I 100% recommend going with Wedgewood for your wedding. To be all inclusive, affordable, and have beautiful locations is amazing!!! I’ve searched at many venues and this was by far the best for the price and location. The coordinators did a great job accommodating my husband and I. I’ve hosted a few events and knew I didn’t wanna be stressed on my wedding day and Katie did such an amazing job taking care of us and helping make our special day extra special. I’ve even received compliments from family on how they did a great job of taking care of everything. It unfortunately rained on my wedding day(I prepared for it to rain since it was in December) which is why I chose this location because the inside was just as beautiful as the outside. The coordinators did a great job of accommodating us for the rain. If you’re looking to get married I highly recommend this place. The food is also really good!!!

If I could rate the venue for the day of, I’d give it 4 stars. My 3 star rating encompasses everything leading up to the wedding.Pros:-affordable-vendor contact list-planning calls and planning binder-food is good-venue comes with everything you need-staff day of is great-they have extra decor you can rent-the florist they use did a wonderful jobCons:-The planning staff works in a team of two and you’re never sure who you’re emailing or texting since they respond with a dual signature. On top of that there was a lot of turnover (I worked with at least 5 different people from February 2021 to June 2022). Some details got lost and I had to repeat myself to the new people.-The DJ they use/recommend was horrible. He didn’t play the songs we listed out in advance (per the WW paperwork we were given). And the man played country when we asked for old school R&B. On top of that, he wasn’t even at the DJ booth for large chunks of time. He was also the only vendor that wasn’t willing to wear a mask or test for COVID before the wedding-The rehearsal was really a waste of time considering I had family drive over an hour to come for what ended up being about 10 minutes of instruction. Additionally, the planner on hand who ran the rehearsal snapped at my mom rudely for asking a simple question.-Day of, the staff didn’t do a great job letting folks know how to get cake (several people asked me about it) and the staff ended up throwing away a ton of cut pieces of cake (you aren’t allowed to take it home)-The venue is in a city with very little to do and subpar hotels, so I don’t recommend having family stay nearby-The bridal suite is very small. It’s probably best to only have 5 people in there max (including vendors)

The team at the Brentwood Wedgewood location was awesome! The planning process was a breeze and they laid it all out in this great binder (that included the timeline for planning) and sent reminders about the appointments as well as being easy to reach (even during the pandemic). The actual wedding day was wonderful and I knew exactly what to expect since they give you a timeline for the day at your final appointment. All of the staff were so great and did everything they could to make the day the best. The actual venue itself is beautiful. The grounds and banquet room are gorgeous and the ceremony space has a beautiful view of the golf course. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to plan a beautiful stress free wedding.

My wife, Jasmin, and I got married at Wedgewood on June 5, 2021 after postponing our wedding twice due to COVID. We had no problems rescheduling our May 30, 2020 and October 31, 2020 wedding dates to the above date without having to pay any extra charges.PROS- Cocktail Hour and Reception food and service were amazing. The staff attended consistently brought food out from the kitchen to be served to our guests. Our guests couldn't get enough of the food.CONS- We initially met with Lisa for the first 2 meetings of our wedding details. After that, we had 4-5 Wedgewood Representatives who either worked at the Brentwood site or another location in the East Bay. We had to repeat ourselves a couple of times to the new person we had for the next meeting. Sometimes the information does not get transferred to the next person who is working with us which got frustrating at times. Additionally, my wife and I had an uncomfortable meeting with one of the representatives, Megan Rounke. She did not really listen to the vision we had and often referred back to her own wedding in terms of the colors she chose which were total opposites of what we wanted.- You won't know who your Day of Coordinator for your wedding until the Rehearsal Dinner.Our primary communication was with Lisa Quinn. We had an amazing time working with Lisa as she worked with us for the major details of our wedding. Lisa was professional and gave us the important insights especially for details that we have not covered.Alan Buetow was a great help during the day of the wedding as he made sure that my wife and I had the signature cocktail drinks for our guests. He followed our directions specifically when to bring out the champagne we brought for each table toward the couple toasts. The most pleasant guy to work with. He also managed to retrieve some items we left at the venue including my wallet which ended up in one of the boxes. Alan was so helpful and professional throughout our entire experience.Bianca Chang was our Day of Coordinator for our wedding. She was one of the first Wedgewood Representatives that we interacted with during our venue search from 2019 and my wife and I were so happy that she got to be our Coordinator for our special day. Bianca was so personable, kind, and transparent and was instrumental in navigating us during our wedding. Our Wedding Party had all high praises for how Bianca communicated with them and collaborated to make our wedding a huge success. She also helped out my wife to fix her bustle when it broke twice during the event. Totally went above and beyond the call of duty for us and we are so very grateful. Thank you so much Bianca for your professionalism and expertise which made this entire experience so memorable! Ashley Mei Gan was the other coordinator during the day of our wedding. She worked closely w/ Bianca to make sure all the little details were perfect. I remember her handing me the first signature drink of the night to ensure that it was to my liking. Ashley and Bianca worked hard to fix my wife's bustle after it broke twice and I could not have been more grateful that my wife had people by her side during this time of crisis during the wedding. Ashley was super professional but also very personable which contributed to setting the tone for the evening. Thank you soooo much Ashley!

