I truly cannot put into words how absolutely overjoyed my husband and I were that we picked the Bourne Mansion for our wedding! It was truly an experience like no other. When we first met Miriam she told us it was going to be a fairytale wedding and she was RIGHT. every. single. detail. was just perfect I couldn't ask for anything more. From the moment my husband and I arrived to take pictures with Steve greeting us at the entrance with two glasses of champagne to watching our guest's reactions as they walked into the venue, it was just out of this world. Working with Miriam leading up to our wedding was an absolute joy and she was so responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Steve was a BLAST and kept the show running smoothly all day. If there were any issues behind the scenes we would have zero idea because Steve was on top of everything. The food was out of this world. Appetizers like chicken and waffles and mini lobster rolls completely knocked it out of the park and the dinner and drinks were just phenomenal. The entire staff was friendly and professional and the venue is obviously breathtaking. I can't believe how lucky we were to have our wedding at the Bourne Mansion and I truly cannot recommend it highly enough.

We had our wedding at Bourne Mansion over Labor Day Weekend 2023, and it was pure magic! The venue is simply beautiful, the food was phenomenal and so so plentiful, and the staff were the consummate professionals! They have weddings down to a science.Miriam (Director of Mansion Sales) was a dream to work with! She was incredibly kind and caring, and offered great suggestions on everything: from setting our date, to vendors, to menu planning, to all the small details for the day, such as the table cards and card box. Steve (the maitre d') and Nicolette (the bridal attendant) made us feel completely taken care of throughout the entire day of our wedding. Steve runs a tight ship and has the wedding day planned down to the minute. Yet, the day doesn't feel overly programmed; under his oversight, the whole event simply glides seamlessly from one moment to the next and every detail was expertly managed. Nicolette was the master at pinning boutonnieres and was always standing by with a drink or anything else we might need. I know it sounds cliche, but we had the wedding of our dreams at Bourne.

What else can we say but wow. Steve and the lessings crew made our special day at the Bourne everything we could have dreamed of and way more. He was attentive to what we wanted and anything we needed he was there. Even things we didn’t think of like a cold rag to cool us off after dancing the night away. There’s really nothing that wasn’t perfect and he made sure everything we wanted was done perfectly. The food was amazing, our guests had a really great time and can’t stop talking about how everything was perfect. A very special thank you to Miriam for being there every step of the way and helped with every decision to guide us in the right direction. She made planning a wedding with Lessings at the Bourne mansion so simple. Miriam was there for us whenever we had a concern or a question and was an absolute pleasure working with her. We are super thankful to Miriam, Steve, Sam and the rest of the Lessings crew for making our dream a reality. It truly was more than we ever expected. We highly recommend them for your wedding and/or any other event you are thinking of having. I have no doubt they will go above and beyond to make it more than you could imagine. If we could give 100 stars we would. A review just isn’t enough to show how grateful we are for their hard work. We had our wedding reception at the Bourne Mansion and it was everything we wanted and more. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, the views are beautiful, the food was phenomenal, and the service was unlike anything we had ever seen before. Miriam was such a help throughout the entire planning process and on the night of the wedding, we were fortunate enough to have Steve as our maitre d, who kept the entire night organized, was extremely attentive and most importantly made the night fun for us and our guests. We had multiple guests tell us and our families that it was the best wedding they have ever attended. We are so happy we decided to have our wedding here and would recommend the venue to any couple.

We had our wedding at Bourne Mansion on 7/15/2023. Everything was utter perfection and the staff was a dream to work with. From the second we sat down with Miriam, I knew we were at the right place. She was always available for any and all of my questions. She gave the most wonderful recommendations and I don't think our wedding would have been the same if we didn't listen to literally everything she suggested. The night of there was a chance of rain which would have been a disaster for our fireworks, so Steve did literally everything he could to get the food out sooner to ensure we had our firework show and no one even realized! He was a dream to work with that night and everything ran like clockwork. Truly the best team by far and the most incredible, beautiful venue we could have picked. Our guests are still raving about the food and the small amount me and my husband were able to eat during some down time was so good. I am still dreaming about the sushi. If you want the best wedding and something your guests will talk about non-stop, then Bourne is the place!

Aside from the gorgeous mansion, the food was outstanding and the staff, especially Steve and Miriam went above and beyond to make our wedding as magical as ever. My husband and I had the most unbelievable and spectacular wedding at Bourne on 3.3.23. From start to finish, the Bourne Team was an absolute dream to work with. Miriam helped us with every detail of our wedding and was truly like having a built-in wedding planner. My husband and I both have very demanding work schedules and Miriam guided us through each step of the way. She went above and beyond and would answer our emails at all hours of the night! Steve, our maître de, made sure that the details at our wedding were executed perfectly. We did not miss a single special moment at our wedding because Steve made sure of it! Simply put he was and is the best! We were so lucky to work with Miriam, Steve, and the entire Bourne staff- they made our dream a reality! If I could give them a 10000 Star Rating I would!

We are so grateful that we found Bourne Mansion. The venue is absolutely beautiful so we knew we wanted to have our wedding there as soon as we stepped in, but what completely sold us was the exceptional service and support that we received from the start. Miriam is amazing! Right from the first meeting we knew that her guidance as well as flexibility would be a huge plus, and it was. She provided us with helpful tips ranging from which vendors to use in the area to what gifts to get our wedding party. As we were trying to plan our wedding ourselves, it was really helpful to have someone who was so knowledgeable and willing to offer advice. It is a luxury venue but you get what you pay for and more. The food was incredible! Our guests (including one who is a professional chef) still talk about the cocktail hour spread six months later. Cocktail hour was the highlight of the evening, but dinner was great too. The service at the tables as well as in the bridal suite was impeccable. From our first visit to Bourne Mansion to the end of our wedding reception, we felt completely taken care of. They are all pros who have done this for a long time and you will be in excellent hands if you go with them. Thank you Bourne Mansion for our incredible wedding!

Absolutely incredible!!!! We had the most amazing wedding reception experience at Bourne Mansion. The venue is beautiful, of course, and the staff is even better. Miriam was our initial point of contact and she helped us through the entire process to make sure we had the wedding of our dreams and was so helpful with all of our requests and needs throughout the journey. On the day of, our maitre’d Steven and bridal attendant Nicolette were incredible! They helped make sure that everything ran according to schedule and that we had everything we needed, so we were able to truly just enjoy the night and time with our family and friends. Steven is a must to make your wedding day run smoothly, he truly was the glue that held the entire day together! The food was also fantastic - we had lots of different stations and passed hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour, as well as late night snacks for our after party in the mansion at the end of the night. All of our guests said that they loved everything and were blown away! We couldn’t recommend Bourne Mansion and their team enough!

Let me just start off by stating that I got married at the Bourne Mansion 3 months after being engaged.Why would I try and get married in 3 months? Long story short, my husband convinced me we could do it by saying, \"Let's just see what God can do Sweetie\". Now, when I say God did it, I mean it because He used my family, friends, strangers, and the team at the Bourne Mansion to make our wedding day better than we could have imagined. I usually don't feel compelled to leave reviews online. However, after my experience working with Miriam, Steve, and the staff at the Bourne Mansion, I felt the need to share.Let me start by saying that from our initial meeting with Miriam, I felt seen, a warming sense of compassion, and a genuine feeling of care towards me and my fiancé. Miriam, the Sales Director, was understanding, accommodating, friendly, comprehensive, and encouraging and she has a great sense of style. Seeing that I didn't have the average timeframe to plan a wedding when compared to most brides, naturally I was concerned about things like the wedding day schedule. When I tell you I didn’t have to worry about a thing on my wedding day once I reached the mansion, I didn’t have to worry about a thing. As Steve put it, \"You’ll be on autopilot and I'll guide you.\" On our wedding day, I felt as if I could breathe, be present and enjoy myself. Now there were a few things that I wish could have been a different reality, but only because we ended up having to have the ceremony inside. Because we had to be inside, we wish we could have had a rehearsal at the mansion before the wedding. You see, our wedding party consisted of 16 people and it was a slightly tight fit in the front during the ceremony. I was later informed that one of my bridesmaids had to sit down because she felt a bit faint. If you're having a smaller wedding party then you don’t have to concern yourself with that as a possible reality. Another point that I think is important to highlight is that the kitchen is located behind the wall where the ceremony will be held. Some of the kitchen staff were conversing loud enough to where some of the groomsmen had to open the door, step into the kitchen, and ask them to stop talking during the ceremony more than once. Granted, my husband and I still enjoyed our day and didn't let that damper a thing. I’m not complaining about that, but believe it is important to note. I'm sure they weren't being intentionally disruptive, but I wish they were mindful of how the sound travels into the ceremony room. Besides that, we thoroughly enjoyed our wedding day and a month later people are still reminiscing about the food, ambiance, staff, and overall experience. I also want to note that Steve looks and sounds slightly intimidating, but he has a great personality and was a great guy to work with. He is both highly skilled and efficient in what he does as an MD. Steve and his team took care of our vendors and we were able to take a good amount of food home with us after the wedding. If my husband and I were to get the chance to redo our wedding day, we would have it at the Bourne Mansion again with a few minor adjustments. If you read this looking to be convinced, I hope I helped. Thanks for your time, congratulations on your engagement, be kind and good luck with your search. With that being said, I hope your wedding turns out better than you could have anticipated.

Have your wedding here!!! We picked Bourne Mansion and my fiancé (now wife) cried as soon as she walked in. The food is amazing, the space is luxurious, and the band sounded great with the acoustics! All of our guests were stunned by the affair. Many say it was the best wedding they have been to.The staff were top notch. Steve, Miriam, and Nicolette are so professional and make the evening seamless. Steve was with us all night taking care of us, and facilitating the party. He helped us with so much, and so much that we didn't see. He truly has the bride and groom's best interests at heart! Want a wedding to remember? Have it at Bourne.

we had 164 guests total and it truly was the perfect amount. The mansion was just stunning and the food was amazing. Our guests are still raving about the food! Our guests loved being able to wander around the various rooms and feel like they’re in the Great Gatsby. Bournes staff and Maitre D were also incredible. They ensured we had a drink in our hands the entire time and just overall made us feel like royalty. The entire booking and planning process was simple and seamless. Bourne mansion made our wedding dreams truly come true.

