Located near the shore of Cayuga Lake in King Ferry, NY, our private farm with Estate Vineyard overlooks the lake with unforgettable pastoral views. We have an indoor tasting room with an adjacent event space, which may accommodate a maximum sit-down meal service for 75 guests; a covered patio and an ample lawn space for outdoor seating are better able to handle your total number of guests comfortably and without worrying about inclement weather. We have a 30ft x 60 ft tent in place from June 1 through September 30, which is included in the price of your venue fee. We have a large commercial kitchen for use by your chosen caterer. Bright Leaf has a list of preferred vendors from which you may choose, or you may, of course, select the vendors of your choice with the approval of our management staff. *Your rental includes access to our outdoor and indoor event space for 3-5 hours, depending on the day, time & season of your event. Music: A 3-piece band (maximum) for LIVE music may be chosen, or a music playlist may also be used but must end by 10 pm. A DJ with added dance floor may also be added at an extra charge. You can use our JBL speakers with the playlist of your choice via Bluetooth. Bright Leaf Vineyard is ideal for couples wishing for a unique, sophisticated setting in a private, intimate space.

Our wedding with Bright Leaf Vineyard was idyllic! From our first encounter, owners Mike & Donna and their staff were warm, welcoming, and professional. They helped us craft our dream day with their spectacular facilities, top vendor relationships, and stunning views. Not to mention, Bright Leaf wines are fantastic and were enjoyed by all at our wedding! We continue to celebrate important events at Bright Leaf – and hope you do the same!

Bright Leaf was the perfect wedding reception venue! The owner and staff were very friendly and accommodating, they made the day stress free and enjoyable. All of the guests had a great time and enjoyed the wine. The view of the lake is spectacular and a must-have for stunning sunset photos. Special thanks to Donna and Faith for helping make our wedding unforgettable and exactly what we wanted!!

Bright Leaf was perfect for the wedding we wanted. Mike and Donna are so easy to work with and their staff was an absolute delight as well. The sunset views overlooking the lake are just perfect for photos and their wine is some of the best the Finger Lakes has ever produced. From the attention to detail to the flexibility in accommodating our requests, every step of the process was made easy by the staff at Bright Leaf and I cannot recommend them enough.

Meet the Bright Leaf Vineyard Team
Leaving a busy medical profession in Boston, Michmoved to the Finger Lakes in 2012. Both growing up in California, we both dreamt of someday having our own winery to complete our passion for wine and the outdoors.We sought to create a small, welcoming environment dedicated to producing unique, flavorful wines. The journey continues to increasing our wine production and quality wines. We strive to share our passion of wine and our unique environment for all to enjoy.
