From the terrace overlooking the fairway, to a grand ballroom, Brandywine has something for everyone looking to celebrate a milestone event! The club offers select locations for indoor and outdoor ceremony spaces (weather pendant) with perks to help make the day of, smooth sailing. The ballroom is able to fit up to 220 guests and comes equipped with professional and welcoming staff, event planner on site to help keep plans on track, so you and guests can enjoy the day. Brandywine offers a choice of buffet or plated, depending on how many guests. The chef's creative mind has made a special menu that will have your guests talking about weeks after the big day. We had our wedding here this September and it was a dream! The coordinator Hannah was extremely helpful, quick, and responsive throughout our long planning process. When the day came and I walked into the venue in the morning all my tables were set already and looking amazing and the club was clean and spotless. They offered lots of great add ons such as lunch and bottomless mimosas while we me and my bridesmaids got ready which we loved. Hannah did a wonderful job coordinating and really impressed us as well as both of my vendors who commented on how on top of things she was that day. Dinner was delicious! We had several people tell us it was the best wedding food they'd ever had. The grounds and center garden/patio area were incredible for photos and looked really great at night as well.We were beyond happy with how our day went off without a hitch and how well everything looked, tasted, felt. Would 100% recommend this venue and their incredible staff who go above and beyond to make your day the way you want!

My daughter’s wedding to her husband to be was simply beautiful. Hannah was superb to work with. Great with last minute details. She answered all my questions. For all the venues my daughter and myself looked into, hands down Brandywine was the winner! It’s such a beautiful place. The ceremony was outdoors in the garden area in the spring. The reception followed inside. Was perfect for everyone that attended. Yes, I would give Brandywine an A+!

I would highly recommend Brandywine for a wedding venue. Hannah, the Event Coordinator is fantastic. Every question I had was answered immediately with the upmost professionalism with a personal touch. We had the prime rib at the rehearsal dinner and chicken parmigiana/salmon for the wedding meal, both meals were great. The servers and bartenders were awesome. So attentive and efficient. Wedding Date 29-10-2022
We had our wedding here in October- let me start by saying I had concerns about things that were addressed with the wedding coordinator provided by Brandywine, and she assured me these things wouldn’t be an issue (they had a golf outting the same day, golfers were surrounding my ceremony and walked up to watch- my photographer couldn’t even remove all of the golf carts from the background because someone forgot to stop them for the ceremony until right before we walked) my wedding video shows a dozen of strangers joining in on what was suppose to be a private moment. Come my wedding day, almost everything she said wouldn’t happen- did. Things she should’ve been taking care of as a wedding coordinator she passed onto my brother and others, so they missed out on getting ready and playing virtual golf with my husband and their friends. The icing on the cake was when the wedding coordinator walked out in the middle of my reception. The staff came to me wondering where the tip money was, worried the coordinator stole it. So I ran around for 20 minutes of my wedding trying to coordinate with my vendors and let them know that the coordinator was no longer there and they had to come to me with any questions/issues, and come up with new tip money (thankfully they found the original tip envople eventually). This was time I won’t get back- and my whole wedding new I was missing/stressed. I will say the bartenders and servers were wonderful otherwise. They did not offer to refund anything for the wedding coordinator walking out in the middle of my wedding. We considered becoming members of the club, but after our experience and receiving our videos and pictures we won’t return again. There wasn’t very many reviews when I booked with them, and when a bad review was posted the venue had it deleted off the knot pretty fast, assuring me that the review was just a “bridezilla” after my experience, I wish I would’ve taken it more seriously.

I was so excited to have my wedding at brandywine… but we got promised things that didn’t happen, and they “forgot” they said it. We were promised 4 free rounds of golf if we booked with them, told us if we booked our rehearsal dinner there we could come out as early as Wednesday to decorate, but then they overbooked that Friday night and we couldn’t decorate til after everything. When we got there at 9 am ( which that was the time we set up) our dressing room was locked, we had to search for someone for 10 minutes, they didn’t have the key, they had to go “the back way” to unlock it. They didn’t keep me on track like they said they would. I missed out on my dollar dance because of it. While my bridal party was out in the courtyard taking pictures before the wedding the sprinklers turned on, getting all of us wet, then the sidewalks were wet and muddy, it was difficult to take more pictures after that. Almost forgot our lunch, we were supposed to have it at 11, it was almost 1230 by time we got it. Told them multiple times while getting ready that the ladies restroom needed toilet paper, that was very frustrating! Prior to the ceremony our arch was knocked over twice, having to redecorate it. Also during the ceremony they were supposed to tell people when to start walking and that was a hot mess. The guys were supposed to have a golf simulator while getting ready and it was not turned on, they asked about it multiple times and it was never resolved. We were supposed to have the ballroom until 930 and about 845 the staff was in there clearing tables, taking centerpieces off, moving stuff, etc.