This venue is worth it 10/10. I just had my wedding here last month and all I can say is WORTH IT. My husband and I are extremely pleased and happy with the service we received throughout the entire process. Miriam is the absolute best in the business and will take care of all the wedding questions/details you might not be aware of. Steve was also a class act and helped us tremendously during the days prior to the wedding and the wedding day, you can trust that he will make sure everyone is in their positions and knows what to do and where to go. The team at the Bourne Mansion is a class above all the other venues we toured with my husband and can only say it’s a must for a dream wedding. Thank you guys for everything, the entire staff and team is the best!

I can't say enough good things about this venue, the staff and Miriam. We booked our wedding right before COVID hit and had a long engagement. Of course we were nervous and worried about what would happen but Miriam was there every step of the way with a positive attitude and encouraging words. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and made my vision come to life. The food was absolutely fantastic and all of our guests it was the best dinner they have ever had at a wedding. Throughout the entire day, all the staff made sure we were happy, comfortable and constantly checked in on us. They took care of my 94 year old grandma who has difficulties walking which was fantastic. They are extremely detail oriented and it was such a wonderful experience. The grounds are beautiful, as is the mansion. We had an absolutely gorgeous day and could barely get our guests inside to dance. The sunset over the water was spectacular. We are so happy we booked the Bourne Mansion for our wedding!!

My husband and I were married on 8/26/22 and had our wedding reception at the Bourne Mansion. Both of us are admittedly perfectionists and had a lot of anxiety leading up to the wedding because we wanted everything to be great. Weddings are tough because you have to put a lot of trust in your vendors to execute your vision on the wedding day, and you can only control so much. I can honestly say that Bourne Mansion exceeded our expectations, and made everything the day of run SO smoothly and perfectly. Miriam was fabulous about answering our many late night emails, and Steve made sure he executed on everything we had outlined to him in our detailed notes. Even when we noticed one thing off when we previewed the ballroom before all other guests (we wanted to have normal bride/groom chairs instead of the fancy ones), Steve immediately had them replaced within seconds! Everyone at Bourne is so experienced and they know exactly how to run a wedding, keep the bride and groom happy, keep the parents of the bride/groom and everyone else happy and stress free, so that they can enjoy the special day. I am eternally grateful that they made our wedding so fabulous and that I can feel that every penny was well spent on this venue. All of our guests continue to rave about how absolutely stunning and well executed our wedding was. Thank you again to everyone at Bourne for one amazing wedding!!

There aren’t enough words to describe how amazing Bourne Mansion and the staff is. We wanted an elegant, magical wedding and Bourne exceeded our expectations. Our guests are calling our wedding the “wedding of the century.” Everyone was blown away by the food, service and elegance of Bourne. Our Maitre’d Steve ran a tight ship and ensured everything ran perfectly. He was also so funny and contributed to us having the best time! My friends are still raving about him! Our bridal attendant, Nicolette, did my bustle and was very sweet. All of the staff was very professional and there weren’t any complaints about the service. I would recommend booking your wedding at Bourne Mansion 10000 times over. It was the best decision we ever made!

We had our dream wedding at the Bourne Mansion in August 2021 and were extremely pleased with the results. The entire team can easily be defined as true professionals. Their responsiveness, flexibility, and efficiency make you feel comfortable in the planning process and their focus and attention to detail in the night of execution is impeccable. Miriam was incredibly warm, possesses a strong taste level, and was easy to work with, offering great advice and was always someone we looked forward to seeing during our planning meetings. Steve was phenomenal and ensured the event went perfectly!! He catered to our every need at the wedding and was always accessible. Bourne Mansion was above and beyond what we could have imagined for our wedding day. In addition to the amazing atmosphere and \"look\" of the venue itself, we were so thankful to work with Miriam Aronson and Steve Melita. Leading up to our wedding day, Miriam was truly amazing. Her guidance, advice, quick responses to questions, and overall assistance to us was so greatly appreciated. On our wedding night, Steve Melita was our Maitre D. He was amazing! He went above and beyond not only for me and my husband, but for our parents as well, which was so appreciative. Prior to our wedding, he even made sure that the bar was stocked with my Dad's favorite liquor on our wedding night. His ability to run such a timely and smooth night with all of his staff members is truly amazing. He was a friend by the end of the night! As to the venue itself, it is truly unbelievable, and definitely speaks for itself! Thank you Miriam, Steve, and your whole team. Our wedding day was truly the best day ever, and that is all we wanted to be able to say!

The Bourne mansion was absolutely everything my husband Harry and I could have ever dreamt about. When we first went to visit the Bourne mansion we drove down the most dramatic road that has a wonderful meadow setting with trees and grass. You go over a beautiful little bridge and arrive at tall black gates and look at the water fountain and enormous brick building. We had chills. We walked in to the mansion and being that my husband and his family is all from England I thought that the architecture reminded me of being in England. Then we proceeded to the ballroom and I turned around and saw a beautiful walk way at the top of the room and turned and look at Harry and Harry looked at me and my mom who was with us and we both said this is it. From that moment on I found every excuse to go to the Bourne mansion. We get chills every time we walked in. Miriam is an absolute sweet heart. Anytime I sent an email or needed something she immediately would get back to me. Her thoughtfulness and caring personality was and truly is one of the main reasons we also chose this place. She didn’t allow us to forget any details. The day of our wedding Steve was our maître d’ and was on it. He had everything in order down to the second. We absolutely loved how he had everyone in law and order mode. The food was incredible, all guests couldn’t stop raving about cocktail hour and the food at dinner. We had a small issue with the cake from rolling pin but Steve came to the rescue and was able to present us with a fast make up cake. All in all it was the best day we could have ever imagined. Highly recommend the Bourne if you are looking for a class act, prestige, elegant and unforgettable wedding. Thank you Steve and Miriam for all that you do day in and day out.

We have nothing but praises for the Bourne Mansion. From the moment we met Miriam Aronson until the day of the wedding when she met us at the front door when we arrived, she was there for us every step of the way. Always got right back to us with any questions we had and literally walked us through the entire process and eased our minds. The venue looked beautiful and we had access to the whole mansion during cocktail hour. It was amazing walking room to room with the gorgeous food displays. The food at both cocktail hour and the reception was excellent and plentiful. The main ballroom was stunning and was everything we ever dreamed it would be. Jake the maitre'd and the staff were wonderful and attentive all night long. This is a magical place for a wedding and we could not have asked for anything more!

There are no words to describe the Bourne Mansion and everyone that is affiliated with this magnificent venue.From the minute my daughter spoke to Miriam on the phone to book an appointment to tour the mansion, (way back in 2019) her and her fiancee knew, site unseen, that this was going to be the place for their wedding reception. Bourne was the first (and only) place they wanted to see. From the minute they walked into the lobby, the decision was made. We booked November 2020 but, of course, had to postpone until April 2021. The restrictions were lifted only 3 weeks before so we decided to stay with our original plan of having a micro wedding for 50 of our family and friends knowing that we would book yet another date for the big reception.Fast forward to Saturday, April 23, 2022 we finally got to celebrate \"Bourne Style\". They pulled out no stops in making sure our daughter and son-in-law's reception was the one they dreamed of for three years.I'll start with Jennifer, our bridal attendant. She did everything for us!! Always right there making sure we had whatever we needed. From helping us carry bags, bustling trains and dealing with two dress malfunctions (she was there in seconds with her needle and thread) she was amazing!!Then there is Steve! Where do I start. He ran the show and it was truly a Broadway hit!! His attention to detail is off the charts. Our daughter got the chance to see what it was like to have her own bodyguard!! Always checking in on her and her husband and me and mine, \"big daddy\" ;). Our glasses and dinner plates were never empty!And finally, last but certainly not least....our go-to girl....Miriam. What can I say about this woman? From the moment we met her, we knew she was so very special. A kind spirit and a heart big enough to fill a room. She was always our calming voice during the stressful \"pandemic years\" and we truly love her! Steve made our wedding night the most incredible night of our lives. We owe him a million thank yous!!!!! He left nothing for us to worry about and took care of every single thing big and small. We always had a drink in our hand, he made sure to swap us with waters every so often, and that we had our dinner and cake! We actually were all set enjoying our after party when he pulled us back into the ballroom which was almost completely cleared except our table to sit down and eat our untouched cake which made for an unforgettable memory. His expertise and energy made our night so perfect and we truly wouldn’t have had the night we did without him! We shared so many laughs and great times that I will cherish forever. He was incredible with our bridal party, and they wish we could have a wedding with him every weekend lol!!!!!Nicolette is amazing and I wish I could bring her everywhere with me!!!! She was incredible and unbelievably attentive!!!! She was on top of every single thing and like Steve always made sure we had drinks, food, and anything else we needed. My dress was very heavy and had 7 bustles which was a concern for me leading up to the big day. Nicolette is a rockstar and got every single one perfectly, and I didn’t have to adjust anything throughout the night. When it came time for a second dress she quickly and efficiently got me out of my giant dress and into the next before I could miss anything!!! She made sure to take great care of my mom and her bustle as well, along with the entire rest of the bridal party and all our needs. My day wouldn’t have been nearly as smooth and coordinated if it weren’t for her, so thank you to her for making our special day so perfect!!Miriam is an absolute gem!!! From the very beginning she worked so closely with us, our budget, and made sure we got all the things we were looking for. Her advice and suggestions were perfect, and we appreciated her guidance through everything. We didn’t have to worry about anything leading up to the big day because we knew we were in the best hands. The coordination with all the vendors, the internal staff, and us was seamless. We left every meeting feeling so confident that she was going to nail everything we needed and wanted. I was so happy to work with Miriam for the best day of our lives and wish we could do it all over again just to experience it all one more time!!!I am an interior designer with a love for historic preservation so the mansion itself was one of the easiest yeses of my life! With the architecture aside - the food, the team, and everyone involved was absolute perfection. Our guests are still talking about the food and how incredible it all was. Our meals were just as delicious as the tasting we had, and the cocktail hour food was to die for. The waitstaff, bartenders, and every single person involved were all amazing. Everyone was so attentive to us and our guests and many people are still talking about the amazing conversations shared amongst the team. I also might be bias, but my signature drink was a margarita and I had the best margaritas of my life the entire night!!!!! I cannot thank everyone enough for coordinating such an amazing day for my husband and I. We got to enjoy every single moment of the day and didn’t have a single thing to worry about. I would choose Bourne Mansion 10/10 times if I had to do it again!!!!

