This I have to say is one Venue I greatly lived doing business with. As the mother of the bride, Kim was very helpful, accommodating to things we needed. The food oh my was very delicious complements to their chef. Beautiful scenery, great indoor and outdoor space.

Kim and her staff did an amazing job. The set up was done to perfection. I was inpressed with the high level of service received. The kitchen was very accommodating with the food allergies in our family and answered everyone's questions-so as to make sure everyone was comfortable. The appetizers were generous and had an appealing presetation. Dinner was fantasitc and flavorful. Salad was quality mixed greens . Very attentive servers. Rich did an great job at the bar. I would highly recommend this venue.

We got married April 22,2023 and had an amazing experience. Kim was so easy to work with and responded promptly to all needs. It was a very worry-free evening because the staff did all the decorating and cleanup at the end of the evening. The food was a huge hit and raved by many of the guests. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this beautiful venue to anyone.

We got married Aug 20, 2022 and we could not have made a better choice than to get married and have our reception at the Broadlands Golf Club. Kim and her team were amazing. As the bride I was completely stress free. Kim and her team set up all decorations and even took them down. They did a fantastic job. The food was very delicious too. Our guest had a wonderful time. You will not be disappointed if you go with the Broadlands for your special day too!

We were so happy we chose the Broadlands for our wedding reception! Kim was an amazing coordinator and was very flexible and responsive and made everything so easy. Everything flowed so well and we loved that we didn't have to do any setup or takedown. The property is beautiful and we were lucky we had the most beautiful day! We would recommend this venue to anyone!

We couldn’t have been happier with our choice of having our ceremony and reception at Broadlands Golf Club! Kim was amazing to coordinate with, the space is beautiful and was the perfect size for our wedding size (~75 people), the food was spectacular + the chef was able to accommodate some gluten-free meals. Kim’s team goes above and beyond. I did not have a specific vision for how I wanted my decorations to look + they made the space magical. I was expecting to have to do all of the set up + take down myself, but they did it all! Oh! And the golf course is beautiful! A really lovely backdrop for photos and a spectacular spot for a wedding! I couldn’t rate them higher! We are so grateful to their team for being a part of our wedding day!

Kim and the Broadlands staff is simply amazing. We did a taste testing 6 months prior to the wedding which let us know what we were getting. Kim was ALWAYS very responsive to any calls, texts, or emails. We had a table set up the week prior for guest and head tables and the rest is history. The price is one you cannot beat and the cheapest of any venue we viewed. The gorgeous scenery surrounding the venue, the wonderful ambiance inside, was more than I could ask for. Kim coordinated all of the drop-offs for day of and they did the whole set-up and breakdown with ease and no hiccups. They boxed up my cake, gathered remaining party favors and were always very subtle with cleaning up. FYI the bartender was fantastic as well! The outdoor patio was beautiful at night and they allowed us to bring cornhole. Such a fantastic experience! I would do it all over again with Broadlands in a heartbeat. Such a dream.

Kim and her staff will do all the set up and take down for the WHOLE wedding: ceremony, dinner, AND reception, which was super helpful. We could leave our cars there overnight, and drop off/pick up decorations and gifts at a time that worked for us. I also loved that we could schedule a taste testing where we could go over some details. I was amazed at how cheap the price was for everything - I feel like we were able to have all the things we wanted for a fraction of what other venues would have charged. Kim was available whenever we needed her to answer questions and provide suggestions. The golf course was a beautiful place for the ceremony and pictures, the pub was great for cocktail hour, and the ballroom was big enough for our reception of 150 people.

