Bradford House and Gardens is a classic, southern home wedding venue nestled on seven gorgeous acres at the southern part of Lake Lanier in Flowery Branch, GA. This all-inclusive venue offers phenomenal wedding planning and catering services and hosts indoor and outdoor celebrations for todayâs very busy couples. Providing a beautiful setting and top-of-the-line service, you can celebrate your dream day with the utmost luxury. With a capacity for 150 guests, Bradford House can host intimate gatherings inside the home or large parties in the covered pavilion. For your magical occasion, you and your loved ones will have private access to the house and gardens, finding beautiful photo opportunities at every turn. Just WOW! I genuinely donât know where to begin with how AMAZING our wedding was at the Bradford House. From the very beginning to planning to the rehearsal and to the wedding day, every little detail was flawless. I really mean itâ flawless. I truly planned for errors or bumps to happen along the way, but everything was just perfect. My husband and I LOVED the private dinner option and the food is fantastic. Our guests could not say enough about how beautiful our wedding was, and I am just so grateful to Cyndi and Laurie. They are the dream duo of wedding planning, and if I could do it all again, I would choose the Bradford House each time. Bridesâ if you want a low stress wedding with beautiful details, fantastic food, phenomenal support, and vendors already found for you, this is the place for you! Laurie and Cyndi, we love you guys! Would give them more stars if I could! Cyndi and Laurie were a dream to work with. I planned most of my wedding while working on my graduate thesis and was so worried about getting all the details right. They helped me sleep easy! They were so knowledgeable about the process, and willing to help with anything I needed. We were able to do their all inclusive package, with some customization, and they were incredible about working to coordinate all of our vendors, even the ones we booked separately. That being said - we also love their vendors!! If you donât want to worry about the details of planning a wedding, this is the place for you! We had worried that if we went for an all inclusive venue, the quality in some areas would be less, but that was not the case at Bradford. A special shout out for their house manager Lloyd who helped keep the guests in the right places and brought my husband and I appetizers during family portraits, and to their florist Nicole who was simply the best! Of course the venue is also gorgeous (the gardens are to die for!!), but Bradford also stands out for having the best team, attention to detail, and peace of mind. You cannot go wrong!

The Bradford House did both our wedding and rehearsal dinner. Everything was absolutely seamless for both events, from start to finish. If you are a bride and want a low-stress wedding, the Bradford House is the way to go. The food was delicious for both events, service was phenomenal, and all the preferred vendors work together seamlessly. The day of my wedding was very relaxing, due to all the help I had from them. They are extremely responsive to emails and are very flexible depending on your desired style for your event. I would highly recommend them.

The Bradford House is beautiful and their staff is incredible! I was the maid-of-honor for my best friend recently and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this venue and its people. Each member of their staff served us with smiles. Everyone was so accomodating and made sure that the bride and groom had nothing to worry about. We needed an extension cord for a steamer and even in the middle of setup, a staff member kindly brought one to us. The food and drinks were also so, so good! This venue is absolutely amazing and the people here make it even better!

Where do I even begin!? Jeremy and I are so glad we chose Bradford House and Gardens for our wedding! Everything was amazing! From the planning process to execution, Cyndi and Laurie were there every step of the way! They made sure everything was EXACTLY how I wanted it! During the planning process, they were very helpful and responsive. Every time I had a question (and there were a ton), they answered right away! They made us feel comfortable in a fairly overwhelming time! And, the day of ⊠wow! They were on top of it! They were everywhere making sure everything was going smoothly and perfectly. One thing that really sticks out: they always made it a point to find me and check in and see if I needed anything. During the cocktail hour after the ceremony, while we were all taking photos, they were right there on the sidelines with hors dâoeuvres and a drink stepping in to give me a bite or a sip whenever I needed it! That really stuck out to me! And, I wish I could remember the name of the guy that served us dinner and directed the cake cutting, because he was AWESOME! The venue is gorgeous. The staff is incredible. You cannot go wrong with Bradford House and Gardens! Thank yâall, so much, for giving us the day we had always dreamed of!

