves! Planning our wedding with the event planners was stress free and easy! They were able to accommodate any and every request we had!! Could not recommend this venue and staff more highly!!

The all in inclusive model really limits the amount of decisions you have to make, and vendors you have to communicate with. At the same time, we wanted to pick our own photographer and florist to fit our vision and this was no problem. We easily edited our contract. Everyone we worked with was always so professional. During the big day, every employee stopped and smiled and asked if I needed anything. A server even helped bustle my dress! I'm bias, but all of our guest said it was one of the best weddings they'd ever attended! We had our reception at Wedgewood on 7/13/21 after a ceremony at a National Park and it was absolutely perfect. We were out of state and we were both extremely busy during the planning but the folks at Wedgewood made everything so effortless, helping us coordinate everything from our invitations and cake to our timeline! Even the food was great. Our guests were impressed and we had the night of our lives with minimal stress. My only complaint is that there were a few things they weren't so flexible about - for example you had to use their DJ services to use their sound system, there was a bit of pressure to stick to a timeline even though we'd prefer to be more laid back, etc. There's also a lot of different people over at the office so communication was a little rocky at times but everything came together great in the end. Overall it was an excellent experience. If you want a low-stress, customizable package with a beautiful backdrop this is the perfect spot.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Wedgewood by Boulder Creek. If you work with anyone make sure to work with Shelby. She, was a gem and a life saver. We had someone forget to get oouorr wedding cupcakes and she got someone to get them, then our photographer didn't show up or answer calls and she found someone to show up within 15 minutes. She, is an angel in disguise. The wedding to the love of my life in a magical place which made me feel like a Disney princess in a magical forrest made me the happiest bride. I can honestly say it was one of the happiest days of my life and the staff and location made it absolutely perfect. I would give them a 1000X stars.

Words cannot describe my gratitude to the Wedgewood team! Erin, Emma , Taylor, the staff, bartenders, DJ Mia, Steve & Cole just to name a few! It was literally the best say of my life! Everyone, the wedding coordinators where amazing to work with, start to finish. Im an event planner my self so my expectations and standards are very high for organization, unique experiences and the culinary arts! And this team EXCEED my wildest dreams! They where incredibly responsive and transparent in the booking process. I canât emphasize that enough, whatever I wanted on my wedding day that happily accommodated! Not only is the scenery a jaw dropper but the food was also straight fire - not to mention these girls are the sweetest people ever. Iâm so impressed with this team of professionals and would recommend them to anyone who wants to feel beautiful and have amazing customer service on their wedding day. I havenât gotten professional photos back yet, but hereâs a glimpse!

I currently live in Georgia; however, I grew up in Colorado and knew that I would want my outdoor wedding to be held in the mountains. Knowing this would be a destination wedding, I searched for all-inclusive venues. I found 3 venues that piqued my interest, and when I went out to view them in person, as soon as I saw Boulder Creek by Wedgewood Weddings, I knew I had found the perfect venue to host me wedding. The venue is absolutely beautiful and needs little decoration as the flowers, creek and scenery are sure to take you and your guestsâ breath away. We had out ceremony by the creek which was intimate and unique. Wedgewood and their staff went above and beyond our wildest expectations! From the very beginning they were nothing but helpful, responsive and kind. They offer packages for any budget, and allow you to customize it as well by either adding or subtracting services. Their coordination was seamless, and my wedding went exactly how I anticipated it would. Even when our timeline started to fall behind, the banquet captain and DJ made sure to get us back on track. The food was absolutely AMAZING!! We did the buffet with a carving station of roast beef, and there was barley any left at the end of the night. The hors d'oeuvres were also very tasty and a perfect lead-in to dinner. They even set aside a to-go box for my husband and I to take at the end of the night.I made all of our extra decorations and even a photo booth that doubled as a backdrop to our sweetheart table. At first, I was nervous to drop off the decorations the day prior, as they set up and take down everything for the event. I wasnât sure if they would know exactly where and how I wanted all the decorations set up. However, through the meetings we had, it seemed as though they could see my vision the whole time as EVERY SINGLE PIECE of dĂ©cor was exactly where I wanted it! We even had live butterflies delivered to the venue for our sendoff; and even though they had never dealt with them before, they were excited and happy to help us create our dream sendoff. Needless to say, this also went off without any problems.Our wedding was everything we dreamed of plus more!! The venue and staff exceeded our expectations ten-fold, and all of our guests commented on how beautiful the venue and wedding were, as well as how smooth everything went. They even provide a military discount. I would recommend any of the Wedgewood locations to anyone wanting a beautiful and hassle-free wedding as they think of everything and are willing to help in any way they can.

