Bridgeview Yacht Club is a premier wedding venue located in Island Park, NY. This property has been catering to couples for over 20 years, offering sheer elegance and style, one wedding at a time. With a distinct, Nantucket-style cocktail room and a majestic grand ballroom, couples will enjoy a wedding to remember in this waterfront estate. Bridgeview Yacht Club can accommodate up to 400 guests in its indoor and outdoor event spaces. The estate provides spectacular views of the waterfront pier and promenade, offering the perfect backdrop to tie the knot. Couples may wed in the outdoor courtyard featuring a beautiful pergola that can be decorated and draped to taste. This outdoor space can comfortably seat 300 guests, and afterward, family and friends are welcome to the cocktail room or ballroom to continue the celebrations. The 5,500 square foot ballroom provides ample space for attendees to mingle and honor the newlyweds while appreciating the panoramic views of the Wreck Lead Channel. The room is complete with hanging chandeliers, custom ceiling draping, a dance floor, and roller bars; the perfect setting for the wedding festivities. Bridgeview Yacht Club is available to host all wedding-related occasions, from showers and engagement parties to rehearsal dinners and elopements. The dedicated staff is on hand to assist wherever possible and offers event services to aid throughout the process. We are so glad we booked BYC for our wedding day!! Since the staff, especially Jenn and Eric, were so on top of things in planning, we didn't feel the need for a wedding planner. The staff took care of our timeline, made sure everything was set up for us exactly how we pictured it, and broke everything down for us at the end of the night. Everyone raved about the food and drinks, and the staff serving were extremely attentive. The ballroom was the perfect space for our large wedding (200 guests) to feel comfortable and not cramped, and left plenty of room on the dance floor (though it was full the whole time!). We couldn't imagine a more perfect day, and its proximity to Long Beach for the ceremony at my husband's home church was an extra bonus for us. We wish we could go to another event there!!

We are so glad we booked BYC for our wedding day!! Since the staff, especially Jenn and Eric, were so on top of things in planning, we didn't feel the need for a wedding planner. We couldn't imagine a more perfect day, and its proximity to Long Beach for the ceremony at my husband's home church was an extra bonus for us. We wish we could go to another event there!!

This venue holds a special place in my heart, my mom and dad actually met where the Bridgeview stands when it was a nightclub called Channel 80 in 1983! 40 years later, I married my husband right where my mom and dad met. We worked with Jenn as our Banquet Manager who was very helpful with any questions we had. The moment we arrived for our first look and met our Maitre D Eric and Bridal attendant Jay, any of my wedding day jitters were instantly calmed. Eric and Jay took such wonderful care of me, my husband and our family and friends. The food was so amazing and our guests particularly raved about the cocktail hour and the sheer amount of food! During the reception, there were three bars open and guests never waited more than five minutes for a drink. We are so happy with our experience at Bridgeview and would definitely recommend!

Everything at Bridgeview went perfectly. It wasn’t our top pick for venue, but they delivered beyond our expectations. Jen helped us along the way and she was the best, she was available whenever I needed her, even on her days off. She was flexible with the menu and any requests we had she did what she could to accommodate us. I was verrrry skeptical about not meeting the maitre’d or bridal attendant prior to the wedding day (I am not very social with new faces), however I felt like I knew them since forever when I walked in the day of our wedding. I know how cliche that sounds, but it’s true. Even having two wedding coordinators with me on the day of, both Eric and Isabella were there for everything I needed and everything I didn’t even know I needed. I was actually amazed at everything they did to make the day go so perfectly. The food was great, and the drinks were strong. I can not thank everyone at this venue enough for dealing with me and helping execute the perfect wedding day.

We recently had our reception at Bridgeview Yacht Club and it was absolutely the best day of our lives! Samantha was amazing throughout the booking process and Erick and Jay were fantastic all throughout the night of the wedding. When we were trying to find a venue, we were overwhelmed by the amount of options and had a hard time deciding which one to go with but we can say with 100% certainty that we are so happy we went with Bridgeview Yacht Club. The team over there is truly fantastic!

She was so accomodating when I was scheduling the tasting, even after I had to cancel because of a pet emergency. I live out of state and she went above and beyond to help me do as much as I could over the phone and then as much at once when I was actually in town. The food was phenomenal, and I wish I had written this review earlier (to remember names) because the Maitre D' (I think Eric) and the bridal attendent (Sam..??) were also fantastic. They helped make sure everything ran smoothly and even helped come up with a back up plan when a last minute snafu changed the entrance for the bridal parties. So grateful for the BYC and all their employees. We couldn't have asked for a more wonderful and magical night.

My wedding was amazing. Jenn helped me the last year plan the details of my wedding with honesty and never once pushed for something that was more money. Extremely reasonable! The food was fabulous both at cocktail hour and dinner. The lighting in the room with the big gold drapes hanging from the ceiling was also just beautiful. The maitre’d and bridal coordinator were extremely helpful and laid back and made the day stress free. Everything went according to plan and they took care of everything. Highly recommend!

The Bridgeview was absolutely perfect! Leading up to the big day Sam was wonderful and answered all of my questions for a full year and a half! The minute we walked into BYC, we knew this was our venue. It’s waterfront, only one wedding at a time, modern look, and stunning photo ops throughout the entire venue. We worked with Samantha and had an amazing experience leading up to the wedding. Eric and Isabella are the literal dream team and they made our day stress free and amazing. My husband is a Type 1 diabetic and uses his phone to check his blood sugar. Eric held onto his phone the entire day and was constantly checking in to make sure he was monitoring it, not to mention paying such close attention to my mom, who walks with a cane, and making sure she had an arm to hold on to when going up and down the stairs to the bridal suite. Isabella was by my side the entire day and constantly keeping me updated about the schedule and helping me with every little thing (including safety pinning my bustle when one of the buttons fell off and hiding it perfectly). Our guests raved about the food, the service, and the beauty of the venue. I cannot recommend it enough!!