Kim and her extremely experienced team at the Broadlands are simply outstanding. My wife Megan and I got married on 4/17/21 and we believe that from a value perspective when taking into consideration the drastically reduced price in comparison to other venues in the suburban Milwaukee area that this is the venue to beat and it is truly a hidden gem.To us the wedding coordinator position at your venue is so key because having trust in this individual will make the process seamless. We can truly say that from Day 1 of touring the venue to April 17th the day of the wedding we had zero stressful moments related to the reception and that's a testament to Kim's decades of experience at her craft, especially when considering we got married during a pandemic.Some of the many positives we found at the Broadlands include:-The price. Again, you are spending nearly half the price of many comparable venues that I would argue aren't even necessarily better.-The food. We had steak, salmon and chicken parmaesan and found that the food was superior to 90%+ of wedding we have attended. Portions were adequate, plus you can always get late night pizzas like we did!-They set things up. Don't want to be stressed out with your bridesmaids at 11pm the night of the wedding because you have to finish the table settings? Not to worry as the staff sets everything up and you can simply drop off with directions on where to place your items the week of the wedding. A huge plus.-Affordability of open bar: Want Uncle Fred to really feel comfortable bringing out his best chicken dance? it wasn't even something we were necessarily considering at other more pricey venues but if it's something that interests you the bar packages with beer, wine and liquor included were very reasonable (comparably, weddings are expensive).The small amount of potential negatives:Proximity to hotels: if you absolutely want your guests to have a walking distance or less than a mile drive to a hotel this isn't your venue. However, we were easily able to find hotels in Delafield and Waukesha within 15-20 minutes and our guests didn't mind at all. You could also rent a shuttle for guests.If you have a huge wedding: with COVID, we only had 103 guests and it was a perfect number to feel spaced and safe. Kim will do a great job making things work but I think if you had something that started to push a little closer to 200+ it could get a little tight.Overall, we couldn't recommend the Broadlands more. This is the real deal in wedding venues and we it made the most memorable day of our life that much easier and better.

Amazing venue and Kim was so helpful through the entire time. My husband and I lost our original venue and were lucky enough to find this place with our date open. The food was great, the ballroom and dance floor all wonderful. I cannot reiterate enough how flexible and helpful they were. It was a dream wedding at an affordable price. A lot of bang for the buck and no sacrifice on quality. Highly recommend!

Amazing venue and Kim was so helpful through the entire time. My husband and I lost our original venue and were lucky enough to find this place with our date open. The food was great, the ballroom and dance floor all wonderful. I cannot reiterate enough how flexible and helpful they were. It was a dream wedding at an affordable price. A lot of bang for the buck and no sacrifice on quality. Highly recommend!

Wow, in a summer when venues have been postponing due to COVID, Kim at Broadlands put together a spectacular experience. She is so easy to work with and accommodating considering all the changes we needed to keep making in a difficult summer. Venue is beautiful in the afternoon sunset. She had the tables setup perfectly. Everyone in the room has a view of the head table. Staff and bartender very personable. Package pricing is VERY reasonable compared with what venue's alone are going for these days. Food was amazing, numerous guests commented it was one of the best weddings they ever attended.

This is the second time we are using this venue. My daughter had her wedding reception there on October 11th, 2019, and my son and daughter-in-law back in 2009. Both times our experience was top-notch. Our family and friends could spend all their time enjoying each others company, and none of their time worrying about all the little details that go along with putting on a unique event like a wedding. Everyone you love all together, all at the same time, all in the same room. You only get one chance to have an experience this special, so having it turn out exactly as you hoped it would says a lot about where you choose to do it. Kim and the staff from the Broadlands far exceeded our expectations! Excellent service from that first phone call a year earlier to the last minute of that special night, delicious food, and a beautiful place to celebrate what really matters. We thank you Kim, and send our blessings.

Sister had her wedding there and everything was handled perfectly. We had a big dessert bar and they took care of setting it all up/tearing down. Staff was friendly and food came out promptly. Would highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience at the Broadlands! Everything was set up nicely, the staff were friendly. The bartender was on top of things all night long. Kim, the coordinator was easy to work with. The staff were flexible due to the weather and everything worked out in our favor and they made sure things still looked good despite the rain in between set up and ceremony. At the end of the night everything was packed up nicely for us to pick up later. Everyone that attended the wedding talked about how amazing the food was and we definitely agreed.

You will not be disappointed with a wedding at Broadlands. Kim rocks! From huge details like letting us bring our decorations in a week early, having her staff pack up all our decorations after the reception, even letting us bring in a sundae bar (le ducs custard is a special part of my wife and I's story). Kim is what makes a wedding at Broadlands amazing and I'm so glad we went with her. The drinks were great, the food was fabulous (salmon and chicken cordon bleu) and the guests all had a wonderful time. Can't say enough good things!

