Brightside Vintage Farm Reviews
First and foremost this venue was beautiful. Our wedding was September 16, 2023. (Which was the perfect timing in my opinion) we had a beautiful sunny day, there was no rain or wind. We were blessed! Heidi (the owner) takes a lot of pride in her work at the venue. She was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions almost instantly. The venue includes decoration which heidi calls “the hobby lobby shop” it took so much stress off knowing I didn’t have to spend more money on decorations I would never see or use again. Brides it is SO important to take lots of photos and videos. I bought things I didn’t need to buy because the hobby lobby shop already had these items. I coordinated a couple extra visits to see the decor and Heidi didn’t mind. (Thank you!!) because how can you decide out of all these beautiful antique pieces???! They were in such good condition and I loved having options. & DO NOT skip on a good coordinator. It is so important! It may seem like a high extra expense but it is worth it. I also loved how accommodating Heidi and Joe were for us. Joe is the muscles of this place he makes sure everything is set up so you don’t have to. I had our ceremony in a spot no one has had before and they were able to do that effortlessly. We had 200 guest so I wanted to make sure everyone had enough room and by moving it out of the orchard into the field we were able to do so. & I’m so glad we did it was beautiful! Thank you for a wonderful day that we will be able to cherish forever. Thank you Brightside team for absolutely crushing it! Words cannot express the joy and beauty of this hidden gem in central Washington. It checked every box for my daughter when she was looking for a wedding venue. Beautiful, whimsical, charming, fairytales are a few of the words that come to mind but they don’t do it justice. What we as parents loved was the fact that everything was included. No renting and hauling tables. Looking for high quality decorations, furniture, chandeliers.. ✔️✔️✔️ They really have thought of everything. The bride and grooms quarters, the fabulous new room off the house was perfect for family or pictures. The hospitality was amazing. I could go on and on. What a blessing. Thank you

Brightside Vintage Farm should be at the top of anyone’s list when deciding on a venue for a wedding or other milestone life event. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and the grounds are impeccably maintained. The Bride’s Bungalow is charming and just right for “getting ready” photo opportunities. The vintage Airstream groom’s quarters has a classic, timeless appeal. I was concerned about the wind initially, but my fears were eased as the site is entirely protected from Ellensburg’s signature gusts. Wedding programs and napkins went untouched by the 20mph winds that otherwise surrounded us. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful, and they are genuinely devoted to their guests’ comfort and happiness. Parking is plentiful and the layout/flow of the venue is well thought out. Our experience here was top-notch and I couldn’t be more pleased. Brightside Vintage Farm is an Ellensburg gem!