I am left completely speechless over our fairytale of a wedding this past weekend! The first time I set foot in the Bourne Mansion, I knew this was the venue where my fiancé & I needed to get married! The elegance, the simplicity yet historical twist and overall presentation is truly indescribable. Our lovely event coordinator, Miriam couldn’t have been more genuine, caring and supportive with creating a beautiful night for us. Steve our rockstar of a maitre’D truly ran the show! From A-Z he was on top of everything all night and made sure we had nothing to worry about besides having the time of our lives! My amazing bridal attendant, Nicolette was outstanding! There for me for our every move! To the entire staff at the mansion, the atmosphere, the service, the food were all unforgettable! My guests are in awe of what an experience they had, and the quality of the delicious food, thanks to your amazing chef! I would recommended the Bourne Mansion over & over again!! My amazing vendors all knocked it out of the park - Satisfaction Guaranteed, Studio 27, Danielle’s Florist, Rolling Pin Bakery! I wish I can relive this night all over again, but am forever grateful for celebrating our marriage at The Bourne Mansion!

Spectacular - that is the word that first comes to mind when I look back on the entire experience for my daughter and son-in law. A dense fog had fallen on Long Island that day, but there were so many beautiful photo options at the Bourne Mansion, it did not matter. Miriam and Steve - you went above and beyond to make all of us feel like the most important family in the world. As for the experience for our guests...each phase of the wedding provided our guests with a new and magical experience. The ceremony was memorable. The cocktail hour was filled with great food, a huge selection for all palates and each room had its own special atmosphere. We could then hear them gasp as they entered the beautiful ballroom . Everyone still talks about it. All we can say is a heartfelt and genuine thank you for a magical experience that we will never forget. XO

We originally booked Bourne Mansion in the spring of 2019 for a Fall 2020 wedding. As so many couples did, we had to postpone our wedding and were married at the Bourne in October of 2021. We feel so grateful that we worked with Lessings and the Bourne Mansion team. They were fair, kind and professional through our postponement. On the day of our wedding, guests were wowed by the beautiful back-drop Bourne Mansion provides. Guests also raved about the delicious food and fabulous service. We felt so lucky to have worked with Miriam throughout our planning process. She was responsive, helpful and genuinely cared about making our event as special as possible. Steve and his team helped our event run smoothly the night of the wedding. We feel very lucky to have been able to spend the best day of our lives in such a beautiful space and being cared for by the very best in the business! We cannot recommend Lessing's and the Bourne Mansion team enough.

My daughter and son in law were finally able to have the wedding reception of their dreams after it was postponed for a year. When we first visited the Bourne my daughter knew this was where she wanted her reception. From the first meeting Miriam, the event planner was calm and comforting and provided all the tips and direction we needed to navigate and plan a perfect day. She was so responsive to all our questions and concerns which given the state of the pandemic was no easy task. On the day of our wedding Steve the Maitre D ran the event to perfection! He provided the guidance and suggestions to the bridal party to make the experience fun as well as smooth.And the bridal attendant was very attentive to the bride and grooms needs. And the food was amazing! I expected it to be good but it was fantastic. We have had rave reviews from all our guests from the event space, to the staff to the food. I would highly recommend the Bourne Mansion for a perfect wedding!

Our dream wedding was realized on October 28th, and I will never forget this beautiful day, as it's etched in my mind forever. Please remember, it took \"a village\" like Miriam my Event Planner, whose attention to detail and countless hours setting the foundation, was magnificent. On my magical day, Steve Melita the Maitre D, choreographed the event like a skilled conductor of a symphony, where no stone was left unturned. Miriam and Steve's efforts were stellar. Furthermore, sprinkle in the wedding attendant Jennifer... and the tremendous staff, made this a wedding you see in Beverly Hills. I can't forget the magnificent flower arrangements dripped in crystals provided by Something Blue. To my amazing vendors Absolute Entertainment, Park Avenue Studio, Melinda Cantor, Campbells Bakery, Beauty Mark Spa, made this a complete masterpiece. I can’t think of enough good things to say. Each time you visit, Bourne Mansion is always more impressive than you remember it. From the very beginning Miriam was amazing, understood our vibe & made recommendations along the way. We were originally November 2020, & the shitty decision to postpone was made so much easier and painless by Miriam. Day of, Bourne was amazing. Steve, his staff, Nicolette our bridal attendant are the best of the best. From our final meeting until we got on the bus at the end of the night, they had every single aspect handled and kept us calm. We had to bring our outdoor ceremony inside within 45 minutes of start time because of a TORNADO, and Steve kept us focused on the positive, never rushed or pushed us and made sure everything, including our moms, was handled. They are just as good as it gets. us, our families were taken care of all night, just the most incredible service. Everyone is still raving about the venue and the food.

We had booked this venue in 2019 (pre-covid) and while we had to postpone, Miriam was so responsive and helpful throughout the rescheduling process. On the day of, all of the staff was extremely accommodating and made our day so seamless. We wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Steve, our Maitre'D for the day as he truly was the best to work with. He always made sure we were both catered to and hyped up our bridal party throughout the entire reception. We are SO happy with the Bourne Mansion and cannot imagine having our wedding anywhere else!

Did you ever fantasize about a fairytale wedding? After looking through tons of venue websites, Bourne jumped to the top of the list. It was the first we visited and we knew right away it was where we were supposed to get married. We did due diligence, but after the other tours, it was clear there was only one right choice. Miriam was a dream to work with. So kind, sweet, supportive. She was there to help whenever you needed it. She was also so honest. She shot straight on things we did and didn’t need, where to allocate our budget, recommendations on vendors, etc. The food was fantastic- an incredible selection of cocktail hour station and passed hors d’oeuvres; delicious entrées; a mind blowing dessert display; and we had a bacon, egg & cheese to go station. The service was impeccable. They serve everyone at each table at the same time (6 servers with a plate in each hand place them down simultaneously). The mansion itself if gorgeous. It starts with a long drive up the driveway, the whole time soaking in the mansion. On our wedding day, several deer were running across the perfectly green front lawns. The back of the mansion is the perfect place for both an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour if the weather is nice. Just look at the shots on the website. Such a beautiful backdrop. And there are a ton of great places for pictures both in and outside. The bridal attendant (Nicolette) was fantastic. Always by my wife’s side and ready to assist in any way possible. The maître ds (Matt aka Doc) and Jake were brilliant. They meticulously coordinated everything like a well-rehearsed play. And they were both so nice. Our parents all brought up how much they liked them—I’ve never been to a wedding where the maître d was complimented until this. The team at Bourne is unbelievably top notch. Overall, I could not recommend Bourne enough.

When we first set foot at the Bourne, in July 2019, we immediately felt that sense of a warm, vintage, classy environment, which would be the perfect setting for our daughter, Allyson's, wedding. The Mansion is absolutely gorgeous and and charming!Meeting and working with Miriam, the Mansion Director, throughout the entire process was truly a delight. She was like my fairy godmother, holding my hand throughout the complete planning of this event. Unfortunately, our wedding was postponed due to Covid (like many others) but Miriam worked flawlessly to help me reschedule our date and vendors to 9/4/2021. And what a wedding we had!!!Miriam has such a warm, inviting personality, and answered all of my questions and concerns at any time, even when she had a day off. We were even chatting about details late one Thursday evening. Who does that???I could not have had this exquisite event without her right by my side.And of course, Steve, our maitre' d, met with us several days before the big day, finalizing our timeline and details. His professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the entire evening, which he executed impeccably. Steve was so attentive to every detail and took care of my every concern. He treated our guests (including me, the mother of the bride, and Ally and Taylor) with utmost care and perfection.Our wedding day was perfect from the very beginning to the very end!Our guests are raving about the affair, including the charming Bourne Mansion, the food, the staff's professionalism, the decor, the outdoor ceremony, and every little detail that made our wedding so so special.Thank you, Bourne, and a special thanks to Miriam and Steve. Bourne Mansion truly exceeded our wedding venue expectations. The venue is absolutely stunning, the food was delicious, and the staff is extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Relative to other Long Island wedding venues we were considering, Bourne by far provided the best overall value. Leading up to our wedding, Miriam was always available to answer all of our questions. She always provided candid and honest feedback and opinions. The day of our wedding, Steve (Maître d) ran such an incredibly tight ship, always making sure we were sticking to our desired schedule and ensuring my husband and I were exactly where we needed to be (with drinks in our hands :) ) for all of our special moments. Steve and the rest of the Bourne 'day of' staff are true professionals. I do wish Bourne would let the bridal parties get ready onsite at the venue, which is not something they allow anymore, but even without this, the venue was an absolute dream and allowed all of our wedding dreams to come true !