We are so over the moon with The Bradford House and Gardens and how our wedding day turned out on Valentineâs Day! The owners and coordinators worked closely with us during the entire process and made it entirely stress-free! The venue was so beautifully decorated on our day, ran so smoothly, the staff was very attentive at our every need and want, food was phenomenal, great photo ops, etc. Everything was absolutely perfect!!! I 110% recommend this venue to a bride that does not care for stress! It was amazing from start to finish!â€â€â€

The staff at Bradford house was Amazing!! They made my day so special. Planning a wedding during Covid is no easy task, and Mrs. Debbie was there every step of the way. From offering us a military discount, to working with my crazy schedule/ planning a wedding long distance, they were always accommodating and happy to help. My wedding was beautiful, and it was fantastic working with them!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Bradford House. Mrs.Debbie was a doll and she was so easy to work with. We came last minute needing a place for our ceremony with more space- she saved our day. The minute you step onto this venue there is nothing but peace and beauty. We came last minute needing a place for our ceremony with more space- she saved our day. The minute you step onto this venue there is nothing but peace and beauty. The Bradford House is the perfect place to have your wedding. We got married May 11, 2019, and it could not have been more perfect! Debbie and her staff are super friendly and eager to make your special day everything you hoped it would be. With catering included, there are so many options for reception food. We also didnât have to worry about any of the linens, chairs, overlays, or even the DJ because all of these were included. The house itself is gorgeous and holds so much character. We loved having a bridal and a groomâs suite to get ready in because this made it easy to bring wardrobes the night before so it makes the big day seamless. It was supposed to slant rain all day with an overcast, so Debbie worked hard to create an option for the ceremony and reception space. However, the rain cleared and the sun came out in time for the ceremony which we were so happy that it did because the greenery outside is absolutely beautiful! We had a âwoodsy and greeneryâ themed wedding, so this just added to the detailing and the natural setting of the ceremony. We then had dinner inside the house where we had our own private space to eat before greeting the guests. The staff then flipped the ceremony space out in the pavilion to the reception space with a dance floor, and we danced the night away. We love our wedding day and wouldnât change one detail. Thank you to the Bradford House for helping make our dream wedding!

The Bradford House is the perfect place to have your wedding. We got married May 11, 2019, and it could not have been more perfect! The best one stop shop: make your life easy! (and no, they did not pay me to write this review). I hired Exceptional Catering and Events (which runs out of the Bradford House) for my wedding which was off site from Bradford house. The reason I hired them was they were a referral from a friend with very good taste. They also provided everything from food to table settings/glasses etc. Most other places make you rent that stuff separate. That alone was a huge plus. And I did shop it and they are still cheaper! I was very impressed with the day-of service. The staff was terrific- especially Lloyd who is the head dining room manager. During my wedding he was literally one step ahead of everything with stellar service. The food was great too as we did buffet style and wanted simple southern cuisine (however they do have some fancy options too). I highly recommend them and I am a picky, cheap gal with expectations sky high.

Always easy to get ahold of and put me at ease. The venue is the definition of beautiful..... (sigh and swoon). I had my ceremony inside with the beautiful double doors open, cocktail hour in the garden and reception inside the house as well. I highly recommend the brunch wedding package. My guests were loving everything and I was able to plan fun things in the weekend before the wedding. Staff is amazing! Food was on point! Venue is dreamt! Fit in my smaller budget!!Planning to use this venue in the future for parties or showers... đ Love it that much!

After visiting several venues, we went to view the Bradford House and knew weâd found our spot! Debbie and her staff were super accommodating and the food was DELICIOUS! We didnât want to sink all of our savings into the âbig dayâ so we decided to go with the elopement package. A month later, our friends are still talking about how our 1.5 hour wedding was the new âGold Standard!â It was short, sweet and absolutely beautiful! The package prices are definitely the way to go for easier planning! Our cake, flowers, and the minimal venue decor exceed every expectation I had! I canât recommend this venue highly enough!

