Details. Texture. Craft. Visually stunning! Cadillac Service Garage is a spacious, historical, fully renovated 1921 wedding and event venue in downtown Greensboro, NC. Through a 5-year renovation process, we paid special attention to all the details - from the way a wedding flows through the day, to the way our vendors access and use the space, to celebrating the amazing textures and architecture so that wedding photos are one of a kind. "You thought of everything" is a phrase we hear often! There are two built-in bars, one upstairs on an overlooking mezzanine and one downstairs in the Cadillac Showroom. We designed and built custom, hand-crafted details throughout the venue - lighting, furniture, architectural details. These unique details only exist in Cadillac and are what make our venue stand out from the ordinary! We only book one wedding a day at Cadillac, so your day is all yours! A Cadillac rental includes the use of the entire venue and you & your wedding party may begin your day as early as 8:00am in the private suites. Your rental includes a dedicated Event Manager and our specialized Operations Team. Your Event Manager will be your venue contact from booking through your wedding day. Our Operations Team will handle the furniture setup & breakdown, room flips, and venue cleaning. Our private Terrace Courtyard is perfect for an outdoor ceremony right in the middle of downtown. And our multiple ceremony locations give couples options, with the ability to plan your ceremony one way, and then easily adjust no matter the weather. We just added our newest feature - our private Wandering Garden - the perfect floral & green space to compliment our industrial vibe! Our getting ready suites are extremely comfy and large enough for even the largest wedding parties. The large indoor ceremony & reception space doesn't have a single post or column, so there is never a bad seat. Reclaimed hardwood-clad, 30 foot ceilings give this garage an almost-cathedral like feeling. Original industrial windows and factory skylights fill the venue with warm, real daylight that is impossible to fake in a photo. Then, at night, dozens of hand-crafted lighting fixtures give the original brick walls a fiery beautiful glow. We even went the extra mile, installing multiple sound management features, to make sure your band or DJ sounds perfect, and your guests have a pleasant experience. Watch out for venues that don't have sound attenuation. We could go on and on, but you should visit in person to truly understand what we offer!

Cadillac Service Garage was a dream venue of mine for a few years before I even had a ring on my finger, so I had pretty high expectations. When I say they exceeded my expectations, I truly mean it. The CSG team is so kind and the space made such a beautiful backdrop for my September wedding. The venue is the perfect mix of original features of the garage with touches of modern finishes and features. I was able to use minimal decor because the venue itself is absolutely GORGEOUS. I got to marry the love of my life in a dreamy location, and I couldn't have asked for more! Thank you so much CSG for the experience!

The best venue! My daughter got married in October 2023 and Cadillac Service Garage was the perfect place to celebrate. The space was pristine, plentiful, extremely clean, and extremely thoughtful in room design. Would recommend to anyone that asks!

We were looking for a venue with an industrial, chic and rustic feeling. Cadillac was that place. The historic aspect added to overall theme which was perfect. Cadillac offered a wedding planner which saved us a lot of time and stress! She was wonderful and pulled everything together. The bridal suite had plenty of room with beautiful decor and great spots for selfies. Our guest rave more about the venue than the wedding decor. What a perfect day and spot. Totally recommend!

I could not recommend a better wedding reception venue than Cadillac Service Garage! It is such a great space that provides a blank canvas for décor and themes. It has a rustic modern feel with exposed brick, black and white checkered floors in the “Show Room”, industrial style bathrooms, and a loft with one of its two bars that overlooks the dining area and dance floor. When you book at CSG, you not only get a beautiful venue, but you get “the A team.” CSG is family owned and run. The staff are professional, friendly, and so responsive. Our wedding reception was flawless. For a lack of a better analogy, CSG is a well-oiled machine! We had the best experience working with them. They turned our dreams into a reality! I highly recommend CSG to anyone looking for the most amazing venue for a wedding!

Cadillac Service Garage was the first venue we stepped foot into when we began planning our wedding; it was also the last. We feel so fortunate that we were able to get married here. The venue is historic, yet thoughtfully and carefully restored in such a magical, modern way. We fell in love with the black and white checkered floors in the 'show room,' the super cool lofted bar area, the grand reception space with the handmade tables and exposed brick walls, and the beautiful (and convenient) bride and groom suites within the venue. These are only a few features - there are countless others that make this space so special. In addition to being an incredible venue, the staff really elevates the entire experience. Cadillac Service Garage is family owned, and we had the pleasure of getting to know the owners throughout the process. We always felt like we were in great hands - they were open, super communicative, and very passionate about the building - they restored it all themselves, are continuously improving it (although you may wonder, what else is there to improve? They will find something, and make it even better) and can answer any question you may have.Our wedding day at Cadillac Service Garage was everything we dreamed it to be and more. Our guests absolutely loved spending the evening there, so rest assured, you will have a very happy and entertained crowd if you get married at Cadillac! We loved getting to hang out at the venue all day with our wedding party and family members in the suites before people arrived as well - it gave us even more valuable time to soak it all in.I also highly recommend using their Cadillac as your getaway car - with the package we chose, they will drive you away within 5 miles of the venue. Our favorite photo from the wedding came from these final moments of the evening - it is a really cool experience that completed the classic vibe we were going for. When you book Cadillac Service Garage, know that you not only get a venue but a full team of professional, friendly and responsive staff! My husband and I got married in October 2020 and we were beyond blown away with the team – they kept us well informed throughout the whole process and what they were doing to adhere to COVID-19 protocols. The space speaks for itself and is obviously beautiful, but hands down, the staff is what makes this place truly remarkable. I highly recommend CSG to anyone looking for a great venue to get married, you will not be disappointed!

