The coordinator and staff at the Center are amazing. I can't think of one thing that I would change about our wedding day and everything leading up to it. They are helpful, kind and above and beyond anything I expected or hoped for and the food we had for dinner was incredible. I've heard nothing but good things from all of our guests as well. I would recommend this place to everyone having any type of event. It was very affordable as we didn't have to have a caterer or rent anything because they had it all for our wedding with 175 guests.

We had our wedding at the CCAE and highly recommend it. We wanted a Balboa Park wedding but decided against it because of the price and limits on amplified sound + alcohol. I'm not sure how we discovered this gem but are happy we did. CCAE has a ton of cool architecture, photo ops, indoor/outdoor space. Terri was amazing to work with and kept us on track with our planning and the day of. She is truly a pleasure to work with and is so patient - we must have changed our event order, food, alcohol, and all other details a thousand times! The food was tasty, the alcohol selection blew us away, and the service was outstanding (shout out to Ron and Rachel). One of our favorite things about the CCAE is that they take care of everything, making our lives so easy. No need to worry about furniture, cake (yes, it's included and so legit), service staff, wedding planner - do yourself a favor and having a wedding here. The price was also very reasonable as this is a publicly owned venue. This isn't some private venue that will double your wedding cost because it's on a Saturday! Just remember that Escondido gets hot in July - we had to move our cocktail hour indoors at the last minute and that process went smoothly as well. Thank you, Terri and team! We are so happy we got married at CCAE.

I cannot recommend the California Center for the Arts, Escondido enough! This turned out to the absolute PERFECT venue for our wedding. Besides all of the beautiful locations on the campus for pictures, they are incredibly affordable and let you customize your wedding as much as you want. Terri and Cristina were both so patient and responsive to me (we booked with them about 15 months out, and they were always so helpful with all of my random questions!). The day of, everything went so smoothly (we were actually ahead of time!) and afterwards the staff was so nice to help us gather all of our belongings. The food was AMAZING too! Our wedding day went off without a hitch and we owe it to the CCAE!

We were married at the California Center for the Arts, Escondido this last October, and it was all that I could have hoped for. The staff was excellent and did their very best to accomodate all of our requests and create a lasting memory for our family. Would suggest this venue to any budget sized wedding... they truly go above and beyond!
