Bright Morning Farm is a picturesque wedding venue located near the countryside setting of Sand Springs, OK. This 35-acre property sits toward the bottom of a rolling hill and features spectacular views with lush green meadows, mature trees, and a serene pond. It has hosted countless events over more than two decades — it provides an idyllic place for a milestone nuptial celebration. With enough room to accommodate 150 to 175 people inside or 250 guests outside, the choice to have an intimate or extravagant gathering is yours to make. You can look forward to a straightforward planning experience at Bright Morning Farm, thanks to the various wedding packages offered by the venue’s event team. Furniture, such as tables and chairs, is included in your rental of the property, along with other useful services and items. On the day of your celebration, the on-site staff will take care of setup and tear down, allowing you to fully focus on your special occasion. The farm’s indoor and outdoor event areas feature built-in sound systems so you can keep guests entertained with music throughout the function. I am forever grateful we chose Bright Morning Farm for our venue. I went to tour it on a whim, thinking I was set on another venue in town, but seeing it in person totally changed my mind. Not only is it an absolutely gorgeous farm venue, but Sheilah, the owner, is such a great person to work with. From our very first meeting, she did everything she could to bring our wedding vision to life. We chose the two-night package so that we could host our rehearsal dinner on-site, and my bridesmaids and I stayed in the Barndominium the night before the wedding. This was a HUGE perk, since we were able to just wake up and get ready on site, with a full house and kitchen. We also were able to use some of the decor she rents out to pull together the whole look. I absolutely recommend this venue to anyone looking for a slightly elevated farm/barn look, and would suggest at least going out to see it in person.

I cannot say enough great things about Sheilah and this venue. One of the reasons we chose this location is because of Sheilah herself. Although our wedding isn’t until next year, she has made us feel comfortable enough to know that the day will be perfect. We had some trouble finding a place that was LGBT friendly but she never made us feel out of place. Please give this place a tour! Very affordable & beautiful! Can’t wait until next year to write another review of how great it all went.

Bright Morning Farm is a local hidden gem! I had the most amazing experience working with them and planning my special day. The owner, Sheilah, is so welcoming, kind, helpful, and so easy to get along with. There were so many decorations for us to rent and borrow. She offered suggestions for multiple vendors and took care of much more than any other venue normally would. She goes above and beyond for her guests! They set up the tables, chairs, put linens on the tables, hung them from the ceiling like I wanted, among MANY other things! The venue itself is beautiful both inside and out and has great parking which was an issue at many of the other venues we looked at before finding Bright Morning Farm. There is also an adorable house on the property that we rented the night of my wedding. Several of my family members stayed the night there after my wedding and said they loved it! Sheilah and Paul are extremely accommodating and have a quick response time. Sheilah and Paul made my dreams come true at Bright Morning Farm which is just amazing considering we got married during COVID! I highly recommend choosing Bright Morning Farm for your venue. If I ever plan another event in the future I will 100% book this venue and you should too!

Our wedding looked a little different than your typical wedding... We planned a destination wedding and then planned a reception at BMF. When COVID came along, we had to cancel our destination wedding so we were going to just push our date back to our reception date and do everything in one day. Sheilah was SO SO KIND to us and let us have a small wedding with our closest friends and family members on our actual wedding date. Our reception came about a month later and Sheilah was amazing then as well. She is quick to answer questions, EXTREMELY helpful and wanted the best for us. We couldnt have asked for a more perfect venue. Thank you Bright Morning Farms! We tell everyone we know about how amazing this place truly is💜

I had my wedding and reception here. It is first of all a beautiful location and the barn is gorgeous. Also, the owners were so amazing. They told me that they wanted everything to go smoothly and if there was a problem that came up, they would come up with a solution to solve it. Everything that day went well and I had very little stress and I know that a lot of that was because of them. I highly recommend Bright Morning Farm. It was absolutely everything I was looking for in a venue.

If I could have dreamt of my perfect wedding venue.... this was it. Sheila and Paul are the most helpful and friendly people and they want to make your wedding day the most memorable for you. The venue was gorgeous, stained glass windows, wood walls and the details of the venue are gorgeous. The outside area is awesome for dancing and beautiful with the lights at night. All of my guests still continue to say how beautiful the venue was!! Best venue and people to work with to make your wedding day the best 😁

Sheilah Bright (Owner) Sheilah Bright is a native Oklahoman who has lived at Bright Morning Farm for 23 years. Her journalism career spans 40 years with work appearing in Oklahoma Today, This Land Press, People, TIME, Lonely Planet, AFAR, and numerous regional magazines and newspapers. She wrote and co-directed the documentary, Lone Man’s Land. Her travels extend to all seven continents, but Bright Morning Farm remains her favorite landmark with its tranquil ponds, woodlands and nature-inspiring environment that always seems to make everyone slow down and enjoy the love of friends and family.
