We got married on a cloudy day inside the magical bamboo forest with about 70 guests. The setting was intimate and felt like a fairy tale. All of the staff did an incredible job executing day of and in communicating leading up to our wedding! The venue owner Deb really knows how to hire the most dedicated, compassionate people to surround you on wedding day. Deb even went as far as driving me and my bridesmaids down to the venue on a golf cart the morning of since we stayed in their airbnb nearby! I booked the venue about a year ago with Brigid - the kindest sales associate I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Michelle worked with me through the majority of the planning - she is so prompt and courteous and extremely well organized! Finally, day of I mainly worked with Ethan who was as sweet as can be and made me feel like royalty carting me around in the golf cart so my dress wouldn't get too dirty :) Camelot Meadows is a beautiful venue with an incredible staff who will not disappoint you! Getting married here was the best decision! There are multiple back up plans for weather and I was so glad there were. It rained on our wedding day but we had a most magical ceremony under the covered patio still able to see the beautiful bamboo forest. The garage doors are a great addition to open when it gets warm in the barn from all of the dancing. Responsiveness by Camelot Meadows staff is very good and this venue is a great value. Would also like to thank our day of coordinator Michelle (Sweet Carolina events) affiliated with the venue. She is much more than a day of coordinator and could not have gotten our day going without her. Thank you! Reviewed on 30-12-2023

Sayde Evans(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 21-11-2021 Where do we even begin? When we were looking for venues, it was important to us to have an indoor/outdoor setting that had some sort of “wow” factor, and it was super important that we felt a connection to the people we worked with. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better outcome with Camelot Meadows. When we first toured the venue, we immediately fell in love with the property, and with the owner, Deb. In fact, we signed with full faith that the venue would be completed to our expectations by the day of our wedding (it was still under construction when we signed). We were absolutely blown away with the end result! We felt included every step of the way as the venue came to life, and felt our input was valued and respected. Brigid, the venue coordinator, was so easy to work with, always willing to help, and a huge supporter prior to and the day of wedding. The property is absolutely stunning—the bamboo forest was the “wow” factor we were hoping for, and we strongly encourage couples to take a “private moment” in the forest! The venue also offers a River House that can be used for rehearsal and/or a night before stay. We opted for this option, and we were very pleased with the overall experience. All in all, Camelot Meadows and the staff played an enormous part in our wedding, and we would choose them over and over again! This beautiful venue is a tribute to my late husband, who tragically died of brain cancer. He loved this precious open space (33 acres) and I want others to share its magic! I love being a steward of this property and taking care of it, along with the goats and rescue horses who call this place home. Come and experience this peaceful and serene sanctuary.