My reception at the Braodlands Golf Club was exactly how I envisioned my wedding to be. I have to give thanks to Kim for helping make that happen. Everything went smoothly, and I never once had to worry about the minor details. Kim takes care of it all! The venue is beautiful and we were able to open up the doors and have access to the outside as well. So if you want an outdoor wedding, but are too nervous it is going to rain, Broadlands is a perfect option for you :)

We just had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Broadlands a couple weeks ago. This was our second family wedding to be held here, and even 9 years later, after our first amazing experience, it was once again fantastic! We had our ceremony outside, rented the Pub for cocktail hour, followed by buffet dinner and reception. Kim, the coordinator was absolutely incredible in every aspect, whether it be the planning, set up, and day of! She took care of setting up all decorations and centerpieces, all you have to do is drop them off! The entire process was seamless and she made our lives so easy. I never once had to worry something wouldn't work out. The hall was beautiful, with its vaulted ceilings and tall windows on both sides of the hall. The ceremony outside overlooking the golf course with the overcast skies made for beautiful photos. I received so many compliments on the food as well! Overall, I would without hesitation recommend Broadlands Golf Club to anyone looking for a beautiful, accommodating venue that doesn't break the bank. Kim and her team exceeded my expectations in every way.

Kim and her team were amazing. Very affordable. Listened to my needs and wants. I have a food allergy and they went every step to be sure I was able to enjoy the meal too. Even months later guests still talk about the food. I only wish I could have that meal again for my anniversary. Kim answered every question and knew when to step in to help when I needed it. I won’t be getting married again but I would definitely use them for another event if one comes up.

The Broadlands was the perfect venue for our wedding. Our wedding had both our ceremony and reception at the Broadlands. The inside was open and large enough for everyone . There was plenty of parking, staff was great, and the food was delicious. Having the option to have the ceremony both inside and outside was nice to have just in case the weather was bad. It also had plenty of places to take nice photos. Kim and her team were able to set everything up for us before the wedding after I dropped a bunch of decor. We were pleasantly surprised by how amazing everything looked. At the end of the night, we were only responsible to get the gifts home. Everything else will be cleaned up and can be picked up later. This was extremely convenient. Everything turned out beautifully. We are so happy that we chose the Broadlands for our special day.

Kim at Broadlands was amazing. She was not only very easy to communicate with, but was also very knowledgeable about weddings in general and was able to provide suggestions or answer questions we had as to what other couples do. In addition to being very professional, knowledgeable, and dependable, she was also very personable, and cared about us as a couple and what we wanted or needed out of our wedding day. For example, we brought in two sheet cakes for the majority of our guests, but also had a small decorative cake for our head table. On top of cutting the cakes for the main guests, she was able to take our small cake back, cut it for the head table, and then when she realized that there was way more than one table’s worth of cake, she had it delivered to immediate family not seated at the head table, which was awesome.In addition to being comforted knowing that Kim would take care of the reception hall and decorations, the food that was provided was fabulous-- my only complaint there would be that I did not get a chance to eat it all as I was talking to the guests. The staff was also fast, courteous, and flexible, providing inconspicuous service and accurate meals to guests with varying dietary needs. I would recommend Kim and the Broadlands Golf Club staff to anyone who is hosting any type of event, even if it’s not a wedding.

On top of cutting the cakes for the main guests, she was able to take our small cake back, cut it for the head table, and then when she realized that there was way more than one table’s worth of cake, she had it delivered to immediate family not seated at the head table, which was awesome.In addition to being comforted knowing that Kim would take care of the reception hall and decorations, the food that was provided was fabulous-- my only complaint there would be that I did not get a chance to eat it all as I was talking to the guests. The staff was also fast, courteous, and flexible, providing inconspicuous service and accurate meals to guests with varying dietary needs. I would recommend Kim and the Broadlands Golf Club staff to anyone who is hosting any type of event, even if it’s not a wedding.

