With only 7 rooms, The Villa at CaliPaso is intimate in scale, leaving the big impressions to come from the polished service delivered by the friendly staff and the masterful cuisine served by Executive Chef Margaret Shirley. Each room is appointed with luxury amenities, including 1,200-thread count Egyptian cotton sheets and working fireplaces. You may not want to leave the oversized, comfortable rooms, but if you do, we are minutes from downtown Paso Robles and over 200 wineries.

I do not have the words to describe how AMAZING calipaso and it’s entire staff is. I got married there just a few days ago and I sit here just thinking over and over about how beyond perfect our day was (even in the 101 degree whether). Chef Chris went above and beyond from the very beginning to help us choose the most perfect menu for our guests and added every little request we had plus some! The hotel staff and chef ryan were also incredible making every single meal we had while staying at the villa perfect and personal. chef ryan asked me what I wanted to eat on my wedding morning and made the absolute most perfect spread for us. Ruth helped us with literally anything we needed all weekend long and she honestly felt like family by the time we left. It brings tears to my eyes to think about how amazing our whole wedding weekend was and so much of that has to do with CaliPaso and the INCREDIBLE staff. If you are looking for a wedding venue, or even a place to stay on the central coast for the weekend, you can stop your search now. This is the most amazing place with the most incredible people and I promise you, you will NOT be disappointed. Love you CaliPaso team, can’t wait to come back every year on our anniversary!

This venue was amazing, private, and our wedding and other events were perfect. Shoutout to chef Chris and his team, and to Jaime for being so accommodating. Our guests were impressed and comfortable, and I am so happy we got to spend our wedding weekend at this special place. The wine was also incredible!

CaliPaso is an amazingly beautiful venue! It was love at first site from the moment we drove up. It is an increasingly popular venue where dates fill up fast (so visit them far in advance in order to get the date you want). Our guests continually commented on how beautiful CaliPaso is. They also commented on how good the food was, Margaret is a great chef!Cons: communication was not always the easiest. Getting responses often required multiple follow-ups on my end. Not something a stressed out brides wants from her venue. I feel as though CaliPaso is growing so fast that their current staff is overwhelmed and just cannot keep up. I have to imagine they will hire more staff if the growth continues but until then bits and pieces could be rocky. This communication \"issue\" combined with a few small snafus the day of the wedding (1 of them being food not being delivered to babysitters as agreed and paid for) is why I had to give this beautiful venue 4 stars instead of 5. i would still 100% recommend this venue to other couples!