We had our wedding at Brandywine this past June 2018. It was absolutely beautiful. Sammi went out of her way to make sure everything was completely perfect! Our guests were blown away with how gorgeous it was, and how it all flowed together with no flaws. The ONLY thing that I was not happy about is that both my mother and my husbands parents were told they couldn’t get both meats we had served. I was not made aware of this until weeks after the wedding, but it was not really a major concern. I will continue to recommend this place and Sammi to everyone I know planning their special day!

Brandywine was a phenomenal venue to work with. We worked with various individuals along the way (Sammi and Chelsea particularly). They were a great help and guide along the way with any questions we had. They were very prompt with email correspondence and working with mine and my fiance's schedules when needing to meet (which was minimal). They did a fantastic job in coordinating with all of our vendors and helping take the stress off myself and team day of. I would highly recommend Brandywine for your reception. Fantastic through the entire process, especially day of.

I had my wedding at Brandywine in early June and it was everything I could have wanted. Besides the great location, Rachel, the General Manager had great attention to detail and made me think of things I never would have considered if I was planning a wedding on my own. She helped make all my visions become a reality. The food was fantastic and my guests all still talk about the wonderful time they had. If you’re looking to plan a wedding in the Maumee/Toledo area, I suggest calling Brandywine Country Club and asking for Rachel Airhart to help you! You won’t be disappointed!

Brandywine was the perfect choice for our wedding! Our ceremony ended up being indoors but they did all the heavy lifting and was still amazing. Chelsea was amazing throughout the process and was so helpful the day of! The food was amazing too!

Brandywine is an awesome venue! I have coordinated one wedding and participated in two bridal events there. Not only is the space beautiful but all of the sales/catering staff is amazing. They were so responsive to the needs of my bride prior to the wedding and the day of. They were flexible with last minute changes as well. All of my interactions with them have been very pleasant.

Brandywine was the BEST please to hold our wedding. Our wedding was in the middle of September when the flowers in the garden were in full bloom. The golf course and garden were PERFECT for pictures. Chelsea and Sammi did a WONDERFUL job putting everything together for us. We needed some suggestions, and they were extremely helpful. Everything was very organized, neat and clean. The staff was amazing, and the food was delicious. I have received many compliments from family and friends about how beautiful Brandywine is. Brandywine was an amazing place to hold our wedding! The staff was on top of everything before the wedding and even the day of I felt well taken care of and all of my things were as well. I am so happy we got married in the garden in early September the flowers were gorgeous! Hands down the best choice of a venue even my guests complimented bow beautiful and how amazing the staff was. Especially the food. We got endless compliments on the prime rib and Brandywine stuff chicken they are to die for!

Overall my wedding was wonderful and beautiful. A few kinks along the way, but Chelsea and the rest of the staff were very responsive and helpful. We got married on the golf course at 5pm, had cocktails and appetizers in the garden at 530pm and then reception at 630pm in the ballroom. Salads were waiting on the table and the buffet line was up and running no later than 7pm. The cocktail hour had a few hiccups with the bar service, but still overall it was a great day. Venue was beautiful. The golfers were very respective of not interrupting us during the ceremony. We had golf carts to take around the course to take pictures. My husband got 12 holes for 12 people as part of the plan, and we got mimosas and snacks in the bridal dress area. The mushroom ravioli is awesome, highly recommend it!! All in all it was a wonderful experience.

Overall my wedding was wonderful and beautiful. A few kinks along the way, but Chelsea and the rest of the staff were very responsive and helpful. We got married on the golf course at 5pm, had cocktails and appetizers in the garden at 530pm and then reception at 630pm in the ballroom. Salads were waiting on the table and the buffet line was up and running no later than 7pm. The cocktail hour had a few hiccups with the bar service, but still overall it was a great day. Venue was beautiful. The golfers were very respective of not interrupting us during the ceremony. We had golf carts to take around the course to take pictures. I just wanted to take a moment to thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping to make my daughter and son-in-law's wedding reception the wonderful event it was. From start to finish Sammi was a delight to work with. Anytime I had a question or request she replied promptly and she was always very gracious. I am so happy that Amanda and Tyler chose Brandywine Country Club for their reception venue. The day could not have been more perfect. The weather was beautiful and the ceremony was wonderful. When I arrived at the club, ahead of our family and friends, I found everything set up and ready to go! The reception hall was stunning, and the atrium and club grounds were absolutely gorgeous. We cannot wait to get the photos. Everything was timed perfectly. The wedding party was introduced, Amanda and Tyler had their first dance then immediately cut the cake before the toasts and dinner began. The food was scrumptious and the dinner and bar staff were friendly and professional. I was delighted that our guests were up on the dance floor until the end of the evening. Tyler's parents and I are still getting calls from family and friends telling us how much they enjoyed the ceremony and reception. I have gladly recommended Brandywine to family and friends who have upcoming weddings and other social events. Thank you again for everything. If we had it to do all over again, we would not change a thing...