Sam, Eric, Jay, and the entire Bridgeview team are experts at what they do. They were so on top of everything and we felt so confident and at ease with them the entire time. From day one of touring the venue and instantly loving it - especially considering the trying times of finding availability on Long Island during 2021 - it was beautiful and affordable, we heard nothing but positive glowing reviews from others who have been to events here. Working with Samantha was a breeze, she replied to every email so quickly and made sure we kept on track as time progressed. The day of - working with Eric as the maître d and J as the bridal assistant put me SO at ease. The BYC staff completely transformed the venue, somehow making my thoughts on paper come to life throughout the building. Eric went over every detail with us upon arrival before the ceremony, ensuring the night went perfectly. J was with me every minute, helping with things before I could even ask. The food was delicious, the bar service quick and plentiful, and the grounds are all very well kept. So so so happy to have gotten married here, we loved every minute! Highly recommend!!

I wish I could leave 10 stars because I would! There are really no words to describe the perfection that was my wedding at this venue, but I will try. I was looking for a wedding venue on the water that was reasonably priced. From the time of booking (my fiance had been to two wedding at this site and raved about the food for starters...) to the day I picked my things back up, everything here was awesome. We worked mostly with Jenn to coordinate our event, and when it got postponed due to COVID, we worked with Eric to figure out dates, a flexible payment schedule, etc and they were supportive and helpful EVERY step of the way. I loved this place so much that I knew that even if we couldn't meet the minimum guest count, I'd be willing to pay to still have it here because of how stunning the venue was and so that I could have my pictures there as well... and they were flexible and compromised with us as well on this too... Planning with Jenn was seamless - her responsiveness via email, phone/text, were so helpful for a stressed OCD bride like me (let's not mention the 9pg PDF of instructions I left her with at the final drop off for how to set everything up...) and they did it PERFECTLY. Every vision of mine that I had was executed 150%. On the day of the actual event, it was like having family (Eric) as our Mater'D and the Bridal Attendant (Isabella) could've have been nicer and more helpful during the event itself. The team here was phenomenal, and family and friends are still raving about how good the food and how beautiful the venue were.

This venue gave me my dream wedding. I knew from the pictures I would love it, but when you go there the place is just breathtaking. I worked with Samantha for the entire planning process and I can not thank her enough! Even with covid and the constantly changing protocols, Sam quickly answered all of my questions and kept me updated on what was needed from me. Eric was our maitre d and Jaylene was my bridal attendant and they were both awesome to work with and they kept the entire day moving smoothly. The food was DELICIOUS and all of our guests loved it. All of the staff were so professional and organized so I didn’t feel like I needed to stress or worry about anything! This was seriously the perfect venue and I would pick it again a thousand times!!!! I can’t recommend them enough!

They are a beautiful venue for a reception (we are getting married in a church) and checked all our boxes. With over 300 people invited, we were worried about finding a venue with the capacity and quality we needed while still being in a reasonable budget. BYC was the answer to our prayers! They let us hold our date for a week while deciding which helped take some of the stress off searching. Their contract is clear, has lots of flexibility for different packages, and they are structured to take payments in increments to spread out the burden. Our contact Sam has been professional, responsive, and very helpful since day 1.Our original date was in October of 2020, but we just decided to push it out another year due to COVID-19. Bridgeview was calm and supportive through the whole thing (and was even helped make accommodations to help us get one of our payments in). Once we voiced we wanted to move the date, the process was hassle-free in a time where we needed it most! Thank you, thank you to everyone at BYC. We cannot wait to share our special day with you next year and look forward to leaving another guaranteed positive review next year!

We worked with Jenn for months going over every detail to make the day a truly perfect event. She was so responsive and helpful and really cared about what we were looking for. Eric, the maitre D went above and beyond to make sure the day went by without any slip ups and became my best friend for the evening. I can't say enough about him. I would have been lost without Isabella, my bridal attendant who made sure I always had a drink in my hand and my dress looked perfect! Wow, where do I begin. Bridgeview Yacht Club was the first venue we looked at and ultimately booked because no other venue compares. We’re here to tell anyone planning a wedding, don’t waste your time looking! Our extremely high expectations were not only met, but were far surpassed. In the end they did not disappoint. BYC and their associates turn a dream wedding into reality. I wish we could go back to that day and do it again. From start to finish, Jenn guided us in the right direction to make the process seamless. She was patient, accessible, and responsive. She answered many questions, made suggestions, and did everything she could leading up to our event to ensure our day would be as perfect as could be. Even our belongings were presented back to us boxed up perfectly, and in pristine condition as the day we dropped them off. Nothing was missing. One of the first things I remember about the day is pulling up to the venue and Eric the Maitre D, and Tanya the Bridal Attendant greeting us outside with big smiles on their faces, and warm, friendly, welcoming dispositions. They instantly made us feel like A-listers from that moment on. They were fun while they exuded class and remained professional throughout our entire reception. Early on they briefly pulled us aside to ask us our must have moments for the evening and took every step to deliver. Eric simply, smoothly, calmly and discreetly did his best to handle, and did handle any situation (through no fault of the venue) that could have made the day go a little awry like it was no issue at all, and he didn’t allow it to become a problem that we needed to handle. Tanya was sweet, efficient, and attentive. I have no doubt I was a little fussy due to being a ball of nerves. She helped me with my train and then my bustle, and my bustle again when it malfunctioned. She never displayed anything but grace and never once made me feel like I was asking for too much. She had ready samplings of everything from our cocktail hour, dinner, and our drinks were never not full. My Husband and I would blink and we’d have fresh drinks without having seen her. Having both been in the hospitality industry, my Husband and I were certainly impressed, as were our guests. Several guests made comments of their observation of Tanya, and how Eric paid special attention to family and friends. All of the extended staff at BYC were professional and accommodating. Their level of service is unparalleled. Parents on both sides received several calls about how delicious and abundant the cocktail hour, and dinner was, and how it was the most beautiful, elegant wedding they’ve ever been to. And if the venue wasn’t already beautiful enough before, and when we booked; the renovations that took place during our time planning, both inside and out, are breathtaking. The updates are absolutely gorgeous, and almost felt like they were done just for us! There’s no other venue like it. Attention to detail is paid to every surface from top to bottom. As for someone with an eye (and prior training) for design, it leaves much to be desired when venues don’t pay attention to their ceiling and lighting, and BYC covers it all, literally and beautifully. BYC is a dream venue. I’m already dreaming of how we can plan a future celebration there to recreate the most beautiful day of our life together thus far! My Husband and I have attended over 20 weddings together. BYC is by far our favorite!