From the moment we walked in we knew this venue was one our guests would remember. The multiple rooms, the amazing outdoor space/ceremony spot, and huge unique ballroom is all unforgettable. We sat down with Miriam at our first meeting and she was more than helpful with whatever we needed. She made sure everything we wanted was being covered and spent over 45 minutes with us answering any questions we had. After booking, COVID hit and we lost touch with her as expected. In our final meeting with her 3 months before to get final details it felt like some things got lost in translation, so a lot of emails were sent after, and Miriam was quick to respond to all my emails. We had Steve as our day of coordinator and the only thing I can say is a wish we met with him earlier than 4 days before the wedding. So many details were discussed in that meeting that I wish we were able to find out and figure out before then. I will admit I was scared to meet/work with Steve after hearing some reviews that he was a \"hard ass\" or \"tough to work with\

I got married at the Bourne Mansion on May 15, 2021 and it was perfect! I was a Covid bride who had to unfortunately reschedule the big day from 2020. As soon as we went to Bourne for a site visit, I completely fell in love with the vintage glam environment and envisioned myself as a bride there! In the beginning, my only concern was whether the food would be amazing or not because they do not do any tastings beforehand – word to the wise, THE FOOD WAS AMAZING. Our guests are still raving about how professional the team was and how incredible our cocktail hour, dinner, and Viennese dessert room (do it, it is completely worth it) was! Working with Miriam was one of my favorite parts about this venue. She was so helpful and a complete pleasure to work with and bounce ideas off of even when we had to postpone our wedding due to Covid. She has such a warm personality and had the best suggestions for our best day. Then our maitre’d for the big day was Steve who was equally amazing! Let me tell you what surprised me the most about the Bourne staff leading up to and especially on the day of my wedding, they all actually cared about making it the most seamless and perfect day for me. You would think that they would be over it since it is weddings all the time, but that is not the case. Steve was so excited for us and took our day so seriously to make us feel extra special even with the covid rules that was still in effect at the time. Even as there was a minor flaw in the evening (no one else noticed aside from the two of us) by the DJ, Steve was already on it. Also, we had a few cultural elements in our ceremony that the venue happily accommodated. The support that we received from the entire staff and the seamless execution of our big day was unmatched. I highly recommend Bourne Mansion for your big day!

We got married June 19th, 2021 at Bourne Mansion and after 1.5 years of planning and all the changes brought alla COVID our day was perfect. Its funny you have no idea how these things will turn out, but from start to finish our Wedding at Bourne was everything we hoped for and more. The food was incredible, the staff and team made sure everything went according to schedule, and above everything else took such good care of my husband and I, our families, and our wedding party. One thing to highlight - STEVE! He is incredible. We were so incredibly lucky to have him with us on our wedding day. From ceremony through to the last song he was with us every step of the way, made us extremely comfortable, kept the day moving, and made sure everyone was having an incredible time. Everyone at Bourne was so professional and accommodating and truly helped exceed our expectations. We also would like to thank Miriam for helping behind the scenes throughout the entire planning process. She knows what makes a great wedding and has some great concepts she will share with you to make your day unforgettable. Thank you Bourne!

We had the wedding of our dreams at Bourne. The sales director Miriam Aronson is amazing and she was a big reason we chose this venue. She was completely honest with us and everything she promised was better then expectations. It was apparent, from our first meeting, that she genuinely cared about us enjoying our planning process and our wedding. Pre-wedding we had a meeting with Steve Melita, Lessings General Manager. He walked us through the full timeline of the day to make sure we were comfortably prepared. Steve is very professional and caring. Our host the day of the wedding was Jake. Such an unbelievably great guy. He made sure everything went smooth and that we accomplished as many things on our list as possible while avoiding any added stress. The full staff (servers, bartenders, etc) were completely on point the day of the event. The bridal attendant was so sweet and my wife felt very comfortable with her immediately. An underappreciated point that I think ended up being quite important, the best vendors in the area seem to love working with Bourne and they all knew about Miriam and Steve's reputation for caring professionalism. Overall the food was great and in abundance, the drink service was terrific, and the guests really liked the paella station and the Mr softee truck we arranged for the last 2 hours of the party. My wife and I are so happy with the wedding we had and would strongly recommend the Bourne Mansion and the people who made it happen.

My husband and I are so happy we chose the Bourne Mansion to be our wedding venue! We went on a whim to a bridal expo 2 weeks after we got engaged and we were sold. From the moment we met Miriam, who is their wedding coordinator, we felt we were in such good hands. Any time I had a question, I'd text or email her, and she'd get right back! She helped with all the small details and our wedding day was perfect. We wanted to get married outside but the weather wasn't cooperating and the staff seamlessly moved our ceremony to the beautiful oak room inside. And the food!! People are still talking to us about how amazing the food was! If you want your dream fairytale wedding day, look no further than Bourne!

My husband and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bourne. When our original wedding plan was unexpectedly altered we were simply at a loss about what we should do. Then we saw Bourne Mansion's advertisement for their new \"micro-wedding\" package and we knew the offer was once in a lifetime. From the moment we contacted Bourne, Miriam put us both at ease and we could tell we were in great hands. The venue itself is truly spectacular and the service is second to none. They helped us make our dreams come true within a little over a month and half to go before our postponed wedding date. The food was absolutely delicious and whenever we needed something, Steve was right there through every step of our day. Even with being limited to 50 guests due to COVID-19 restrictions, the amazing ballroom felt alive and full of joy. We as well as all of our guests felt safe and at ease as Bourne took every precaution to ensure the health of our guests. my Husband and I are so thankful that we were able to have the wedding of our dreams. We could not recommend them any more strongly.

When I first toured the Bourne Mansion I knew immediately that this was where I wanted to tie the knot. The venue was absolutely stunning and although we had additional venues on to tour, I knew we had our location. What we did not realize was how amazing Miriam, the Director at the mansion, would be. For the whole year Miriam was there every step of the way working with us and helping us plan to make every aspect of our night perfect. We were due to be married in early March and had to make the painful decision to cancel the wedding the week of(!) due to the pandemic... The weeks leading up to that decision were some of the most stressful and difficult I have had to deal with but Miriam was with us every step of the way. She let us know she supported any decision we made while also being as accommodative and flexible as a business could be to help us pull if off. As I said, we ultimately decided to cancel indefinitely as we had guests flying in from all over the country as well as a number of family who were especially vulnerable. Miriam worked with us through this whole process and was completely understanding. Right now we're still trying to determine when we can re-plan our wedding amongst all of the uncertainty but one thing is sure, The Bourne Mansion is our pick. I can't review the wedding night or any services we would have received but I can tell you that the venue and the grounds are absolutely beautiful and our experience working with Miriam was the next best thing. Planning a wedding is difficult enough, having a venue with someone who will help you with the tough decisions every step of the way is a huge benefit. Thank you Miriam!

I cannot express enough how truly exceptional the Bourne Mansion is! I am sooo beyond happy we chose this venue for our special day. The location is stunning! We received countless compliments on the food. The staff was absolutely wonderful to work with. Miriam is amazing and so helpful in planning every detail along the way. She is truly gifted at her role! And Steve was incredible! He made sure every single detail went over well and ran the night seamlessly! We are eternally grateful to everyone at the Bourne!!! We could not have had a more perfect day!

This location, the venue, and staff will far exceed your wedding day expectations. Miriam is amazing- there no other word to describe her. She truly eliminated any planning stresses and questions from the day we met through to our wedding day. She’s with you from start to finish and will always be available for your questions and concerns. This venue really speaks for itself. It’s beautiful and spacious and gives your guests an experience they will talk about long after your wedding. This is not a venue you will have to spend extra money on to dress up or decorate. The service and the food is fantastic and nobody at your wedding will go home hungry or disappointed (an Italian brides promise). We can’t express how grateful we are for Miriam and the staff at Bourne for giving us an amazing day that we will forever hold in our hearts.

Our wedding at the Bourne Mansion was an absolute dream! From our first meeting with Miriam, we knew that this was the perfect venue for our winter wedding. Miriam made the entire planning process so easy. They really have everything down to a science and there was not one issue on our big day!Our guests raved about the beautiful mansion and gorgeous grounds. Our wedding was in early December on a cold day, but that didn't stop our guests from taking photos outside against the beautiful sunset backdrop! The Christmas decorations were up for our wedding and that was such a great bonus!The cocktail hour was absolutely amazing. The variety of offerings and the quantity/quality of food provided is unmatched-and we have been to a lot of weddings over the years.Our Maitre d' for the day was Jake. He was so nice and made sure everything went according to plan. My husband and I enjoyed every second of our day and are so thankful to all of the staff at the Bourne Mansion who made it possible!

Bourne Mansion was simply amazing - I could have not asked for a better wedding venue! Miriam was a pleasure to work with during the planning process and made the entire process enjoyable and easy for us. She was able to provide excellent recommendations and offered great advice. Our maitre’d, Steve, was absolutely incredible. He was so organized and made the entire day and night run smoothly. He orchestrated an amazing ceremony and made the reception enjoyable for us. Whenever we needed anything, he already had it done. My husband and I were simply amazed by Steve. He not only made the night enjoyable for us, but also helped both our family and friends with anything they needed. Thank you so much for making our wedding so perfect. From the very first meeting we had with Miriam we knew that she was an absolute pro. Planning a wedding is always an incredibly stressful process, but when you can work with someone who can guide you through each and every step while providing helpful feedback on what will work and what won’t work, everything feels much simpler. While it is easy to focus on what you want your venue to look like for your big day, you can’t fully appreciate how critically important a good support system the Bourne staff is until you actually experience them yourself. Our wedding day was so so so 100% perfect and I cannot imagine it anywhere other than the Bourne Mansion

We had planned our dream June wedding for this year at the Bourne and sadly decided to postpone due to COVID-19. I can't put into words how amazing Miriam has been throughout this entire process. From the second we booked our wedding, Miriam has been an incredible resource. She has taken the time to make my fiance and me feel truly cared for and supported, and this really shone during when we decided to postpone. I was anxious about the entire postponement process and rebooking all of my vendors, but Miriam's direction and expertise eased my nerves and made it a breeze. I can't speak more highly of the Bourne and Miriam. Thank you, Miriam! You are one of a kind!