RUN FAST FROM WEDGEWOOD WEDDINGS. When a company wont work with you during a global pandemic..that just shows the decency of the company. I booked my wedding with Wedgewood in January 2020 prior to everything being shut down. I contacted them in October about my wedding that was booked in March 2021 and how we could not move forward. I spoke with the manager at Wedgewood and he assured me someone would be in contact with me to discuss my refund. I continued to follow up and no one got in touch with me to discuss until January. The manager would no longer respond to my emails and it was not until I finally called his office that someone finally called me after almost two and a half months. Though, they cannot fulfill their end of the contact, they wont agree to provide any refund for the downpayment I had to put down when they can no longer fulfill my date. I am currently in the process of litigation. Seriously, save yourself some time and stress. Do not book with this company at this location or any other Wedgewood location.

They don't care about giving you a stress free wedding of your dreams... they are a multi-million dollar company ruining and ripping people off is what is supposed to be one of the biggest and special days of their lives.

As soon as I visited the venue, I knew this was where I wanted my wedding! It's so beautiful... not too big not too small ... perfect! The pond, the water fountain and the gazebo was exactly what we wanted. Nicole was AMAZING to work with and she helped us along the entire way. She explained everything in detail, offered suggestions when needed, she was flexible and patient. Fast forward to the big day. The set up was exactly how I imagined it. All the vendors did a wonderful job. The guests complimented the food and set up. I loved our banquet captain (shout out to Melissa). Lisa was also great ... we shared a lot of laughs. Nick the DJ was great kept the party jumping. It was so nice to not have to think about every single detail, set up, clean up, etc. Everyone had a ball! The wedding was perfect and I highly recommend Wedgewood Brentwood!

We were very fortunate to have our wedding at Wedgewood in Brentwood it was the most amazing day ever one that I will never forget. Nicole and Lisa are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. They made what should have been a very stressful situation a simple breeze. When they say just bring your dress that's exactly what they mean. Every appointment we had with Nicole or Lisa they made us feel so comfortable and answered every question we had which is so very important when planning a wedding. They left no stone unturned and dotted all I' and crossed all T's. All of our guest ravef about how beautiful everything was and how well organized. But it didn't end there once Nicole and Lisa left for the night our Banquet Coordinator Melissa took over for the reception and she was absolutely AMAZING.. Melissa made sure me and my groom were on track the whole night. I never once had to try and figure out what was coming next. The staff kept our drinks coming all night and made all of our guest feel so comfortable. Wedgewood in Brentwood is absolutely beautiful and have the best staff around. If you want your special day to be one for the books and a day you will never forget please go see Nicole and Lisa at Wedgewood in Brentwood you definitely won't regret it

Working with Lisa and Nicole was such a blessing. These girls are on top of their game. I would email them with a question and would have a response within 15 minutes. They planned my wedding in 4 months and I never felt stressed. Everyone I talked to would say I was the most calm bride-to-be they had seen. The day of my wedding I was able to enjoy and let loose as Lisa and Melissa took charge. Food was delicious and our bartender was great. If I could go back and change something, I wouldn't change a thing.