And the service side was just as great, Sam in Sales was a pleasure to work with, she was very responsive throughout the entire planning process, the venue was open to letting us add our own touches to the wedding with no issues. The Maitre D Eric and Bridal Attendant Tanya were amazing! They were on top of everything! And the food, everyone raved about the food! I really can't put into words how great everything was, my wedding was everything I dreamed it would be and more, I can say without a doubt that I highly recommend Bridgeview, you will not regret it!

It was the perfect day, all thanks to Bridgeview Yacht Club in Island Park. After getting engaged back in July, we decided that we wanted to get married within a few months and decided on October 13th.After searching around venues, we quickly learned that if you want to have a party at a catering hall, its quite affordable, but a wedding, make sure you're sitting when they tell you there is a $10,000 surcharge. Bridgeview was different, there was a set price for a sit down or a buffet and from everyone we spoke too, people raved about the food. There was an additional ceremony price but it was very reasonable and included hospitality. And with our date open, we booked them for our day. To keep the costs down, we did a lot of the planning ourselves and included friends we trusted to provide the key elements. As the day got closer, we met with Jenn from Bridgeview a few times, to discuss and choose the menu. They have a lot of Gluten-Free options and that was important to us. We were also able to choose table cloths and napkins to fit our color scheme. Bridgeview had every imaginable color with was a nice touch. Fast forward to the day. They let us get there early to start setting up and getting ready. My bride had her hair dresser meet her so they could start preparing for the ceremony. I and my grooms people unloaded the car and started to plan out the setup. We had a chuppa to build and also setup the party room and the ceremony space. What I hadn't expected was help from Bridgeview. It was apparent that from the second I got there to setup, there was help and direction all around me. The staff led by Eric and Claudia at Bridgeview took our engraved vases and centerpieces, the other design chotskies and completely set everything up in the party room while I setup the Chuppa in their courtyard. As the ceremony time approached Eric directed me to get ready and then we went over a few things before things got underway. Everything went so smoothly. And the ceremony came and went and it was beautiful. During the party itself, Eric and Claudia were there 110% of the time. They were overly attendant which was great, and never not helpful. Between taking pictures, seeing family and friends, eating, dancing, it was the direction of Bridgeview that made things go so smoothly. The rest of the staff was extremely professional as well and it seemed like everyone was having a good time. The party ended on time, to the dismay of everyone. Cleanup was also a breeze, Eric and Claudia helped get extra things packed up, and before we knew it, the day was over. Bridgeview and their amazing staff and facilities made our day everything it could have been and more. Their attention to detail and experience made our day seem effortless and we have nothing but happy, fun memories. All of our guests continue to tell us that our wedding was the most enjoyable wedding they have been which speaks more than our praises. From the moment we met Samantha we knew we wanted her to run point on the biggest day of our lives. She did not disappoint!!! Every detail was handled smoothly and as promised. She was readily available for any and all requested we had both small and large. The entire staff was equally up to the task of making our day smooth and memorable. We couldn’t imagine having this day anywhere else and cannot recommend Bridgeview Yacht Club enough to anyone considering it for their special day.

Gil was attentive, answered every question as well as shared his experiences with us, and his turn around time with pictures was faster than I ever could have expected! Bridgeview was our only choice for a venue hands down!

We got married at Bridgeview Yacht Club 8/11/19. It was the best decision we made throughout the whole wedding process--from our first tour with Sam to picking up our decorations the day after. Where to start? The venue is gorgeous, they just did renovations, and they only do one wedding at a time. Samantha at Bridgeview helped us pull everything together--she was so responsive, professional, and friendly. Our maitre d and bridal attendent day of took care of things before we even realized we needed them. They welcomed guests to cocktail hour 45 minutes early when they came right after our church ceremony. We got nonstop rave reviews about the amazing food. The outdoor space made for an amazing backdrop in photos. The next day, they had everything neatly packed up for us and helped us load our car. I could go on and on. We really loved our experience.

Now to the day of the wedding - I cannot explain how much Eric and Claudia went above and beyond our expectations. Amazing is an understatement. I got married at Bridgeview Yacht Club on July 28, 2018 and everything about my wedding was just amazing! When we first met with Samantha back in 2016, we knew that Bridgeview was the place for us. Samantha was extremely helpful throughout the whole planning process. She was always there to answer my questions, no matter how silly. Everything leading up to the big day was smooth and easy. We had an awesome tasting where we got to try all of the entrees and everything was so delicious that we had a hard time narrowing down our menu! The day of the wedding, everything ran seamlessly. The food was amazing! Our family and friends are still talking about how great the cocktail hour and dinner was. Our Maitre D, Eric, was incredible. I have been a bridesmaid almost 10 times (27 dresses much?) and I can honestly say that I have never met a Maitre D as involved as him. He was kind and helpful and it's apparent that he really loves his job. Additionally, my bridal assistant Kris was also amazing! She was always there knowing what I needed before I even knew! I can't recommend Bridgeview Yacht Club highly enough. I hope someone I know gets married there so that I can attend as a guest!!

My husband and I can honestly say we had the BEST time at our wedding. We got married 7/27/18. We booked with Jen and we cant say enough great things about her. There was no pressure to book with her the first time we came to view the venue. She was personable and friendly and really worked with us. She went above and beyond to accommodate us with meetings and getting things done. She made the planning process that much easier for me. I knew throughout the process that I didn't have to worry about a thing with this venue and while being in Jen's hands. Then came time for the big day and from the moment we got there, it was amazing. We had Kristin as our bridal attendant and Eric and our Maitre D. They were so friendly, energetic and approachable. Not only did myself and my husband notice how great they were, but our family noticed too and really appreciated everything them and then entire staff did for us and our party. We even heard stories from our family about how great the wait staff was as well. Also have the mention the FOOD... it was superb. Our only regret is that we didn't get to have enough at cocktail hour because we made the decision to say hello to everyone at that time. We are still hearing everyone rave about the food. I can honestly say, all the stress of planning a wedding, its so comforting to know that on your big day everything will go smoothly and thankfully I had that peace of mind. Not one thing went wrong for me and if it did, my self and my groom had no idea. Great job Bridgview!! We have been and will continue to recommend you to all our friends and family. Also, can't wait to have kiddos because we 100% want reason to have to go back.