Bradford House and Gardens is a wonderful venue. The food was a gourmet's delight. The excellent staff is attentive, friendly and helpful. Very pleased with their attention to details. The all inclusive package makes planning your wedding a delight. I highly recommend this place for your wedding.

Words cannot express how Greg and I felt on our wedding day. Debbie, Tonya, Lou, and Paul made this the best day of our lives. If there was even a problem, neither one of us even knew about it. Debbie has the best relationship with vendors to make an all-inclusive experience flawless. Tonya took my design inspirations and made it a vision of beauty and dream come true! Lou made sure everyone felt welcome and a part of the party along with helping to make sure we were taken care of, too. Paul and his assistant worked together like a well oiled machine to make sure photos were done (and almost all done before the ceremony like we wanted). \r\rWe wanted a fall wedding with the feeling of the outdoors and this place delivered without fail. I could see any season of wedding being done here and looking beautiful though.\r\rI highly recommend this place for any type of bride. You tell them your vision and they can help you make it happen! If I were to do it all over again I would have done here and exactly the same way!

A perfect venue for any bride! You have the ability to have an indoor or outdoor ceremony, food and cake cutting where you want and dancing in the beautiful outdoor pavilion! A great team to work with for hands on brides or ones who simply want to hand things over to Debbie and Tonya. The food is absolutely fantastic! Brides and grooms can rest easy knowing their guest will eat well and be taken care of by the superb wait staff and chef. From the bartenders to the servers, the chef and everyone else helping, you won't find a better team or a more friendly and welcoming atmosphere from everyone at Bradford house who helps with your big day! Everyone complimented on how truly pleasant and helpful the staff was. You have the choice to use their vendors or bring in your own on some aspects, but I recommend using theirs! Especially their awesome Dj and mc! Set up an appointment and go check out the venue or go when Bradford house has an awesome open house to see decor, try food and try their wine and beer options for your event.

Debbie was great! We had a wedding integrating Chinese and American culture. When we were in the planning stages we went over everything and everything and it was so nice to have an all inclusive deal like this where I didn't have to stress about finding a million different vendors for everything. Got such a great deal with the cake, catering, decorations, and DJ included. At the wedding everything was so magical and beautiful. Tonya did a fantastic job on flowers, DJ Lou prepared many Chinese music for our our family and guests. The chef is amazing, and they was so thoughtful that they even prepared menu in both English and Chinese. I had many friends tell me how lovely everything turned out. The location is beautiful and the garden is gorgeous. \rXiaoting\r

Mrs. Debbie and her team hosted my grandson's graduation party at their venue. We were so impressed by the venue and her staff. We literally just had to show up and everything was in place for us. The grounds at this venue are breathtaking and it is so serene. The food was absolutely amazing, the chef himself actually came out and spoke with us and welcomed us to the venue. Mrs. Debbie and her team are truly an amazing component. I would recommend this venue to anyone regardless of the type of event they are hosting. By far the best venue!

LOOK NO FURTHER!!! THIS IS IT!! ...Where do I start? 5 stars is not enough, they deserve more! My entire experience from the first day we toured this venue was amazing! We had toured several other places (some more than once) and booked Bradford House & Gardens on our very first visit, and that was the best decision, EVER! The staff is amazing! They have all of the transitions from wedding to cocktail hour to dinner to reception down to a Science. Everything flowed SO smoothly. I had VERY high expectations and they surpassed them. I had a lot of personal/specific traditions that I wanted to incorporate and they took care of all of them with no errors. The owner, Mrs. Debbie, is the sweetest lady and I never felt like she was \"selling\" anything. She was always upfront and honest about everything and did a great job communicating with us. The wedding coordinator, Tonya, was AMAZING! I can't say enough about her, I feel like she was my sister during the entire process and I truly don't know what we would have done without her. She kept me sane, and I'll be forever grateful to her. The FOOD is second to none! Our guests are STILL raving and we got married a month ago! ... Also, this venue is very unique and elegant, everyone was asking how we found it and saying how much they loved it. The way the gardens light up at night is breathtaking!! ... We used the venue's DJ, the Baker for Wedding and Groom's cake and the Photographer and couldn't have been happier! The photographer, Bobbie, knows the venue very well and was super amazing. Likewise, the DJ, Lou, was super fun and kept the party going. Lloyd, head of the waitstaff, was like our personal assistant all night making sure we were taken care of and we didn't want for anything because he was right there to make sure we were good. Have your wedding here! You WON'T regret it. Take this for someone who's usually impossible to please :-)