Shelby, our day of coordinator, was very efficient and took the time to listen to us whether it be wedding package addition, wedding decor, food etc. We had to plan our wedding in 3 months and Shelby relieved us from the stress of last minute planning!We opted for the classic package but could upgrade/remove items we wanted or didn't need. At the rehearsal, Shelby ensured our huge bridal party & our musicians would know their cue and positions. Despite having other weddings to coordinate, it didn't detract from her work and friendliness on our day.We're glad we chose to have our wedding at Boulder Creek - beautiful location, flexible packages and a lovely team of people.

Before the wedding they were attentive and always communicated with us every step and made it easy and stress free. The day of the wedding they were helpful, attentive and always very nice, and made sure we were happy and taken care of. The food was so food mainly the roast beef was amazing. Planning with this venue for the last year has been absolutely wonderful! They were flexible with appointment times and responsive via email. Erin, my day of coordinator, was cool, calm, and collected while we were discussing the possibilities of the blizzard keeping us away from the venue on our wedding day! The entire Wedgewood team made our wedding happen and we were even able to condense the timeline to make sure our guests got home safely. I know leaving the venue early does not sound like a good thing, but being several miles up Boulder Canyon in a historic snowstorm means safety is the priority. I got everything that I wanted out of my wedding and I can't say enough good things about the value we received even on a shorter timeline! Too bad we are only getting married once!

I had my wedding at Boulder Creek by Wedgewood 3/6/2021. Due to covid, we changed our original plan of a destination wedding in Jamaica to a destination wedding in Colorado. We planned everything within 3 months! Planning everything in such a short amount of time, and from Texas was stressful, but the Wedgewood team really helped with every step. Weddings is what they do and it shows. They had great vendors and lots of information. We had multiple meetings prior where they would remind me of things that needed to be done and what I should be thinking about or looking into. They also verified details every meeting to make sure I didnât change any plans or decor.Iâve never planned a wedding before, but I feel like even if it wasnât a destination wedding during a pandemic, it couldnât have been easier or less stressful. Covid forcing us to change our plans was really a blessing. We both preferred a mountain wedding over a Jamaican beach wedding, but were trying to save and reduce cost. We did spend more than we initially planned for Jamaica; however, it was well worth it. We donât believe our Jamaican wedding would have been anywhere close to our beautiful ceremony and reception that we had at Boulder Creek. Wedgewood has multiple locations, but Boulder Creek really suited us best. We loved the scenery and intimate feel of the creekside wedding! The venue doesnât usually allow wedding party arrival until 1 hr prior to ceremony, so you do have to get ready elsewhere. Wasnât a huge issue for us. They did offer to allow up to 2 hours prior if requested. However, everything was prepared upon arrival and we had drinks as requested in our suites! Taylor and the Wedgewood team were phenomenal. They really brought my vision to life and everything was absolutely amazing. Even my now husband (who had no preferences on anything during planning) raved about how everything was perfect! I could never thank the Boulder Creek Wedgewood team enough for bringing this day to life!

