Butler Country Club is an exclusive wedding venue located in Bulter, PA. Set on the manicured greens of an exclusive golf course, this setting is both scenic and magical. Weddings of up to 250 guests may be held at Butler Country Club. The grand ballroom features expansive windows that flood the room with natural light and offer sweeping views of the picturesque course. Stylish chandeliers hang from the ceiling over the spacious wooden dance floor in the center. This space is easily customizable to suit your wedding theme and is perfect for entertaining throughout the evening. For an outdoor ceremony, you can choose to exchange your vows on the stylish clubhouse patio or in the grass. Surrounded by tall trees and leafy foliage, this area creates a stunning backdrop for your wedding photography. The clubhouse is also equipped with comfortable get-ready rooms where you and your beloved can prepare for the big celebration. Butler Country Club offers a range of packages and services to facilitate your wedding. An on-site wedding coordinator can help you to plan your event down to the finest detail. The staff can set up your event area, with chairs and tables provided. China, flatware, and glassware are also available, along with linens, centerpieces, and chair covers. The catering team can prepare delicious food for your wedding banquet. They offer tasting sessions, allowing you and your partner to sample the options on offer. The Butler Country Club is the perfect venue! The ballroom is gorgeous and the land is beautiful with different spots for pictures. Lisa and her staff are amazing. She’s organized, responsive, and friendly. She took the stress off me and I was able to enjoy the wedding the day. My husband and I got married at Butler Country Club in September 2018 and we would recommend it to anyone considering booking there. We had our ceremony onsite out on the lawn, our cocktail hour on the covered patio and the reception in the ballroom. Everything went off without a hitch and we got so many compliments about the entire event - how smoothly everything flowed together, the food, the service, the beautiful greens and venue, etc. Lisa the event coordinator was exceptional to work with. She was always willing to answer all my questions, big or small. She was honest and provided advice when I asked for it. Most anything I asked for her answer was usually - \"no problem, we can do that.\" It was such a pleasure working with such a nice person who I trusted to help me make my wedding a day to remember. I wouldn't have been as calm or confident leading up to our wedding day if it wasn't for Lisa and Butler Country Club. A great experience all around which is all you can ask for when planning a wedding - thank you so much Lisa!!

My daughter got married September 2018 and we were so happy with everything that the Butler Country Club offered. First and foremost, the event coordinator, Lisa Burek was so great to work with. She answered all our questions and concerns from the moment we met with her. Ms. Burek is very professional and kept us all well informed. I cannot praise her enough for making my daughters day wonderful. The whole staff was so welcoming and attentive to everyone's needs. The venue is beautiful in every detail. We couldn't have asked for a better day! Thank you -Lisa Burek and your Staff for creating wonderful memories for my daughter and son-in-law!

Lisa is amazing! We had some challenges with our guest list and Lisa was always prepared with several options how to reorganize our space and schedule. She kept it calm, cool, and collected theouout the entire planning process and was invaluable on the wedding day. She was also very respectful of our budget restrictions and had many ideas on how to make it all work together. The grounds were beautiful, even though we had some unexpected April snow. Waitstaff was good, food was good, and my most importantly my guests had a great time.

Her attention to detail was incredible. She was very speedy in replying to my emails and helped create a custom package for our wedding reception. The venue was gorgeous and truly a dream come true. Butler Country Club is the most wonderful place to hold a wedding. We had my daughter's wedding there in July 2017. First, start with the ballroom. It has windows all around which let in light and provide magnificent views of the club's beautiful surroundings. There's also a balcony along one side of windows where people can go get some air but they can see what's going on in the ballroom and vice versa, so it doesn't feel like they're far from the action. Then there's the food, which is terrific. We chose filet mignon, fillet of sole and a vegetarian option. Every dish was delicious and many people commented that it was the best filet they'd ever eaten. The staff is also wonderful, particularly Lisa, the wedding coordinator, who worked with us for more than a year to plan the reception. She was very helpful and worked with my daughter and I and our wedding planners to pull off and elegant but not over-the-top reception. We had a great experience and Lisa was very helpful and calming when we were stressing over details. I can't say enough good things about Butler County Club.