Thank you!! The Bridgeview was the first and only place we looked at during our hunt for the perfect wedding venue and boy was it amazing! First off, Samantha is absolutely incredible! She was super responsive from my first inquiry which is why I continued to ask questions, I can't tell you how many vendors responded with generic questions or didn't respond at all. Then the price was incredible and I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop. We visited on two very rainy days and the room still looked incredible, so it was an easy decision. The main ballroom is everything I imagined, basically an indoor tent with tons of natural light and an amazing amount of space. The whole process was amazingly easy, especially considering we were planning from out of state. Fast forward to the week of, I needed to drop a ton of stuff off and Samantha was available to help carry it from the car inside, which was completely unnecessary, but another reason why she's awesome. She goes above and beyond! Day-of we had Alejandro and Veronica as our maitre'd and bridal attendant and they were equally fantastic! My father-in-law only speaks Spanish and it was awesome to have Alejandro speaking both English and Spanish to our group. They were by our sides when we needed them, but weren't on top of us throughout the event. We wanted maximum dance time and they made sure that happened as well. We were able to do a faux cake cutting before the reception and they made sure our DJ/MC knew we wanted to dance! Food was amazing! We did get to eat (all three of our choices!) and Veronica happily made me a plate before taking photos. We had the most gorgeous day and I don't think it could have gone better! Thank you to the Samantha, Alejandro, Veronica, and the entire BYC staff for making our wedding dreams come true!! PS - this was a daytime wedding, cocktail hour at 1 and reception from 2-6! I found it very difficult to find photos of a daytime wedding here!!

Samantha, the event planner is incredibly accommodating, nice, detail oriented (which I am so this was great) and very responsive. The day of our wedding was very nerve wracking of course but Eric and Laura (our maitre D's) were amazing. They were constantly there making sure we were ok and making sure our guests were enjoying themselves. It boggled my mind that the things they noticed and came to our aid for. I was also worried about little things like rose pedals, putting pictures in frames and my runner flying away but they made every single little thing work so I never had to worry. I can't stress enough how perfect Bridgeview is and how smoothly my wedding had gone. So perfect, I really hope I can plan another event here!

Throughout the planning process we dealt with Jenn who is so nice and responsive - I must have asked her a million questions leading up to the day and she never seemed bothered and always got back to me right away. The day of our wedding the maitre-d and bridal attendant were on top of everything. We arrived earlier than planned due to rain storm and they accepted us with open arms. Everything in the bridal suite was set up and my husband and I were even able to sit down and eat before we started pictures. We had a couple of things that we wanted to do but hadn't discussed prior to the wedding and Bridgeview made every one of them happen. The bridal suite is huge and gorgeous, which was perfect for some of our old family members to use to escape that crowds during cocktail hour. The cocktail hour, dinner, dessert, was all delicious - SO much food and plenty of seating for cocktail hour. The venue is gorgeous and it's so nice that it is one wedding at a time. The whole night ran flawlessly - our guests had the time of their lives. The outside deck area was nice for people who wanted to take a break from the dance floor. My only complaint is that this amazing night went too fast - I wish I could relive it all over!!!! Definitely consider Bridgeview for your wedding - you will NOT regret it.

I cannot say enough good things about Bridgeview! Bridgeview was the first venue we looked at and after visiting we just could not see ourselves getting married anywhere else. We couldn't have been more happy with Bridgeview Yacht Club as our reception venue choice. From the first meeting with Sam to the final emails before the wedding she was extremely responsive and helpful. The day of the wedding went so smoothly. The maitre'd, Eric, was awesome. If there was ever a problem or issue that came up he figured out a solution with the rest of our vendors (dj and photographers) and then would just fill us in on the plan so that we never even noticed when something went wrong. The bridal attendant Laura was so great as well. She was able to fix my maid of honor's dress in the middle of the reception when her strap completely ripped off. She made sure I didn't leave anything behind and kept track of my stuff and everyone in the wedding party's belongings. Not only did Eric and Laura cater to the bride and groom they checked up on the parents, maid of honor and best man throughout the night to make sure they had everything they needed. The food was amazing. We are still hearing about the BBQ station as well as the Coney Island station we had at the end. Everyone was able to leave at the end of the night with soft pretzels, fries, hot dogs etc.. and they loved it! We could not have asked for a better reception. It was absolutely perfect from beginning to end!

The service and staff at BVYC are absolutely unparalleled. We worked with Jenn Savine as our sales manager and she was INCREDIBLE from the moment we met. She understood our personalities and was able to work with us on every detail of our wedding – from helping us organize our to-do list, to assisting with “theme” ideas, and answering my random emails about signature drinks.. she made planning a breeze for us and was a pleasure to work with.Our maitre d was Eric and my bridal attendant was Kristen. They were on top of EVERYTHING. If anything went wrong, we still don’t know about it. We had a downpour that day and had to move our ceremony inside; we were disappointed at first, but when we saw how gorgeous the room looked we didn’t even care. In fact, our guests now faced the water which may have been even better! The changes were made so efficiently. Not a beat was missed with our timing and the evening went off as planned. The staff is phenomenal.Eric and Kristen were by our sides all night, very attentive and ready for any request. At one point I went to wipe sweat from my forehead (from dancing), but Eric jumped in with a handkerchief to pat it away so my makeup wouldn’t smear. I was blown away. They both made sure we were happy, comfortable, and fed all night. Even better, our moms raved about how often they were checked on too!As for the venue itself, the beautiful thing about BVYC is that it IS beautiful! We had minimal decor because it’s so elegant that we didn’t want to take away from it with too many items. Our guests RAVED about the food, ambience, and staff. They were in awe of the venue and had lovely things to say about how well they were treated by everyone: “As though we were all part of the bridal party.\"The bottom line is that BVYC won’t steer you wrong and they TRULY have your best interest and best wedding at heart. Trust their expertise! I highly recommend BVYC and all 3 of these wonderful people who made our wedding dreams come true.

