When I first booked my wedding date I knew it was going to be a great fit for my special day! 8 weeks out from my wedding and the coordinator that I had been working with for the last year in a half decided to leave and that’s when Amanda stepped in her place! Amanda was a god send and amazing to work with! Any silly questions I had she would reassure me that it wasn’t silly and answered them all in a very timely manner! On the day of my wedding the day went off without a hitch, I had a family member who was sick decide they weren’t coming then last minute they were coming and the switch was not a problem at all! All of the staff the day of was also great! All the servers were very prompt with re filling water glasses and taking away any food plates that were finished! They also had everything done in a timely manner and it was a really special day! If I could plan my wedding day all over again I wouldn’t change my mind at all about the venue and I would pick them 100 times over and over again! Thank you for making my wedding day amazing!

When my (now) husband and i walked in we fell in love with the stone walls filled with flowers, the fountains, high ceilings, gazebo dance floor, icicle lights, and the whole atmosphere. The wedding coordinator, Amanda, was so kind and helped make sure it was the wedding we wanted. She was always professional and on top of things, always accommodating us even with last minute changes. The day of the wedding the staff was amazing. We had both the ceremony and reception here and the staff made it seamless. Everything was done quickly and orderly. The courses came out in a timely manner and their food tastes incredible! Our guests were very pleased. The list of recommended vendors they provided was very helpful and i was happy with both the florist and cake bakery on the list. Overall, we are extremely happy we chose this venue and wouldnt change a thing! We had an amazing night!!!!

We had our wedding at the Holiday Inn Boxborough. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and creative. The event was better than we could've imagined. The food was fantastic and they were accommodating to our every need. We also had many family and friends stay in the hotel. The rooms were great and the entire venue made for a perfect wedding experience for our guests. Additionally, the hotel recommended great vendors who were helpful and affordable. We couldn't be happier with our choice of venue and recommend the Holiday Inn Boxborough to any Bride and Groom!

We had our wedding at the Holiday Inn Boxborough. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and creative. The event was better than we could've imagined. Unfortunately we did not have a great experience with the Boxborough Holiday Inn. We reserved a block of rooms for guests at our July 2014 wedding. However, isolated power outages in the Boxborough area that weekend due to storms caused blackouts from the evening of our rehearsal dinner throughout the night. Some rooms lacked lighting and outlets, others lacked air conditioning, others lacked both.\r\rObviously power outages happen and we don't blame the Holiday Inn for this. What was unsatisfactory was the lack of response from hotel management, especially since they knew the special occasion we were there for. These problems occurred during the peaks hours that guests want to enjoy a hotel room, making it all the more surprising and disappointing that, more than month later, we have not been contacted with an offer of compensation or even a good-spirited apology for the inconvenience. \r\rMany of our guests traveled across the country, spending limited vacation time and resources to take part in our day, and we regret that the Boxborough Holiday Inn made poor hosts of us. Fortunately we still had an amazing wedding day, but save yourself the trouble and book with the Westford Residence Inn up the road; some of our guests stayed there and had no problems.

Alyssa and the Holiday Inn staff were incredible. Alyssa is very knowledgable and makes the planning process easy. They all made everyone feel so comfortable and they were all very helpful. The courtyard is amazing and I could not have asked for a more beautiful place to get married!! My guest all said how surprised that were and didnt expect it to be so awesome inside!

Alyssa and the Holiday Inn staff were incredible. Alyssa is very knowledgable and makes the planning process easy. They all made everyone feel so comfortable and they were all very helpful. I would highly recommend this place. From start to finish, everything went perfectly. The atrium is absolutely gorgeous and they set up the place to looks amazing! We received so many compliments about everything. The staff was super friendly and accomodating. You cant find a better deal than this place! I wouldn't have changed anything. If I could do it all over again, I would definitely do it again here!!!

I had my wedding ceremony at the Holiday Inn in Boxborough. It was a good experience. I was looking for something indoors but I still liked to have an outdoor feel. The indoor pavilion area is very lovely. Everyone was very kind and helpful. They did whatever we needed and helped with planning. They set up the tables just like I wanted with minimal explanation and they were understanding when I gave them the wrong number of people at one table. They got another setting on the table right away. Also the price was very reasonable and they were reasonable about adjusting to your needs.

In my venue, there was an indoors gazebo. It truly felt as if we were OUTSIDE without actually being outside. Waterfall, etc. Beautiful. The food was terrific. THe staff was terrific.