We came in not knowing what to truly expect and quite frankly, uncertain of the entire process. After all, this was our first weddingl. Thanks to our wedding planner Terrie we were guided and instructed to select this venue. Our first meeting was with Lisa, at this point we were presented with a binder. I would title this binder Weddings for Dummies because it was so straightforward and easy to understand. After speaking with Lisa, then later Nicole and provided instruction and how to best use the Binder we were on our way to plan the wedding. Long story short, it was amazing and all we can do is thank the amazing staff of Wedgewood for making this a truly amazing day. We were truly surprised at how things arranged themselves and both my wife and I along with all our guests were truly pleased with the outcome. Thank you again to the entire staff , Nicole, Melissa, Jodie, Lawrence, Maxwell , Nick and if I missed any names for making this a truly remarkable day JULY 15 2018. From the McLarens.

So attentive to us at every moment making sure we always had what we needed or wanted. We couldn’t be more satisfied with how our day went, and it was the perfect way to start the rest of our lives. :) P.S. we didn’t have a tasting of food because of the last minute change , but it was AMAZING!!

Lisa and the entire crew were nothing short of amazing.. were well cordinated...happy and went above and beyond to make my dream wedding possible... the food was so good... all my guests were a happy crowd..Everyone at this location was great.. Jodie kept us hydrated and on time. Nick the DJ (with no prior african songs experience) was phenomenal... danced all night long.. I seriously cant say enough about wedgewood in Brentwood. .. they make it easy and fun... thanks again..If you need a stress free wedding.. Go with Lisa and Nicole.. we felt like royalty through the entire planning... they got you. You will not be disappointed

Nicole was amazing and was always just an email or phone call away with anything we needed! It made the planning process very smooth and we always felt reassured. We had no issues with the vendors used (used all except photographer); they were great as well! Lisa was our day of the wedding coordinator and she was awesome as well! She handled everything with confidence and ease. We even had a rehearsal luncheon there at the venue right after our rehearsal which was set up perfectly by Jon. Jon was wonderful and worked with my mother in setting that up. Our wedding day came out just the way we wanted it to! Nicole and Lisa were a dream to work with through the entire process! From our first appointment to the final moments of our wedding they made sure we were heard, understood and taken care of. All of our questions were answered and concerns were addressed quickly and professionally. One thing people tell you about your wedding is you don't get to eat, and that you miss a lot. Thanks to the Wedgewood team none of that was an issue for us! This is a wonderful venue that I would recommend to anyone. They helped us plan a gorgeous wedding and set up and tore down everything for us. It was fantastic! Nicole was a joy to work with and I am so lucky I got to plan my wedding with her. The only downside was that she wasn't there for the big day... the venue just gives you whoever is scheduled to work whether that's your wedding planner or not. That would be my only big dislike about this place. Other than that, the day turned out beautifully. It rained, but they easily moved the ceremony inside and everything turned out beautifully. Shirey, our banquet captain, and Doug the DJ were amazing. The wait staff did a great job and food was wonderful. The flowers and cake were both provided by the Wedgewood vendors and I am so happy we stuck with them. They both did an amazing job. My bouquet was exactly what imagined and Paula did a wonderful job with the tables and spray for the head table. The cake is still getting rave reviews from our guests. Every single layer was fantastic (we chose 4 flavors). I would highly recommend them all!

I love all the windows that allowed you to look out onto the golf course. You didn't need a lot of decorations since it already had the view.;Toward the end of the evening they were charging our guests for their beers without notifying us. We would have taken care of the drinks for them.