5 stars is not enough! We got married April 14 and it has taken me this long to write a review because I do not know how to put into words how incredible Bridgeview and their entire staff is. From our first visit to Bridgeview, Samantha was a breath of fresh air. We left there knowing that was where we were getting married! Every email I sent to Sam was answered within minutes. Anything we requested was accommodated without hesitation. The day of our wedding Sam was my bridal attendant and Eric was the Maitre' d... aka THE DREAM TEAM!!! It was my first time meeting Eric and my groom and I felt so comfortable with him immediately. Sam and Eric kept track of every little thing, and every minute of the day so incredibly smoothly. There was literally not one glitch in the entire day. Also, there was no events happening at The Loft by Bridgeview so Eric suggested we go next door to take some pictures which came out incredible! Our families and friends are still raving about how it was the best wedding they have ever been to... amazing food, beautiful venue and wonderful, friendly staff. We had cocktail hour stations for dinner and it was a hit! So many different delicious options and the party didn't stop! I cannot thank Bridgeview enough for the most amazing day of our lives. It was truly a dream come true!

I had my wedding this past sunday at Bridgeview Yacht Club and it was the most perfect & amazing experience ever , first of all the weather was so gorgeous that it was a good omen to start the day right and i was not disappointed . From the first moment i met Eric & Veronica ( my maitre'd & bridal attendant ) they made me feel very special & welcome , they made sure i got everything i needed even before the festivities started , they were super attentive , went above & beyond to ensure that my wedding went flawlessly without any incidents . My guests were so impressed & awed , they cannot stop raving about the the delicious & abundant food & gorgeous venue , even days after the wedding i still get great compliments on how my wedding was the best event they ever attended so far. My husband and I got married at Bridgeview on 7/16/17. The whole process of planning with Samantha from the very beginning was great, she answered any and every question we had. The day of the wedding we had Eric and Krista as our matradee and bridal attendant. I am still getting phone calls about how beautiful bridgeview was! The staff was so amazing and was there for anything I needed. We booked the wedding with Samantha and she was so helpful with everything I needed. Eric on the day of the wedding took care of everything from the second we walked in till all the guests left at the end of the night. The food is unbelievable there from the cocktail hour to dinner and even the Coney Island station we had at the end of the party. I didn't have to worry about anything the whole night I got to have a great time on the dance floor and they took care of the rest! I highly recommend this venue for any time of the year the grounds are absolutely beautiful!

This venue is gorgeous and I would've loved to have booked with them. Keep in mind, we are looking for a Wednesday in March so I don't expect many weddings or events will be happening that day. Unfortunately, we came across several issues:1. Multiple *wedding* websites show this location as having a minimum between 50 and 75. My wedding will likely be a maximum of 80 guests. The guest count was not mentioned once in the emails I had with the staff. When we arrived for a tour we were asked if we'd be having 125 guests. When I was surprised and said no, the staff became slightly more dismissive towards us (like we weren't worth their time). Later when we were going over the packages she told us that she definitely mentioned the guest count and *I* must have missed it. I reread all of our messages and it was never mentioned. The apology was halfhearted (because she thought it was our fault). Already inattentive towards giving us information.2. During the tour we were going through the different rooms. We were told that under no circumstances would we be allowed to use the grand ballroom except if we needed the ceremony indoors (and we'd get maybe 1/3 of the space to use). I was completely fine with that because I think having that small number of guests in that large room would make the party look empty. But even if I felt otherwise, there was zero room for discussion. The room we'd be using was honestly the perfect size for our guest count.3. The bridal suite was large and beautiful. There was plenty of space for us to keep everything in order and transition from the ceremony to cocktail hour to reception and after. When I asked to see it I was told we wouldn't be allowed access to it and, in more polite wording, there was not point in showing it to us. I asked anyway and loved it. The staff told me only parties of 125+ guests would have access to it. I was told by the staff that the owner would be asked whether we'd be able to use the space during, you know, our wedding. I had to email SEVERAL times for many days before we were finally told that if we wanted to be able to use it we'd have to pay $2500!4. They would definitely have another party that day if someone booked. Their event would be *right* next to ours. The bridal suite is literally above the one room we'd be allowed to use and there are no partitions so people would have to walk *through my reception* to get to the bridal suite that I should be allowed to use during my own wedding.So beware if you want a smaller party! It was made VERY clear to us that we were not worth their time. If you have 125+ guests I'm sure this place would be lovely :/

Bridgeview was one of several places we looked at when searching for our wedding venue. Once we entered, we knew that this was the special place, our very special day would be. The place itself is stunning. On the water, beautiful hanging chandeliers and the list goes on. We had a big bridal party, so a good size bridal party room was a must for us. The staff was AMAZING, leading up to our wedding and during our wedding they made us feel like the most important people. Samantha helped us plan our wedding, she was soo sweet and easy to work with! We arrived at Bridgeview at 7:45 am to get hair and makeup started and we had the entire venue to ourselves! It was great, I never felt rushed. By the end of the night I felt like I was able to enjoy my night and picked everything up the next morning. I have been receiving calls, texts, emails about how delicious the food was and how beautiful the venue itself is ! This makes the months of planning, and all the money spent well worth it. I would recommend Bridgeview to anyone and everyone I know ! Everything was perfect and dealing with this venue was a breeze.

I have been receiving calls, texts, emails about how delicious the food was and how beautiful the venue itself is ! This makes the months of planning, and all the money spent well worth it. We had our wedding at Bridgeview Yacht Club April 22, 2017 and I cannot say enough great things about our experience there. The Venue itself is gorgeous and elegant with water views everywhere you look. The Bridal Suite is spacious and beautiful. Samantha was wonderful from start to finish, full of advice and guidance through every aspect of the party planning. There wasn't anything we asked for that they couldn't accommodate. When we did the food tasting prior to the event, we were wowed at how delicious everything was. It came as no surprise to us to hear our guests raving about how amazing the food at cocktail hour and dinner was. Eric did a fantastic job of creating a seamless event, everything was under control and our minds were put to ease. Laura, my bridal attendant, was lovely and efficient down to mending my torn bustle. I was stunned when we were brought into the Grand Ballroom to see how beautiful and perfect everything was. We received a ton of positive feedback from our guests, everything from the cocktail hour to the dance floor, we are hearing it was one of the best and most fun weddings they have ever been to. Eric was our maitre d' and Theresa was our bridal attendant. They also went above and beyond making sure we had everything that we needed on our wedding day. The staff at Bridgeview cares and they go above and beyond to make sure that your wedding day meets all of your expectations and more. Our only regret was that we didn't eat at the cocktail hour because our guests keep telling us how good all of the different stations were.