I had my reception here on 10/13/2017 and I could not have been happier with how everything turned out. From the beginning of planning the wedding, to the very end, Kim and the rest of her staff were so amazing and friendly! Everything was set up just perfect before my guests arrived and everything was taken down and put back into our boxes that we brought in, at the end of the night. You can tell that Kim loves doing this because she gets just as excited and happy for you when planning out your night for you. We served the Hangar Steak for our guests and they absolutely LOVED it! My guests are still talking about the food they had and my aunt even asked me how we can go there for dinner since she wants more steak! No one had anything negative to say about the night at all. Getting married can be stressful and expensive. That one statement is absolutely the reason anyone should choose The Broadlands for their wedding! From the beginning, Kim made not only me, but my entire family feel warm and welcomed. She was amazingly patient and had so many innovative and fun ideas for my fiance and I while we were planning on an extremely strict budget. The staff their is phenomenal. Their set up with decorations and chair covers and placement of everything down to the very last detail was perfect. Also, the fact that once the reception is over, you are free to say goodbye to your family and friends and enjoy your time there until the last drop, because the phenomenal staff ALSO breaks everything down for you! I had a relatively seasoned crowd at my wedding. Some had been to literally over one hundred weddings. My boss and several of my relatives came up to me during the evening and asked who did the food for dinner. I told them that The Broadlands chef did everything right there on site. They were seriously amazed. At the tasting my family and I were able to try a multitude of sauces, proteins, sides, and the beautiful part was that it was all plated just as it would be for the event. It was truly an amazing experience and made choosing the menu incredibly easy. The food was outstanding. It was so good that I had some guests asking for \"to-go\" containers because they couldn't finish their entire dinner, but definitely wanted to take it home!Overall, you cannot beat the quality of service, the entire experience, and quite frankly the price of The Broadlands. It's setting is so beautiful that your pictures will be unique and the landscape will be amazing. Kim is the best. I cannot imagine getting married without her help, advice, and assistance. She was so patient with me while I was doing the normal \"stressed out bride\" thing. She never once made me feel like I was bothering her, she responded to me evenings, mornings, weekends, holidays, and she is just such a positive and gracious person that I'm just so glad that I was able to meet her in general. They have a brand new dance floor which is awesome because it's so big! My party was a dancing one, so the fact that many people could sit, enjoy the view of the dance floor while tons of people were dancing just made everything feel so inclusive and together. The room is perfect.Thank you again to Kim and the entire staff at the Broadlands. My guests were beyond amazed with this wedding, and my husband and I could not have been happier with the I will never forget my amazing day, and the fact that those memories will include this place makes me extremely proud and happy.

Before the wedding, she let us come in to decorate the room as we wished. During our wedding, one of our guests had a health emergency. Kim was quick to react and did a great job under the pressure of the situation. She ensured that the whole night went smoothly and helped us have the night of our lives! 2) The price! You really aren't going to find a venue that does more for less money. 3) The food was delicious- all of our guests were very satisfied with their meals.4) The bar package is great, and the bartenders were gracious and amiable the whole night. 5) You get to make it your own! Kim, the wedding coordinator there was so helpful and was always available when I had guestions. She had so many wonderful ideas and tips that added to our wedding. They set up and take down all decorations which is awesome and less for the bride and groom to worry about. The food was outstanding and we still have guests talking about it! If you are looking for the PERFECT place to get married and have an amazing reception LOOK NO FURTHER! We only toured one place when we first got engaged and it was Broadlands! We instantly fell in love with the location, the view, the options, the price, and mostly the planner! Kim Jacob is OUTSTANDING at her job! As a bride I felt I had a million things to get done before our big day. The minute we met Kim she took away some of the biggest stressors: the ceremony and the reception. She did food tasting with us, gave us recommendations for every vendor we needed, was always responsive with answers to our questions, told us she would take care of set up and take down, and always greeted us with a smile and a hug! She has been doing this job for a while and I could tell we were in great (perfection) hands from the moment we toured Broadlands! We decided to do the ceremony right outside and it was wonderful! After the reception we rented out the main bar for our guests to drink while we took pictures. And by the time our guests made it upstairs the tables were set and salads were already served! I can honestly say our special day was absolutely flawless thanks to Kim Jacob and her hard-working and friendly staff! We honestly had the perfect day, at the perfect location, because of the perfect planner! The bartenders and wait staff were so incredibly nice to our guests and to us, by the end of the night I was almost in tears from appreciation! The food was delicious, the drinks were spot on, and the dance floor was moving nonstop! Please, please, please do yourself a favor and tour Broadlands! My husband and I had both our ceremony and our reception at Broadlands. Our day was amazing! Kim Jacob is fantastic and so helpful. She was always available by email or cell phone to answer questions. Even if I emailed her at 1 am, the next morning I would have answers to my questions. I absolutely loved the fact that when I dropped off my final payment I also dropped off all of my decorations for ceremony and reception and simply explained or showed Kim how I wanted things set up and she and her staff took care of everything. I didn't have to worry about making time to set everything up and could just relax the night before and the day of my wedding. I had a horse drawn carriage come to the wedding for pictures and a ride with my groom, flower girls, and ring bearer and Kim knew the right people to call to verify that it was okay for me to have this at the venue. It was a dream come true for me! The food was amazing also! The Broadlands Combo with Chicken Cordon Bleu is fantastic! The beef and chicken were moist and tender and so good! Amazing chef! I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone in the area getting married. It was beautiful and the staff are extremely helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better place and a more beautiful day!