I can not even begin to express how perfect our event was at the Butler Country Club. Hands down the best price in the area if you're looking for something that is more or less all inclusive (and trust me, I looked on numerous occasions due to a picky mother in law). We had our ceremony and reception here and everyone enjoyed themselves and enjoyed the meals they prepared at the club for dinner. Lisa and her staff were absolutely incredible from day one. Any questions I had were answered almost as quickly as I could send them. Lisa was always willing to work with me and give me suggestions on what would work best. If I had an idea, it was usually followed by a helpful suggestion, but was always followed by \"but it is your day and we will do what you want!\". The day went absolutely perfect from start to finish. Even if there was an issue (like a tux ripping or an issue with a boutonniere), you wouldn't have known it. It was fixed before the problem was known! I suggest the club to anyone I know who is getting married. I am so thrilled we had our big day there, and I would most definitely do it again (not that I plan on getting married again!).

I would highly recommend Butler Country Club to anyone planning a wedding. We recently had our reception there and it was just perfect. Lisa is extremely organized and so helpful. We had a lot of different decorations and different kinds of centerpieces and the way Lisa pulled it all together was even more perfect than I could have envisioned. The room is beautiful with a great view and there are ton of outdoor options for pictures. Our guests also can't stop talking about the food, it was excellent.

I would highly recommend Butler Country Club to anyone planning a wedding. We recently had our reception there and it was just perfect. Lisa is extremely organized and so helpful. We had a lot of different decorations and different kinds of centerpieces and the way Lisa pulled it all together was even more perfect than I could have envisioned. The room is beautiful with a great view and there are ton of outdoor options for pictures. Our guests also can't stop talking about the food, it was excellent.

I wanted a rustic theme and the country club worked with me to achieve this indoors and remain elegant. The food was delicious. The tables, bar, and cookie table were great. The only complaint we have was the lack of steak knives at each place setting when prime rib was an option.

The staff was very friendly and helpful in all planning aspect. Lisa, the event coordinator, is a very genuine person that truly wants to help make your wedding day special. As a very hands-on bride, I was very anxious to hand over all the of-day details to Lisa. She was very attentive to my concerns, took all the detail plans and put it the space together just how I had envisioned.

Throughout the entire process, Lisa was kind, helpful, organized, and so accommodating. She did everything in her power to make the day special and personalized for my husband and me. The entire staff was kind and attentive to me and our guests. The building and grounds of the club are breathtaking. I can't imagine having our reception anywhere else. It was perfect!

Held wedding reception at Butler Country Club on Friday 7/18/14. Lisa Burek\rwas the event coordinator and is EXCELLENT. From the 1st time we contacted her she was very professional, kind, reassuring, answered emails/phone calls promptly and we knew we could trust her to do a wonderful job. She told us she loves her job and you can tell. We dropped off decorations and the cookies the day before and she was right there with lovely compliments and helping us to unload!! I had notes as to what we wanted where & she just nodded and said \"no problem\". After a while I just told her to put things where she thought best as she does this all the time and I trusted her judgement.\rThe atmosphere is beautiful and needs nothing more. The best thing about Butler CC is that it is all inclusive.\rno hidden fees. The cake is from Pennie Bakery and she was great to work with, did just as we asked and the cake was not only pretty but was delicious. We had a fun time tasting the variety of cakes at her cute little bakery. The florist used is Butler Florist and we met with Ed who was so sweet. We just told him what color flowers we wanted and trusted his judgement. We used both low vases and high vases and it was beautiful. PLUS the flowers were all real, arranged beautifully and at the end of the night,we were able to give arrangements to those friends/family that helped bake cookies,etc.It is now 6 days after the wedding and my flowers sit in a vase at my desk and look just as pretty as the day of the wedding!!! The chair covers/chair bows and napkins are also included-not additional like many places and when we walked into the room with everything coordinated-linens, cake, flowers...it was just breath-taking and stunning!!! The bar offered a nice variety and we were happy with them.\rThe food was EXCELLENT. We opted for the buffet and it was set up in a separate room and all of our guests were served quickly and efficiently. The chicken romano was excellent, moist, not dry!! We had carved beef--seasoned nicely and tender and delicious...fish also good.\rThe wait staff very professional and courteous...maybe a bit quick to clear the tables though!! After dinner, they set up our cookie table in a separate room...it was beautiful too!\rthe table had twinkle lights\rand the cookies were displayed so pretty at different heights. We had some extra bows, netting, votives etc. and I just told Lisa she could use them on the cookie table if she thought it would look ok. Wow it was so pretty.\rPLUS we just dropped off cookies in tupperware, tins etc. They trayed up all of the cookies --for no additional fee--and at the end of the night, they packed up leftovers. The venue is just beautiful with the golf course and lake views. You are able to use part of the golf course for wedding photos and they turned out so pretty.\rAll night, Lisa is quietly about overseeing things. \rAs you can tell, we were so pleased with everything. It was just so EASY to have it here. Just a few meetings to discuss details, choose a menu, cake and flowers...drop off decorations and then SHOW UP and see everything done to perfection. We were all able to enjoy it all; we received many compliments on this fantastic venue and beautiful wedding day! I highly recommend!!

