Charming Bison Ranch Venue
Bullbourne Ranch is a charming yet modern wedding venue nestled in the countryside of Cornersville, Tennessee, just 30 minutes south of Franklin, TN and 45 minutes south of Nashville, TN. Surrounded by nature and boasting breathtaking views of rolling hills, roaming bison and lush trees, this beautiful venue just radiates tranquility. Facilities and Capacity Our luxury barn venue is the perfect place to host an event unlike anything your guests have been to before. We welcome weddings, events, elopements, bridal and baby showers, graduations, destination weddings, and corporate events. In addition to our barn, you'll have access to several outdoor spaces including our wildlife viewing platform where you can watch our herd of bison roam. Inside the barn is a maximum capacity of around 200 guests seated for reception with a dance floor. For getting ready, you and your wedding party have may book access to the modern ranchhouse and/or bunkhouse on the morning of your big day. You may also add overnight stays in one or both of these spaces to your package for a true all-inclusive weekend getaway. Services Offered The team at The Bullbourne Ranch Barn allows you to customize your day to perfectly suit your vision. You are welcome to bring in your preferred vendors, such as your own bartender, caterer, dj, florist, designer, etc. to help make your wedding dreams come true. The venue is available for rent seven days a week and can be rented for mulitple days in a row at a discounted rate to accommodate setting up and rehearsal dinners, or even overnight stays. Our inclusive packages include: • Private use of the 150+ acre ranch from 9 am-11 pm • Open-air covered event barn space that can seat up to 210 guests with a dance floor area • Beautiful field for ceremony or additional event space overlooking the ranch • Wrap around deck with a custom bar, string lights, swings, and a lookout platform to watch the roaming bison. • Large parking area • Professional cleaning after your event (clients/vendors must dispose of all trash in appropriate bins before their exit) • Barn rental from 9am-11pm • Luxury four stall restroom trailer • Tables and ceremony chairs for 200 guests • 200 Crossback wooden chairs for reception • Ranch House rental from 9am-11pm • Bunkhouse rental from 9am-11pm • Two six passenger golf carts for the duration of your event • Engagement photos session on the property for two consecutive hours • Enclosure system for barn in case of inclement weather • Use of heaters • Custom layout drawing to help you plan your event We also offer a-la-cart pricing for all of the items above! I rented the Bullbourne Ranch for my wedding day as I fell in love when we went to tour it. The area is gorgeous, the bison are incredible, the barn was exactly what I was looking for. The venue host, Kesha, was amazing! Her communication was impeccable, she answered every question I had to throw at her or if she couldn't she would provide me with the answer within a day, she was genuinely honest, and definitely a life saver on the day of. We didn't get to meet the property owner, but we know he is an incredible, selfless person for having this property setup for venue rentals and offering his beautiful ranch house for us to get ready the day of. We are forever thankful for them and the hard work and research they did to help ensure we had an unforgettable wedding!!

Bullbourne Ranch is so beautiful I knew it was where I wanted to get married the second we drove onto the property! I am so grateful to the venue manager, Kesha, who went above and beyond to help us make our dream wedding happen. Highly recommend!

Absolutely gorgeous, stunning, unique wedding venue! Had everything we needed or could wish for!! A Dream come true!!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!! The detailed taste was impeccable. Views were incredible too! Price was right. Nice having Kesha the coordinator their hands on for questions. Truly was best wedding ever!!

I cannot recommend this venue enough. With its amazing views, lush pastures, incredible barn space, and beautiful ranch house, you are truly transported to mother nature.The bison roaming in the fields make the perfect backdrop to a beautiful ceremony, wedding photos, and reception.The views from the ranch house are incredible and the styling of the home make for amazing photos as well.I would HIGHLY recommend checking this venue out for your next event!