I had my wedding at Boulder Creek by Wedgewood 3/6/2021. Due to covid, we changed our original plan of a destination wedding in Jamaica to a destination wedding in Colorado. We planned everything within 3 months! Planning everything in such a short amount of time, and from Texas was stressful, but the Wedgewood team really helped with every step. Weddings is what they do and it shows. They had great vendors and lots of information. We had multiple meetings prior where they would remind me of things that needed to be done and what I should be thinking about or looking into. They also verified details every meeting to make sure I didnât change any plans or decor.Iâve never planned a wedding before, but I feel like even if it wasnât a destination wedding during a pandemic, it couldnât have been easier or less stressful. Covid forcing us to change our plans was really a blessing. We both preferred a mountain wedding over a Jamaican beach wedding, but were trying to save and reduce cost. We did spend more than we initially planned for Jamaica; however, it was well worth it. We donât believe our Jamaican wedding would have been anywhere close to our beautiful ceremony and reception that we had at Boulder Creek. Emma was our banquet captain and she was always available to our guests and make sure all of the food was perfect. All of our guests cannot stop talking about how good the food was - we chose to have a buffet, as well as a dessert bar from Kelly Leigh cakes. You can always tell the character of a company and the people who run it by how they treat you not when times are great, but when times are tough. Covid-19 turned our world upside down, but Wedgewoodâs exceptional service and clients first mentality never waned. We eloped in an intimate ceremony on Labor Day instead of having our large ceremony & reception as planned. This decision was fully supported by the staff at Wedgewood, and they were there for us every step of the way as we considered our options. The day was truly perfect. Georgina, Jordyn, Alyssa, Bri, and Taylor made sure that the day still felt just as special as it would have if all of our guests had been there and went above and beyond to make us feel special in the midst of a pandemic. We have over 10 friends who also had weddings affected by the pandemic, so we can guarantee that no venue handled the situation with as much understanding, patience, flexibility, and grace as Wedgewood has done. Unlike the experience our friends had with their venuesâWedgewood alleviated stress instead of creating it. We felt truly blessed to have chosen Wedgewood, and CAN NOT WAIT for our vow renewal & reception next year. Like many couples, we unfortunately had to push off our big event to next year, but they were so helpful and accommodating to help us plan a small elopement-style ceremony this year with just our immediate family and then roll everything else over to next year. I also have to applaud them for the level of care and cleanliness we felt while there -- it is not easy to be a wedding venue in the time of corona but they really are top notch. All the staff we met with was wonderful and so kind, especially our planner Taylor Wright! They were amazing and helped us navigate through the process of changing our wedding date. It was also really nice that they are an all-inclusive venue so we didn't have to go and find outside vendors! They helped us contact their partner vendors and they stayed connected with them throughout the whole planning process to make it an absolute breeze! We did bring in our own photographer because I had a close friend that I wanted to do them. đ The venue is breath taking, the food was incredible, flowers were gorgeous, and the dessert from Aime's Love Gluten Free Bakery was so delicious! Overall I could not have asked for a better venue and amazing staff! When anyone asks where to get married I will always tell them the wonderful Wedgewood at Boulder Creek!

Our wedding was absolutely perfect! From the very beginning, Boulder Creek staff was attentive, engaged and responsive! We were planning from out of state and Wedgewood's 'one stop shop' setup was perfect! The vendors they work with are awesome! We used Kelly Leigh Cakes for our cake and it was amazing! DJ Maestro's DJ Corrine was fun and did great with our music. The food was awesome, they kept everything on schedule and we were able to fully enjoy our day! Even with the added worry of Covid, everything went off without a hitch! 10/10 recommend Wedgewood Boulder Creek. I worked with Bri, Alyssa and Taylor during the year long planning process and they were all wonderful! All questions I had we're answered quickly and when I wasn't sure about certain details, they were there to help me with making those decisions. The venue itself is beautiful! We had our ceremony creekside and I was so great! I honestly cannot say enough about how awesome everything was!

