Our wedding event went smoothly and the staff always went out of their way for us. Kristen, our coordinator at the BWI Marriott, was accessible and followed through on all tasks. The complimentary items were also wonderful and nicely placed/planned.

We picked a hotel for our reception mostly because we wanted everything in one place. The location near the BWI airport worked because we had a lot of guests flying in from out of town. My family has had a lot of experience with Marriott before and you can always count on good service. Our event coordinator was Nadine and she was great to work with: friendly, on top of things, helpful, flexible. On the day of, everything went smoothly; we didn't have to worry about a thing because it was all taken care of. My MIL was also impressed, which was a good sign!\r\rWe also used Marriott for our room block; we had our ceremony elsewhere (since we were married within the Catholic church).

We stayed there the night of the wedding and they gave us our wakeup call the next morning and had a shuttle waiting for us at 445am to take us to the airport!
