a member (bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 30-07-2016 We and our guests enjoyed every minute of our wedding at Brookside Golf and Country Club in Pasadena. We enjoyed the beautiful greenery, the delicious food, and friendly staff. We especially appreciate the insight and flexibility the staff demonstrated when we moved buffet tables to the outdoors to accommodate the increasing number of guests and the last minute requests made for the photographer and DJ to set up their equipment in a different area of the room. We know it takes detailed planning and organization from the very beginning up until the very end of the wedding and we appreciate all they have done for us. Reviewed on 04-08-2016

Michelle Booker(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 13-09-2014 I was looking for a location to hold a morning ceremony and serve breakfast at the reception. I was having a difficult time finding a venue because I only had three months to plan. I stumbled across Brookside...not even sure how...a search engine i'm sure. The staff at Brookside was quick to book my event (they share their locaton with the Rose Bowl and One Direction was in town that weekend; since most weddings are in the afternoon/evening no one had booked there that weekend) and I was happy to do it. They had an outside patio for the ceremony which fit 200 ppl (we had 250 guests invited), it had a large reception room, they worked with me on our tight budget to get a full breakfast menu (french toast, bacon, eggs, fruit, pastries, juice, coffee and tea) and the location had a lush green golf course as the backdrop which was just lovely. They let us decorate the trellis to our liking, they let us bring in any decor we wanted (just no flames), I had the cake made from an outside baker with cupcakes. The linen options were endless...The only negative things i have to say was the bathroom light was out in the ladies room (but they fixed that immediately), the tables were not set as promised the night before (but were ready to go before our 10a start time) and the bridal room was littered with trash from the night before. But really in the large scheme of things everything went off without a hitch. They let us us golf carts to get to picturesque locations and had parking attendants available so wedding guests didnt have to compete with concert goers for parking. Its an easy location to find and everyone loved the morning/breakfast wedding. We saved tons of money having a morning ceremony (food way less expensive), not having them cut cake and staff halved the ceremony fee for us too! The staff was also very up front...no hidden costs. She made the whole process comfortable and easy. We used the outside patio dining area for about 60 guests, and was treated to some golfing (range and putting greens). The staff was helpful and made our reception a night to remember! Reviewed on 14-05-2014

Cynthia Valdez(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 11-08-2012 Brookside was an amazing Venue, the Mediterranian room was beautiful, and the way they decorated it made it even more beautiful. I started to work with Stephanie, but two weeks before my wedding Stephanie got a new job and I was assigned to Chelsea. I was a little nervous that Chelsea was not going to pull off my wedding the way I had planned with Stephanie. However, everything came out perfect! Food was amazing, we got the chicken with the bur blanc sauce and the petite filet, everyone was very happy with their food. I spent about $10,500 for 160pple (with the deluxe package- the basic), however, I upgraded to floor length linens and overlays and chair covers, I also added the cealing drapery and an extra hour. Therefore, I feel I got an amazing deal. Service was pretty good too, the waiters were very attentive and courteous. I highly recomend them! Reviewed on 27-08-2012
