Louisiana Cajun Mansion Bed & Breakfast offers exceptional "all-inclusive" wedding services for intimate weddings and receptions in Youngsville, LA. Fresh Florals, Cake, Chef Prepared Catering, DJ/MC, Officiant included, and much more! Our packages include PRE-NEGOTIATED vendor rates. That's why our rates are so reasonable. A complimentary Master Wedding Planner and Wedding coordinator will also work with you every step of the way. Spend your special day by getting ready in two wedding suites with your loved ones. You can avail of breakfast, mimosas, and lunch too. A romantic suite is available on-site for overnight stay. We offer fully decorated Indoor or/and Outdoor spaces at no additional cost, and we work with you to bring to life your vision. We choreograph your entire wedding/reception from the day you signed the contract until your finale at the reception. Countless 5-star reviews attest to our ability to make every wedding event a success. We understand your vision and will make it happen. Our goal is to make your special day a memory you will remember forever and ever. We can even strew petals on the bed and serve breakfast in bed the following day. It wonât matter if youâre a hands-off bride or a hands-on bride (like me), you wonât regret booking through this venue. They make the planning process so streamlined and are more than willing to help with anything you can think of! Helpful email reminders are sent periodically, and theyâre always a call away.Using the vendors they contract with is by far the easiest way to go, but the staff still work wonderfully well with anyone you book with. They coordinate the entire wedding day for you, and their communication is AMAZING to see in practice!Alayna was the wedding planner who was the most involved with our day. Our meetings with her always went smoothly, and she routinely reminded us of what we had planned. She was more than willing to be flexible with the day-of schedule, and gave her opinion exactly when I needed reassurance! Alayna was more than wonderful in helping us plan our wedding, and I could not be happier that she was our planner!We stayed at the venue the night of our wedding and had a wonderful breakfast in bed the morning after as well. There is no way I could express how happy I am that we went with this venue. I promise that you will not regret it!

I am so happy that I chose this venue. I was really looking to make wedding planning as easy as possible because I just didn't have the time. Everyone was super professional and definitely knew what they were doing. I noticed this before the wedding. The day of the wedding was just as great. From my perspective, everything went smoothly, and I didn't have to do anything except be there and manage my own nerves - haha. Even after the night was over, we had the beautifully decorated suite and a super tasty (and fresh) breakfast waiting for us the next morning. It was an experience we won't forget.

I planned my wedding with Cajun mansion from Texas and I couldnât have been more pleased! I had so much stress off of my shoulders. A lot of our guests said they wanted to use the venue when they get married. The staff was SO kind and funny and really do whatever they can to be helpful (including super gluing broken frames and making sure no red juice gets on your dress). I could not have had a better wedding planning experience, they help you do it ALL! We plan on spending our anniversaries there in the future.

We got married here in January of 2023, and we would absolutely do it all again if we had the choice! Everyone was so incredibly helpful, kind, and thoughtful. Not a single hiccup in my day, and I felt like a princess! My husband and I canât thank the staff at The Cajun Mansion enough for making our day all the more special. My bridesmaids and I also spent the night before the wedding, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing! We loved every moment of our experience!

Not a single hiccup in my day, and I felt like a princess! My husband and I canât thank the staff at The Cajun Mansion enough for making our day all the more special. My bridesmaids and I also spent the night before the wedding, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing! We loved every moment of our experience!

My wife and I enjoyed working with Cajun Mansion to host our wedding. Choosing an inclusive package with them made it much easier for us to plan our wedding from out of town. The scheduled detail calls with our coordinator were helpful. Our coordinators at Cajun Mansion got us in contact with their trusted cake, flower, and food vendor. They were accommodating to our unique customizations to a traditional wedding. We were able to fit a performance for the Brideâs motherâs song performance, curate our dance playlist, add an additional photo booth, and give personal vows. To top off the evening, they even let the bride and groom stay a night in their bridal suite. They decorated it with rose petals and packaged us food from the wedding. It was very considerate of them.If we were to leave some feedback, it wasn't 100% clear what decorations we could have put in their pool. But thatâs ok, the wedding still looked beautiful without the candle decorations we bought. We highly recommend the Cajun Mansion for its price, its connections to vendors, and their experience of having done many weddings in the past.

I had nothing but communication issues from day 1:* Constantly having to confirm and reconfirm things due to talking to someone different every time since apparently there is a high turnover rate.* Pointing out discrepancies on their own website which they had to go change.* Finding out something, which was discussed to add-on from first meeting, was not billed until the month of the wedding. * Back and forth with booking issues for their additional suites. * Getting tons of useless, automated emails on things we had already gone over which caused anxiety, thinking more things had been screwed up.* All those emails but couldn't get a return text the day before the wedding when I reached out due to concerns about a parade and if we would have issues getting there *Finally the issue the day of the wedding - the 'supervisor' on duty, guests were calling her grumpy and grouchy she also made mention to my bridesmaid that the groom's cake was the \"best cake she ever tried.\" I made the owner aware, she offered to call me after basically calling my bridesmaid (who is my sister and a police officer) a liar because her employee denied it. Like anyone would just think to make that up! Just all around stressful time.

The venue was GREAT!! All the staff was excellent and made sure everyone was well taken care of. Food and cake was AWESOME! We literally just had to enjoy ourselves as every fine detail was taken care of by the staff. No worrying about anything as they all made sure our wedding day was perfect and indeed it was! We would highly recommend The Louisiana Cajun Mansion to anyone looking to marry and have a stress free experience!

OMG!! What can we say? There's no words to explain just how truly Awesome, Understanding, Patient, Kind, Concerned, Attentive, Professional, Loving and a Pleasure to work with. All the staff from beginning to end. From the Coordinator Mrs. Sandra( constantly sent me little markers of encouragement) to the Wedding Planner Mrs. Jennifer ( who made practice quickly but fun, waited patiently although I was late). To the housekeeper making sure everything was sanitized safety for us and our guests. To the caterer and staff, DJ Dwayne and his Lovely Wife of understanding( after nervous husband forgot the real license cause all he saw was the pretty colorful certificate). But it all worked out Awesomely although DJ Dwayne (a Pastor also)had to remarried us in shorts in his office. He said this is a Wedding he will never forget .But I would very very and Highly recommend Anyone to call or go to the site Louisiana Cajun Mansion &B/B. We have decided to return back for out 1year Anniversary. All the vendors have worked with them and it made me so Stress Free that everything could be taken care of all in one place. No running around for Pastors, DJ, Caterer, even the honeymoon night was included. Plus the staff worked with me on my budget and what I could spend. But of course I added. Buy its own pressure. We think it was well worth the price đ even with the add on. Many and Much Thanks to all of you!! Our Wedding was one where everyone was pleased, happy and crying including staff and The Photographer \"Ragin Imaging\" Awesome picture poses even they cried. Thanks again Everyone!! My wedding night was a absolute dream! Mrs. Sandra & Mrs. Jennifer did a amazing job catering to me & my husband throughout our wedding day & entire night. We had about 45 guest & every one complimented the venue & location all night. They could not get over how nice the venue was decorated. It was everything we wanted. We used all of the venues venders & did not have one problem with any of them. Everyone said our food was delicious & our wedding cake was gone! The dj did a amazing job with playing the music genres we liked. Our Florist... omg I LOVED my Boutique! If you want a small elegant & personable wedding, then this is the venue & wedding coordinator you need!