Held wedding reception at Butler Country Club on Friday 7/18/14. Lisa Burek\rwas the event coordinator and is EXCELLENT. PLUS the flowers were all real, arranged beautifully and at the end of the night,we were able to give arrangements to those friends/family that helped bake cookies,etc.It is now 6 days after the wedding and my flowers sit in a vase at my desk and look just as pretty as the day of the wedding!!! The chair covers/chair bows and napkins are also included-not additional like many places and when we walked into the room with everything coordinated-linens, cake, flowers...it was just breath-taking and stunning!!! The bar offered a nice variety and we were happy with them.\rThe food was EXCELLENT. We opted for the buffet and it was set up in a separate room and all of our guests were served quickly and efficiently. The chicken romano was excellent, moist, not dry!! We had carved beef--seasoned nicely and tender and delicious...fish also good.\rThe wait staff very professional and courteous...maybe a bit quick to clear the tables though!! After dinner, they set up our cookie table in a separate room...it was beautiful too!\rthe table had twinkle lights\rand the cookies were displayed so pretty at different heights. We had some extra bows, netting, votives etc. and I just told Lisa she could use them on the cookie table if she thought it would look ok. Wow it was so pretty.\rPLUS we just dropped off cookies in tupperware, tins etc. They trayed up all of the cookies --for no additional fee--and at the end of the night, they packed up leftovers. The venue is just beautiful with the golf course and lake views. You are able to use part of the golf course for wedding photos and they turned out so pretty.\rAll night, Lisa is quietly about overseeing things. \rAs you can tell, we were so pleased with everything. It was just so EASY to have it here. Just a few meetings to discuss details, choose a menu, cake and flowers...drop off decorations and then SHOW UP and see everything done to perfection. We were all able to enjoy it all; we received many compliments on this fantastic venue and beautiful wedding day! I highly recommend!!

I had my ceremony and reception at Butler Country Club on August 31, 2013. Lisa was fantastic and very easy to work with. I had 7 kids in the wedding, ranging in age from 11 months to 7 years. She worked really well with them. The outside location was beautiful and the cocktail hour on the patio was great as well. The country club was very open and didn't put time limitations on me. During the reception the ball room was warm for dancing. It was comfortable for sitting but way too hot for dancing.

I had my ceremony and reception at Butler Country Club on August 31, 2013. Lisa was fantastic and very easy to work with. I had 7 kids in the wedding, ranging in age from 11 months to 7 years. She worked really well with them. The outside location was beautiful and the cocktail hour on the patio was great as well. The country club was very open and didn't put time limitations on me. During the reception the ball room was warm for dancing. It was comfortable for sitting but way too hot for dancing.

We had our wedding reception at the Butler Country Club. As soon as we visited it a year prior I knew it was the perfect place for our reception. It's an overall beautiful and absolutely classy place. The whole inside outside, golf course, lobby, ballroom, everything is nothing but gorgeous. The food is phenomenal. We had so many guests comment on how wonderful the meal was. The coordinator there, Lisa, is also fantastic to work with. She is readily available over email and really worked hard to make our set up and day of everything we had dreamed of. The packages they offer include a lot of things many places don't (cake, open bar, certain linens, centerpieces, valet parking, etc) which was really great. We absolutely loved it there and would recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat. The people were so helpful there and the place was just out of this world gorgeous. We had a wonderful time and it will always have a special place in my heart!