Our wedding was absolutely perfect! From the very beginning, Boulder Creek staff was attentive, engaged and responsive! We were planning from out of state and Wedgewood's 'one stop shop' setup was perfect! The vendors they work with are awesome! We used Kelly Leigh Cakes for our cake and it was amazing! DJ Maestro's DJ Corrine was fun and did great with our music. The food was awesome, they kept everything on schedule and we were able to fully enjoy our day! Even with the added worry of Covid, everything went off without a hitch! 10/10 recommend Wedgewood Boulder Creek. I worked with Bri, Alyssa and Taylor during the year long planning process and they were all wonderful! The Wedgewood Boulder Creek location is a business that has made it very clear that they care about one thing and one thing only - making as much money off of your wedding as possible. As soon as we handed over our deposit we were treated like nothing more than a checkbook. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit things got even worse. My fiance and I made the difficult decision to postpone our wedding. When we reached out to the Boulder Creek team to inform them that we had come to the difficult decision to postpone our wedding due to safety concerns because of the global pandemic. During our first call with them, they informed us that because we were deciding to postpone more than two months out from our date that our decision to postpone was \"elective\" and that if we went forward with postponing we would lose our original deposit and essentially start over from scratch with a new date. I explained to them our situation. We have 80% of our guests that are out of state, some are international, guests that are healthcare workers that would be mixing with at-risk guests (cancer survivors, grandparents, etc), and pressure from other accommodation to make a decision in the next week. Their response did not change, still \"elective\". We offered to split the cost of the lost deposit, which they denied.All of this was on top of a history of bad experiences we had already had with them since booking. When we booked were sold on their team's ability to work with us and their quality of service to make this process as smooth as possible. As soon as we handed over our deposit everything changed. Every question or request was responded to with \"No\". Here are some examples. We were given no heads up that the weekend we booked was Boulder Parents weekend (when to the population of Boulder essentially doubles) and after I had been laughed off the phone by hotels when I tried to set up room blocks the Boulder Creeks team said sorry good luck. When I ask if my fiance and I could arrive 15min early on our wedding day to do our first look before guests arrived the response was of course \"No\". Ever since handing over our deposit we have been treated like nothing more than a checkbook, not a couple that was planing one of the most important days of their lives.I post this as a warning to all future brides. Do yourself a favor and find a venue that actually cares about you and sees you as more than a blank check.

Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience with this venue. We felt like just another number in a sea of engaged couples. The Wedgewood team is extremely helpful until you ask for something outside of their black&white wedding guidelines. Our experience:- They host multiple weddings per day, so if you have the afternoon/evening timeslot, you won't be able to get into the venue until 4 p.m. (That was only one hour before our initial wedding start time.) - Nope, you can't take pictures before your wedding at the venue.- Your rehearsal will be scheduled days before your actual wedding. There were five weddings scheduled during our weekend (Friday PM, Saturday AM/PM, and Sunday AM/PM). With so many weddings, our rehearsal would have been Friday at noon for a 5 p.m. wedding on Sunday. Our wedding party wouldn't even be in town by that time!- They host a vendor fair that doubles as a tasting. The May 2020 fair was canceled (for obvious reasons,) so we were unable to attend. Couples must pay for this outside of the \"all-inclusive\" package.- We initially signed our contract in Fall 2019 for an October 2020 wedding. Even with COVID-19, they wouldn't even consider letting us switch our date until six weeks before the event. We pleaded with them since more than 100 of our guests would be traveling from out of the state/country, but they were unsympathetic. We ended up canceling our wedding at this venue four-months before, losing our full deposit, because we wanted to be responsible for our family and best friends. The venue is in a great location. However, our experience was that Wedgewood is 100% a corporation rather than a wedding venue, and you get what you pay for. We are looking forward to rescheduling our wedding in 2021 at a different venue.

They were always communicative, and made us feel comfortable with the whole process. The ceremony and reception went perfectly and everything was beautiful. The value is also very high -- we were able to book the venue and lots of extras including food and the DJ for what seemed to be a very reasonable price compared with other venues in Boulder. In particular, Bri was such a joy to work with! Throughout the process, she was always very thoughtful, attentive, sensitive, and flexible with our demands. Chef Brian's food was AMAZING and we got so many compliments on that. Also, we want to mention that Alyssa did an awesome job as the banquet captain! Would definitely highly recommend!