This was by far the best catering decision that we made. Although the wedding was 8-15-15 (it's been a week), our guests are still talking about the food. The FOOD was absolutely amazing and so was the service. \r\rWe have always looked for quality and that's exactly what we received.\r\rTonya was WONDERFUL!\rMrs. Debbie and Mr. Ron were OUTSTANDING!\r\rChef Terrell was Dynamic with his specialties.\r\rLloyd...you just can't get any better than his attention to detail and presentation...WOW!\rThe rest of the staff...just magnificent.\r\rI highly recommend the Bradford House for Catering!!

By far, the best wedding venue in GA!. The facilities are beautiful, well groomed, and all together a perfect atmosphere to have a wedding at. \rDebbie is amazing and very flexible with all the demands that a wedding has. She was always able to work something out to make our wedding move forward without a hitch. Debbie was very understanding and will really work with you to keep you happy and to make sure you're getting everything you want, without gouging your wallet. \rThe food was great. Even with the most basic food package, we still had a very delicious spread of appetizers (spinach pastry's, coconut chicken, and pigs in a blanket), which our guest had nothing but high reviews of and same with the main course! Now the main course was nothing short of amazing, even down to the french bread on the side!\rTonya made sure the entire venue was professionally decorated to our liking \rThe DJ, wow were do I start. From the beginning of the wedding he was with us, all the way to the last till the last dance. He definitely kept the wedding rolling smoothly, interacted well with our guest, and kept the party popping. He was always checking on my wife and I, making sure we had something to drink, eat and were having a great time. Music was great, family friendly, and the staff that worked with him were very professional.\rOverall: For the price we paid, amount of guest we had, food, drinks, cake, pictures, decorations, and the experience. I can honestly say we greatly underpaid for the excellent service that the entire staff at the Bradford House gave my wife and I. Thank you to everyone who made our wedding the best wedding we could have ever wished for!

If you are a bride or groom who is looking for a perfect outdoor/indoor venue for your wedding, look no further! Why you ask? Well here are a few reasons! 1. The overall appearance of the facility - During our wedding on May 10th, 2014, I cant tell you how many of the attendees commented on the beauty of the facility and asked \"how we found this place\". 2. Close to home, but far enough away - This facility sits back off the road. It has close access to the interstate, but has the feels of a charming antebellum style home nestled in the mountains. 3. The staff - I can't say enough how tremendous the staff was to work with. Debbie and Susan lead charge. From the obvious to the unexpected, these two will answer any and all questions you may have. There is nothing too small or large they cant handle. 4. The food - First rate, second to none! Looking around during the short time I had to sit down and eat, I saw smiles, and heard lots of yums! The plates were emptied everywhere I looked. Terrell brings a bang to the kitchen. When I first sat down to sign my contract at the Bradford house they couldn't stop talking about the food.... well they were right! 5. Last but not least... Affordability.... My husband and I got married at the Bradford House and Gardens 11/01/14. Debbie and her staff did everything in their power to make sure it was the perfect wedding. Our rehearsal would have been on Halloween night, but Debbie agreed to move it to the week before to facilitate our bridal party. They completely changed their normal program so that we could have the ceremony in the house and reception out on the pavilion. This was a morning wedding and the temperatures were in the upper 40s - low 50s. At no extra charge the pavilion had very professional looking clear siding and heaters added to keep guests warm while retaining beautiful views of the fall colors. They offer a wide range of packages at very reasonable prices making it easy to reconcile your wedding dreams and budget reality. We actually did not hire a florist in an effort to save money, so I was quite grateful when we arrived and there were extra little decorative touches specific to our colors. We did use the in-house caterer and baker, which simplified things greatly. The food was delicious and the cake was as beautiful as it tasted. We also used the d.j. who pairs with them on a regular basis. The music was tailored to our guests (in our case family friendly, and fun to dance to) and the d.j. did a great job transitioning through everything that takes place during the reception. The entire day went off without a hitch and I am so glad we chose this venue!