When I first stepped foot into the Bourne Mansion I knew this was the place I wanted to get married. The beautiful driveway, breathtaking grand ballroom, and unique rooms for cocktail hour truly made this venue stand out from all the others. I wanted us and our guests to have a special experience, and I felt Bourne was able to deliver that (and more) to us and them.Miriam was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. She was patient with us, guided us through selections, was prompt in her responses, and so very kind and helpful. As a bride, I found her expertise to be such an asset; she got to know my husband and I throughout the process and gave great advice throughout planning and was spot-on with the estimated budget she gave us the first day we met with her. Miriam was up front with us, while also being warm and kind. I was so happy I got to see her for a minute the day of our wedding and that she got to see my vision come to life after a year of planning and talking to her about it.Steve was our maître d. We met with him about a week or two before our wedding to finalize timeline and details. My husband and I felt that we were extremely well taken care of and that we were his utmost priority. He has a schedule that he’s perfected from years in the business, but seamlessly worked with my husband and I when it was important for us to do one or two things in a different order than what he initially proposed. We deferred to Bourne’s staff for their professionalism and expertise throughout the planning process and are so glad we did. I know a lot of people must say this, but for my husband and I, our wedding day was perfect from start to finish.Much of that perfection is due to the staff at Bourne, and we are forever indebted. We were lucky enough to get a dusting of snow on our Winter wedding day. While my husband and I were taking pictures outside, Jennifer, my bridal assistant, walked the entire driveway to make sure we had hot tea and whatever else we needed. Also, in the moment right before my husband and I were to be announced into the ballroom, my husband stepped on my dress which broke my bustle. Steve called for Jennifer and she flew in out of nowhere and fixed it in a matter of seconds! We didn’t skip a beat and our guests were none the wiser. Steve truly catered to my husband and I throughout the night --- he made sure we had plenty of water, drinks, and that we actually sat to eat food; and, of course, that things ran on time. The staff was so kind to us; all of our decorations were placed perfectly as per my instructions and packed up neatly at the end of the night to take home.One of the things that my husband particularly loved about Bourne was the fact that we got to enjoy the cocktail hour with our guests. The food was delicious, and the staff had plates from the various stations we chose upstairs in the bridal suite for us to enjoy before the reception started. We particularly loved the paella station for cocktail hour. Overall, the food was outstanding. Favorites at dinner were the filet and the seared tuna. We opted for a Viennese hour and both us and our guests were blown away the sheer amount of cake and cookies that were provided (it literally filled a room)! From the bottom of my heart, thank you for making my wedding day better than I could have anticipated. Bourne Mansion will hold a special place in our hearts.

The Bourne Mansion is incredible in every way! When my fiancé and I chose the Bourne, we did so because of their beauty, presentation, and historical old world charm that is truly unique and one of a kind! Never in a million years did we imagine that our wedding which was scheduled for March 27, 2020 would end up being postponed due to COVID19. As you can imagine, this was an extremely difficult and anxious time for us. Despite this set of circumstances which were completely out of our control, Miriam Aronson and the phenomenal staff at the Bourne Mansion, went above and beyond in our team of need! They were immediately responsive and miraculously did everything in their power to seamlessly arrange our new wedding date. Most importantly, they set all of our worries and concerns at ease. There are no words that can describe how truly grateful we are to the Bourne Mansion. I highly recommend this amazing venue! Contact Miriam, she is the very best!!

I can't even begin to put into words how amazing the Bourne Mansion has been, especially Miriam! My wedding was supposed to be June 7th, but with the craziness of everything going on in the world right now, I had to postpone to July 17th. Even with the uncertainty of what will happen, I know that the Bourn Mansion will make sure I have my dream wedding. Miriam has been extremely helpful during this stressful process. She's always there to answer my questions, steer me in the right direction, and make sure that my needs are being met. I'm not sure what the future holds or when I will be getting married, but I do know that I am in great hands with Miriam and the rest of the team at Bourne Mansion!!

Everyone always says planning a wedding can be very hectic and chaotic. Planning ours with the help of Miriam and Steve at the Bourne Mansion made it one of the easiest events and in the end, it was perfect. They were nothing but great from the start and we couldn’t be more grateful. From the start we had a list of different options in regards to our choice of venue and of course we had to set our bar high by visiting the Mansion first. We had walked through the venue and it just so happened that there was an appointment cancellation with Miriam and let’s just say, we had our date 30 minutes after. Between both her and Steve, our night was and forever will be the greatest nights of our lives. Thank you Miriam and Steve, you guys are the best of the best! Steve even made sure I had my favorite dessert before anyone!

Miriam is the fairy godmother when it comes to dream weddings. She helped us put together the most beautiful wedding that was better than anything we've ever dreamt of. From the moment we pulled down the long driveway and saw the deer running through the fog on a rainy December day we knew the Bourne Mansion was magical. We met with Miriam and absolutely fell in love with the place. Everything from the planning and the meetings to the actual wedding day was so easy and flawless. The Bourne Mansion staff really knows what they are doing, everything is so professionally put together and they have it down to a fine science. Our wedding day was perfect, everything went so smooth and honestly was very stress free. The whole wedding process was stress free because we knew we were in good hands with a highly professional team. Our guest had an amazing time and we are being told it was hands down the best wedding most of our guest have been too. The attention to detail by Miriam was so impressive and Asia our bridal attendant was so kind and by our sides the whole night making sure things were just right. Our Matre d, Jake, was unbelievable!! He was the BEST! He was so on top of everything and he made us feel so special. Not only was he so attentive to us but to our parents and our bridal party as well. He was constantly checking in on them making sure everyone was ok and had a drink. He really made our night so special and was there for us for anything we needed. The Bourne Mansion team is truly the dream team and we feel so lucky to have started our marriage off in such a beautiful place surrounded by not only our friend and family but such amazing people from the Bourne Mansion team. If you are considering the Bourne Mansion look no further this is the place!!

There is no place like the Bourne Mansion! Our wedding was on 11/30/19 and we still can’t get over how perfect how wedding was. The Bourne Mansion was the first venue we looked, and after looking at about 15 other places – there was nothing that compared – the Bourne is magical! Miriam, the Director of Mansion sales was AMAZING to work with. Even from our first meeting she was giving us helpful ideas for the day of our wedding. She is very honest, gives sincere opinions from everything with the center pieces to food options to bathroom baskets, and even tells you when she doesn’t think something is worth the money. The week before the wedding – I spoke to her almost every day going over everything to make sure we were covered – she went above and beyond to make herself available. Our Maitre D Steve made sure everything ran extremely smooth. He worked with all of our vendors so that everything was on time and most of all – that me and my husband were able to have fun! He really knows exactly what he is doing and really makes you feel special! The guests are still raving about how beautiful the mansion is and how amazing the food was! (The Filet Mignon with the Gorgonzola crust was a huge crowd pleaser!) The ballroom really looks magical when it is all set up – me and my husband couldn’t get over it! The high ceilings make the ballroom breathtaking! Miriam and Steve really make you feel like you are family and made the whole wedding process so fun for me and my husband and our families. They truly make the day so special for you. I would recommend the Bourne 1000%! I hope one day I’m able to be a guest at a wedding at the Bourne!!

A truly perfect, absolutely amazing wedding day! Working with Miriam was an absolute dream. She was extremely responsive since the first time we met, walked us through what our wedding would look like in detail and every tiny touch that would go along with it. She listened to our needs/desires and went to bat for us when we wanted to make some changes. She is AMAZING!The day/night of the wedding couldn't have been any more perfect. Steve & Asia kept things running like a machine and were able to deliver to our every need. The venue at Christmas time looked incredible. It was stunning! Bitter cold outside and extremely warm and welcome inside. A perfect night! Also, the food was incredible. The guests ate SOO much and every meal was better than the last!Couldn't have possibly asked for anything more.

My wedding was yesterday 11/10/19 at the Bourne Mansion, and it’s hard to describe how perfect it was. From the minute we walked in, we knew it was the place. The mansion itself is absolutely incredible. You should see it at some point, even if it’s just to look. Miriam, their sales director, guided us through the entire process from start finish, gave us sincere opinions, and advice, and was just an overall pleasure to work with. Our Maitre’D Steve, ran the show like a rockstar. Everything ran seamlessly, was on time, and made us feel so confident that our guests were being taken care of, and so were we. My bridal attendant, Nicolette, made sure I always had a new drink, was eating throughout the night, and constantly checked in to see if I needed anything. The bartenders, wait staff, valet, coat check, and all employees were so professional, kind, and on the money. Having worked in the business, I know this employees went far and beyond to make sure my day was the best day ever for me and husband. Thank you to all of you.

I got married on 9/21/19 and to say it was the best day of my life just begins how happy I was on my wedding day. I would rate the Bourne mansion as a 100000000/10,They took care of absolutely everything and the open communication I had with Miriam and Steve throughout my wedding planning process made everything run so smoothly. Im a type A person and It was so nice having Steve knowing that I didn't need to stress about anything because he handled every issue that I had during the wedding. I constantly had a drink in hand and was made aware of what was happening throughout the night. I never thought my wedding day could be so stress free.As for the beauty of the Bourne well that speaks for itself. My guests were in awe of the grounds during cocktail hour and the magnificent ballroom. everything was grand and amazing. The food was more than I could have ever hoped for. I find it typical that wedding food is not always the best especially the meal, however I had guests leaving my wedding RAVING about the dinner. One even said the filet mignon was the best they every had. My wedding was a dream come true and I can't thank Miriam and Steve enough for making that happen for my husband and i. I could not recommend a venue more!

