This was not my original venue but I got bumped from my original venue just 16 days before the wedding and the Launch Club stepped in to save the day. They are so professional. Everything was beautiful from the grounds, to the decorations, the physical interior space. The food was amazing. They were accommodating and flexible. I had a beautiful wedding and highly recommend the venue to others.

The space is beautiful and the food is great. None of that was worth the interactions we had with the banquet and cq manager, Murissa Joachimi and the general manager Lisa Harris. They alone ruined our experience. Buyer beware. Murissa proved to be completely incompetent in following through with the services she promised us including our cocktail hour and Lisa had such poor customer service as to gaslight us about our lack of cocktail hour while we were on our honeymoon. Their behavior toward us was appalling. I highly recommend going elsewhere for your wedding.

Sig, the manager of the BLC, arranged my wedding reception so well. Great communication and so easy to work with. We did buffet for the reception, the food was great!! Also nice view by the water in the summer time, all my guests enjoyed it!

The whole night was perfect. The food was great, the staff was wonderful and helpful. We loved the atmosphere inside. I love the setup they have for the entrance, dance floor, bar, and seating area for dinner. Everything was well organized, couldn't have asked for a better location and service.

I had a great experience with them. There had been some turnover in managers and Sig (the current event manager) did a great job honoring old requests and giving support and ideas to help make the wedding great and less stressful for me!

The Buffalo launch club went above and beyond my expectations! The food was amazing. Lisa and Jim worked hard to work with us to give us the wedding of our dreams. It was a picture perfect day! Everything ran smoothly and I was very impressed with the wait staff.

The Buffalo Launch Club was wonderful and I am so happy with the choice to have my reception there. They listened to everything I wanted and made the place look even more beautiful than I could have asked for. Jim was so accommodating and easy going and Lisa put everything together wonderfully. Very good food and service!

This is a beautiful facility - right on the Niagara River. Wonderful outdoor cocktail area, and classy nautical decor inside. Staff is unbelievably easy going and accomodating. They never said no to any of our requests. They never tried to talk us up in anything - in fact, in a few situations they talked us down to help reduce price. They really know what they are doing and I can't say enough great things about this venue and the people.\rPlenty of room for a band and a huge permanent dance floor. Great food and excellent appetizers. I have no negative comments about this facility - General Manager and Event Coordinator were also excellent.\rI have also been to a bridal shower at this facility and it was also a very nice venue.