My husband and I had both our ceremony and our reception at Broadlands. Our day was amazing! Kim Jacob is fantastic and so helpful. She was always available by email or cell phone to answer questions. Even if I emailed her at 1 am, the next morning I would have answers to my questions. I absolutely loved the fact that when I dropped off my final payment I also dropped off all of my decorations for ceremony and reception and simply explained or showed Kim how I wanted things set up and she and her staff took care of everything. I didn't have to worry about making time to set everything up and could just relax the night before and the day of my wedding. I had a horse drawn carriage come to the wedding for pictures and a ride with my groom, flower girls, and ring bearer and Kim knew the right people to call to verify that it was okay for me to have this at the venue. It was a dream come true for me! The food was amazing also! The Broadlands Combo with Chicken Cordon Bleu is fantastic! The beef and chicken were moist and tender and so good! Amazing chef! I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone in the area getting married. It was beautiful and the staff are extremely helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better place and a more beautiful day!

First of all, Kim Jacob, Broadlands Event Coordinator, is seriously amazing! By the time we had walked out of our visit with Kim we knew that this was going to be our place. From the first day we met her she was nothing but friendly, outgoing, and accommodating. She also was great with keeping in communication with us throughout the entire process. We rarely had to wait more than a day to hear back from her. Usually our questions or concerns were taken care of that very same day. It is such a huge relief to be able to rely on the communication. I don't think many brides and grooms really realize the amount of work involved in a wedding. We would not have been able to have such an amazing day without Kim and her staff. The bartenders were very friendly and respectful; the servers were very kind and professional. Our whole day had such a great flow and that was mostly to do with what was going on behind the scenes. Everyone dreams of having a perfect wedding day and we are so blessed to be able to say that we had just that! Our friends and family are still talking about amazing food, great views of the property, beautiful venue, and great staff. It is impossible to be disappointed with this place. We went with the Broadlands combo and the spinach and cheese stuffed manicotti as our second choice. Many of our guests commented on the food. My sister got married at Broadlands in May of 2015. \rThe ceremony was held outside and it was beautiful with flowers and the golf course green in the background. We also used the grounds for pictures before the wedding, including some on an amazing bridge on the property.\r\rThen we moved it inside for the reception. The decorations were amazing, and the best part is the wonderful staff took care of all the setup and take down. The food was delicious and fit my sister's budget. \r\rAll night the staff was extremely polite and organized, and that is all thanks to Kim Jacob. When we went to tour the Broadlands, Kim the coordinator, covered each amenity with detail and no pressure to book with her..which was hard to find! we fell in love instantly with this venue outside and in! I really liked having the option to have the ceremony on site, inside in the ballroom or outside on the patio! The food exceeded expectations at an affordable price. There were many options to choose from to accommodate everyone's taste. Kim is a fun, up beat, happy person who I enjoyed working with every step of the way. she was a wonderful help and available to talk whenever she was needed. \r\rOverall, my experience was unforgettable and I if I had to do it all again I would still choose the Broadlands Golf Club. We had a most amazing reception at Broadlands. When we were venue shopping, one thing that stood out to us about Broadlands was the banquet manager, Kim. The Broadlands golf club is a beautiful location for a wedding reception and the staff is such a pleasure to work with and extremely accommodating! I highly recommend this location!

My husband and I got married on Oct 25, 2014 at broadlands and it was beautiful. Wedding venues book up quickly so we booked Broadlands in May 2013 and it was a great decision. The prices are very reasonable and the food is excellent. Kim and her staff do a good job setting up all decor and it was a relief to not have to worry about that on our big day. The bridge is great for pictures and the ballroom was just the right size - even the late nite pizzas were delicious. Broadlands is a great value.