In August, my Husband and I had our wedding ceremony and reception at Bridgeview Yacht Club in Island Park, NY. It was amazing, everything we could have hoped for and much much more.Samantha was incredibly helpful throughout the whole planning part ranging from table layouts to decor to food choices and allowing us to really customize our experience to feel like a fairy tale. There was not one single concern about the party we were less than 100% satisfied with. I would definitely recommend working with her; when you plan a wedding there are so many tiny details and headaches you may get and Sam was really great keeping a handle on everything and making sure everything was covered and went perfectly like a puppeteer.Our ceremony was held outside in the courtyard which we were nervous about since the weather called for rain but we were very very impressed at how far the staff went to make it such an amazing event. They went into such detail even to remove seat cushions in preparation for rain that never came, and quickly place them in time for ceremony along with getting everything else just right. Then the entire reception was fantastic as well, we had meals to order based on menus we had printed and the staff made all accomodations and beautifully prepared the rooms and displays. We were really impressed at how politely and courteously all of the staff from bus boys to waitresses to bartenders and bathroom attendants treated our guests.The food... Keith is a magician in the kitchen. He was so helpful with us allowing us to make tweaks to the menu and accomodating for people that had concerns such as lactose intolerant or gluten-free. On top of all that the food was fantastic. Finally our bridal attendant (yes you definifely need one!!) Laura was great. She was bilingual (spanish) which was a great perk for some of our family and bridal party. She was really on top of us the whole time helping us to know what time it was and where we should be, helping us hide to get a few minutes to unwind throughout the whirlwind it feels like. Whenever we needed food or drinks she would have it ready for us the instant we ask. We didn't realize how important timing is throughout the wedding but between pictures, foods, dancing, more food and more dancing it was a real blessing that we had Laura on our team.Overall we were blown away with the experience. Everything was amazing and it really felt like a fairy tale wedding. The venue is fantastic, you get a beautiful sunset over the water with a nice view no matter the weather. There are amazing spots for pictures from the water to the fire place to the fountain or carriage, ferris wheel, courtyard and more. We rented out the bridal suite for the morning as well so all the bridesmaids and close family were able to get ready together and have hair stylists and makeup artists come do their work there. Cocktail hour was great in the entrance room, nicely decorated with open bar space and small and large tables for people to eat the great food. Then the main ballroom was beautiful. We had 185 guests at 19 tables and it was by no means cramped, leaving room to move, hang out at the bars or dance. Every single guest we have heard from has told us it was the best wedding they have ever been to (and that's a lot of weddings).

She was a sweetheart and never strayed from staying professional even when there was a mistake on our end! She helped us a lot with decisions like table linen colors and food choices! She definitely sold us on the place!We had Eric as our maitre Dee and he was also wonderful!! He handled all situations with genuine concern and even went above and beyond when there was a mistake on our end. He greeted me day of the wedding and let me know he'd be in meetings before my day with the staff would start but gave me his cell number and reassured me if I needed anything he'd be here to help, and he really was!! I was treated like royalty and so were my family, bridal party and guests. He was right by mine and my husbands side throughout the night and anything we wanted, he made it happen! He even told us things we didn't even know we should ask or request. All decisions that needed to be made that night, he went through us such as how the outside ceremony set up looked, etc. Eric made us feel comfortable and calm throughout the whole process!Jocelyn was my bridal attendant and I was lucky to also have Victoria who was training that day. They were both excellent! I didn't even know they were basically always behind me until I went to go sit down, or needed water, etc. Jocelyn made me feel like a celebrity by blotting my face or pulling out my chair for me each time I sat down. My son and daughter-in law were married this passed Saturday (8/20/16) at the Bridgeview Yacht Club. It was an absolutely perfect day!!! From the food, venue and staff the day of the wedding, as well as the service leading up to their day, was a 10 out of 10! We worked with Samantha and Eric leading up to the wedding . Everything we had discussed prior and were promised was delivered the day of and it went off without a hitch! The Bridgeview was very accommodating to our needs and allowed us to customize the menu to give it a more personalized touch.The food was above and beyond delicious! Samantha was our maitre'd. She was on top of everything and made sure the day ran smoothly! Our bridal attendant Laura was unbelievable as well! She was their to cater to the bride and grooms every need! I can't thank Bridgeview Yacht Club enough for giving my son and daughter in-law the wedding of their dreams! I highly recommend anyone looking for a wedding venue to consider the Bridgeview. It's Monday and I am still receiving text messages and phone calls from our guests raving about the wedding!

This magical space had everything my husband and I had been searching for — a unique setting complete with waterfront views, a gorgeous ballroom adorned with high, tented ceilings and chandeliers, a courtyard for outdoor ceremonies, an extensive catering menu, a beautiful bridal suite, etc. — and surprisingly, it was priced within our budget! In addition to Bridgeview’s stunning ambiance, we were pleased to find that their staff members were extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating. Samantha, our catering manager, did a great job of guiding us through the planning process. Eric, the maitre d', was also very helpful, especially in the days leading up to our wedding. Both of them went above and beyond on our big day to make sure everything ran smoothly and did so with smiles on their faces. It was truly a pleasure working with Samantha and Eric and I can’t thank them enough for helping to bring our vision to life. Overall, we had a fabulous experience at Bridgeview and highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for an elegant, well-priced space to have their wedding or any other special event.

Our wedding coordinator Samantha was incredibly accessible and ready to answer every question imaginable. From start to finish, she was patient, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Bridgeview was super accommodating with our requests for decorations, and timeline. We did things a little differently, and they were totally receptive to that. The matire'd, Eric, was INCREDIBLE. He was my guiding hand, keep of time, and cooler of nerves. He has a stellar personality, and has a real talent for keeping things moving along. My bridal attendant, Laura, was awesome as well! She was ever-present, without being annoying--always ready to help me with my dress, with a drink, corralling all the little kids in our party. This venue exceeded all of our expectations!! My husband and I got married at Bridgeview last Friday, December 4th. I was originally drawn to the venue by its beauty both inside and out, but we were even more impressed by the service we received on the day of and in the weeks and months leading up to the big day. This venue exceeded all of our expectations!! My husband and I got married at Bridgeview last Friday, December 4th. I was originally drawn to the venue by its beauty both inside and out, but we were even more impressed by the service we received on the day of and in the weeks and months leading up to the big day. We worked primarily with Samantha. Whenever I contacted her with questions, she answered immediately and was extremely kind and accommodating. On the day of the wedding,Samantha and Eric were absolutely amazing. We were so pleased!!