I could not have chosen a more perfect venue for the most important day of my life! From the very beginning, Debbie and Sue were fantastic to work with. My mother-in-law realized she forgot her glass for mimosas; one of the staff members heard her talking about it and brought one to her without being asked! They allowed us to come early and get ready at the house, which made the whole day so much fun. The ceremony ran so smoothly because of all of their prep and help. The food was DELICIOUS, and our guests are still talking about the beautiful venue! Really and truly, we couldn't have asked for a better day, and it's because of the amazing work of the Bradford House and Gardens. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!! My husband and I were recently married at Bradford House and Gardens, and would completely recommend them to ANYONE who is looking for a beautiful venue with amazing service. Debbie and Susan made the planning process very simple and stress free, and really worked with us to make sure this was the wedding we wanted. We were married in the fall when the trees were turning orange and red, and the covered outdoor pavilion was a beautiful setting. The food was delicious and our guests still talk about how good it was! The cake was gorgeous and exactly how we wanted it; the baker they use does fantastic work (plus it was delicious)! We would absolutely recommend the preferred florist and DJ; the flowers were spectacular and the music kept everyone dancing for a LONG time. Our experience was amazing and exceeded all our expectations!

My husband and I were recently married at Bradford House and Gardens, and would completely recommend them to ANYONE who is looking for a beautiful venue with amazing service. Debbie and Susan made the planning process very simple and stress free, and really worked with us to make sure this was the wedding we wanted. We were married in the fall when the trees were turning orange and red, and the covered outdoor pavilion was a beautiful setting. The food was delicious and our guests still talk about how good it was! The cake was gorgeous and exactly how we wanted it; the baker they use does fantastic work (plus it was delicious)! We would absolutely recommend the preferred florist and DJ; the flowers were spectacular and the music kept everyone dancing for a LONG time. Our experience was amazing and exceeded all our expectations!

Debbie and Susan are the most wonderful wedding coordinators we could have possibly asked for. They gave us personal service that made us feel like we were the most important couple they had ever worked with. They made sure everything was absolutely perfect!!! The entire wedding went so smoothly, I didn't have a single worry. Bradford House and Gardens is family-owned and operated, which you can tell from the incredible quality and care that you get here. The venue is gorgeous, they take wonderful care of the grounds and house, which makes for beautiful photographs.\r\rThe food is AMAZING!!! It was actually the main reason we chose Bradford House; once I tried the food I knew I couldn't live without it. The onion tarts, salmon, and chocolate covered bananas impressed everyone, you must try them! The cake came as part of my wedding menu, and their baker is awesome. The cake was delicious and beautiful beyond belief!\r\rIf you've looked around Atlanta for house venues like this, you'll notice they all have rough, gravel, tiny, uncomfortable parking lots. Bradford House has a large, paved parking lot, which my husband and I loved.\r\rThis is the perfect place for a wedding! Every bride should at least stop by and meet with Debbie, because you can't go wrong here.

Their package deal is one of the best deals we found and I would completely recommend them to anybody. It was all such an hassle-free process with very little stress involved.

I loved the garden area of the Bradford House. It made for a great backdrop for pictures and the cocktail hour. The outdoor pavillion is nestled in beautiful trees. The house is very simple but elegant with it's lovely lighting and wonderful fireplace. The porches were a nice place for people to gather. The staff was extremely accomadating and helpful. The food for both the reception and the rehearsal dinner was fantastic. Debbie does an excellent job decorating the cake as well as with the food.
