Buhl Mansion Guesthouse & Spa is a historic wedding venue in Sharon, PA. This magnificent, towering mansion was built by the steel magnate Frank H. Buhl for his wife, Julia. Completed in 1896, the building is a fine exemplar of the Richardsonian Romanesque style. Now you and your guests are invited to experience the wonder and majesty of a place so picturesque it seems to belong to a storybook. Buhl Mansion Guesthouse & Spa has several indoor and outdoor events areas. The venue’s lush gardens have sufficient space to seat up to 120 guests for a wedding ceremony. The beautiful Victorian Greenhouse is ideal for more intimate ceremonies. Cocktail parties and receptions can be held in the tented courtyard from late spring to late autumn. Alternatively, you can host your after-ceremony celebrations in the Carriage House, which features French doors that open onto an enclosed courtyard. You can also choose to have your wedding in the mansion itself. The Parlour, decorated with soft ivory and gold tones, is a perfect setting for an intimate celebration. The Formal Dining Room features a 19th-century carved mahogany dining suite, is a perfect spot in which to enjoy a delicious catered meal in comfort and style. During your visit, you can also treat yourself to a refreshing dip in a round Jacuzzi for two or relax in their world-class day spa. Luxury guest rooms are also available so you and your loved ones can sleep like royalty and awake refreshed and ready to greet the future. The team at the Buhl Mansion Guesthouse & Spa is ready and eager to help bring your wedding dreams to life. The venue is available for engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, showers, elopements, ceremonies, and receptions. This venue was everything I dreamed it would be and more! The staff was so professional and helpful, any mixups that happened were all resolved. The grounds were beautiful, an absolutely stunning property. This venue allowed me to achieve my princess wedding dream without breaking the bank (my personal favorite part)! I have nothing but good things to say about this property and the staff. Loved it!

This venue was everything I dreamed it would be and more! The staff was so professional and helpful, any mixups that happened were all resolved. The grounds were beautiful, an absolutely stunning property. This venue allowed me to achieve my princess wedding dream without breaking the bank (my personal favorite part)! If you are looking for a luxurious, glamorous venue with the better customer service you could dream of (really, I have amazingly high expectations and they exceeded them), a beautiful rain-plan, delicious morning-after brunch, welcome trays with champagne, and knowledgeable staff to help every step of the way, this is your place. The pictures will speak for themselves, but I could write on and on about the professionalism and warmth of Marci, Paul, and the whole staff. Would recommend finishing your wedding experience wit ha trip to their amazing spa!

I can't say enough how wonderful it was to have our wedding at the Buhl Mansion. The mansion, carriage house, greenhouse, and grounds are absolutely beautiful and the attention to detail is incredible. We did the \"Castle for a Day\" package and it was so great to have the luxurious guest rooms for the bridal party and parents. Marci was extremely helpful and kind to us throughout the process, and she and the staff were very accommodating from the beginning, especially since we live out of state and had to plan everything over the phone and email. The day before and the day of, from the rehearsal through the ceremony and reception, Marci's help was invaluable keeping everything organized. I can't thank her and the staff at Buhl enough!

I can't say enough how wonderful it was to have our wedding at the Buhl Mansion. The mansion, carriage house, greenhouse, and grounds are absolutely beautiful and the attention to detail is incredible. We did the \"Castle for a Day\" package and it was so great to have the luxurious guest rooms for the bridal party and parents. Marci was extremely helpful and kind to us throughout the process, and she and the staff were very accommodating from the beginning, especially since we live out of state and had to plan everything over the phone and email. The day before and the day of, from the rehearsal through the ceremony and reception, Marci's help was invaluable keeping everything organized. I can't thank her and the staff at Buhl enough!

Unbelievably amazing experience. We booked a few nights to stay in the wonderful Grand Gables room leading up to our wedding then rented out the entire Mansion and grounds the day of our wedding. From Marci who I coordinated with during the months leading up to the wedding, from a few hundred miles away nonetheless, to every single member of the staff who helped to set up for the wedding, tend bar at the wedding, work in the Inn throughout our stay and be there to help our guests when we all stayed the night of the wedding, there is not one negative comment I can make. To have such a pampering experience, coming from the D.C. area, at this price is unbelievable. The pampering, the help with EVERYTHING from bringing in our car-full of wedding stuff and luggage to loading the gifts and luggage and all back in the car at the end. From the most relaxing manicure, pedicure and massage I've had in their spa to the group breakfast buffet they set up for our guests the morning after the wedding. Not one detail went overlooked by the staff on their regular procedures or the little details I added like personalized chalk boards to hang on the door knobs to each room and welcome bags and gifts in each room when our guests checked in. They went above and beyond in every big and small thing for the five days we stayed and the entire day of our wedding. We are already planning our next trip and our next \"Mansion for a Day\" party!

I cannot say more about Marci and Hannah (and all of the staff) at Buhl Mansion. My fiance and I planned our wedding from out of town so we had to do a lot of communicating through email and over the phone. This made me slightly nervous just because I'm such a planner and everything needed to be done from afar. Marci and Hannah literally tried to figure out a way for us to do everything that we possibly wanted. We wanted to do something different for the reception location on site and they made that work and every time I called or e-mailed they were the friendliest people to talk to. The day of the wedding I didn't have any time to be out setting up and had to leave everything in Marci and Hannah's hands. I couldn't have done it better myself. They truly made our wedding the fairytale that I wanted it to be.

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Buhl mansion. We did the castle for a day package and also rented the entire guest house overnight. This is a gorgeous location for a wedding. We were married in the beautiful gardens and the reception flowed over to the tented patio and guest house. It was the perfect size for our 90-100 guests. Everything went very smoothly and the entire property is gorgeous. My bridal party was wowed by the rooms in the guesthouse as well. \r\rThe entire mansion staff was wonderful from start to finish. The did many little things to ensure our day was perfect. For example, the florist forgot the flower girl's bouquet and the staff found a little bouquet from the guesthouse for her to carry! I forgot to place my veil on my head. Right before I walked down the aisle one of the staff went and got it for me and helped me put it on at the last minute! Etc etc. The staff at Buhl are truly wonderful.\r\rMarci, the event coordinator was amazing to work with. She was attentive and helped coordinate all our vendors flawlessly. I cannot say enough great things about how terrific she was throughout the entire process.\r\rBuhl is just amazing. Our wedding there was a dream come true. \r\r

From day one, Marci, the event coordinator was a dream to work with. Highly responsive by email and answered every question quickly. \r\rThe staff was so nice and efficient, we were treated so well. The food was excellent for breakfast. They helped with everything. We stayed the whole weekend.\r\rIt's a huge cost. That is the downside. I don't know if it were totally worth the money or if we can even afford to go back, that is the bad part. And there was a huge mix up with our table numbers and our guests were all over the place. I blame the caterers but they blame the mansion. Who knows?\r\rOverall, I would recommend it. Our pictures are great and the venue was just stunning.

The staff helped with anything needed, refreshments for my bridesmaids, and anything that was asked for was provided. They even pulled around our cars, packed up our cars and carried our luggage and what not to everyone's vehicle.\r\rOur guests tell us its the best wedding they have ever been too. :o) We love the compliments.