I can’t even put into words how beautiful and truly remarkable this wedding venue is. I got married last night and it was a dream come true. It has the eclectic vintage charm and is beyond exquisite. The staff is top notch and the food is absolutely incredible. I knew immediately when I walk through those doors I was going to have my reception there. Bourne Mansion only hosts 1 event per day and that’s how all wedding venues operate. When you’re investing so much money you want to be the only bride and groom for that day.. ONLY and NO sharing! The best part of the venue is two special people, Miriam and Steve. Miriam is a doll and so passionate about her job. She’s the best and we loved working with her. She’s so sweet and guides you in the right direction and makes you feel at ease. Steve, the maitre is on point throughout the entire day and makes sure you get exactly what you want. He knows his stuff based from many years of experience. He caters to you and truly makes the bride and groom feel so special. He’s the best and we had so much fun with him !This venue is worth every single penny beyond. As a florist myself I’ve worked at many venues. Behind the scenes you’re wasting your time anywhere else !

THE ABSOLUTE BEST! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 My wife and I had our ceremony and reception here on 10/4/19 and it was nothing short of the PERFECT fairy tale wedding.👰! The venue is absolutely gorgeous. The photos we have are absolutely breathtaking and all of our guests could not believe the space. The tall ceilings, roaring 20s mansion vibe was INCREDIBLE. Getting married outside on the lawn with deer and the bay off in the distance during sunset was perfect. The cocktail hour vibe was amazing as guests wandered through the mansion finding new rooms and food stations! The food was delicious and even with a large wedding there were no lines. The professionalism of the team is second to none. From start to finish they made us feel secure, accommodated our requests, and ensured we were happy. They are clearly experienced, best in class, professionals and great to work with! Miriam was beyond helpful in guiding us during the decision making process and provided great recommendations as we worked to make our vision a reality. She also helped us have the most spectacular wedding, while guiding us to maximize our budget without spending on things that weren't going to be impactful. Steve is my personal hero. When it comes to ensuring that your special day is executed as perfectly as possible, you will not find someone better. I started sweating and he was there with a cool damp cloth. Anything I needed, he was always there. He runs an incredibly tight ship making sure the Bourne Mansion staff service is 5-star quality. Everyone says your day goes so fast and while I agree, I would also say Steve makes sure you make the most of every single minute.

There is really no place like Bourne Mansion. Being there makes you feel like you're at one of Gatsby's parties! The first time I visited, it was a rainy day. Even so, I still decided to book the venue because it was so perfect even in bad weather. From the very first day until our wedding day, the people at Bourne and Lessings were so friendly, accommodating, and helpful with the wedding planning process. The grounds are well kept with beautiful flowers that match every season. Inside, it is a very unique venue because you get to roam about the entire ground floor of the mansion during the duration of your party. There is a beautiful bridal suite and a rustic groom's suite which you can use for getting ready if you choose. They only host one wedding a day, which makes you feel like everyone has their full attention on making your day special. The food and drink selection was varied and delicious. I felt confident that every person who attended my wedding would find a food or drink that they would like since there were so many choices.Leading up to the wedding, Miriam was the woman who helped coordinate all of the details and planning. All I can say is WOW! Not only is Miriam the sweetest person on the planet, but she is always available to answer your questions, even at 11:00 at night! She got along so well with my parents, my husband, and my in-laws. I felt 100% confident at all times knowing that Miriam was there for me. She was the perfect fit for us.On the wedding day, Steve was our Maitre D. Again, all I can say is WOW!! Steve was attentive to every concern we had, and was able to keep the party moving smoothly so that we didn't miss out on anything on our wedding day. He even stood guard at our table so that we had 10 minutes to eat our dinner! Whoever said the bride and groom can't enjoy the food too didn't have Steve by their side!I am so forever grateful to Miriam, Steve, and everyone at Bourne for making my wedding day the most memorable and perfect day. I couldn't have dreamed of anything better. Two months later, I am still hearing my guests rave about it!

I visited 9 wedding venues prior to seeing Bourne Mansion. Bourne was the 10th and final wedding venue I visit and from the moment I walked through the door I knew it was the one! My fiancé and I met with Miriam and I will never forget she said to me the minute you walked through this door I saw your face and you will be a Bourne Bride and she was right. Our overwhelmed minds were suddenly soothed by Miriam understanding and calming demeanor. Throughout the entire process Miriam was there to guide us and answer any questions or concerns we had. Our wedding was on 10/11/19 and it Bourne exceeded our expectations. The day went flawlessly from start to finish. The food, the rooms, the service everything was perfect. Steve the Maître D’, was great working with our rowdy bridal party and keeping them in line. I want to relive every moment of the night all over again. People are still coming to me telling me how wonderful the food was and the venue blew them away with its beauty. My wedding would not have been the same anywhere else.

Our daughter's wedding was this past Saturday October 12, 2019. From the moment we walked into the Bourne Mansion we knew this was it! Then we met Miriam! We immediately fell in love with her and our decision was solidified. She is caring, an experienced professional, pays attention to every detail and makes you feel special. She leaves no stone unturned and is hands on and always available for you. We are so glad that she was part of this journey!!The day of the wedding the baton is passed to Steve. When we met Steve a few days before the wedding I knew that everything was going to be perfect. I finally was able to relax. He is organized and capable from the minute you arrive to the moment you say goodbye. He runs everything with such precision down to every minute. He is \"The Master of Ceremony\" and allows you to enjoy yourself. Steve takes excellent care of the bride, groom and parents. The mansion is spectacular and breathtaking! Each and every room was magnificent. The food was amazing and the ballroom was beautiful. Thank you for making Kristie and Stevens wedding magical and the best day of our lives!!!!

The Bourne Mansion is an absolute DREAM venue. From the first time we met with Miriam, we knew that it was the venue for us. I will never forget walking in to see it for the first time and the Beauty and The Beast soundtrack was playing in the background and my fiance looked at me and nodded his head with a big smile on his face. Once we set our date (which took a lot of back and forth and Miriam was a major help) we were in constant communication. I would always email or text Miriam and within hours I would get a response. She is so helpful, creative, and very attentive to detail. Our food options were easy to pick and so much fun to plan for. The week before we met Steve at our final appt and he was fantastic. He planned our entire day and assured us it would be perfect, and it certainly was! As soon as we arrived at the Bourne on our wedding day, it was STUNNING. The landscape was just done and it was so clean and beautiful. We walked in and Steve was already there ready to go and our bridal attendant Katherine was there as well. Katherine was fantastic, she bustled my dress perfectly and was always around if we needed something. Steve is extremely punctual and had everything perfect the day of. He made sure we were taken care of the entire night (drinks, food, dessert, aka EVERYTHING) not to mention he was a blast with the wedding party. Everyone was dancing and drinking all night, it was truly the most fun we have ever had. The food was just amazing. Cocktail hour we had the All American Station (waffle fries are the best), the Asian Wok Station (the best dumplings), 3 Pasta station (Lobster ravioli!!!), Meats and Cheeses, NY Strip Carving Station, and passed hors d'oeuvres (chicken and waffles were a crowd favorite). The dinner was incredible, the steak was so delicious I wish I could've ate more of it! Dessert we did the Viennese table and ice cream sundae station, which everyone loved. Our favorite part was the to-go stations, which were bacon, egg, and cheeses on a roll and hot pretzels. People are still raving about the food and the venue. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the Bourne Mansion. It was everything we dreamed of and more. Thank you Miriam and Steve, we were so happy and are still dreaming of our night! We cannot thank them enough for making our wedding so perfect. We pray someone we know has a wedding there soon just so we can go back and enjoy it all again!!! The best venue on Long Island!

The Bourne Mansion simply could not have been better. I was a groom. Grooms don't write reviews. Brides write reviews. Steve and Miriam went so above and beyond from start to finish I couldn't help but sign up for the Knot and make sure people know they live up to the reputation that precedes them at the Bourne. Weddings are stressful by nature yet Steve has perfected his process to the point we were able to focus on enjoying each moment as it came rather than worrying about where we were in the timeline or managing operational hiccups - there truly were none because Steve proactively handles them. How is it possible to describe perfection... From the location to the food everything at the Bourne Mansion was incredible. My husband and I were married on August 23rd, 2019 and only set our venue in January 2019 and WOW did we pick correctly. Miriam is the coordinator at the Bourne and from the first meeting, she was honest, trustworthy and so much fun to work with. She's got thoughts and ideas, SO LISTEN! You won't regret her input and will always have you walking away feeling even more excited than you did moments before.Now my husband and I threw the normal over the top Long Island wedding which included shoe shinners at the cocktail hour, oil painter at the reception, over the top floral and decor, an INSANE 13 piece band that rocked all night, not to mention I arrived in a helicopter surprising all of the guests. With so many outside vendors, the entire day was smooth as silk!! This is much in part due to the responsibility and efficiency of the staff and especially the bridal attendant and maitre d'. Steve and Nicolet were by the most helpful and on point individuals to work with. Steve had that night running as easy and as smooth as anyone could imagine! Let me say from the moment we met, my husband (not an easy person to impress) wanted to become immediate friends with him and respected everything about him. Throughout the night ever step of the way we were spoken to with respect and guided to each point of where we needed to be. At one point during night photos my husband needed a floss stick and by the next shot, Steve stood there with 2 in his hand! We even had an issue with a guest and within 2 minutes not only was the issue completely irrelevant but we were happier than ever to continue our night. To top off such great service, the food was outstanding! We chose many different types of courses and tastes for everyone, how in the world was there not one complaint from 170 guests!!! In fact, we heard nothing but rave reviews from all guests that the food was outstanding and the drinks were just as great. We cannot be more thankful for choosing the Bourne Mansion as our wedding venue. The grounds are gorgeous beyond belief, the experience of planning with Miriam was fun and not stressful, Steve and Nicolete were on TOP OF THEIR GAME the ENTIRE night. I would relive this night over and over again. We cannot thank the Bourne Staff enough for just allowing us to live our dream day. I know all brides want to say that but you cannot replace perfection on all fronts. Steve really made the night just insanely fun and easy. The happy couple is always pulled in a million directions but we never felt too overwhelmed or like we weren't enjoying our night. That's extremely important because this night goes way too fast. Thank you to Steve and Nicolete for allowing us to be present for it all! Not only did we notice how hard you worked but our guests did as well. The cold towels on our backs as we danced the night away were just the beginning. The Bourne Mansion and its staff exude perfection and professionalism while creating an experience every single bride, groom, parent, and guest would want. The new Mr. & Mrs. John Piro could not be happier. Thank you and for all reading this, you will regret not having a Bourne Mansion Wedding!!