I had my wedding reception at Bridgeview on 10/31/15, and it was beautiful and perfect. I feel like I can't say enough good things about the place. As soon as our limo pulled up we were greeted by our bridal attendant, Laura, and our maître d', Eric. They both had huge smiles on their faces and were friendly and extremely helpful the entire night. Kathy was our salesperson we worked with, and she was informative and helpful throughout the booking and planning process of our party. I have to say, there are a few moments when Kathy might make you feel a little bit rushed, or like she's not fully listening-- but she is listening, and she'll make your party all you want and more. The food was overall delicious (and the entrees were above average for your typical wedding food.) Also, Kathy called me the week before saying the staff wanted to dress as zombies for our party, we gave them the go ahead, and they did an out-of-this-world job. It was so great, and they were all so enthusiastic in addition to doing their jobs thoroughly. Additionally, the entire space is gorgeous-- from the bridal suite (which is humongous) to the outdoor areas to the ballroom, etc. The staff worked with my florist to truly make my Hallowedding vision come to life, and it was fantastic...I could seriously cry tears of happiness just thinking about it-- That's how perfect it was. They nailed it. (Side note: they have a huge number of linen colors for you to choose from, which I really appreciated.) I only hope that someone else we know gets married at Bridgeview so we can go back and experience the place again.

Kathy was our point person from start to finish and was amazing. She answered all my questions and always responded to my emails to make sure we had everything we needed. She was there all day on the day of our event (literally seeing us off into the limo at the end of the night). Laura our bridal attendant was by our side too and was so helpful and sweet.\rThe food was amazing- we added the vodka bar and chocolate dipping station for dessert- our guests loved it ! The venue was beautiful. we even were able to do an outside ceremony!! \rI could not recommend BVYC more if you are. If you are considering booking your next event there, you cannot go wrong.

There are not enough good things that I could say about my experience at Bridgeview Yacht Club. I worked with Samantha, and she went above and beyond to give us the experience we envisioned. She responded to every e-mail promptly and respectfully. She has a fantastic sense of humor and a patient and warm demeanor and makes what could be, at times, a stressful situation so manageable. She bent over backwards to help bring our vision to life. She is reliable and understanding. She was one of the best people that I had the pleasure to work with during my engagement. We requested a lot of alterations to make the experience more personal, and they could not have been any more accommodating. \rBridgeview was amazing the day-of. The food was incredible. Eric, our maitre'd was fantastic. He was one step ahead of the game the whole night. He was so much fun to be around and had such a positive and helpful presence. People truly keep talking about our wedding two months later.. The quality AND the quantity of food was unbelievable. I heard over and over that it was the best entrees people had ever had at a wedding. \rWe had a lot of personal touches to our wedding, and this required a lot of extra work on behalf of the staff at Bridgeview. They were open to all of our ideas, and were so helpful in putting things together to make it happen. It was breathtaking.\rI want to host something every day for the rest of my life at Bridgeview :) That's how fantastic my experience was. My husband and I were married at Bridgeview Yacht Club on 6/7/15. Thanks to Sam and Eric we had an AMAZING DAY AND EVENT! Samantha helped coordinate all our event details from start to finish she was so nice, attentive and helpful with answering my many mad bride questions. Even bringing up details that I didn’t know to plan for, which made the process so much easier. On the day of the event we along with our wedding party were so well taken care of by Eric we were able to enjoy the event and our guests! Eric made sure we ate, enjoyed our photobooth and would let us know what was coming next, where we needed to be and worked as the point person for our other vendors like DJ/Photographers to keep everyone on track. During our pictures our wedding party was treated to small service plates from the cocktail hour along with drinks. The food selections are amazing, our guests are still talking about how great the food was and we have also received many requests for the venue details for other prospective couples. Our favorite part of the day was having the entire venue to ourselves, we couldn't keep our guests in the ballroom because they were off exploring and taking breathtaking selfies. At the end of the night we were sent home with takeaway plates of all the entrée selections. We were so tired not from planning or the day itself but from partying hard!!! It’s great to know there are still venues out there with staff that love what they do, treat your big day as their own and let it show in their service and amenities. Bridgeview Yacht Club is a rare gem among many places that only see dollar signs when you mention a wedding. Their pricing is up front, clear with no hidden fees and your pictures have no choice but to be amazing with all of the beautiful landscapes this venue provides.

Bridgeview Yacht Club is the most AMAZING venue! Samantha and Eric worked so hard to make sure every single detail was absolutely perfect, including ones that we did not even think of ourselves. The food was absolutely amazing, the service was incredible and there are no words to even describe how beautiful the venue itself is. All of our guests could not stop raving about the food and the service- my family said countless times how amazed they were with how attentive their servers were the ENTIRE night. Samantha and Eric were both so incredibly attentive, organized, helpful and on top of literally EVERYTHING! From the day we stepped into Bridgeview to view the site to the day after the wedding, everything was perfect. Not only was it beautiful, private and a great size, Samantha and Eric were so amazing. They were there with us every step of the way in planning and on the day, we didn't need to do anything, they were there with a drink, guiding the crowd and just making sure our day was perfect. The next day when we picked up our things, everything was organized and they even packed up extra food and cake for us! The food was delicious and the reception room was so beautiful when all set up. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get married on Long Island!

