Bunn House is a historic luxury venue in Asheville, NC, for weddings and nuptial celebrations. Built in 1905, the Bunn House mansion was once home to Albert Bunn, a contractor and Birmingham, England native. With a deep-rooted appreciation for remnants of the past, Ali and Ridgley purchased Bunn House in 2013. With time and commitment, they reformed and refurbished the Bunn household and transformed it into a modern and stylish home for happily ever afters. Bunn House emanates a warm and inviting feel. With fashionable red-brick walls, spiraling wooden staircases, and minimally-designed furniture, couples and guests are met with that familiar feeling of home. Bunn House is also a spacious event facility that stretches over 1.5 acres and accommodates up to 200 celebration attendees. And with a host of areas for outdoor wedding events, nearlyweds can never run out of options. Open-air "I dos" can take place almost anywhere on the property's lush green grounds, which showcase majestic views of the titanic Blue Ridge Mountains. Once the cocktail hour starts, guests can retreat to the outdoor fire pit area, furnished with benches and tables for some cozy fireside mingling. Bunn House's gardens and grounds welcome everyone once again for an enthralling tent reception, which boasts plenty of space for al fresco dining and dancing. The mansion also showcases an array of luxury suites for overnight stays or wedding preparations. The Bunn House event team offers a variety of high-end party services. With comprehensive packages, they make sure nearlyweds get their dream wedding at a price that suits them. They also provide all the equipment needed to pull off a memorable get-together. This venue was absolutely magical! We had our wedding on 10/14/2023 at the Bunn House and it was amazing! I was able to have the clear tent & lights that I always wanted but also the privacy. Ali was the manager of the property and she went above and beyond making sure everything was perfect. Being able to stay on the property is an extra perk - though pricey- the house is outfitted with all of the best features, to include steam showers, heated floors, balconies, the best bed EVER! They are a newer wedding venue in the area but that didnt hinder our experience at all !I would highly recommend if you are looking for an outdoor venue.