We had our daughter's wedding ceremony and reception at Brandywine this summer, and it was wonderful! Rachel, Sammie, and their staff were extremely attentive and helpful, making sure that we had everything we could want, and that things ran smoothly all day, from an elegant array of food in the bride's dressing room, to a round of golf for the groom and his men on the morning of the wedding day, to getting everyone lined up properly for the ceremony. The grounds are beautiful, with lovely flowers and landscaping that provided many great places for pictures. The ballroom where we had the reception is beautiful and well laid out, with the dance floor in the middle, and plenty of room for the cake and gift tables, and space for the DJand a photo booth as well. The food was delicious, and we got many compliments from our guests on how much they enjoyed the meal. The whole day was really special and enjoyable from beginning to end. We would highly recommend anyone considering a wedding location to go to Brandywine Country Club!

Brandywine is a wonderful venue. The service and staff did an excellent job and were always available to answer my questions or walk me through things as the whole experience was overwhelming for us. Our guests are still talking about the food - We did a served meal and offered Champagne Chicken and Filet Mignon. I highly recommend the Champagne Chicken. On the day of the event, Michelle and Phyllis were amazing - they even found an earring that one of my guests lost. It wasn't an easy feat but they took the extra time and searched and searched. Thank you Dawn and your staff for making our special the day the very best it can be. I hope to visit Brandywine again on our first anniversary.

From the beginning, Dawn, the Director of Sales was wonderful. She would answer questions, return emails promptly and answer phone calls. My now husband and I were very specific as to what we wanted on our wedding day. We had our menu tasting and the food was excellent. On our wedding day, however, things did not go exactly as was planned. She was too busy to give me attention and answer questions that I had. I had thought there were things the staff was going to do for set up that they did not do. I was scurrying around trying to finish things up. I was not happy. So because of these things, my reception was beautiful, but not how I had envisioned it. Also, not the vision that we had set out. My husband and I made it very clear that the most important part of the whole reception for our guests was the food. We wanted them to have an experience of a lifetime. Our salads came out, they were good. Our dinner did not come out until almost 40inutes later. Everyone was getting bored! When the food did come out, the vegetables were so soggy, that they were mush and inedible. At our tasting they were crisp, perfect. Our potatoes were not even cooked completely, they were crunchy! It was disgusting. I was able to eat my filet mignon, that was good. Over all, I was very disappointed in our served meal, and so were my guests. This saddened me very much, knowing that the venue knew how important the served meal was to us. At the end of the night, the staff rushed us out. They started cleaning up and tearing down before our guests were even all out. Over all, the experience was ok.

If you are interested in a Saturday shower, your event will have to start earlier (11AM) due to weddings that are held on location. I believe Sundays are open, as far as time goes. Kristin (event coordinator) worked with us so that we could have our grazing stations like we wanted, and was professional throughout the entire process. Brandywine was perfect in every way for my wedding. Kristin (event coordinator) worked with us so that we could have our grazing stations like we wanted, and was professional throughout the entire process. She even put up with my momzilla (love you mom). It was perfect for our small intimate ceremony and reception...LOVED every moment of it.

I honestly can not say enough about how wonderful Brandywine was for a reception site. I was so pleased with the food, service, and just the overall look. Everyone is so helfpul and they really go the extra mile to make your wedding so special. My husband and I constantly say how impressed we were with our entire experience working with Brandywine. We highly recommend this place to anyone planning a special event.

I honestly can not say enough about how wonderful Brandywine was for a reception site. I was so pleased with the food, service, and just the overall look. Everyone is so helfpul and they really go the extra mile to make your wedding so special. My husband and I constantly say how impressed we were with our entire experience working with Brandywine. After looking at several options for our wedding reception in the Toledo metropolitan area, we decided that we liked Brandywine the best. The feel of the venue was very elegant. We booked the venue about 10 months out.\rThe pricing is such there that you have to spend a minimum amount of money, so it is crucial to have an idea of approximately how many guests you plan to invite. We had approximately 110 guests total at the reception and we had upgraded to quite a few different options to still make sure that the minimum amount we had to spend would be used for the reception.\rKristin Meyer is their wedding coordinator at Brandywine and overall, she was helpful in answering the questions/concerns that we had. The responses were perhaps not as prompt as I would have liked, but responses did come. Most of the communication we had was via email/telephone as we do not live in Toledo. Kristin worked with us to make sure we had the reception we were looking for, all of the upgrades discussed were perfect, the tasting to decide on the menu was wonderful, the ideas and concerns I had were met with professionalism. \rThe reception itself was absolutely beautiful. We were able to drop off our favors/cake servers/toasting glasses/various other accouterments the week of the wedding, and Brandywine set everything up as discussed the day of the wedding. Everything was in place as we had wished it to be, the staff were friendly, the bartenders got rave reviews from our guests. The food was delicious and they even had little plates with appetizers at the head table for the WP since we did not partake of the actual cocktail hour. \rWe were very pleased with the reception and how it turned out, and our guests keep telling us as well how wonderful it was.
