Brandermill Country Club hosts rehearsal dinners, weddings, and receptions year-round with two private suites overlooking our pool, landscaped gardens, and outdoor pergola. Although a private club, non-members are permitted to to host events in our tranquil club setting. Every menu is specifically designed by our extraordinary culinary team to cater to your personal taste and needs.

My husband and I just got married here on January 7. The venue is beautiful. The staff was amazing and the food and drinks provided by them were delicious. Molly was very pleasant to work with. She was very patient, consistent, understanding and accommodated all of our needs. Every staff member working our event were pleasant and amazing. I would highly recommend this venue for any upcoming wedding.

My husband and I just got married here on January 7. The venue is beautiful. The staff was amazing and the food and drinks provided by them were delicious. Molly was very pleasant to work with. Brandermill Country Club is a beautiful venue! They were very flexible and willing to work with us to make our wedding meet our vision, while also keeping people safe because of COVID. The food was delicious, and Celeste (the events manager) was incredibly responsive. We had several unexpected issues come up (staffing changes at Brandermill, COVID, a shifting guest count), and they worked with us through it all to make our day special. We will definitely come to Celeste and her excellent staff for any future events!

Brandermill Country Club is a beautiful venue! They were very flexible and willing to work with us to make our wedding meet our vision, while also keeping people safe because of COVID. My husband and I were just married here in May, and boy did they deliver! They were always available to answer our questions, and always gave us an update as to the costs so we could stay in budget. We set up the night before, and the staff was so helpful and accommodating! On the day of, they were attentive and gracious, and the food was amazing! I can’t say enough good things about them. Definitely a great venue for those looking for something both affordable and amazing!

My husband and I recently held our reception here on Dec.28th. If your looking for an affordable yet quality venue this is the place to go. The food was great, the staff was great and most of all the event manager was great. Afla, the event manager, was very flexible and very response with me in planning my reception, especially since I could only do majority of the planning via email. This venue overall is a beautiful location to hold a ceremony and reception for about 125 people. If I could do it all over again, I would definitely choose this same venue!

The food was great, the staff was great and most of all the event manager was great. Afla, the event manager, was very flexible and very response with me in planning my reception, especially since I could only do majority of the planning via email. This venue overall is a beautiful location to hold a ceremony and reception for about 125 people. If I could do it all over again, I would definitely choose this same venue!

We had a great experience working with Brandermill - my husband and I are so glad we booked with them. Afla is fantastic - he is helpful, responsive, organized, flexible and so easy to work with. He truly took stress out of wedding planning. He was there from the beginning to the end, helping us decide on our menu, communicating with our other vendors, coordinating the day-of set up, being present and helpful during the reception, and everything in between. In addition, Brandermill is affordable, the food is good, and the ballroom is beautiful. Our only issue was that the dance floor was not as large as we were anticipating - space was a little tight for a wedding with 106 guests. However, our table layout may have caused that and Afla and his staff were very accommodating by moving tables around before our guests arrived. I highly recommend Brandermill!

My husband and I looked into Brandermill after doing lots of research on VA country clubs and found this was easily the best option, worth way more than it's price. We had our ceremony and reception on site in early November and everything about it was absolutely perfect; from the weather, to the staff, to the beauty of the course!! With it's excellent price and the wonderful, helpful service, Brandermill is a great location! We loved the food and on the wedding day the staff did a great job of making sure everything my husband and I needed was tended to, all the way to the end. Afla is great to work with and I really valued his hard work throughout the entire process.

Afla is the most amazing and helpful person EVER! He makes the decision making process stress free and calm and is very knowledgeable and will provide tons of assistance (if needed). He also has an amazing personality. I am so happy we chose BCC & would recommend it to all my friends.

The pricing is AFFORDABLE (around $30 per meal and tons of bar options) and the place is so elegant! Afla who runs the events is amazing to work with, he is passionate and really cares about the couple. I emailed him way to may times to count and he was always prompt, kind, and professional. The food, drinks, everything was really great!

Everyone was very pleased with their meal as well. We found them to be very reasonable and easy to work with. The staff did an excellent job with our sit down dinner. We were running a half an hour behind, but nothing was cold or overcooked. They offer cake cutting for free and you can decorate however you would like without an open flame. We were really impressed with the service overall.

Brandermill CC was phenomenal! They took care of all the details, offered a GREAT rental price, and offered to let us use there vases and such for centerpieces. Afla, the director, was so comforting, very personable, and answered all of my questions. They really were a dream to work with!