Our entire experience was wonderful. Our coordinator knew what type of people we were and helped us create a simple beautiful wedding. I never felt overwhelmed by the task of getting married. Other bonuses: the venue let our dog be a ring bearer, the food was delicious, our coordinator took a picture of us and had it framed at our table, our DJ was excellent! The bar tenders also made sure the bride and groom always had a drink :) loved everything!

I got married 11/01/19 at Wedgewood Boulder Creek and it was PERFECT! From the initial tour to our marriage it was such a smooth and seamless process! Taylor, Alyssa and Bri have been amazing to work with! Our guests were raving about the delicious food and beautiful ambience. Their all inclusive package making wedding planning a breeze! We used all their vendors except for DJ and Photographer. For DJ we used Colorado Wedding Productions (Shaun) and he knocked it out of the park! The whole party was on the dance floor the entire time! Wedgewood dancing space is this beautiful circular room already equipped with fun up lighting. My husband and I took our photos by the creek on the property and they came out so lovely! We insisted on having the tent for dining which they normally take down before our wedding date, and venue was super accommodating and only charged us a small fee to keep it up for our event. It was totally worth the extra cash for the tent. With the beautiful chandeliers hanging from it and with a great view of the grounds it was the perfect spot for our wedding guests! Since it was pretty chilly from all the snow we received that week the venue provide heaters for the tent and none of my guests complained for being cold. The bartenders were great! They made delicious drinks! We had a welcome cocktail for our guests and the bartender was able to make my autumn themed cocktail no problem! I highly recommend using this venue! They knocked it out of the park for my husband and I!

The planning process was so easy that I frequently felt like I was missing something. Aren't brides to be supposed to be swamped with \"to do\" lists and decisions? I have a very demanding job and very little flexible time, so I (as do others I'm sure) greatly appreciated this. The value was also exceptional. Having planned and thrown weddings before I can attest that ours at Boulder Creek was a fraction of what was spent in the past and that our wedding was equal or superior in quality. Seriously. The food was incredible (most wedding guests commented that it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding), the flowers were stunning, and the decor was just as we planned. It was an affordable wedding with an expensive feel and put my sister's well over six-figure wedding to shame. One last comment. Our wedding was held this past Sunday (November 3, 2019) and I was nervous about weather conditions. My husband and I had hoped to have an outdoor ceremony but decided the day before to move the plan inside. The venue was super flexible and made sure that this change went smoothly and all was perfect. They were also very attentive to my grandparents and father who are not very mobile and have additional needs to get around. This more than put my worry to rest!A huge thanks to Taylor for her patience and attention to detail during the planning process! And to Kieu, our event captain, for ensuring that all went according to plan and smoothly! This venue could not be any better!

We could not have been happier with Wedgewood on Boulder Creek! Our coordinator Bri was a dream to work with - completely professional, kind, patient and funny! She made it worth every single penny. There's not a single thing I would change about Wedgewood or their team. We found our florist, baker and DJ through them as well and all their partner vendors were perfection as well. Everyone told me, \"Everything will go wrong on your wedding day, but it'll still be okay.\" I'm a total perfectionist so I was worried about what would/could go wrong - turns out I didn't need to worry at all because everything went wonderfully! I really could not have dreamed up a more perfect day. All of my guests were extremely impressed by how beautiful the venue was, how perfectly it was decorated and the entire staff at Wedgewood. My guests all said to me many times over that everything was great.The all-inclusive nature made me have soooo much less stress than I would have if we had to get everything separately and we paid so much less than we would have. We had some upgrades and it was all completely worth it. I wish I could back and replay our day over and over again because everything was SO perfect!

This venue was AMAZING! We got married on 10/10/19 (the only snowy day of the week) and Bri was totally on our side with wanting to have the ceremony outside in the snow! They kept us in the loop with everything, were so kind to us, and so helpful in answering all possible questions or concerns that we had throughout the planning process. I would recommend this venue to anyone wanting a mountain wedding without the far drive to the mountains. It was 100% worth the price and the coordination alone was so great to have on the day of the wedding. I did not worry about a thing (aside from the weather, but it worked out beautifully!)
