The Bassett Creek Room has picturesque views of Brookview Golf Course and can accommodate up to 200 guests. We are centrally located just West of downtown with onsite parking. The venue was amazing they were very quick to always get back to us even when I emailed them a million and one questions. They had everything set up for us when we got there and were helpful throughout the set up and evening. They didn't cost an arm and a leg and provided some amazing areas to take pictures. 100% would recommend them to anyone who wants to have their wedding or an event there.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I had my wedding her on 6/10/23. The venue itself is beautiful and looked amazing the day of the wedding. The staff however were very difficult to work with. My fiancé and I always had to reach out to the venue coordinator to see if they had all the information needed for the day of. When talking with the venue coordinator weeks before the wedding, more and more fees for things started coming into conversation that were not told to us when booking the venue. They make you use Three One Six as the bar service. The manager for this bar service was so unprofessional and rude to us. The bartenders at the bar were very rude to our guests ordering drinks and refused to serve the wedding party. One of the bartenders refused to serve my husband at the bar at our own wedding. They accused our wedding party and guests of having too much to drink which was untrue. Their manager came in and could not have been any more disrespectful to my wedding coordinator and parents. She shut down the bar without any warning or conversation. She was not willing to talk about why the decision was made and constantly kept walking away in the middle of a conversation saying “I don’t owe you an explanation”. We ended up having to change venues three hours into the reception because of how we were being treated. It ruined the my wedding and I never got to see the family/friends that did not end up going to the second venue space. I would not recommend this venue to anyone. The venue and bar manager handled the situation very poorly after the wedding day as well through multiple conversations about how the day went. The bar manager began to make up more untrue stories about what happened and tried to overcharge us with the bar service bill. I do not want this to happen to anyone else so do your research before booking!

We had our wedding reception here on 6/17/23, and we had such a wonderful experience! It was exactly what we were looking for. It was affordable but still very neat, modern, and classy. I worked with Kailyn, who did such an excellent job of answering all of my questions and keeping me in the loop about what needed to be done. I love that this venue is primarily indoors in case of bad weather, but the decks were a wonderful way to enjoy the beautiful summer weather! We brought yard games to put on the deck and they were heavily sought after! They do have limited options for catering, but Green Mill was AWESOME and were very flexible for our needs! Something to note is that this is a public space, so while we were there there were people golfing, attending the restaurant downstairs, etc. Some people might want a more secluded/private setting, but it was kind of fun getting a lot of congratulations from strangers in golf carts :) This is more of an FYI, but I did not have a DJ and thought that since they had a speaker system there, we could use that for music. I found out that the speakers are more for background music, so I had to rent my own speakers/lighting for the dance floor. The dance floor is a little small as well, but if you have a smaller wedding or fewer dancers, it works great! Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Brookview to others!

We're so glad to have picked Brookview to have our most important day together. The staff, food, setup, bar, view, dance floor, lighting, 2 big video screens, and amazing atmosphere was something that we'll never forget. Many of our family and friends are still today talking about how amazing our wedding at Brookview was. It was so great that we're discussing having our anniversary party there. Easy to find and lots of parking.My new wife and I send much love to Brookview and the staff that made this wedding the best ever. We could have never pulled this off without you. Amazing. The updates to this venue are beautiful and it was so perfect to have the ceremony, cocktails and reception all at the same place. We had two decks and the indoor space to make it feel broken up without having to leave. My only complaint is that we rented a Public deck out for our cocktail hour, but once it was opened back up to the public, they kept my my bar window open so random people could order from outside. I’m sure a few people snuck up and drank my beer (there was a large birthday party beneath that deck).

Amazing. The updates to this venue are beautiful and it was so perfect to have the ceremony, cocktails and reception all at the same place. We loved having our wedding here. They were so helpful throughout the whole process. They answered all our questions right away and made our day work for us. The two decks are beautiful! We had around 140 people, and the space worked so well! Amazing, friendly, and helpful staff. We’d get married again there tomorrow!

We just got married here on 6/1/2019, and we could not have had a better time! Everybody was beyond helpful and more than happy to assist with any questions we had. Brookview was also very affordable compared to everywhere else in the Twin Cities area that we had looked- which we appreciated. We got married on the deck which was perfect for our 174 guests. We then had the reception inside and it was so great- surrounded by huge windows letting the evening sunlight in- and connected to the deck. People were enjoying going from inside to outside all night long, which is just what we wanted. It's next to Brookview park which is a beautiful piece of land with a pond and lots of greenery- perfect for taking pictures if you don't want to be in people's way on the golf course. It's also a newer venue, which is nice. We couldn't have had a better experience with the ease, price, and help we received from the staff. We loved it!