WOW. That is the word I used when pulling up Bourne Mansion for our venue visit and it is the same word I am using following our wedding day there on 9/7/19. Everything about this venue was perfect. Miriam was so helpful from the time we visited Bourne and every day leading up to our wedding. As a bride, I clearly had several questions, wanted to make my wedding feel unique compared to others, and she accommodated them all without a question or concern. We did not have a full-on planner, but Miriam helped guide us in creating the best possible wedding at Bourne that could happen, and surely it was the greatest night of our lives. The day of our wedding and those leading up, we worked very closely with Steve on finalizing timelines, and exactly what we can expect from the evening. Steve was SUCH a key factor in making our day perfect. From the moment we arrived at Bourne that day, he took care of everything. I can't simply put into words the impact he had. Several guests at the wedding even noticed how helpful Steve was and called him a true ROCKSTAR! We are still hearing compliments from guests about the venue, food, and service of Bourne and we cant thank the team enough for creating something so special for us. It truly is a show-topping venue, and I would recommend this place to anyone getting married. Our day would not have been the same if we did not choose Bourne and to me, there is no other option than this place! Thank you everyone, a true DREAM TEAM!

Bourne mansion made our dream wedding come true! We had a vision of what we wanted and not only did they meet that, they blew us away by exceeding our expectations. First Miriam, the director of Mansion Sales is everything you could ask for. She listens to your every need, she’s caring, she works with you to help your ideas come true and makes it better. Miriam was amazing to have and we are forever grateful for having her at Bourne. She gave us so many ideas and really helped us put together an elegant and beautiful wedding.Steve is the area manager and we sat down with him a few days for our wedding. He gave us a complete rundown of how our wedding would look. We were fully informed on how our wedding day would look. He answered all our questions and handled any concerns we had. Our wedding day went exactly as Steve told us and it was perfect! The staff at Bourne in our wedding day was one of the most delightful aspects of our day. They attended to every concern, every need, and made us feel so loved. They made sure we were never worried about anything which is great for a bride and groom. Jake our Maitre D’ was the best! Literally the greatest person we could have! He made us so happy and took care of everything, he was so great our guest even knew his name and knew the great job he was doing. He had every detail and request down perfectly. We had our expectations of our wedding but Jake and the staff at Bourne surpassed it. Jake goes above and beyond which is an amazing quality for someone who oversees your wedding day. Catherine our bridal attended and the staff that was with her who we can’t remember their names were also amazing! They were so attentive to everything we needed. They also spoke Spanish which was a big plus for our grand parents and some of our guests. Our bridal suite and groom suite were full with drinks and food immoderately and restocked. We can not show enough appreciation for the wedding day the Bourne staff gave us. Even our guest noticed how amazing the staff was. The food was perfect from cocktail hour to reception dinner everyone loved it. Compliments to the chef! If we could do our wedding all over again at Bourne we would! Thank you so much for our dream wedding!

We recently had our wedding there this past July and cannot say enough amazing things about Bourne Mansion. We booked our venue about two years in advance and had the most incredible experience the entire time. Miriam is the most amazing point of contact and always answers every email and phone cll promptly and makes you feel important. She is also helpful with any bridal needs (especially for those girls like me without a planner!). Steve we had read comes off mean but he is the complete opposite. He is so on top of every single part of the wedding. We had a guest break a glass and Steve had it cleaned up in under a minute. He also made sure we always ate and had drinks - which seems unimportant until that day! The venue and food we are still getting raving reviews from friends and family and had over 230 people. Cocktail hour and main courses alike were fabulous - no complaints at all. At the end of the night Steve even gave us flowers to bring home,main courses, and cookies! My husband and I will never be able to thank them enough for providing us with the wedding of our dreams.I could go on and on for hours about each and every perfect part of the wedding, but as someone who never writes reviews I wanted to make sure every bride knows this venue really is as magical as it seems.

Be VERY CAREFUL with The Bourne Mansion and the Lessings catering management. We are SUING them after trying for so long for a fairly agreement to resolve an issue we had with our wedding. They took our money never sent us any explanation (which is required in their own contract ) never offered us a further date for our wedding and it’s very bad that a venue will take financial advantage of an unfortunate situation. We had booked our weeding at the Bourne Mansion within 3 months in advance only after I let myself being convinced that was ok to book just with 3 months apart to take a “good deal” We were facing difficult time with serious health issues for one of the parts and we had no other choice but cancel the wedding 30 days prior to the reception which is the biggest painful moment for any couple. We had paid them over 80% of our contract in good faith when we cancelled and they didn't even offered us another day in the future to give us time to resolve the issue. We haven’t heard from them at all despite an offer of $ 1000 refund to sign a paper giving up of our rights.

15 out of 10!! Honestly I felt so comfortable during the whole planning process with Miriam ( the party planner). She pays so close to every little detail and will literally answer any email you send at any time of the day. We got along great and she helped a lot to make my day perfect. Then there was Steve who was our MD. Steve is no joke and can come off as a hard ass, but when you want your day to run smooth and perfect he is the guy for this!! The whole time he had a headpiece in communicating to everyone. He constantly can over to my hubby and I to make sure we were in the loop and were okay. When a little hiccup happened he was there right away and solved it before i could even notice. With Steve I also have Katherine, she was my bridal attendant and she was amazing! She was so knowledgeable and was there for every part of the day. She helped calm us down and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. The atmosphere itself was breathtaking, the bridal suit and grooms suit was updated and constantly stocked with food and drinks. The staff knew exactly what to do and when to do it. The only negative thing i could say is that my cocktail hour was extremely hot, but i did get married on a very humid july day so i don’t even think i can blame that on the mansion.

We had our wedding at Bourne Mansion on June 15, 2019 and I could not be happier. Nothing else we visited (we saw A LOT in Westchester and LI) even came close. The space was perfect with both beautiful, by the water/ocean OUTDOOR, as well as regal INDOOR spaces, able to hold large capacity (we were 250+ guests). We even got to extend until 1:30am for extra dancing, and there is only one wedding at a time, so the day is yours and yours alone.Staff was personable, responsive, professional, on top of it all. Miriam Aronson helped the entire year we spent planning, even sending us pictures from previous weddings for inspiration. Steve Melita, the day-of Maitre D', made the wedding day, ensuring everything was in line, on time, and fun (and still found time to bring us signature cocktails all night, fix last minute table issues, make sure we were fed.. endless list). My mother and I got to enjoy the day as everything was being run smoothly.Location is perfect distance away from Manhattan & Westchester (guests could either drive back or spend the weekend) for a pseudo destination wedding. Only drawback is that there is no lodging on location, but they have fully stocked bridal/groom changing suites for the day of.We highly recommend hiring Deborah Minarik as the day-of coordinator; she brought us all breakfast at the hotel, brought everything over to the mansion (rings, weddings dresses..), prepared a detailed schedule (printed for everyone!), coordinated every vendor (flowers, photo..), even carried around my lip gloss and floss all night long.Dinner was top notch (bride & groom get all three entrees + leftovers to take home!), and you get to print your own menus. Miriam threw in the seafood raw bar and ice cream sundae bar for us (THANK YOU). At the end of the night, we had pretzels for all the guests to take on the shuttle back to the hotel.Thank you Miriam, Steve and Debbie!

The most beautiful wedding ever! I just had my wedding at the Bourne Mansion and I cannot say enough great things! From the moment we met Miriam I knew this was the place. It is like like no other wedding venue you have ever been to and will give your guests a unique experience. All my guests cannot stop talking about the food, we had mini lobster rolls, little chicken and waffles, mini grilled cheeses served on the dance floor after dinner and to top off the night they had a egg sandwich exit station ready for my guests on their way out. My guests have been non-stop raving about my wedding. When I first met Steve I thought he was a little scary but he was excellent. He knows how to run a business and will make sure your wedding day is flawless. He took care of me the whole night and made sure my guests had fun, even breaking the \"no shot\" rule a few times. Best wedding ever!

The Bourne Mansion of Lessing's was top notch. My wife and I spent a tremendous about of time and effort trying to find that perfect place for us. The balance between high quality and affordable. We found our dream wedding at The Bourne Mansion. Let's start with Miriam the event coordinator. She was so amazing in helping us plan everything. She was quick to respond to anything we needed leading up to the event. I never felt stressed while working with her. Steve, the Maitre D, was a pro. Before the wedding he is all business and ensures that everything is planned out perfectly. Then during the wedding, he was the perfect coordinator and was right there for us if we needed anything. In fact, he was able to help us with things before we would even know we needed them. Everything went exactly how we wanted, and that was because of Steve and his staff. 10 out of 10.

Review for Lessing’s Bourne Mansion: five stars!I loved the Bourne and I’m very happy I was a Bourne bride. Miriam Aronson and Steve Melita were fabulous and a huge help throughout the process. The space is so grand and makes you feel like you’re in a gatsby mansion for sure.They are very organized, and they help you to make sure you have thought about all of the little details as well. The day of the wedding went very smooth, and I was happy with that.I would have gotten married there all over again- just wish the reception lasted about 8 more hours. like everyone says, it goes too fast. The food was excellent and everyone said so.We had them make egg sandwiches for everyone on the way out and everyone raves about them. I was told a number of times it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to and that tickled me for sure 😊Go Bourne!

