Camp Hosea is a charming wedding venue located in Anderson, TX. Named after the prophet Hosea in the Old Testament of the Bible, this property encompasses Hosea's steadfast nature and strength in marriage. With large event spaces and gorgeous countryside scenery, you are sure to have the bucolic wedding you've always imagined. Surrounded by a peaceful lake, luscious greenery, and mature oak trees, Camp Hosea is ideal for couples wanting to celebrate their love in a serene setting. With a capacity of up to 350 guests, you will be able to invite all your nearest and dearest for an unforgettable event. The property has two get-ready suites available for both parties to relax in and prepare for their big day, a grooms suite and bridal suite. Ceremonies can take place in the timeless bell tower chapel that boasts a bright and airy appearance. You can also exchange your vows outside in the fresh air beside the stunning views. For evening receptions, guests can make their way into the main event hall. The large event space features sparkling chandeliers, dark wood furnishings, and expansive windows that floods the area with natural light. As the evening draws to a close, loved ones can enjoy a refreshing drink and watch the Texan sunset in the distance. Camp Hosea will be there to help you as you create your wedding day at the venue. A variety of event rentals are available for you to use including tables, chairs, an altar, and lighting equipment. The administration here is also happy to welcome outside vendors to come and work at your event. To accompany your food, the property has several beverage options (beer and wine on tap) for you to choose from. What's more, the staff offers setup and cleanup services for every celebration, so you can spend more time with loved ones.

Unbelievable everything was perfect. The bridal suite was beautiful. The girls were able to get ready without stress. The boys hung out in the groom suite feeling cool and relaxed. I never would have thought that any venue could pull off a wedding and reception of this size without something going wrong at some point. I was mistaken. The staff at Camp Hosea, particularly Meag the manager, were perfect. They could not have been more accommodating. The facilities and grounds were lovely and easily handled the 220 plus people at our daughter’s wedding. Camp Hosea is an exceptional value.

We visited Camp Hosea when searching for a venue for my daughters wedding. We were so impressed with the venue, the presentation and communication throughout the process. On the day of my wedding, Camp Hosea left me absolutely STUNNED at the beauty of this place. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception spots were more perfect than I could have imagined. My wedding day truly felt like a fairytale. If 4.5 stars was an option, I would have selected that as it is a brand new wedding venue & the growing pains of it being new (lack of response times, addendum stuff, etc.) were evident in some ways, however being one of the first weddings at this venue, I overall had a spectacular experience with Camp Hosea and their sweet staff members. Would recommend!