Bridgeview is a well-oiled machine - everything about the night went perfectly! including all of my special requests for New Years (handing out favors, confetti, etc). Bridgeview is a well-oiled machine - everything about the night went perfectly! including all of my special requests for New Years (handing out favors, confetti, etc). My husband Harry and I were married at Bridgeview Yacht Club two weeks ago (12-27-14) and we absolutely cannot say enough about both the venue and the wonderful, professional people who work there. We worked with Kathy Redash throughout and she was fabulous; always accommodating and willing to field any questions we had. Kathy was also extremely responsive and really guided us every step if the way throughout the wedding process. Eric was our maitre d' and he was excellent. He was everywhere doing everything that night and was warm, friendly and very detail oriented; he kept our 260 person wedding running like a well-oiled machine! Everyone noticed and commented on how hard-working and helpful he was. Samantha was my bridal attendant and she was very kind and was always there any time I needed anything. I was wearing a very intricate, heavy gown and she bustled it effortlessly and was there with everything before I even asked for it. Our guests were raving about the food and we heard so many comments about how delicious it was. We tried a lot of the food ourselves and one thing was better than the next, so we know we were getting the truth! The Mashed Potato Bar and the Coney Island Station at the end were both a big surprise to our guests and a huge hit. The scenery at Bridgeview is just beautiful and we fortunately lucked out with a 52 degree and sunny day for December, so we took tons of pictures on the dock at sunset that we cannot wait to see. The space is so large that even with a big wedding our guests didn't feel cramped. We had the whole venue to ourselves so it didn't have that \"factory\" feel that some halls have and the individualized attention we got was very apparent. My husband and I were so pleased with the outcome of our reception at Bridgeview that I can honestly say we wouldn't change a single thing.

She was very responsive to all of our questions and noted everything in our contract (including that some of our family members liked a certain drink - to ensure they stocked enough). The day of the wedding, my mother, bridesmaids, and I all got ready for the wedding at the venue in their beautiful bridal suite upstairs. Samantha was our bridal attendant and Eric was our maître-d. They were truly excellent, setting aside food for my husband and me at the cocktail hour, making sure both sets of parents were happy throughout the wedding, and coordinating all parts of the event. All of the guests seemed to be having a great time, and my husband and I could not have been happier with the Bridgeview! I just hope we get invited to another wedding there so that I can enjoy the venue as a guest and re-live a little of my own wedding!

My husband and I got married at the Bridgeview Yacht Club in November. It was absolutely wonderful. We had both the ceremony and the reception at the Bridgeview. We booked with Samantha, who is a real professional. Everything was perfect. Staff was friendly and made the experience that much better! Stunning venue...I looked at venues all over East Coast. Not one thing went wrong the entire time!! Pricing was ideal and you really got so much for the money. I loved that you are the only event and even if it rains the place is beautiful. I would not change one thing. Was told by many people it was the best wedding they ever went too. \r\rJust whatever you do don't stay at the Allegria Hotel. Nothing to do with the venue! But we had no a/c in multiple rooms, loud club music till 2am in morning, they locked my suitcase in another room and I spent wedding night waiting over 1 hour for them to unlock room. There were many other bad things that happened but wont list all! Worst hotel I have ever been too!

My husband and I got married at BVYC on Saturday, June 28,2014. First, I have to say that Kathy was amazing from the moment we met her till the very end (she even helped me use the bathroom!). The staff was excellent and my bridal attendant was near me every second. They didn't miss a beat. Everything was gorgeous and more than what we expected. We had a minor issues with our shuttle bus being late and Kathy extended our cocktail hour so our late guests wouldn't miss out. All of our guests keep telling us that it was the best wedding they ever attended! ( The mash potato bar was a hit!) It is an absolutely beautiful venue, I felt like royalty. If you book this venue you will not be disappointed! We had a dream wedding!

My daughter just had her wedding at Bridgeview on Friday night. Kathy, Eric the maitre d' and the whole Bridgeview Staff were amazing. The service we received was great, no complaints from anyone, food and service was top notch. The setting was amazing, the view of the water, as well as the dock and outside setting was wonderful. Everyone had a great time the Bridal Suite is phenomenal and when the parents of the Bride/Groom arrived alot sooner than the Bridal Party we were greeted and offered drinks they couldnt have been nicer. I would definitely recommend Bridgeview to anyone who asks me. Thanks to the Kathy & the Bridgeview Staff for making my daughters special day even that much more special and unforgettable. Sue M.

Leading up to the wedding our banquet manager Sam was so helpful and responsive to my every question or concern, she truly was such a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. The staff was so attentive the day of the wedding, and Sam & Eric did such an wonderful job to make sure everything went smoothly. The food was outstanding, venue is impeccable and I have had so much positive feedback from guests that it was the best wedding they have ever been to. Anything I had questions on or needed she was there to help and went above and beyond to make sure my day was perfect. On the day of the wedding Sam was my attendant and Eric was our Maitre D'. From the moment we stepped off the bus they were there to help me and my husband with whatever we needed. Sam helped me with my bussle after someone stepped on it and it ripped. Eric helped with any issues that came up that day. People can't stop talking about our cocktail hour (be sure to get the vodka bar) and the huge dance floor in the tent. Before the wedding I had heard nothing but good things and i was not disappointed. The staff was incredibly helpful and accessible leading up to the wedding. The food was amazing and they have a lot of options. During the event the maitre d and bridal attendant were on point. I can't say enough good things. We had a winter wedding but the location is still beautiful,can only imagine how much nicer it is in the summer.

I wish I could say something original but I realize that all anyone needs to know is if you want to plan a wedding at an absolutely BEAUTIFUL venue, have it be the only function with all the attention on you and your wedding, not horribly expensive, delicious food and helpful staff, then Bridgeview is the place for you. We happened to add on the Viennese table and people are still talking about the wall-to-wall desserts. The variety was unbelievable. Eric is a pleasure to deal with and handles all problems that might arise...even so far as going to buy apple juice for my nieces and nephews. Allison at The Sweet Peace bakery is so much fun to work with and the cake was gorgeous. The only thing I would like to mention is that my husband and I are hoping to get invited to a wedding at the Bridgeview so we can get to enjoy the day as a guest...we had a great time but would love to experience it again.

Kathy was our banquet manager and she helped us pick all of our menu selections, linens and answered every single silly question I had. Thank you Kathy!\rEric was our Maitre'd. He was one of the nicest guys and I loved the fact that he was working with us that night. I couldn't have picked a better person, thank you Eric! Samantha was my bridal attendant. She was awesome as well. She was always right there when I was looking for her--she helped bussle my dress up a few times even though someone stepped on the train and it ripped, she tried to get it back to the way it was. Thank you Samantha!\rThe food was amazing. I am still being given compliments about the cocktail hour and the main courses. Also, my guests loved the blue martini cocktail drink that went with our winter theme :)\rThe room was set up so quickly after the wedding ceremony, the people working there really do a fantastic job.