Highly recommend the Cadillac Service Garage for any bride looking for a unique and beautiful venue. Paige and Tray loved it from the minute they walked in to take a tour. We happily booked for Sat. May 23rd 2020 and our only concern at the time was we hoped it would not be raining. Little did we know that a global pandemic was on tap for 2020 and it would drastically change our wedding plans but Cadillac Service Garage was gracious and we worked it out to move the date to July 19th, 2020 and got all our original wedding vendors on that date. Then CSG was wonderful with all the planning meetings, with revising the seating and table setups numerous times to make everybody safe and follow all the Covid regulations. The day finally came and we enjoyed it in the spacious and beautiful bridal suite. Everyone was wonderful in making Paige and Tray’s day so special. There was no other place they would have wanted to celebrate their wedding. Paige said the day was perfect and we thank the CGS for a fabulous venue and magical day!

Andrea and the entire Cadillac team were absolutely amazing! They made the process from the beginning of planning until the very end of the wedding night so easy. They have a great set up at the venue and are very accommodating. My husband and I live in FL but got married in NC. We drove a bunch of wedding decor up for our big day and they had plenty of room for us to store what we needed before the wedding. That was a huge relief for us. I can’t thank Andrea enough for how prompt she is when answering emails too! I don’t have one complaint and would recommend Cadillac Service Garage over and over again!

They give you the feeling that you could make any request and they would at least consider it.We can't count how many times we heard from guests and friends that they ran into one of the owners and they asked a question or for help. They would stop what they are doing every time to assist. We needed some ideas and suggestions on what to do and how to display something at our wedding and they always had great advice. If you want to have a beautiful venue and keep things as stress free as possible, we would always recommend Cadillac Service Garage. Or if you just want a great space, we would still recommend them.

We had such a great experience with the Cadillac! I honestly have no complaints. They're very organized, very professional, friendly and there is no space more beautiful and unique in NC. Go visit & you'll definitely want to book with them! They are slightly more pricey compared to the other venues nearby, but we easily made cuts elsewhere in our overall budget since the venue was important to us. They're very flexible and we were able to bring in an outside caterer/bartenders and an outside planner. They were able to coordinate & accommodate beautifully. We were able to stay late and bring in a live band (some other venues require you're out by 10 and have noise restrictions), there was ample parking, their furniture in-space is absolutely gorgeous and their team is amazing. Check them out!

We couldn't have been happier with having our wedding reception at the Cadillac Service Garage! We looked at a lot of other venues in High Point and Greensboro, but when we saw Cadillac, our eyes lit up with excitement. It is so beautiful, spacious, unique and quintessentially \"old school\" Greensboro with a great blending of charm and glam. There are so many ways you can use, arrange and decorate the different spaces and our guests were raving about how gorgeous everything was and how they had never been to an event in a place like this before. I think we were one of the earlier couples to book Cadillac for a wedding reception so there were lots of updates being made during the year leading up to our big day. Despite that, Andrea and Jay were extremely organized, quick to respond to all of our questions (and I had a lot!), kind, helpful and easy to work with. They graciously let us see the space multiple times as they finished construction on different areas and even allowed us to practice our first dances there with our music playing over their Bluetooth system. I am so excited to see how the Cadillac Service Garage continues to evolve over time and we definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking to host a beautiful event in an unforgettable place.

We looked at a lot of other venues in High Point and Greensboro, but when we saw Cadillac, our eyes lit up with excitement. They graciously let us see the space multiple times as they finished construction on different areas and even allowed us to practice our first dances there with our music playing over their Bluetooth system. I am so excited to see how the Cadillac Service Garage continues to evolve over time and we definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking to host a beautiful event in an unforgettable place.

CSG was an absolutely GORGEOUS place to have the best day of our lives! Our experience and photos were/are just stunning and our guests had nothing but praises over our venue. There were several hiccups during the planning process that I feel other brides/couples should be aware of, but of note - we did have an amazing wedding day and CSG was truly our dream venue. We booked our wedding at CSG while the venue was still under construction - at which point there was no \"bridal suite\" and \"groom's room.\" There was simply just a bridal suite (which is now the groom's room). Several months before our wedding, we were informed that there was a new addition of a huge bridal suite that we could use - but we would have to pay an extra $750 to use it in addition to the venue cost (and if we did not use it - it would just sit empty, being unused). This was out of our budget, so we opted not to use the bridal suite. It was very difficult budgeting for a wedding, and it was very stressful having extra costs thrown at us just several months before the wedding. In addition, we had a huge issue with their barn door chalkboards. We were told by the venue that if we used chalk markers, we would have to wash it off ourselves because it is very difficult to remove (which should not be the case for a normal chalkboard). On the night of our wedding, one of my bridesmaids scrubbed the chalkboards with warm water and completely removed the chalk. 2 days later, when I was in the airport leaving for my honeymoon, the vendor emailed me and stated that the chalk had reappeared from the initial cleaning and if we did not come back to remove it, she would deposit my ENTIRE $1000 security deposit to cover the cost of the \"cleaning fee\" and just refund me what was left after the cleaning company charged her. I thought this was ridiculous considering what we paid to have our wedding at this venue. I hope that these hiccups were simply due to the fact that CSG was a brand new venue when we got married there, but I felt other brides should be aware. And again, our wedding was beautiful and we could not imagine a better venue for our big day.