My husband and I got married at Bourne Mansion on 3/23/19 and I cannot put into words how perfect it was, but I will try. We visited a ton of venues, but knew from the beginning that Bourne was \"the one.\"Venue - obviously beautiful, but we liked that it also has character and uniqueness - definitely not \"cookie cutter.\" The backdrop is gorgeous and while we got married indoors (which worked out well), we made sure to take lots of pictures both indoors and outdoors. The ballroom is one of a kind and was plenty spacious for our ~200 guests. Food - delicious. They have a wide range of options for cocktail hour and we got a lot of compliments from our guests about the food (especially the filet mignon), some even saying it's the best food they've ever had at a wedding! I highly recommend adding on some sort of late night \"snack.\" We had hot pretzels on the way out and they were a hit!Staff - spectacular. From the very beginning, Miriam was incredibly helpful and genuine. She guided me throughout the process and was very responsive to my many questions. I honestly couldn't have planned our wedding without her. When we met Steve (our maitre d), we knew we were in great hands. He helped set the run of show, kept everything running smoothly throughout the day and made sure we (and our parents) were taken care of the entire evening. My bridal attendant Catherine was excellent. She made sure I had everything I needed and helped with my dress, flowers, cake, etc. All in all, magical! We will never forget our perfect wedding day thanks to Bourne!

My husband and I got married at Bourne on 12/1/18 and it was absolutely magical. Leading up to the wedding day, you coordinate everything with Miriam. She was amazing to work with! She answered all of my questions quickly and had a ton of advice and suggestions that made our wedding day look great and go smoothly. She does a great job because she loves it so much, which you can tell because she gets so excited each time a new couple walks in the door. She even came by the Bourne on our wedding day to say hi to my husband and I and wish us well. Steve coordinated our wedding day- Every wedding day needs a Steve. He was amazing at organizing the day! My husband and I would highly suggest getting married at the Bourne Mansion- it was a fairytale that Miriam and Steve played a big part in order for us to pull it off.

Our winter wedding at Bourne was more than we ever could have imagined. Everything was perfect!!! Miriam was the most amazing and helpful part of the process...she kept us calm and helped us plan every detail leading up to the big day. She was even there the day of, checking in with us. Our Maitre d, Jake, was the most AMAZING support (literally heaven sent), along with Kat, during our reception. The staff were on point and professional, such a strong team!!! My husband and I had our wedding reception here in December 2018 and it was beyond our wildest expectations! Miriam is an absolute dream during the planning process. I was planning my wedding all the way from Washington, DC and she was very responsive by email and phone! She also had so many amazing ideas for our decor. Steve (the Maitre d') and his staff were also amazing. Our wedding was absolutely seamless and we felt so well taken care of. Our guests loved the decor, food, drinks, and service. We are still receiving compliments about it!I am so thankful we chose Bourne to celebrate our wedding! They exceeded our expectations and we made memories that will last a lifetime. My husband and I got married here in November 2018. It really was the perfect fall day and the Bourne mansion was the perfect fall venue for us. Our guests loved the venue, it was spacious for cocktail hour and the reception room was very big and accommodated about 160 people comfortably. The dance floor was spacious and the lighting was warm and romantic. It rained during our reception and I loved that cocktail hour was spread through the rooms of the mansion so everyone was comfortable and had space to sit and mingle. Steve was great and professional. He made sure everything ran smoothly. He could be a bit intense, but you get what you pay for and he was on top of every single detail. We were taken cared of well here! Miriam was simply the best! She helped us every step of the process leading up to the wedding day. She answered all of our questions in a timely matter, and gave us helpful advice about whatever we were not sure of. The food was AMAZING! my husband is a foodie so food was a big deal. The menu for cocktail hour, dinner and desk was top notch. We got so much good feedback from our guests! I wanted our wedding to have an intimate, romantic, cozy, classy and comfortable feel and thats exactly what we got. We had so much fun and so did our guests and our pictures came out amazing! It’s truly a stunning venue and the staff is efficient and great.

By far the best decision my now husband and I made when it came to our wedding was selecting Bourne Mansion as our reception venue. We got married on December 8, 2018 and had a guest list of 190 (perfect size for the venue!!) The mansion is like something out of a movie...if you want to feel like your wedding day is a fairytale...get married here.Words cannot even begin to explain how perfect every single thing was at Bourne. To start, Miriam was incredible. She was so attentive at every meeting, always answered my emails as soon as possible, and made me feel like a true bride through out the entire process. You would never guess that she was dealing with dozens of other brides and couples at the same time...that's how special she made us feel. Steve, our Maitre'D was also AMAZING. We only met him a few days before the wedding, but come the day of our wedding, it was like we knew each other our entire lives. He really treated us like family. He was always making sure everything was on point, always made sure my husband and I had a drink in our hand or food on our plates. He is the reason our night went as perfectly as it did.Now, to everything else! The food...10/10. Guest's cannot stop ranting and raving about how unreal our cocktail hour was. We did the Asian Station as an added station, and we got SO many more remarks about how good the asian food was than we were ever expecting! The entree's were also incredible. We have zero complaints about the food and couldn't be happier.We decided to splurge on a few extra things, that at first we were a little iffy about, but we are glad we spent the money on them. The raw bar at cocktail hour, the lighting during the reception, the heaters outside for guests to smoke cigars next to, and top shelf liquor. We also extended the cocktail hour another half hour, which was perfect because we had just enough time to greet all of our guests and then enjoy the reception. These little details really added to how perfect the entire night was.The Bourne Mansion was worth every single penny (and believe it or not, it was manageable to afford). My husband and I feel so lucky and still are ranting about how perfect our day was. We have had dozens of guest tell is that it was the BEST wedding they have ever been to. It was everything I have always dreamed of...If you are on the fence about Bourne, just book it. You will not regret it for a second!!All our love to Miriam and Steve !!!! If you're looking for a place to get married somewhere around New York City and want a mansion all to yourself, you only have a few options. The Bourne, while a little farther away from the city, is the best option without having to go into debt for years for your wedding. We looked all over for weeks and did all the legwork, there is no competitor to the Bourne. The mansion itself is magnificent both inside and out. Think Newport mansions, but you're in NY. Once you visit you'll fall in love with the back of the mansion. It comprises of a vast lawn that looks out to the ocean - you can see sailboats in the background. Our wedding date at the Bourne in September this year was perfect weather, we started the ceremony in the back of the mansion, cocktail was split in and outdoors, and finished reception inside the ballroom. On top of the amazing view and classy indoor decor, you also have Miriam. Even though she's the director of sales, she gave us so many tips from before the wedding to the day of, we felt like having a second wedding planner and was a delight to work with. It was also important to us that we were the only couple getting married, instead of having random people from other weddings around, and at the Bourne you are the only one there for your wedding. We can't imagine having been married anywhere else!

My wife and I got married at bourne mansion in December 2018 and honestly couldnt be any more greatful for such an amazing experience. Everything from the ceremony to the end of the night went absolutely flawlessly. The maitre’d Steve was awesome! We had fresh drinks and food waiting for us at our dais every single time we sat down. Ice cold towels for our necks after dancing. Cant say enough about the tight ship that Steve runs at the bourne mansion. We only met steve once before our wedding, but we felt like weve known him for years! So friendly and very respectful. This man was absolutely built for the job. If youre looking for the perfect venue for your perfect wedding, look no more!

We got married at Bourne in October 2018 and we were very pleased with the venue and the level of service. Miriam was wonderful and super helpful! She was our go-to-person throughout the entire planning process and she always had great advice for us. We loved the venue - it is timeless, elegant, and classy. The food was also superb and delicate. Jake was our Maitre D and he was fantastic and helped us to stay on schedule (or as much as we could:). We only wish we could have been guests at our own wedding and enjoyed everything all over again from the guests' perspective since everyone had an amazing time!

I got married at the Bourne mansion on October 21, 2018. This place is absolutely breathtaking. From the long drive way, to the architecture, the grounds, the interior, the food, the service... I could go on forever. When first visiting the Bourne we met with Miriam. She is an absolute doll! She truly cares for her clients. Working with her was amazing. She made us feel so comfortable and was open to our budge & helped draw us out a plan for what things will cost. She’s an expert & she’s honest. The entire staff at Bourne mansion was amazing. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect & I wish I could do it over & over!!

I have been obsessed with the Bourne Mansion since I came across gorgeous photos of the grounds online. It was the venue of my dreams from the very beginning. The moment we pulled onto the property, I felt slightly overwhelmed, being that it was one of our first venue meetings, but Miriam immediately put me at ease.Miriam could tell how much my mother and I loved Bourne Mansion and told me about her last two summer dates (which were only 8 months away). Needless to say, Miriam was a huge factor in making my final decision to plan our wedding in just eight months and have our wedding in August 2018. Miriam was attentive from the start- immediately answering emails, sending photos and other inspiration from past weddings. She followed up with us and was consistent in her communication throughout our experience with Bourne. Miriam is extremely knowledgeable about ALL things wedding, and was honest with us throughout the process.On top of all that, Miriam remembered specific details about us each time we visited the venue (for showcases, meetings, etc.) and genuinely seemed to care about us as a couple and not just as a client. Miriam was one of the first people I saw when I walked into Bourne on my wedding day, and it was so comforting to have a familiar face.On the day of my wedding, I met Jake, he was our maitre’d. Jake was EVERYWHERE before you even knew you needed him. Jake kept the day running on time and helped me keep my anxiety about the weather under wraps. During the morning, it had poured outside, but the rain stopped when we arrived at the mansion. Jake did everything in his power to maintain the ceremony set up and consistently assured me that we would be getting married outside.Jake also helped out tremendously with my mother-in-law because she had stained her dress before the ceremony. Jake had about 5 different remedies and helped calm her nerves about the spots quickly and quietly. I didn’t even find out about this until after our honeymoon! My mother also told me that any time she stopped for even a moment, Jake or the bridal attendant were at her side to make sure that she didn’t need anything.Overall, our experience at Bourne Mansion was amazing. Our wedding was everything that I could have ever imagined and more. I truly believe that the team at Bourne Mansion is a huge part of that. I have already recommended Bourne Mansion to everyone who will listen.
